So this is just going to be a collection of random tidbits related to my stories Kota and Mayfly. The stories are a PJO/KC crossover with Miraculous Ladybug.

There will be actual stories and backstories in this, but some of them will just be fun little shorts like this.

This particular one was inspired by another story I was reading that did the same thing. It's kinda pointless, but I had lots of fun with this! If you're not familiar with the original hero names in this story, they are the following:

Kota - Lacy with the rooster

Stampede - Sadie with the ox

Lis Tigre - Juleka with the tiger

Pigmy - Rose with the pig

Taurus - Ivan with the ox

and Souris Rose - Mylene with the mouse

"Recording in three, two, one, go."

Rena Rouge clicked the button, and then moved back to the rest of the group.

It had been her idea - a video by the heroes, answering common questions. Especially now that Mayfly had made her reappearance, as had the new heroes.

The heroes were gathered in an empty hotel room, with a black sheet as a background, covering the red of the room. There was a small couch in front of the backdrop - Rena Rouge sat in the middle, with Ladybug and Carapace on either sides. Kota had perched on the back of the couch, her feet on the armrest, and Chat Noir was sitting on the other armrest. Roi Singe and Ryuko stood behind the couch, Queen Bee had pulled up sofa chair, Pegasus had pulled up a kitchen chair, and the rest of the heroes - Stampede, Lis Tigre, Bunnyx, Viperion, and Pigmy - were all lounging on the floor.

"Okay," Ladybug said. "The Ladyblogger - Alya Cesaire - asked us to answer some questions, so here we go! This is recorded in advance for safety reasons, and I have a list of questions right here." Ladybug held up the notepad. "Okay, first question: what inspired you to be a hero?"

"Ooh, that's a good question," Rena Rouge commented. "Personally, I grew up on superhero story - especially Majesta! I always wanted to be like her. But, if there's one person who's inspired me most, it would be my mom!"

"My parents are big inspirations as well," Ladybug agreed. "But I draw a lot of strength from my friends and fellow heroes."

"Aww," Rena Rouge replied.

"What about the rest of you?" Ladybug prompted.

"I'd have to say my sister," Kota said. "She's a hero in her own right."

"My girlfriend," Roi Singe added.

"I can't say anyone in particular has inspired me," Ryuko said. "Besides Ladybug, obviously. To me, becoming a hero was my chance to be more than what everyone expected of me, even while I didn't meet those expectations."

The other heroes chimed in, with similar answers - siblings, parents, partners. After a moment, Ladybug decided to move on to the next question.

"A common question is whether any heroes have been akumatized," Ladybug said. "We're not going into detail on this, but the short answer is yes. Next question - what happened to the original Ryuko and Queen Bee and how did we choose their replacements?"

"The original Queen Bee revealed her secret identity," Queen Bee answered. "She was able to use the miraculous a few times after, in emergencies, but it was too dangerous for her to continue. As for me - I was chosen by Ladybug, same as most of the heroes."

"Ryuko had the same problem," Ryuko added. "It was too dangerous for her."

"A lot of people have also wondered why neither of you chose original names," Ladybug said.

"I am not very creative," Ryuko admitted.

Queen Bee nodded. "Yeah, besides Queen Bee has a nice ring to it."

"Okay, next question," Ladybug continued. "Nope, not that one. Next question: if you could choose a different miraculous, what would you choose?"

"The ladybug miraculous," Rena Rouge said instantly.

Ladybug laughed. "Well, I would say the fox."

"Ooh, we should totally switch sometime!"

"I'd want the bee," Bunnyx said. "It seems like fun."

"I don't know," Carapace said. "I like mine."

"The tiger," Chat Noir added. "I like the cat theme."

"I think I'd make an amazing black cat," Stampede added.

"That's a scary thought," Kota commented. "I'd like the monkey."

"You are already a better climber than - than Roi Singe," Pigmy piped up.

"I am," Kota confirmed.

"Now that's not fair!" Roi Singe complained.

"I think the fox would be fun," Lis Tigre said.

"Same," Viperion agreed.

"Rooster," Queen Bee said. "For the colors."

"I agree with Carapace," Pegasus said. "I'm keeping mine."

"I think all the miraculous are fun!" Pigmy added.

"The goat," Roi Singe said. "Then I'd finally beat Kota in a climbing contest."

"You wish," Kota teased.

"Here's a different question," Ladybug said. "If you had to give your miraculous to another hero, who would you give it too?"

"Ooh, that's hard," Rena Rouge replied. "I'd have to say Lis, probably."

"Souris Rose," Queen Bee said. "Though unfortunately she wouldn't accept. Which means I keep it!"

"I'd also choose Souris," Pigmy added.

"Not counting Taurus?" Stampede asked. "Ryuko, probably."

"Ladybug," Chat Noir decided. "Or maybe Lis."

"I'd have to say Bunnyx," Pegasus said. "Her powers are most like mine."

"Right back at you," Bunnyx replied.

"I'd choose Bunnyx too," Ladybug said. "However, I would never use her miraculous. Time travel makes my head hurt."

"Same," Carapace admitted. "I can't imagine giving mine to anyone, but if I had to - Rena, probably."

"I'll admit, Kota is probably the best choice," Roi Singe admitted.

"I would choose Roi," Ryuko said. "He would use it differently, but well."

"Pigmy," Kota said. "She's already a ray of sunshine everywhere she goes."

"That leaves Viperion," Ladybug said.

"I haven't decided," Viperion said. "My miraculous isn't the easiest to use."

"You have to answer," Rena Rouge said.

Viperion sighed. "If I have to answer right now, it would be Ladybug."

"Alright," Ladybug said. "Moving on - here's a good question. What are some ways everyday people can help us?"

"The Ladyblogger already has some excellent ideas on her blog," Rena Rouge said. "A lot of it is akuma prevention."

"Also," Chat Noir added. "Do not panic."

"And do not interfere," Pegasus added. "We are professionals-"

"Except Roi," Bunnyx interjected.

"Except Roi," Pegasus agreed.

"Thats - yeah, that's fair."

"Either way, Pegasus is right," Ladybug said. "If we need help, we will ask. Okay, next question - can Rena and Viperion play their weapons?"

"I'm learning!" Rena Rouge said. "I can sort of play Mary Had A Little Lamb."

"I can play my lyre," Viperion added. "Sometimes I transform just to play it."

"Sometimes I bang on my shield like a drum," Carapace added. "Does that count?"

"Sure," Ladybug agreed. "Next question: why do the heroes prefer the Ladyblog?"

"The preference started with you," Chat Noir said. "So why don't you answer that."

"Okay," Ladybug said. "I prefer the Ladyblog because I aporeciate how passionate the Ladyblogger is. Also it feels less overwhelming as talking to more 'professional' news sources.

"Okay, final question: how do we plan on handling Mayfly?"

"Oh, now we can't tell our secrets," Rena Rouge said.

"But we will defeat her," Ladybug promised. "As long as Paris stays strong, we can get through this. Final remarks from the heroes?"

"Everyone wearing cat ears is awesome!" Chat Noir said.

"Drink water!" Pigmy added.

"Don't be a jerk," Stampede said.

"And make sure to stay updated on all akuma alerts," Rena Rouge said. "Stay safe."

"That's all from us," Ladybug said. "Bug out!"

Anyways the story this was inpsired by actually came from a group chat fic I was reading called "Heroes Chat".
