Hey giys! I'm so excited because a What If? episode featured Maria Hill (obviously voiced by Cobie Smulders) and I loved it so much. In case you're not watching the series, that's all I will say about it.

Anyways, about this. I know I kind of say that I wanted a happy ending for them. But to be honest, I'm kind of planning a sad/happy/heartbreaking ending for this drabbles. So, sorry in advance guys!

Maybe it's because they have been together for a while now.

Or maybe it's because his senses are kind of enhanced.

Or perhaps is the music announcing the bride as she walks down the aisle.

Just their closest people are there, Tony and Pepper, Banner, and even Fury standing beside Natasha and Clint.

This is the best day of his life.

Maria insisted in walking alone, because it was an empty space in her life. And she thought it would be a symbolism of their life together. She started alone but left with him by her side.

He can smell her perfume, like lilies. Like sweetness and roses.

Like coffee and...

Blood?

Steve feels a shudder down his spine and suddenly by his side, Bucky is standing. Army uniform and everything.

"Are you having doubts?"

There's blood in his left arm. He looks cold and distant.

"Steve!"

He hears voices in the distance.

"We need to hurry!"

"Steve! Come on!"

Suddenly the voices sound louder and he flinches when instead of a chapel, he is surrounded by the green landscape of Wakanda. His ears buzzing and Steve slowly starts to remembered what is going on.

What they are fighting for.

Maria has some cuts on her face, but doesn't lose her authority and helps him to stand while Tony is covering them.

"You scared me. Let's go."

He wishes they could stop doing this. Rhe fight, the worrying, the blood, tje suffering. And the anxious feeling that they might not have a future together.

I'm not going to get into details about what comes next, because this is totally focusing on Maria and Steve, but they are in Wakanda...you probably know what that means...

With Steve's ending in Endgame, I loved it but at the same time I didn't like it. I'm staying with a theory I read that he had his dance with Peggy, returned the soul stone, got back Natasha, but since he didn't have enough of that Pym thing, he stayed with Natasha, until she died.

And they were happy :)

I'm not doing that here, but, I will make it sad.
