Danger Strikes Part 3
"He's sitting in his usual spot, the booth by the window." Sara Jane answered.
Evie and Matt went to the booth where Norville was sitting.
"The jig is up, Cowlin," Matt said to Norville. "Evie and I've got the goods on you!"
"I don't know what you two are talking about!" Norville snapped at Evie and Matt.
"Don't try to fake us, Norville," Evie challenged. "Matt and I both know you posisoned Risa with Bendozine by putting it in her riding jacket before she left for the quarry this morning!"
"If that drifter sister of yours was at Pine Hollow," Norville snapped at Evie. "then I wasn't even there!"
Matt looked into Norville's eyes before Norville took a big bite of his cheeseburger with everything on it.
"Norville is telling the truth, Evie! He must not have done the dirty rotten deed!" Matt concluded.
"Well, if Norville didn't do it, Matt," Evie asked. "then who did?"
"That would be what we need to find out, Evie," Matt answered. "come on! We're going back to your place."
"Back to my place? But why?" Evie asked.
"Maybe Risa is out of her coma!" Matt theorized.
"Let's go check it out anyway." Evie said to Matt.
When they arrived at the Atwood family's trailer, Evie and Matt could see Lisa and Rafael watching over Risa while Lisa was rocking Michael Angelo in her arms.
"Any update on your case?" Rafael whispered to Matt and Evie.
"We think Risa might know who poisoned her." Evie answered her father.
"But we need to wait until she regains consciousness first." Rafael told Evie.
Evie just mentally face palmed.
Suddenly, Spirit looked through the trailer's living room window at his rider.
Risa's left hand began to move.
"Was that what I think it was?" Matt asked Evie.
