He took the guards clothes and hide him in a closet

Ghost is in a sniper nest that 47 told him and he waits for Joshua burke to leave as soon as Joshua enters his car and drove off ghost waits for a few seconds for him to get far and sniped him with a headshot his car went off the cliff.
