He sees the Colonel much to his delight in his path and then he calls out to him to warn him about the Brigade.
"Hey Colonel!" Spotty called out to Colonel much to his surprise. The Colonel dosen't quite hear him, so Spotty wrinkles out one of the warrants for Pug's arrest and throws it towards him.
"Huh? Who the?" Colonel says in wonder. "Colonel!" Spotty shouts out as he runs his way toward him.
"Um, can I help you?" The Colonel asks.
Spotty pants and then informs him, "You don't recognize me do you? Colonel its me, Spotty, the Dalmatians 'Long Lost' Dearly."
Colonel gasps, "What the? Spotty! Oh my gosh, how glad I am to see you, I remember you, as that Spotted Dalmatian puppy with those black spots all over you!"
Spotty nods and wags his tail, "How right you are, Colonel, that's exactly how I got my name!"
Spotty then says to the Colonel, "I'd like to point out to you that I also heard about what happened over in Suffolk, must have been a tough break for you and Sergeant Tibbs."
The Colonel says, "Eh, as well as Captain, Towser, Lucy, Princess, and Duchess. We had quite the freeze there, but its whatever happened happened. But were thankful we found that barn here in America!"
Spotty says, "Oh! So your fellow farm animal friends came along with you here in Grutely, huh?"
The Colonel says, "Yep! Lucy sticks around in a lake around the landmark, which she calls Hiccup Hole!". "Uh-huh" Spotty says.
"But might I ask Spotty," asks the Colonel, "What exactly are you doing here, and where have you been all this time?"
Spotty tells him, "Well, that's exactly what I wanted to come and talk to you about firstly. For now though, I will make it long story short as possible, which I will explain to you later. But I want to inform you Colonel, that you might want to take a look at this!" Spotty pulls out one of the warrants for Pug's arrest.
Colonel takes a look at it and was surprised to the max to find out about Pug and gasps, "FLICKERING CIRCUITS! Is this so?"
"Please Colonel, This is going to come as a complete shock to not only you but to everyone else around yalls barn landmark, Pug is a bad seed; hes extremely dangerous; and I am certain that everyone in the Dalmatian family as well as all animals in the barn know how much of a jerk he is after everything he has done, and I am on duty to put him under military arrest for everything he has done at the barn! Hes a fake, he's not the kind of creature you think he is. I'm ordering you and Sergeant Tibbs to stop following his orders. This is a favor I'm doing for all of you!" Spotty informs the Colonel
Spotty pulls out his badge and shows it to the Colonel. "Look!" Spotty says, "This is exactly, where I have been and why I have been gone since the Dalmatians moved to the barn! I am a REAL cadet, and not just a cadet, a Sergeant for a group of Persian Cat Cadets I have been serving in the Paw Patrol Military. Military Base number seven!"
"Wow! So Indeed you are!" Colonel says in shock, "So what do we do now Spotty?"
"Okay, well I need you to do me a big favor okay." "Yes sir, Sergeant Spotty!" The Colonel salutes him.
Spotty then hands the Colonel the warrants he has for Pug's arrest. "I need you to go all around the Mall and the city and post out all these warrants for Pug's arrest and then make your way back to the barn. I will also then need to talk to my Mom and Dad about today and inform them that I need all Dalmatian puppies and animals gathered around the barn and have our meeting from my office via webcam the truth about this whole catastrophe. Trust me yall will not want to miss this. And also do me another favor and disorder the punishment from my parents on grounding Lucky and them. I know they cut class, but in this case; they need to be off the hook! BIG Time!"
"Roger that Sergeant!" Colonel salutes him. "Good!" Spotty says, "Now I need to inform my parents on today. Is there a phone nearby that you know of?"
"There's one right there, Spotty!" Colonel points over.
"Alright, thanks Colonel. Great talking with you!" Spotty says as he runs toward the phone booth. "Same with you, Sergeant Spotty!" The Colonel says as he salutes him.
Colonel looks over the warrant again and says to himself, "Oh wow! This is stunningly dreadful!" He then looks around the parking lot around the Mall in hopes of finding Lucky, Rolly, Cadpig, and Spot again, and then tries to call back out for them. "Lucky!" He calls out, "Rolly! Cadpig! Spot! Where are you? I need to tell-Oh they are probably a distance away to home now. Better post these out!"
The Colonel does the job of posting all those warrants out for Pug's arrest all around the mall and the city, and then once he is finished he then runs his way back towards the barn in worry as he calls out "Sergeant Tibbs! SERGEANT TIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIBS!"
