Lee was in a panic. The white tiger was approaching fast with a big grin on her face. Lee cursed himself for managing to get his cover blown on the very first day of school. Although did he really have that great a chance at passing himself off as a freakishly tall rabbit to begin with?
Suddenly, the smaller horned Dall sheep twin stepped towards Esther and whispered something in the tiger's ear that made her stop her advance. Lee couldn't read lips, so he had no clue what she could be saying. The white tiger's smile faded and she looked somewhat bewildered. The Dall sheep stepped back, and both twins winked at him simultaneously.
The tiger nervously cleared her throat and walked up to Lee. She put a hand on the chimera's shoulder. "Been a long time, Lee-kun! I don't think I've seen you since middle school!"
Lee laughed nervously. "Great to see you, too, Esther-chan."
What did that sheep just whisper to her? Did those twins already know his secret? Is he so bad at hiding it that two people he's never met already knew?
Sanu smiled. "Well! Before we start practice, I should introduce you to Ben-kun." The pelican motioned to the elephant who smiled and waved at the club.
Sanu looked a tad wistful. "Sadly, I've gotten a bit too old for this job. I'm just showing Ben-kun the ropes for when I retire next year. After which, he will take my place."
The elephant nodded. "It's nice to meet you all. I'm excited to learn the ins and outs of theater production. Sorry if I annoy you with questions."
The pelican clapped his wings together. "Right! Now practice begins!"
During practice, Lee decided to read lines, trying to get Sanu to let him be an actor. The pelican said he needed work, but with enough practice, he'll be great. After that, Sanu decided to put Esther and Lee together on the lighting crew since they already knew each other. The twin Dall sheep took their place on stage to perform.
The chimera and the white tiger stood across from each other as they both held a light. Esther looked at Lee. "Sorry, Lee-kun. Didn't know you were hiding the whole 'half-breed' thing. Good thing Viola-chan said something."
Lee looked at her, puzzled. "Viola? I don't know that name. How did she find out about it?"
Esther switched her light on and turned it towards the twins while they performed together. The way the light illuminated their white wool made them look especially radiant. They truly were a beautiful pair. "Those two are Pina-san's kids. Legosi-san probably told him and they found out. They like to eavesdrop, so I'm guessing they listened in on a call or somethin'."
Lee's ears perked up. He recognized that name. Pina was a famous actor, but Lee's father had mentioned knowing him personally before. Without Pina, his father would be dead, as the Dall sheep managed to save him from Riz the bear, who murdered one of his classmates a long time ago.
Lee slightly adjusted the shutter on his light. "I've never met Pina-san. Didn't know he had kids."
Esther smirked. "'Course not. They're celebrities. Until coming to Cherryton, they lived in Beaverly Hills with their pops." The tiger chuckled. "He threatened the school with a smear campaign for discrimination if they didn't let both of 'em stay in the girl's dorms."
Lee raised an eyebrow. "Why would he need to do that? They're both girls."
The tiger looked at him in disbelief and snorted before cackling. "Dude, do you know anything about Dall sheep?"
Lee shook his head.
Esther rolled her eyes. "Female Dall sheep have small horns that curve." She traced a curve from the top of her head and behind it. "Male Dall sheep have big and wavy horns." She traced a finger in a longer, wave-like motion from her head and backward.
Lee turned his attention back to the two sheep. He looked utterly baffled when he saw that Viola's twin had the gigantic, wavy horns of a male Dall sheep.
The white tiger laughed. "Give ya a hint. The one with the big horns is named 'Sebastian.'"
He thought of that Dall sheep as being prettier than most girls. Yet it turned out he wasn't female at all. For a male, he was absolutely gorgeous.
Lee shook his head in disbelief. "That's not possible. I remember Jack-san saying identical twins can't be different sexes."
Esther shook her head. "They're not identical. Just really close."
Lee squinted hard as he looked between them. Upon closer inspection, they had some nearly imperceptible differences in facial structure. Sebastian's head was slightly more gaunt while his sister's was more convex. The differences were still incredibly minor, though.
Esther giggled. "Pops says Pina-san's such a narcissist he had to marry somebody that looked like him."
Lee turned toward Esther. "Why does he live in the girl's dorms, then? And why is he in a girl's uniform?"
Esther's gaze went down towards the twins, who were dancing together. "They're really attached. They have to dress the same all the time. And if they get separated for too long, they flip their shit. Pina-san made the school 'accommodate' Sebastian-kun."
Esther looked at Lee with a serious expression. "Be careful how you treat them. They're usually nice, but they can be complete psychos sometimes. If you do something bad to one twin, the other will pay you back times ten."
Lee turned his head back in the direction of the twins. The two looked about as adorable and harmless as you can get. The chimera had to wonder if Esther was just messing with him. Those two were about as intimidating as plushies.
Esther shrugged. "But, y'know, it's not that bad. It takes a lot to upset them. So as long as you don't cross a line, you'll be alright."
The white tiger smirked. "Now, I got a question for you, and I want an honest answer. Which one would you rather fuck?"
Lee's ears stood straight up, and a blush crossed his face as he became incredibly flustered. "Wh-! H-hang on! I'm not gonna talk about my clubmates like that!"
Esther rolled her eyes. "Okay, then. Which one's hotter?"
Lee sighed. "They look the same. What am I judging them on? Horn size?"
Esther shrugged. "I mean the gender has to matter, don't it? I like Viola-chan more, but that's just cause I'm not into dick."
Lee groaned at this uncomfortably sexual conversation. "Dad's right. You are a female Bill."
The white tiger chuckled. "That ain't true. My Dad's into chicks with striped asses." She wiggled her eyebrows. "I don't really care if they're striped."
Esther sighed. "Viola-chan still isn't my type, though. She isn't y'know, 'top-heavy' enough. Now if her's were as big as Liv-chan's-"
Lee glared at Esther. His fur stood on end, his ears pointed straight up, and his tail bristled under his right pant leg as he growled at her. "Don't."
A look of realization crossed Esther's face. "Oh. " She scratched the back of her head, nervously. "I forgot you don't like people talkin' about her like that. Sorry."
Lee sighed. "Just don't do it again."
Esther nodded. "Okay."
Suddenly, her smirk returned. "But you still didn't answer my question."
Lee rolled his eyes. However, he was quickly distracted by the sound of heavy footfalls. Approaching him was Ben, the elephant. At his height, he only had to tilt his head up a little bit to talk to Lee on the catwalk."So these are the lights. They're so bright!"
Lee chuckled. "Yeah. Probably expensive too."
The elephant wrote something down in his notebook. "Could you show me how it operates?"
The chimera nodded. "Sure."
After giving Ben a full display of how to move the lights and adjust their brightness, Drama Club ended and everyone left.
Lee started on his way from the practice building to his dorm. He heard giggling nearby and spotted the twins standing next to one of the buildings, looking at him while whispering to each other. Weird.
He arrived at his dorm and went up the concrete stairs in the side entrance. As he ascended the stairs, he could hear someone breathing heavily. He went up the next flight and spotted Oscar also going up the stairs. However, he was moving very slowly and sweating profusely.
Lee looked at him with concern. "You know we have an elevator, right?"
The rabbit looked over his shoulder at Lee and shook his head. "I gotta lose some weight while I'm at school." The rabbit sounded winded.
The hefty rabbit continued his ascent, panting as he went. Lee was pretty concerned about this. He looked absolutely miserable and was drenched in sweat. The hybrid sighed. "I'm pretty sure the gym here has stair machines. If you lose your balance on these concrete stairs you could seriously hurt yourself."
Oscar stopped for a second, his legs shaking. "I-It's just a little extra exercise. It won't hurt me." There were still several more flights to go and Lee didn't like seeing somebody suffer like this. He could understand his desire to lose weight. But at the rate Oscar was going at, reaching the top would take a long time and put a lot of strain on his body.
It was just too dangerous. "You don't need to lose weight all at once. You can go at a safer pace. Sorry. I'm not letting you do this." The chimera walked up the stairs and stuck his hands under Oscar's arms.
The husky rabbit scoffed. "Yeah, have fun trying to lift an eighty-kilogram rab-" Lee lifted Oscar off the ground with ease. "iiiiit!" Oscar yelled in surprise. His head swiveled about, his face showing shock and amazement. "Woah! How the hell are you so strong?!"
Lee chuckled as he bride-carried his roommate upstairs. "I've lifted way more than eighty kilograms. I go to the gym all the time."
Oscar chuckled. "You'll have to take me some time. If you can handle putting up with a tub of lard stopping every thirty seconds to catch his breath."
Lee shook his head. "Don't talk about yourself like that, man."
Oscar chuckled. "I'm used to laughing at myself. It's the only thing that gets me through the day."
He sighed. "I'm a Harlequin rabbit. We're nearly extinct, y'know. I gotta reproduce. And right now, no girl is gonna want to be with my fat ass."
Lee growled. "Dude, I mean it. Stop being so hard on yourself."
Oscar smiled. "You're a nice guy, Lee-kun."
The two reached the fifth floor—just one more to go. Oscar tapped Lee's elbow. "I'm feeling better. Let me do the last flight."
Lee nodded. The chimera set his roommate down. Oscar took a deep breath as he looked at the steps before him. Lee watched as the Harlequin rabbit ascended the stairs with a determined look on his face. He was starting to sweat, but his will wasn't wavering. Lee followed him upstairs, standing behind him in case his roommate lost his balance.
He could hear Oscar's heavy breathing and was surprised to see him still going strong. Finally, he reached the sixth floor and stopped to catch his breath. As miserable as he looked, Lee could tell the Harlequin rabbit was proud of himself for making it up the last flight without help.
Lee smiled "Hey, good work."
Oscar gave him a thumbs up. As the two lapines arrived at the door to their room they started to hear the sound of someone playing guitar. They looked at each other curiously before opening the door.
When they opened the door they saw Stanley was plugging in a huge and expensive-looking TV and movie player. It was undoubtedly a high-end display.
Lee entered and looked around at his roommates. Stanley was untangling wires for his TV, Alfred was doing pushups, Theo was on his bunk with his computer in his lap, and Eli sat on the bed beneath that, his eyes closed and his expression lax as he strummed on a guitar.
The song he was playing was very relaxing to listen to. A laid-back melody that melted the chimera's stress away. Lee could tell the rooster was utterly absorbed into his music.
Lee spotted a large stack of DVD cases sitting near the movie player. They were pretty thick looking. He picked a random one off the pile. It said "Amusing Games" and featured a person with a bag over their head on the cover.
The chimera looked through the other cases. He had never heard of any of these movies. But they all had a logo on them that said "The Criteria Collection". Stanley turned his head and spotted Lee looking through the stack. "They're art films." He turned his attention back to the TV. "You probably wouldn't like them. But you're welcome to get your own movies and use my TV when I'm not using it."
Lee looked towards the anteater and smiled. "Hey, I'm open to new things. I wouldn't mind trying them."
Stanley raised an eyebrow before chuckling. "Maybe I can find you something 'entry-level' after we all get back from the showers."
Lee's ears straightened when he remembered something. "Oh! I don't shower at the same time as you guys. I can't shower with other people."
Theo looked up from his laptop at Lee, pushing his glasses further up on his snout. "Really? Why's that?"
Lee cleared his throat. "I don't want to get into it much, but something... really... bad happened… uhh... in a shower. My therapist called it a uhh… 'childhood trauma'. I just can't shower with other people around. I'd have a complete nervous breakdown."
Yet another lie the faculty told him to use. The clawed and wolf-tailed chimera obviously couldn't get naked around anyone else. He did wish they came up with a different lie, though. That one had some implications he didn't care for.
Oscar looked at him with concern. "Shit. That really sucks, man. Sorry about whatever happened."
Lee shrugged. The rest of his roommates walked out the door and to the showers. He noticed as they walked out, Alfred gave Oscar a somewhat hostile look. Lee really hoped he was imagining things. An athlete giving an obese person the stink eye gave him bad vibes.
The chimera took a seat on the floor and pulled out his phone. Now would be a good time to text his folks. He went into the text message app and added both of his parents to the recipients.
Lee: "First day of school went okay. I joined the Drama Club."
Legosi: "Good to hear! Have you made any friends?"
Lee: "Nobody new. I ran into Esther-chan though."
Haru: "I didn't know Esther-chan was going to Cherryton. Must be nice to have a familiar face around."
Lee: "There were also some weird twins. Apparently, they're Pina-san's kids?"
Legosi: "Sebastian-kun and Viola-chan? That's surprising. I would have thought Pina-kun would send his kids to a fancy private school."
Haru: "I think Jack said his daughter goes to Cherryton."
Lee: "Really? I haven't run into her yet."
Legosi: "I'll ask Jack if she's in an after school club. She's not exactly a sociable person."
Haru: "I hope she's ok. She's been having a hard time since middle school. Kids can be so insensitive."
Lee: "Tell me about it."
Legosi: "Speaking of which. Does anybody know about you being half-wolf?"
Lee: "Esther-chan, obviously. But apparently, Pina-san's kids know too."
Legosi: "I suppose that makes sense. I don't think they'd tell anybody though."
Lee: "My roommates will be back soon. I need to shower. I love you guys."
Haru: "I love you too, sweetie."
Legosi: "Love you too, Lee. Take care."
Esther walked back to her dorms. On the way, she noticed other students looking at her and whispering. Esther didn't know what makes people look at her like that, her height, or her color.
Of course, she was only a point of mild interest. People look away and go back to their business pretty quickly. Still, she found herself smirking about it. Positive or negative, she enjoys attention.
She had been subjected to bullying just for being a different color, as strange and petty as that is. Her father taught her to be confident in herself. Now when people give her weird looks she practically takes it as a compliment. If someone thinks she's a freak, she carries an aura that says: "I dare you to say something to my face."
She and Lee were like kindred spirits when it came to getting into petty fights with bullies. The biggest difference being that her height and musculature made people less willing to even try. Even when she's wearing a female school uniform, there's something about her that screams: "This girl can lift an elephant."
When she got back to her dorm, all of the other girls were chatting about something. Ceci immediately spotted her entering the room. "Hey, Esther-chan!"
Esther took a seat on the floor. "Hey. What're you guys talkin' about?"
Mila grinned. "Ceci-chan was telling us that Pina's kids go to this school! Is that true?"
Ceci frowned. "Why're you asking her? You don't believe me?"
Lin chuckled. "You should always have more than one source of information. I can corroborate though. My brother sent me a photo and text. They're in Drama Club."
Esther nodded. "Yeah, they are. I already knew they were gonna join though. They told me a week before school even started. Guess they were hyped to-"
"Woah, Woah, Woah!" Ceci interrupted. "Back up! They told you before school started? You mean you know them?"
Esther raised an eyebrow. "Yeah? My Pops was friends with Pina back in high school. They both went to Drama Club."
Mila looked absolutely stunned. "No way! So have you met Pina then?"
Esther nodded. "I've talked to him a couple of times. Sometimes he calls my pops on Vroom. He's kind of an asshole."
Lin snorted. "He's a celebrity. Of course he is."
Hikari looked up from texting on her phone. "What about his kids? Are they decent people?"
Ceci crossed her arms. "They didn't seem bad to me. "
Esther looked confused. "Wait, how do you know?"
Ceci looked offended. "Because I saw them at Drama Club! Don't tell me you didn't know I was there!"
Esther wracked her brain. Ceci probably was there but she wasn't sure. "Sorry, I guess I forgot. Don't take it the wrong way, though. I'm just not great at remembering people I just met."
Ceci pouted before taking out her phone and showing it to everyone. On it was a photo of the twins at Drama Club. "See? I was there!"
Hikari squinted at it. "The one with the big horns is 'Sebastian' right?"
Lin snorted. "Well, yeah. Female Dall sheep don't have big horns."
Mila tilted her head. "Those are pretty big. I guess he doesn't sleep on his back."
Hikari chuckled. "He's pretty adorable, isn't he? If he didn't have those big horns I'd think he was a girl."
Lin smiled. "I'm surprised they let him wear a girl's uniform. Maybe this school is more progressive than I thought."
Esther shook her head. "They only let him wear it because Pina-san coerced them into it."
Lin's smile quickly turned into a frown. "Of course. Can't expect progress anywhere in this country."
Donna cleared her throat. "Sorry to interrupt what I'm sure would be a fascinating rant from Lin-chan. But we're supposed to shower now."
Esther stood up. "Sure."
After Lee's roommates returned, it was his turn to shower. He went into the showers and, thankfully, it was empty as expected. He started taking off his clothes.
First, he removed the gloves. He waggled his fingers as he looked at each claw. In the past, he tried clipping them and filing them down, but the damned things just grew back the next day. According to his father, this was to be expected.
After that, he removed his shoes and socks. His feet were large and clawed, looking exactly like his father's. To most herbivores, they look somewhat savage and intimidating.
Next came his pants and suspenders. His tail flapped about happily as it was finally freed from his uniform's confines. It felt nice to let it breathe for once. Unfortunately, his tail worked like a canine's in the sense that it wagged when he was happy. This caused some discomfort when he was trying to keep the thing hidden in his pant leg.
He took off his shirt. Perhaps if Oscar saw how muscular Lee was, he wouldn't have been so shocked by the hybrid's strength. While they weren't bulging and he had a thin frame, his muscles were still very well defined. His physique was similar to his father but somewhat slimmer.
Finally, he removed his boxers. One other reason Lee had for showering alone was that there was a certain other trait he inherited from his father's genes. A very masculine trait. When he was going through puberty, he started to really hate middle school swimming classes with people staring at him and whispering in the locker room.
He set his clothes on a bench and walked into the showers, turning on the nearest one. Feeling the warm water against his fur felt wonderful. It was way better than his shower at home which didn't have the best pressure.
He grabbed a loofa and soaked it in soap before scrubbing himself. It was also nice having so much space. His shower at home was cramped and it seemed that there was an unlimited supply of hot water here.
A thought crossed his mind as he showered, though. He's completely alone right now. This was one of few times he'd have total privacy. He wondered if he should jerk it while he was here. It was kind of a creepy thing to do, but nobody would notice as the aftermath would just get washed down the drain. After giving it some thought, he gave a resigned sigh.
A teenage boy's gotta do what he's gotta do.
After heading to the shower and removing all her clothes, Esther found herself being stared at by pretty much everyone there. "...What?"
Lin chuckled. "Hot damn! I've never seen a girl with a body like that. You must workout a lot."
For just a minute, the white tiger forgot about her physique. She wasn't just a little muscular. She had a six-pack, and all her rock-hard muscles were incredibly pronounced. One look at her and you could tell she's absurdly strong.
Despite her love for attention, Esther found herself blushing. Perhaps it had something to do with an entire room of naked girls eyeing her body. The white tiger cleared her throat and regained her composure and confidence. She grinned. "Thanks. I hit the gym every day."
Eventually, Esther got back to enjoying the attention. She worked hard for the body she has. She may as well be proud of it. Maybe she could pique the interest of one of the girls here. There's no way she was the only female here that wasn't straight.
When she scrubbed herself down, she did so in a great mood. The attention and compliments she got from pretty girls for her body were massively inflating the white tiger's ego.
After drying herself off with a towel, she used a fur dryer to finish the job. Afterward, her coat got nice and fluffy before she got into her sleepwear and returned to her dorm.
Unfortunately, for the rest of the evening, she wasn't able to get into a conversation with her roommates. The topic was always something she didn't know or care about. Despite her gender, Esther never had many female friends, so she didn't really know how to talk to girls outside of flirting.
Now that she thought about it, it's almost comical how masculine she is. She's chiseled like a stone statue, mostly hangs out with guys, doesn't have much experience talking to girls, is an open lesbian, and talks to her male friends about "hot chicks" the way they do.
This was the first time she's lived in a dorm. So every day she's going to be hanging out with these girls that she has nothing in common with. A feeling of unbelonging suddenly overcame her. The white tiger was in such a good mood earlier, but now her morale was utterly drained.
Despite being in a room with five other people, she suddenly felt very alone. She decided to go to bed early, wishing she could've just been put in a male dorm.
Lee felt somewhat ashamed of himself as he dried off. He couldn't believe what he just did. The worst part is that he'll probably have to do it again. It's better than doing it in bed and relying on a curtain for privacy. He never forgot the absolutely traumatic amount of embarrassment he felt when his father accidentally walked in on him once. He got "the talk" afterward and wanted to die the entire time. Just remembering this caused his ears to come down and cover his eyes while he blushed.
After putting on his sleepwear, he went back to his dorm, carrying his dirty uniform with him. He dumped his uniform in the hamper and was surprised to see Stanley was actually in a good mood and happy to see him. "I think I've got one you'll like."
The dorm got together to watch "Amazing Fox-san". It was an animated film that used figurines instead of drawings or CGI. The story was about a thieving fox who claimed to have given up his life of crime when, secretly, he was continuing to steal from people behind his wife's back.
After the film ended and everybody voiced their approval, Stanley pulled a booklet out of the DVD case, which he handed to Lee to read. The booklet contained an essay as well as notes about the cast and production. It was a very interesting read. They also went through some of the DVD extras such as interviews and behind the scenes, which were also fascinating.
Soon, it was bedtime. Lee put his phone on a charger and climbed up into his bunk. He got under the covers, shut his eyes, and slowly drifted off to sleep.
Later in the night, Lee awoke to an incredibly annoying noise. It sounded like somebody very sloppily eating something. He tried to go back to sleep, yet the sound annoyed him too much. He growled in frustration and tossed aside his blanket.
Lee jumped off his bed and started looking around the room for whoever was making that damned noise. The sound came from behind him and he realized it was the bunk directly below his, Oscar's.
The chimera scoffed as he threw open the curtain to Oscar's bed. "Oscar, what the hell are you eati-"
Lee froze and his entire body felt ice cold. He could hardly process the sight in front of him. He saw a blood-covered Oscar with his torso completely split open, his face locked into a terrified expression as his dead, glazed over eyes stared off into space.
Kneeling over him was a tall bloodstained creature tearing chunks out of the rabbit and cramming its mouth with meat and viscera.
The beast turned its attention to Lee, who reeled back in horror. The creature looked exactly like the chimera, but with big, sharp wolf fangs.
The other Lee grinned at him, its fangs stained completely red as blood dripped out the side of its mouth. A heinous, terrifying, grin.
Lee gasped and found himself staring at the ceiling of his bunk bed. In a panic, he flipped over and shoved his face past the curtain to Oscar's bunk. Thankfully, the Harlequin rabbit was completely intact in his bed, snoring peacefully.
He pulled back onto his bunk. That was, without a doubt, the most unpleasant nightmare he'd ever had. It felt borderline traumatizing. The chimera rubbed his head. He wanted to go back to sleep, but his stress levels were off the charts. He needed fresh air.
He slowly got out of his bed, not wanting to wake Oscar accidentally. Once his feet touched the floor, he grabbed his shoes and snuck out.
The chimera sighed as he walked across the campus on a foggy night. He could definitely get in trouble for this. But just feeling the cool night air was calming him down. As he walked, he spotted something odd off in the distance. There was some kind of glowing blue light, but it was hard to make out what it was with so much fog. He decided he may as well investigate, then return and go to bed afterward.
As he got closer to it, he found that he was nearing the building the auditorium was in. The source of the blue light was a water fountain. He was about to turn around when he had a realization. This is the only fountain he's seen at Cherryton. This was not just a fountain. This was the fountain.
He paced around the fountain as he remembered hearing about this place from his father. It was the very spot where his parents had first met. This is where his father tried to eat his mother. Lee always found the legends about his dad being some kind of dangerous beast to be hard to believe. But when his own parents told him the story, he thought that they were playing some sort of joke.
Legosi was extremely protective and caring towards his wife. He rarely argued with her and showered her with affection every single day. There was nothing he wouldn't do for his beloved rabbit. The idea that he tried to eat her and even injured her made about as much sense to Lee as saying that the arctic was hotter than the desert.
His father said that he "lost control of his instincts." Lee had heard the word "instincts" several times but never truly understood what they were. Despite being half-carnivore, he never tried to eat anybody. Despite being half-herbivore, he never ran away from danger and preferred to face it head-on. He always wondered what instincts he had. Was his desire to get into fights his "instincts"? Well, if that's the case, is wanting to drag his finger across a cake and eat the icing an "instinct"? Because those were both equally powerful desires in his life.
A horrifying revelation then hit him. His father had told him that as hybrids grew older, their recessive traits became more pronounced. Was that nightmare where he ate Oscar the awakening of his predatory instincts? Is he going to grow fangs? How would he hide fangs? Wearing a cough mask would likely just make people more suspicious after a notorious chimeric crime lord used it as a disguise.
Lee started to wish he just went back to the dorms before coming to this fountain. It'll be even harder to sleep now.
Suddenly, his thoughts were interrupted when he caught a familiar scent nearby. He sniffed at the air. It smelled like a male wolf, but it definitely wasn't his father. But he could tell it was the smell of somebody he knew. Finally, he remembered this smell, and his stress became worse than before. His fists started to shake as he could hear that bastard walking up to him.
Lee turned around and spotted someone approaching him from the fog. He already knew who it was, but he wished it was anybody else. He'd rather deal with wild carnivores than a certain arrogant prick that tormented him for years.
The silhouette came close enough to be visible. He was slightly shorter than Lee if only by a few centimeters. To anyone with eyes, he was a wolf, a grey wolf that had brownish gold fur. His face was very angular and complimented his condescending glare. He almost looked like an average wolf save for just one little extra detail…
His antlers.
