"We're at the finale of Total Drama Island where our final four is fighting for a spot in the final two and a chance to win that million dollar prize. Let's meet our final four and how they got here.
Scott, a sly farmer boy who never stood out as a threat flew under the radar with his gameplay. Working together with Duncan since the beginning of the game and Leshawna at the merge. Scott made a multitude of alliances that propelled him to the end. Making big moves like eliminating Trent at ninth and Scarlett at twelfth helped position himself into a great power position. However it always seemed like he never was getting the respect he deserved. Will the jury respect him, or will it just play out like it has all season.
Heather, a devious queen bee who wasn't afraid to speak her mind, managed to be the number one target on day one and managed to make it all the way to the final four. She lied and backstabbed all the way here. She screwed a lot of people in the premerge, mainly Beardo and Izzy. But late in the premerge she turned a new leaf, aligning with Leshawna she became one of the good guys. She let everyone else make the moves for her, allowing her to slink into the shadows. However, her ruthless nature was still present when she cut Ryan at the final five after cutting a deal with him only a few rounds prior. Will her game be enough for the jury?
Brick, the honest fair play cadet who has made no enemies since coming onto the Island has shown that honest gameplay is still meaningful in these reality shows. He's shown that he's a physical threat and capable of winning challenges, while also betraying no one, but will the likes of Heather, Leshawna and Scott allow Mr nice guy to get to the end?
Leshawna, the loud-mouthed girl, has played with no mercy. Despite not having a filter her rivalry with Heather made her instantly likable. She is a strong competitor and will do anything to win. She, like Scott, has made multiple alliances and has never been a target despite being a massive threat. Her rivalry turned to friendship with Heather as well helped propel her to make the moves she needed like blindsiding Duncan and Courtney, however will her betrayals come back to bite her?
Who will win and who will lose? Find out in the finale of Total Drama Island!"
The episode opened up with the contestants seeping lush in their beds. Brick and Scott were on separate sides of the same cabin, as were Heather and Leshawna. The four contestants slumbered as the camera zoomed in on Leshawna's blankets before zooming out of the blankets to reveal that her bed was suddenly in the middle of the forest with a leopard print bag at her foot. Birds chirped to wake Leshawna up. She rolled over and face planted into the soft dirt below her. "What the?!"
Elsewhere Heather heard the chittering of a woodchuck on her bed. She numbly opened her eyes before the bed collapsed and sent her, too, spiraling into the forest floor. "Momma?" she mumbled.
In a similar situation Scott's nose twitched as he smelled a rather vengeful acquaintance near him. He opened his eyes to see the very annoyed deer with a look that only indicated murder. "Aww great, not this nightmare again," he mumbled. "At least there's some dirt…"
Brick woke up with a scream. On his chest sat a rather large beaver, thumping its tail against the cadet's rather meaty chest. He jumped up out of bed and ran head first into the nearest tree, falling flat on his stomach. AS he moaned, a beaver came over and slapped his butt with its tail. "Oww….."
Confessional, Brick
Waking up in the middle of the woods. Take me back to my hazing days… good times… unless your corporal Smithy...we never did find his left shoe…
"ATTENTION CAMPERS!" the four heard. "As you may have noticed, we plucked you from your warm beds-"
"Well we woke up in our beds," Heather snidely reported. "You took us from our cabins."
"SHUT IT!" Chris shouted from the loudspeakers. "Anyways, I'm gonna let Chef handle it since you hurt my feelings."
Sounds of a scuffle were heard from the four campers as they appeared in split screen listening attentively to the loudspeakers. "WElcome to the finale!" Chef said in an uncharacteristically cheery voice. "The final four of you are challenged to make it back to the place you called home this entire summer! Camp Wawanakwa! First one back wins immunity."
"Seriously, that's it?" Chris deadpanned.
"Hey, I trimmed the useless fat from the stupid paper you have in front of me."
"I wrote that!"
"Well you aren't a math person, and you aren't a speech person," Chef snarked before the lines went dead.
Heather picked up her velvet rucksack at the foot of her bed and wiped off the mud from her face. "Stupid hosts," she mumbled. She took a step through the underbrush before her heels snapped from under her. "Stupid wilderness."
Confessional, Heather
(holding up her heels) My mom gave me these! Sure they're old, out of fashion, and they definitely aren't' my style, but I still use them! Ugh, I guess I'll have to make her repair it…
Scott looked at the deer in front of him with an unblinking glare. The deer started to rear up. "And that's my cue to go," Scott said offhandedly. As he slowly backed away from the bed the deer suddenly began to give chase. "NOT WITH YOU!"
After a quick chase through the forest in between the trees Scott bumped into a tree. Dazed and confused he looked up to see the vengeful deer in front of him. "Come on," Scott mumbled. The deer took another step forward before a coconut fell on its head, knocking it out. "What?"
Scott looked up to see that he knocked himself into a giant palm tree. "I'm a dumbass, but aren't palm trees in the caribbean or something?'' When he received no answer he grabbed the coconut. "You're gonna have to help me with this."
Picking up red mud and some grass, Scott drew a small smile on the fruit's face below its three holes. Using the grass and mud he glued the grass in a hair fixated at the very top of the coconut. "What do you recommend, Mister Coconut?"
Brick held a finger up to the sky as he pulled out a compass. "Guess the interns missed out on this," Brick smiled to himself. He looked up at the sun to determine his normal direction. "Okay now that I know I'm deposited somewhere north north west I'll have to make it to the center…"
He looked at the dark and dank forest in front of him. "Or I coil walk to the beach on my right and loop to the island…" he resigned.
Leshawna sat on a rock. "Man hiking ain't for me, I sure as all hell ain't gonna be winning this immunity," she rested on a rock. The camera zoomed out to show that she was barely four hundred feet away from her bed. The camera zoomed in uncomfortably close into her hair before pulling out, showing her walking and walking.
Elsewhere Heather stumbled blindly in the woods. "Is that…" she looked through the branches. "What's he holding…"
Following the figure, Heather kept her distance, trying her best not to make a stir. "Ah," the figure mumbled. "Let's go this way, right."
Scott turned his head, exposing his red hair to Heather as she ducked behind a tree. "Is he holding a coconut?"
Heather backed up, finding herself tumbling into some rocks. As she recovered herself she found LEshawna sitting on a stump. "Hey girl," Leshawna said placidly. "Let a sister catch a breath real quick."
"Do you want to work together?" Heather asked Leshawna.
"Nuh-uh, these kumquats are gonna slow down your plums," Leshawna coughed. "Sorry, I ain't used to all these hikes."
"Neither am I," Heather said bluntly. "Well, I saw Scott heading in that erection so I'm gonna follow. But before that…"
Leshawna sat up, listening intently to Heather as she held up a finger. "You and I are going to the final three if I can help it. I think Scott might be liable to flip-"
Before Heather could fully explain, several disturbed owls flew from the trees and carried Heather off. "OH COME ON! WHAT KIND OF OBSTACLE IS THAT?!" Leshawna raged at the sky.
Confessional, Heather
I wonder who set those owls, it really just seems like a deus ex machina...is that the term?
Confessional, Chris
Mister Milton recently got into hot water with the president of the OWL society of Canada so to make amends we had several of their rescue owls play a hilarious role in the episode. Deus ex machina? Sure, but DID YOU SEE THE LOOK ON THEIR FACES?!
Brick looked down on his compass as he slowly marched forward. He tapped the screen just as his foot hit the air and he splashed into a river. "Wait, I don't remember this river.." Brick looked around, only to see a wet shovel. "Oh that explains it." Unknown to him, the water was slowly picking up and he was swept onto his butt, spiraling down into a river.
He flew off of a rock and soared high in the sky. "Hey, I can see the camp from here!" Before he could get oriented he fell onto a certain redhead.
"Ow…" Brick and Scott mumbled.
"Watch where you're going!" Scott said.
"Sorry Scott, I couldn't quite control myself," Brick explained.
"Oh you forgot to apologize to Mister Coconut, he was quite chuffed at you." Brick stared at Scott as the redhead shoved the coconut into his face. "Mister Coconut says that your look of fear is an apology enough. How did you get here anyway?"
Confessional, Brick
Scott was normal at the start of this challenge right?
"I flew," Brick said bluntly. "You'll be surprised but it happened. Well, more accurately I flew from a river and landed on you."
"There isn't a river in sight!" Scott shouted.
"Maybe not last week, it looks like it was there recently since I saw a shovel. Eh, good luck with the rest of the challenge," Brick said as he marched off opposite to where he saw the camp.
Scott bent over on the dirt and licked it with his finger. "A little wet…" he mumbled. "Mister Coconut, are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Mister Coconut rolled over. "Well yes, I do think dirt flavored cake pops might be a suitable business opportunity but I can't find that if I dont' win the cash! I think the cadet helped us out and he wasn't even trying to."
Confessional, Scott
Polite as usual, mister cadet. May have been your undoing.
Leshawna finished yelling at the trees where Heather was taken and stormed off. "I guess I'm gonna have to catch up with her later," she mumbled. She felt a rumbling below her and screamed as she fell into a pit below her. "Thanks Zoey!" she shouted before trying to climb up.
Heather crept out of the trees, careful not to disturb the owls. She slowly climbed down a branch, slipping a bit on some sap, but looked over her shoulder to see that she was still some 50 feet in the air. She clung tighter to the trees and looked to her right to see the camp. "Huh, I guess those owls really are wise," she remarked loudly.
Having awakened a slumbering squirrel she suddenly felt an acorn hit her in the head. She tumbled downward and fell on something soft and fuzzy. She looked below her to see another bear. "Oh come on!" she shouted before immediately running towards camp.
Brick oriented himself with his compass again and began a steady march. He dodged a running rabbit chased by a slithering snake over a blueberry guzzling bear. He took another step forward and found himself in the clearing for camp. Suddenly he broke into a run, the totem pole suddenly in sight, when he was suddenly stopped by Chris' announcement on the loudspeakers. "Scott has won immunity! He will be guaranteed into the final three!"
Brick slumped his shoulders as the interns raced around him to gather Heather and Leshawna. He looked around to see Heather and the interns still being chased by what seemed to be now three bears and joined them as they ran away out of sight from the camera.
Confessional, Heather
Scott winning immunity sucks for me. Because now I either have to cut Brick and look loyal. Or betray my closest ally with no guarantee I go to the end at that point. It's a matter of what increases my odds to win while keeping my high odds of making the final two.
"You think she'll go with us?" Scott asked Leshawna regarding Heather as they walked through the campground.
"She's been loyal to us forever now. What reason does she have to flip now?" Leshawna replied.
"If she feels she has a better chance against Brick she'll make that move." Scott held his coconut to his head. "Mister coconut agrees!"
"You think? And he thinks?" Leshawna asked half bewildered.
"I think so. For as much as she's changed, she's still the queen bee fighting for that money."
"But what makes her think she'll beat Brick? He's got probably five Gopher votes on that jury already."
"She may think she has the Bass."
"Marilyn and Zoey hate her guts. And the guys like Brick. It'd be suicide. You have that damn coconut's vote-WHERE DID YOU EVEN GET THAT?!"
"He's very insulted," Scott replied. "Heather played her dangerous game compared to us."
"Yeah but that was weeks ago, fool!" Leshawna threw her hands up in the air.
"What's the saying? A zebra can't change its stripes."
Confessional, Scott
I'm pretty sure Heather wanted to make a move against me. Now that I'm safe though she's probably backtracking because she's not taking out Leshawna. But if I can get Heather to do my dirty work for me then that'd be great for me. However I don't want to be the one to take that shot. Because I'm dead if I miss. (He points to the coconut) But at least I have his vote.
Confessional, Leshawna
If what Scott's telling is right. Then I gotta talk with Heather. Because I don't want to go into a challenge against Brick. Brick may not have demonstrated a lot of challenge strength through challenge wins but that boy is strong. And if any real physical tie breaker challenge comes up I'm totally screwed. Unless I can use Scott's coconut...
"Hey Heather what's up girl?" Leshawna called out to Heather.
"Nothing much Leshawna."
"Can I just cut to the chase?"
"You know that's what I prefer."
"Look. Scott thinks you're going to flip and go with Brick," Leshawna said bluntly. "Mister Coconut says so too."
"I won't lie I did consider it… but only if Scott-Who's mister coconut?"
"Damn fool found a coconut and made himself an 'ally' with him," Leshawna rolled her eyes. "What were you saying about flipping on us?"
"Oh I was going to but then I decided against it," Heather disdainfully flipped her hand.
"That's a relief. Why didn't you tell me?"
"Because I didn't think you'd flip on him. And I need a move to call my own. But I won't sacrifice our friendship for that. I'll vote for the coconut before you."
"I appreciate that girl. I just wanted to talk to you straight up about it."
"I totally understand." The two girls shook hands briefly.
Confessional, Heather
I just straight up lied to Leshawna. If I'm honest I don't know what I'm going to do tonight. I literally just need to sit and think. Right now I am leaning towards Leshawna. But what if that's the mistake that costs me the million. UGH THIS SUCKS!
Confessional, Brick
I'd be lying if I said I wasn't worried tonight. Heather has been locked in her cabin all day. Scott and Leshawna won't even look at me. I just gotta hope Heather gives me a chance because it seems my fate is sealed as far as Leshawna and Scott are concerned.
Confessional, Mr. Coconut
It looks at the camera with a very very smug grin. It can win this game since everyone else here are losers.
Elimination Ceremony
"Welcome back to the Bonfire Ceremony. This bonfire is going to be a double elimination so first and foremost," Chris held his hand out for the coconut SCott was currently holding. "Mister Coconut is gonna have to go."
Scott groaned and handed Mister Coconut over to Chris, who summarily chucked it down the island. "Dude you were so close to not becoming a crazy redhead," Heather whispered to the ginger.
"It's in our blood," Scott sighed as he waved goodbye to Mister Coconut.
"AHEM!" Chris shouted, snapping all heads towards him. "Welcome to the penultimate campfire ceremony where the twenty fifth person will be voted out and will become the tenth member of the jury. I have three marshmallows on this plate here, meaning Brick, Heather, or Leshawna, one of your journeys has ended here since Scott won immunity today," Chris stated tossing a white morsel to the farmer.
"Heather, you are also safe."
"Meaning Leshawna and Brick, one of you is going home." Leshawna was sweating bullets while Brick was biting his nails in fear, neither wanting to go home so late in the game. "And after weeks of challenges and voting off twenty four other campers… Brick… your time here has come to an end."
"Aw… well I gave it my best shot. I wish you guys the best of luck," Brick stated, with a smile standing up from his stump.
"Good game Brick. Nothing but respect for you sugar," Leshawna said to the cadet, giving him a hug.
"I hate that it ended this way, but I've got nothing but respect for you man," Scott exclaimed.
"Sorry I didn't go with you Brick," Heather said, with an air of sadness to her voice.
"It's fine Heather, I can respect you for being loyal to your allies. This game brings out the worst in us, I can say that from where you started to where you ended is something to be proud of," Brick explained to Heather who gave the cadet a smile. "Good luck in tomorrow's challenge, I'll see you all at the final ceremony."
As Brick gave a wave to the final three and walked to the boat of losers, the camera faded to him in his final confessional.
Final Confessional, Brick
It's been a fun ride. I've met some great people. And I can honestly say I'd want to be friends with everyone on the cast which I think not many here can say. I was so close to the end but the fact that I made it so far into the game without so much as receiving a vote is I feel a testament to how valuable loyalty and being actual friends with people is in a game and in real life. I know this may come as a shock but Heather has my vote. Even when she could very easily have flipped on her allies she didn't. She was loyal to the end. And that's something I respect as a player and something that I value.
Final Confessional, Mister Coconut
The coconut hasn't been on for a long time but its presence already feels larger than some of the campers on the island. It looks to the camera as it's drawn into the boat by an idle interning hand. It served its comedic purpose, which was far more valuable than some other expendable figures. The camera zooms in on its smile one last time.
Votes
Brick: I'm sorry Leshawna but this is my only option.
Leshawna: You just have too many friends up on that jury, Brick
Scott: I sent your buddy home last time, now it's time I finished the job. Sorry Brick
Heather: I'm so sorry Brick but I just can't betray Leshawna.
"We made it girl, can you believe it?" Leshawna cheered to Heather as they awoke for the final challenge of the season.
"Considering how we started I can't say I do," Heather chuckled.
"Who cares. What's the saying? It's not about how you start, it's about how you finish."
"Well we may have made the final three together, we still have one final man left in our way."
"That we do. But two versus one just isn't a fair match up."
"Especially when the two, is us two." The duo shared a laugh.
"Who would've thought," Heather said after a brief pause.
"Not me that's for sure," Leshawna replied as the duo chuckled again.
Confessional, Leshawna
When we started this season I absolutely despised Heather, and now we're best friends. If that doesn't prove that literally anything can happen, then I don't know what will."
Confessional, Scott
I know this challenge is do or die for me today. The two girls are taking each other to the end. That's just the facts of the situation. Laugh at me all you want for playing myself into a hole, but these are the only two I actually had any chance against from the final eight onwards. So yeah it's do or die, but if I am at the end my chances of winning are higher than with any other grouping of two. But man the feeling of knowing you have to win or you're done sucks. Now I know why Marilyn was so cranky for those few days.
Final Three Challenge
"Good morning Camp Wawanakwa!" Chris blared into the speakers as the camera panned to the mess hall. "For our final three we have prepared a rather nice spread of pancakes, waffles, and all the breakfast fixings one could ask for, partially made by Milton Catering because the best way to feel at home is through your stomach!"
The camera showed the final three in a rather nicely set table. A small flame was in the circle of them as they exchanged syrups in all the flavors of the rainbow. "I didn't even know syrup came in green," Scott mentioned.
"And I didn't think it'd taste this good!" Leshawna smiled. "You can rely on breakfast."
"You can say that again," Heather said quietly, smiling as she took a sip of coffee. "Wow this is great coffee!"
"My daddy owns majority stock in a namibian coffee factory so they send us a pallet every month, do you like it?" Dakota mentioned as she handed another tray of beignets to Leshawna.
"Impressive," Heather said. "My mother has plurality stocks in a rice company in China but rice isn't a breakfast food as much as it is dinner and lunch."
Scott and Leshawna leered at Heather as she and Dakota continued talking about stocks.
Confessional, Scott
I don't know the Stock market, but something tells me that's money in the bank. In that case, why was Heather even here?! She's rich!
Confessional, Leshawna
Not gonna lie, Heather being rich throws me off, I could use that money! Hopefully the jurors see that when I'm at the end with her or Scott.
Breakfast pleasantly completed, Dakota led the three finalists and chef to the amphitheater, where the three of them sat in a row of gameshow looking podiums. "Welcome to the final three!" Chriss announced in a snazzy blue tux. "Two of you will make it to the end and one of you will be eliminated! Today's challenge is a classic teenage favorite, the game of I Triple Dog Dare You! Of course such a creative game required equally creative punishments, and we've recruited some of the most bitter, mean, robbed, and cheated torturers!"
The finalists exchanged worried glances as Chris and Chef, now coming out in a see-through pink dress, partook in particularly malicious laughter. "So let's introduce your punishers… Dakota, Justin, Noah, Chloe, Ella, Beardo, Izzy, Tem, Beth, Cameron, Katie, Dave, Courtney, Sky, and Sammy." As Chris introduced each of the pre-jury they all walked into a large set of bleachers, except for Sky who entered on crutches with the assistance of Dave and Sammy she managed to comfortably sit in her seat, and Dakota, who stood to the side of the bleachers still in her intern wear.
Dakota pushed a wheel obscured by the bleachers out into the open. "Everyone has made five dares. We don't know if we'll get through them all, but there's going to be enough punishment to go around!" Chris cackled. "Here's the deal. You spin the wheel with all the faces of the pre-jury and you have to do one of their dares. You can choose to offload the dare onto one of your competitors but that guarantees that you have to do the next dare when it comes your way. If they pass the dare, good, they're safe. If they fail the dare, they get a strike. Three strikes, and you're out!"
"So we don't win immunity," Heather nodded.
"Sounds like a win- win to me," Scott said to Leshawna, who shrugged.
"Not quite Scotty boy!" Chris said. "If you choose to sandbag the competition and end up in last place, no if ands or butts, you're instantly eliminated!"
The finalists shot up, looked at each other with wide eyes, and gulped. They looked over at the perjury and saw all of them had shit eating grins on their faces.
Confessional, Heather
It's just the prejury, they can't be too vindictive, right?
Confessional, Scott
Did I piss them off? I couldn't have, right?
Confessional, Leshawna
We're so dead
Confessional, Cameron
I've had conversations with Zoey on Playa de Los Losers. She's in a much better mental state right now, but she wanted me to engage in almost unsportsmanlike spirits of schadenfreude. (he clasps his hands together and laughs manically before coughing like a cat coughing up a hairball)
Confessional, Noah
It's fun FINALLY having some power this time around.
Confessional, Tem
I respect the three of them. I can't say much else because I wasn't on a team with any of them, but you know what, it's time to play.
"Do you have anything to say to our finalists?" Chris asked once they were all settled.
Katie cleared her throat before Beth spoke up. "You three are going down!" she said rather vindictively. Katie looked at her blankly as she opened her mouth again.
"Should have known your past was going to haunt you some time soon," Dave said as he wiped hand sanitizer over him.
Katie glared at Dave as she opened her mouth again. "We're bringing your dinner to the table and you're going to eat it!" Sammy clapped her hands.
Katie noticed Cameron opening his mouth to speak and slapped her hand over his mouth. "The three of you are just going to have to fight a little harder," she finally eked out.
Cameron looked at Katie as she removed her hand from his mouth. "All that's been said, it's something that we all share," he explained.
"Well, let's get started. Heather, since you sat closest to the losers, you're going first!" Chris taunted. Dakota pointed to the wheel as Heather stood up from her chair. The bottle on the wheel spun around and around before landing on Beth. "One of Beth's dares...oooh this is a good one. Steal a cookie from a crow."
Heather gave Beth the stink eye as she laughed. "Why a cookie?"
"Isn't that the saying?" Beth said innocently. "You can't take a cookie from a crow?"
"No, the saying is that you need a crow's tits to fly high above the horizon before shoving it into your esophagus," Izzy replied. After a pregnant pause Izzy sat down, a smug smile on her face.
"I triple dog dare Leshawna!" Heather decided, pointing her finger at Leshawna.
"So it's like that sister," Leshawna chortled. "Where's the poor crow?"
Chef brought out a pedestal with a baby crow in it, holding a cookie rather possessively. Leshawna immediately hung her head. "This ain't gonna feel good," she mumbled.
"Maybe you'd feel better if you didn't betray Cameron!" Izzy cackled.
Leshawna strode over to the nest and dropped her hand into the nest. She plucked the cookie out of the crow's tiny little wings. The crow began crying a loud shrill scream as everyone immediately covered their ears. "CAN I GIVE IT BACK?" Leshawna asked.
"YES I'M BLACK LIKE YOU LESHAWNA!" Cameron replied
"DID YOU SAY YOU LIKE LESHAWNA?!" asked Katie.
"BID A VIEW FOR A NEW BIKE BY LESHAWNA?" Beth questioned.
"NO I DON'T WANT A NICOTINE PATCH! IT RUINS MY COMPLEXION!" Justin shouted.
"GIVE IT BACK LESHAWNA!" Chris took the cookie out of the girl's hands and dropped it back into the nest. "Well, Leshawna survives. And Heather has to do her very next dare."
"No hard feelings girl," Leshawna said as she walked past Heather. "But only one of us can win."
Scott rubbed his ears out of some earwax as he stood up to spin the bottle. Beardo imitated the sound of wheels turning before it landed on him. "Weird," mumbled Chris. "Well, you've got Beardo's first dare of letting the eliminated contestants smash rotten eggs into your hair."
"If I don't do this one then I'll have to do a worse one, knowing my luck," Scott mentioned. "I'll do it."
A quick cut showed all the pre jury lining up. Scott closed his eyes with a grimace as they all lined up, some happily smashing their eggs. "Is it done?" Scott asked.
"ONE MORE YA MISTLETOE!" Scott suddenly heard Izzy shout. He looked up to see Izzy jump from the top of a boom mic and slam a rotten ostrich egg into his hair. "Smells like victory!"
"...Beardo didn't specify which kind of egg so we can't really reprimand her," Chef shrugged. "You passed. There's some cologne back at your station."
Scott swapped places with Leshawna as she recoiled at the smell. The bottle spun on the wheel to Cameron's bespectacled face. "Lick an ice cube covered in mud….that's the best you can do?" Chris asked Cameron.
"Well, let's see if Heather's down to do it," Leshawna shrugged. "Back at you girlfriend."
Heather leaned back as Chef held the mud covered ice cube in front of her face. "Eww…" she winced. As she saw Cameron and Chloe looking at her intently she gathered the courage and put her tongue on top of the ice, dragging it over the length before Chris fell over in laughter. "Well, I passed."
"Let's hope that you, Heather, can pass this next one! Oh, and you can't weasel your way out of this one!" Heather stood up and spun the wheel rather slowly. After it made a couple of trips around the wheel the bottle head finally landed on Sky. "Oooh, make your way all the way across a balance beam with bags of rice while Izzy throws water balloons at you."
Heather's eyes widened as Izzy suddenly produced a water balloon from out of nowhere, pelting Heather almost immediately. "NOT YET YOU PSYCHO HOSE BEAST!"
"Weird," Izzy tapped her finger to her chin. "My substitute teacher called me that when I released cockroach explosives."
Heather was summarily handed three bags of rice as the interns hastily erected a balance beam...or rather a plank of wood 3 inches from the ground. "A balance beam is a balance beam," mentioned Sky. "And besides, you have worse things to look out for."
Heather placed a foot onto the balance beam only to get immediately beaned on the side of her head. The water balloon exploded and she let out something of a scream. "UGH!" Heather groaned as she made it a quarter of the way. Izzy threw four balloons at once, hitting Heather all four times in the stomach and chest. Heather struggled to regain her balance, dropping two of the bags before she put the remaining bag on her head and ran to the end. "Well, I passed, right?"
"Nope," Sky spoke up. "I said you had to make your way across with bags of rice. That's only one."
"What did I do to hurt you again?" Heather asked.
"Betrayed Izzy and Beardo, took out Cameron and Katie, blindsided Courtney?" Sky suggested.
"The gymnast is right! Heather gets the first strike!" Chef slapped a giant red x in front of Heather's station. "Up next is Scott!"
The wheel spun and spun before landing on Dave. "Chew glass," Chris read. "Wow...that's it?"
Chef handed Scott an empty glass and broke it into many pieces. Scott took a hammer and smashed a particularly pointy bit into something smaller. He put it in his mouth and chewed for five bites. "I think I did more than was necessary."
"...thank Dave for that very LAME dare," Chris scolded before Dave shrugged and leaned on Sky's shoulder.
"Leshawna! Already up here," Chef called. He watched the bottle spin and spin before it landed on Noah. "Balance three omnibuses on your head."
"Load em up boys," Leshawna said as she stretched out her arms in a t-pose. As she tilted her head to create a much flatter surface the complete Hunger Games, Percy Jackson, and Maze Runner series were stuck on her head. She kept it flat and steady for fourteen seconds before she fell on the floor, letting the books fall on the floor. "Do I pass?"
"That's a pass in my book," Noah said as he slumped forward. "How long is this going to take?"
"Well the readers of this fanfiction are going to enjoy this montage! NO FAIR!" Izzy said as she threw a water balloon to the fourth wall.
The montage came after the water Izzy threw fell off of the camera.
Heather gave another Noah dare involving gluing hands together and prying them apart to Scott that he passed, but he couldn't pass Ella's dare of singing a lullaby to a screeching snail.
Leshawna's dare was using a wooly beavertail to flip a pancake but she enraged the beaver too much and she ran back to her station screaming, a giant x on her head.
In the second Sammy dare in a row Heather managed to shove an entire apple into her mouth as she spun on a record player. Chloe dared Scott to zipline with his pants as a handle, which he actually tolerated quite well. Leshawna passed her second Noah dare of eating a page of Twilight. Heather failed her second dare when she didn't let a duck put lipstick over her eyes. Scott shunted a dare about spraying perfume down his throat to Leshawna, who barely took it in. After several false starts, Chris finally found an appropriate Izzy dare for LEshawna to do, which involved log rolling with a crocodile. Shocking even herself, she won quite handedly.
Heather got another appropriate Izzy dare of setting her top on fire, which she handed off to Scott. Scott shrugged and burnt his white shirt, leaving his pale torso exposed for too long. Courtney sheepishly apologized as Scott got her dare of balancing a tray of eggs with acorns. Leshawna passed another one of Courtney's dares when she dared her to swim in green jelly in stinky underwear.
Leshawna faced a second dare in a row, where she named ten bible books while standing on a pyramid of ice. Scott took's Sky's next dare of swinging from rings over a pit of skunks. He passed but angered the skunks, who sprayed all over Chris in a fit of frustration. Chris left to get some tomato spray and Leshawna faced another Izzy dare. She failed to break through a wall of concrete with a rubber chicken. Izzy popped in from the other side and offered to give Leshawna some tips.
Heather faced Cameron's dare of preventing a bomb from exploding within forty seconds. By the skin of her teeth she tore out the bomb's wire with only five seconds left. Scott completed another lame dare of burying his head in manure, even coming up with a big whiff. Leshawna's dare from Justin forced her to bury her head in clown makeup and keep it on for at least one more dare.
Izzy threw a water balloon filled with tomato juice at Chris and that signaled the end of the montage. "Now that we're...PFFFT…" Chris spat out the tomato paste. "Why is it so chunky?!"
Confessional, Izzy
It isn't chunky! It's voluptuously curvy!
Chris doubled over as Chef called Heather over. "Now, I didn't go to no math school but you and Leshawna are tied for last because you have failed two easy dares!"
Confessional, Scott
This challenge has been a piece of cake so far. If one of the girls messes up I'm in the final three. Just gotta play it safe from here on out.
Confessional, Heather
This is by far one of the worst challenges ever. Who approved this?
Confessional, Leshawna
Who knew people could be so vindictive. Like damn.
"You try carrying rice through a balance beam while a maniac throws balloons at you!"
"You don't know what I did in war," Chef shrugged. "Spin it."
The wheel spun around and around before it finally settled on Tem. " Drink a gallon of cotton candy ice cream on a giant turntable," Chef read. "Girl, where do you think we get the money?"
"Dakota's dad?" Tem pointed. Dakota readily agreed. "If that's too much just drink the gallon and not throw up for a minute."
"No, you wrote the dare," Chris said as he finally shot back up. "Did the interns get the turntable?"
"More like a lazy Heather at this point." Dakota pulled out a dinner plate sized platform from underneath and placed it on the ground.
She brought over a gallon of cotton candy ice cream in front of Heather. The queen bee straine to carry it in her hands as she was handed a straw. The prejury pulled a rope connected to the Lazy Heather back and back. Heather managed to drink it all down but the turntable kept spinning. "I...donne…." Heather strained as she stood for a minute.
After a minute and fifteen Chris announced she passed the challenge. Heather held her hands up triumphantly before she suddenly ran to Tem's spot. She tilted her head up and sprayed the poor city girl in the face with a steady stream of vomit. Tem looked helplessly to Dave and Sky before she suddenly grabbed Cameron's hoodie and threw up in it.
Witnessing this, the three in hosting duties, Chef, Dakota, and Chris, suddenly turned green. Chris doubled over, throwing up, and gave both Chef and Dakota fifty bucks. Summarily satisfied Dakota smiled before she turned onto Chef and puked all over his shoes. She took twenty dollars from her stash and twenty from Chris and gave it Chef.
Suddenly Katie threw up over Tem. Tem threw up again over Heather, Leshawna and Scott threw up over their stations, Dave threw up, screamed, and ran into the confessional.
Confessional, Dave
Please...plase…. Some fresh… stagnant...smelly… poop filled…
(throws up over the confessional)
Izzy stood over the campers as they threw up. "And you thought my dares were bad," Izzy smugly said. "Oh, am I supposed to throw up too?" The camera wiggled back and forth frantically. "Okay fine, exclude me from the fun."
After they recovered Scott dodged the interns cleaning up the puke and spun his wheel. It landed on Justin. "Kiss a member of the prejury and a finalist…." Chris stumbled. "No...I'm gonna veto that...Justin has another dare and it's that you need to wear a fiery skirt and swallow three sausages."
"Thank you Chris," Justin said. "I don't think I could have handled Scott kissing me after we threw up."
"Why would I kiss you?" Scott asked.
"WHY WOULDN'T YOU!?" Beth, Tem, and Dakota shouted.
Scott put on the fiery skirt with no fanfare and took three sausages. "They're tiny," Scott noticed. "Are these still bull testicles?" Chris and Chef shook their heads. "Okay, it'll be just like home except a lot hotter."
True to his word Scott took in the three sausages and then sat in his chair again. "Umm...you're still flaming honey," Leshawna mentioned.
"I kind of like it," Scott shrugged. "I feel some kind of cold."
Leshawna spun the wheel and landed on Ella. "Let an eagle drop you into the lake," Chris read out. "We do have one large eagle. Carried Chef a while ago so he can carry you."
"What a stud," Leshawna said sardonically. "And Heather, you bragged about getting all the studs, wouldn't be fair taking this one away from you."
Chris nodded and the massive eagle carrying a camera on its back swooped down and carried Heather high above the sky. Heather screamed in fear as she flew some twenty feet over the lake before dropping flatly. She bobbed up and down and the eagle picked her up and dropped her into her seat again. "Well you did it, homegirl," Leshawna shrugged.
"Not as easy as the viewers saw," Heather coughed. She stood up after drying herself and made her way to the wheel.
The wheel spun around and round before it landed on Beardo's beatboxing face. "Beardo," Chris laughed.
"Wonder what that loser could get me," Heather mumbled.
"Have Chef cut your hair with a chainsaw," Chris read from Beardo's card.
Immediately Heather blanched as she turned her head to Beardo. Beardo gave a mocking snicker as he smiled a big wide grin to the petrified finalist. Almost petrified, she made stifled steps to a barber chair that the interns hastily set up. On a table that Dakota quickly put together Chef Hatchet unrolled a tool belt full of gardening shears, trowels, weed whackers, scissors, motorized hand saws, chainsaws, and gardening stakes- all rusted and caked in dirt.
Heather looked to Leshawna and Scott, both of whom winced, but appeared as though they were silently willing her to fail. She fixed her posture in the barber chair to stand erect as Chef Hatchet slammed the table. The rust and dust fell off of the supplies. He pulled out a mirror and held it up to Heather. Heather held it in her hands as Chef whirred a chainsaw behind her.
WHIR
Heather looked at Leshawna and Scott wincing. She took a sharp inhale.
WHIR
The chainsaw seemed to be getting closer and closer to her hair. "I would not let that happen to me," Leshawna whispered to Scott.
"Me neither," Scott sympathized. The two of them grabbed their hair.
Whir-Chaha-shlap
The chainsaw whimpered behind heather in a dying breath. "Darn thing," Chef mumbled.
"You know what?!" Heather said worriedly. "I'm gonna do it myself."
Before Chris or any of the prejury could speak up, Heather grabbed one of the garden shears. "Let's see if I've still got it," she gulped. In several quick motions Heather's raven black hair fell to the ground dead and lifeless in several clumps. Everyone watched in awe as she was able to get her hair into something actually manageable, if a little uneven. Picking up a rubber band from the floor she tied her hair into a messy ponytail. "I knew I was rusty at this...but I did it... " She turned to Chef and Chris. "What's next?"
"You're eliminated!" Chris said as Beardo imitated an airhorn. Several birds, summoned by Ella, carried a banner that said "SO LONG LOSER!" in Noah's handwriting above her.
"What?!" Heather gaped. "I got my haircut with Chef's tools!"
"Oooh," Scott winced. "That...and I'm a dumbass so don't quote me...but that wasn't the dare."
"The dare was to get your hair cut by Chef's chainsaw," Leshawna clarified.
"And since that didn't happen," Chris taunted. "Let's make it clear. They," he pointed to Scott and Leshawa. "Win, and you don't!"
Still in her barber's chair, rage built up in Heather's every quaking bone. She let out a frustrated scream that could be heard from Playa de Los Losers, where the jury was currently chilling by the pool.
Leshawna and Scott waved off the perjury as they and Dakota were escorted onto the first trip of the boat of losers. "So Dakota's done for the season?" Scott asked.
"Yep," Chris mentioned. "She's been in a lot of episodes and her daddy said her contract ended after the final three. She's not going to be voting anyways so she and all the losers are back to the airport and back to their families."
By the time Leshawna and Scott waved the perjury off for the final time, Heather had recovered from her scream. She faced Leshawna and Scott with a pursed lip and nodded to each of them. "I'll see you tomorrow," she said with a hard swallow.
Leshawna pulled her and Scott in for a hug. "It's been an adventure."
"We'll see you tomorrow," Scott said. The boat of losers returned to the dock of shame as Heather made her way down the dock and onto the boat.
Final Confessional, Heather
Here I am. And there they are still on Camp Wawanakwa. I wanna say that GODDAMMIT, I WAS SO CLOSE, WHY DIDN'T I LISTEN?! And now that that's out of the way...Bravo Leshawna and Bravo Scott. I thought I had a good stance on the social standings, but you two went under my radar for so long. The two of you really deserve it, but you know, Leshawna, she's got my vote more than Scott. Scott could sway me, but that isn't likely. I probably should have been nicer in the beginning, pick two more loyal cronies to take to the end, made amends with the people I was a real bitch towards. A lot to reflect, and only one night to prepare for it.
Leshawna and Scott were taken to the mess hall where a banquet was laid out for them. "Is this real?" Leshawna asked Scott. "Like for real, for real?"
"I think it's for real," Scott nodded. "I haven't seen squirrels roasted so perfectly since Christmas two years ago. What's that fish smelling thing next to it?"
"Oh it's caviar! My aunt took me and my cousin to a bougie buffet one time and it felt so good rolling down your throat! But who made this?"
"Chef did," Chris said. "Mister Milton gave him the instructions and Chef followed them to the letter."
"Well Chef always was a better Chef than we thrashed in the confessionals," Scott whispered to Leshawna. She agreed as the two of them were seated. "Hey, let's get some champagne in here."
"You fools are still underage," Chef said as he walked in. "Cider will have to do."
Leshawna and Scott sniffed the cider. "Beats whatever we were drinking for weeks before!" She and Scott clinked their glasses together. "That was way too formal, let's celebrate like they do in the hood."
"Anything like a trailer park we dig in and eat and-"
"DANCE!" the two finalists shouted excitedly. They pushed the banquet to the side and danced like only the camera was watching.
Confessional, Leshawna/Scott
Alright there was something in that cider because I don't dance that bad. But did you see them? Good thing none of the challenges needed dancing otherwise they'd be going home next.
The sun rose on the final day of Total Drama Island. Scott and Leshawna woke up in rather similar scenes. Scott paced through the boys' cabin as he wracked his brain, trying to remember just what went on. "Lots of suckers went out," he chortled to himself. As he picked up his bags an intern whispered in his ear and took the bags.
Meanwhile Leshawna had exited the girl's cabin and was about to close the door. "Whole lotta memories, good and bad," she mumbled, grabbing her bags. Several interns grabbed her leopard print luggage and took it down to the dock. She and SCott were going to stay at where the losers were after the final jury ceremony. An intern came up to her and whispered something. She made her way to the final confessional.
Confessional, Leshawna
What's up Y'all? Leshawna's in the house and in the final two! Wowee I had a wicked time here!
Confessional, Scott
Sure was nice that everyone was able to stay at their distance. Made it to the end with an awesome time.
Confessional, Leshawna
What was it like being here for weeks? It wasn't easy. The challenges were off the wall, over the top, insane, chaotic, hastily put together, and above all DANGEROUS! But you'd sooner catch me without my kumquats than say that I didn't have the grandest time of all! Where else can you chase animals, play dodgeball, chase keys, or face an Escaped Psycho Killer with a Chainsaw and a Hook?!
Confessional, Scott
What can I say about the people? You could not have put us in with some of the most deluded, arrogant, dimwitted, impulsive, devious, and smarmy individuals out there! But at the same time I've met people who were smart, clever, hilarious, ingenious, and most importantly, Real! It was my pappy who said that good times were had by all but not all times were good for snacking. Wait that wasn't it.
Confessional, Chef
Slaving over a hot stove for twenty eight spoiled, arrogant, stupid kids, one nepotistic intern, and an arrogant host! Not how I wanted to spend my summer at all!
Confessional, Scott/Leshawna
And I'd do it all again in a heartbeat.
The finalists walked into the bonfire ceremony where Chris sat diagonally to the left from their two stumps. A set of wooden bleachers was directly across from the two stumps which would hold the jury during the final ceremony. Leshawna and Scott sat down on their two stumps as Chris greeted them, and then proceeded to welcome the jury.
"Let's welcome in our jury, Shawn, Scarlett, Jackson, Zoey, Trent, Jasmine, Duncan, Marilyn, Ryan, Brick, and Heather." The jury each took a seat on a set of wooden bleachers staring down the two finalists, eyes watching their every move. "Leshawna, Scott congrats on making it to the final two. Tonight the jury will be questioning you and determining the winner of the first Total Drama season. Good luck to you both. We'll go straight into questioning starting with our first juror, Shawn."
"I'll start by saying congrats to you both. It took a lot of work for you two to get as far as you guys did and that's extremely admirable. That being said, only one of you can win. I'll lead by saying that a lot of the jury's votes are up in the air tonight, so when you answer our questions be as honest as possible. Leshawna, some people on the jury feel as though you lied and backstabbed so much that it seemed as though you only cared about getting to the end rather than actually managing the jury and giving yourself a real chance to win. And Scott, some people on the jury feel as though you never really took control of the game but rather just sat idly behind the likes of Duncan or Leshawna. Try and disprove these notions as best as you can. I wish you all the best of luck," Shawn finished.
"Thank you Shawn, Scarlett you're up," Chris stated.
"Finalists, my question for you is, on my vote, how did you specifically contribute to my elimination?" Scarlett questioned.
"Scarlett, I sent you packing that night," Scott began. "After you had called the group meeting to get Zoey out, it made me realize that I didn't want you controlling my fate in the game having known that you could be a loose cannon at times. So when you left I used the hatred that had piled up onto you in the recent days against you and rallied the troops to take you out of the game. And making it a unanimous vote made it so much sweeter for me. Because I was hailed as a hero for taking you out of the game."
"If I'm honest sugar, I didn't have a major role in you going, but I did take advantage of it. Taking you out removed someone from the game that I didn't have a major connection with and quite frankly didn't like. Taking you out also solidified Heather and I's position with the guys and helped push us more into the swing votes because you'd likely be the only one to want to take the swing votes out," Leshawna explained.
"Thank you for your thoughtful answers. Good luck to you both."
"Thanks Scarlett, Jackson you're up."
"Hello all. My question is for Leshawna. Leshawna, when you told me you were going to vote out Trent over me on my vote out, was that a lie or did you change your mind?"
"Initially I was going to vote for Trent. But because Zoey played Scott into thinking she had the numbers to get me out I was led to believe you were coming for me that round and I voted you out. It wasn't until you and Trent were in the bottom two I realized that Scott had been played and I lost someone who I enjoyed having around. So you can blame Scott for why you went home."
"Hey now, I wasn't played. I was just given bad information, which I gave to you so you could save yourself," Scott retorted.
"Misinformation? Or did you just buy the lies that Zoey of all people was selling?"
"I-I"
"Thank you... for your... answers," Jackson said, cutting them off.
"Alright then, Zoey you're up."
"Look I'll be honest, Leshawna… I'm extremely pissed at you. And Scott… I'm pissed at you, but less so. I'll start off by saying that my vote is up in the air right now. So my question to the both of you is do you regret anything that you did when playing this game?"
"I feel like I can honestly say I don't regret anything," Leshawna began. "I got to the end, I feel like that alone is something I can be proud of. Of course I made mistakes along the way. But the game I played worked and it got me into a position to be able to talk to you guys and plead my case to win that cold hard cheddar."
"And Scott?"
"I think my only regret in this game is trusting Leshawna so much. I think had I taken some things she said with a grain of dirt, Duncan would've stayed in the game longer. Ryan would've been out sooner, and I think I'd end up sitting here with someone else. So if I did have a regret, that'd be it."
"Thank you guys."
"Trent you're up."
"Hey guys. Scott, my question is for you. When and how did my blindside come to be, and did that set you up to get to where you are now?
"The original plan was to blindside Ryan really. But when he won that stinkin' immunity that went out the window. So really you became my last minute backup plan for that vote. I had originally talked about cutting Ryan at the Zoey vote, using the cover of such an easy vote to plant seeds that Ryan needed to go. By the start of the final nine challenge I had Duncan, Heather, and Leshawna on board. However, once Ryan won I flipped the vote to you realizing that if I couldn't go for the head of the snake I may as well cut it off at the knees."
"Thank you Scott," Trent replied, sitting back down stifling a laugh at the weird analogy.
"Jasmine you're up."
"Hello mates. Congrats on making it to the final two. My question is to both of you. At a certain point it became clear you two were in cahoots together, at what point did that occur and who came up with the alliance?"
"We had begun to work together in an alliance between myself, Duncan, Courtney, Heather, and Leshawna back on the Bass. We had never made a real farmer like agreement, but we had kinda toyed with the idea of working together. Once I had figured out that Courtney was going to likely be blindsided I figured that was my best opportunity to really swoop in like a hawk and work with Leshawna and use her as a sort of shield." Scott explained to the aussie."
"What farm boy over here didn't specify, is that Heather and I blindsided Courtney trying to remove a key axis in that trio of Duncan, Scott, and Courtney. It wasn't until the merge that we made that deal. However I think I really used that deal to its fullest unlike Scott. I managed to blindside Courtney and Duncan, without Scott betraying me. And I was able to get both you and Marilyn out all the while Scott wanted Ryan out and I didn't. So I just got Scott to do what I wanted under the pretense we were in a secret alliance that would get us both to the end," Leshawna responded.
"Chris mate, can I ask a follow up question?"
"Sure!"
"Leshawna, it's not really a pretense if you guys both made the end."
"Had the final three challenge not been an auto elimination, I would've taken Heather to the end. Obviously though I had no control over that, outside of me putting myself in this seat."
"Fair enough mate." Jasmine sat down, as Duncan stood up.
"Duncan you're up."
"I think we all know who I'm voting for," Duncan paused as the jury chuckled at his quip. "So with that being said, Scott I'll throw you a softball, what do you feel was the moment where you took control of the game and made a move that yours and yours alone?"
"Well circling back to the Trent vote. I feel like that move and the fall out of that move was my key move. I sowed the seeds for that vote alone. Although I initially wanted Ryan, I was still able to adjust and get Trent out. And taking that and turning Ryan into a new public enemy number one so the heat never went onto me despite being the one pulling the strings on that vote. Yeah Ryan wasn't a fan of me, but he knew that I was too secure after that vote for him to make a move on me. So despite being target number one for someone else I was never actually in any real danger and had a multitude of shields ahead of me in the pecking order after that vote. Allowing me to safely make the final two with no real mud on my face."
"Thank you, and good luck man ."
"Marilyn you're up."
"I only have a question for Leshawna. Why did you betray me not once, not twice, but three times?"
"The first time I assume you're referencing the Cameron vote, and I just felt like I was better off with the other group. The second time at the Jackson vote I already explained that Scott messed that up by believing Zoey. And finally at the Jasmine vote I knew that you and her would easily win and I just needed you guys gone. That's why I betrayed you sugar."
"Okay but you could've done so much better if you just stuck it out with my group."
"I'm here aren't I? I don't think I can do much better than what I did sugar."
"Yeah you could've! You wouldn't be hated by the jury."
"I think you and Zoey are the only two that hate me sugar. And that still leaves nine votes up for grabs."
"You're insufferable."
"Whatever sugar, you can go cool off in your seat over there." Marilyn scoffed as she went back to her seat in the jury bleachers.
"Ryan you're up."
"Well after that… display of fireworks… My question is to you Leshawna. Since Duncan already asked Scott for his best move, Leshawna I'll ask you the same question, what was your best move that was solely yours alone?"
"I think my best move was cutting Duncan's girlfriend Courtney in the premerge. Yeah it's not some fancy shmancy merge move, but I think that move alone set me up for success. I took Courtney's place in the Bass power structure and the 'outsiders' trusted me now, and even better yet my name wasn't talked seriously about as a target until like the final four because of that Courtney move. It was a great blindside that put me in the perfect position to have a bunch of allies."
"Thank you Leshawna."
"Brick you're up."
"Hey guys, long time no see," Brick chuckled. "Anyways, in this game I valued loyalty and integrity. So I want you guys to tell me who your number one ally was and why they aren't sitting next to you right now."
"For me Duncan was my number one," Scott started. "As to why he's not here… well there wasn't much I could do about it. Leshawna and Heather decided to use Ryan and Brick to get rid of him and even if I knew about it, the best I could do was make it four to three. Because the guys wanted to do anything that'd hurt me."
"As for me, my number one was Heather. Even though we hated each other at the start, we grew to have a mutual respect for each other and eventually a true friendship. We were going to the final two together, but because the final challenge was an auto elimination we couldn't live out that goal. But had I gotten a choice it'd be Heather in this seat over Scott." Brick nodded, gave a salute to the two finalists and walked back to his seat.
"Next up, Heather."
"I think we all know who I want to vote for. But Scott I'd like to give you the chance to sway my vote. What was your pregame strategy coming into the game and how did you adjust once you realized that strategy wouldn't work?"
"I came into this game wanting to play the villain. I had watched some Survivor before coming out here and my favorite player was Russell Hantz and that's who I wanted to emulate. But when I realized that there were so many other villains and strategists here, I made like the dirt in the rain and changed. I molded myself into a more social player able to flow around behind shields, lay low under the soil away from the sunlight. Obviously the merge vote hurt me a bit, but after that I was no longer ever on the chopping block. So I think that's how I adjusted from my original strategy."
"Thank you Scott," Heather nodded.
"Shawn, time for your last question," Chris said as he motioned to Shawn again. The scruffy boy nodded as he stood in front of the final two.
"Now, I can't speak about your game. I only really played with you guys for like a day or two, but the two of you played great games, but here's my question. What do you plan to do if you do win the million? Scott first."
"I don't wanna change much," Scott replied. "Help out my pappy in the trailer park, get Albertha to college, open up a business of my own. Life is already good but a million dollars can help keep things good, and it would make things fun since I can travel the world."
"Leshawna?" Shawn signaled with a nod.
"Unlike Scott here I think there's a lot more that can be changed. Family comes first but I'd only give them so much. We can finally get out of those stupid apartments. I'd spend enough of my money on charity, education and police reform. There's still enough to have fun but I'd love to have fun with people like you. Momma always said that you can't be no fool so you gotta get life experience from everyone you can get. And I like Scott so he gets a couple thousand dollars too. Same with Heather, even Marilyn. I'm sure it was just the game where we had all our fights."
Shawn went and took a seat next to Jasmine. The two of them nodded as they waited for Chris to stand up again.
"Alright thank you jury, and finalists. Now one by one each of the jury members will place a vote on one of these ballots and place them in this ballot box. Once the votes are in I'll read them. The winner needs six votes to win. Good luck. Shawn, could you get the ballot box." Chris handed the box to Shawn as he walked down the Dock of Shame to a table where he placed the box and then picked up a pen to write down a name.
One by one each jury member put a name in the ballot box giving a brief sentence for their vote.

Scott… Fuck you Leshawna
Voting Confessional, Trent
Leshawna you've earned this. And Scott, your analogies sucked.
Voting Confessional, Zoey
THE TWO OF YOU CAN LICK A BEAVER'S BUTT! (The jury started laughing hysterically while the finalists gave each other worried glances)
Finally Heather, the last jury member sat down and Chris walked down the dock and collected the votes, walking back and setting them down on a podium made out of a massive tree stump.
"Tonight you guys want to see your votes on these ballots as they are votes for a winner. I wish you both the best of luck, I'll go ahead and read the votes." Chris stated to the finalists and the jury.
Pulling the votes out of the ballot box Chris began to read them aloud.

"And the recipient of the final marshmallow and the winner of Total Drama Island... LESHAWNA."
Leshawna jumped up and cheered and the jury clapped for her. Scott shook his head in defeat but stood up and gave his best loser clap for Leshawna as she hugged her friends on the jury.
"Don't tune out just yet as next we'll be doing a special cast reunion episode where we announce the awards, next season's cast, ask your questions, and find out any dirt that was said off camera. Don't go away because there's still drama yet to come!"

Jasmine: You're a great person Leshawna mate, use the money well.
Duncan: Bros to the end man, good luck tonight Scott

Brick: Respect to you soldier Leshawna HOORAH!
Heather: Let's go girlfriend, you just won the game. We may not have started off on the right foot but I think it's more about how you finish than how you start. See you back home, Leshawna
Reveiws
Lord Gemini: Well you got the finalists right. Glad you enjoyed the last chapter with the Heather spotlight. Hope you enjoyed the whole series
Nobody245: You fell for my trap lol. But I don't really consider Leshawna a true villain in the sense of TD terms. If strategy is considered villainy then sure but she isn't outright mean to people.
HA5000: Glad you've enjoyed
Avit: I'm glad you enjoyed the series stay tuned for the Reunion and S2
GML: I'm glad you grew to like Ryan, I certainly enjoyed writing him for sure.
