Perdy answers the call, "Hello" "Hi Mom? Hi, it's me Spotty!" Spotty answers to Perdy. "Wait, What? Spotty? Is that you? Son! It can't be!" Perdy answers in shock. "If it jogs your memory Mom, Somebody's going to make coats out of us." Spotty remarks a sentence he said from the original 101 Dalmatians movie.
Perdy recalls Spotty saying that flashing back to the barn back over in Suffolk, England. Spotty saying in the flashback in his child voice which is at that current time pubertized, "She's going to make coats out of us."
At the end of the flashback, Perdy then says, "OH MY GOD! It IS you! Spotty, where have you been all year, your father and your brothers and sisters have wondered constantly where you went off to!"
"Hey Pongo!" Perdy calls out to her husband. "Mom!...Moooooooooom" Spotty tries to get her attention. "Yes Perdy?" Pongo answers to his wife. "You will not believe who is on the phone." Perdy tells him. "Who is it the Colonel? Did he find Lucky, Rolly and Cadpig?" Pongo says.
Perdy glares at him. "No! It's Spotty!" She tells him. "What!? Spotty? Put it on speaker honey!" Perdy puts the phone on speaker for both to talk to Spotty.
"Mom! I can explain!" Spotty tries to still inform her. "Spotty?" Pongo calls out to him. "Dad?" Spotty answers. "Son! Where have you been? We've all been so worried about you!" Pongo says in awe.
"Look Mom, Dad!" Spotty answers to them, "First of all, I want to tell you guys that I AM alive and very well. I have been in a big job since yall have bought that barn a bit over a year ago. I've been a General Officer for a military based Paw Patrol for a troop of Persian Cats. And I'm sorry I left yall like this in a fret, I really mean that. And I assure you I will be back home soon"
Pongo and Perdy look at each other and smile a bit as he explains all that, "Now furthermore, there's something I MUST tell you guys. Lieutenant Pug, He's a fraud, hes a fake." Spotty explains to them.
"What?" Pongo asks, "How do you mean hes a fake?" "Y'all please listen to me! Yall's Bark Brigade is a felony to the landmark around yall's barn. Pug is using yall. The way he berates yall is an absolute improper way to treat animals in a such fashion. What he is doing is very illegal. A lieutenant in a such brigade should instill in their troops the knowledge they need to survive in the world. My Captain and Persian cat cadets have done research on Pug and this whole Bark Brigade and have gathered up evidence to put all this in Jeopardy. Based on what we found, Pug has set this whole thing up and have palmed off The Colonel to prepare for to begin with; and I have discovered that Pug is not a licensed commissioned lieutenant. I have also ordered the Colonel once encountering him at the Stifle Mall to post out the warrants for his arrest." Spotty explains to his parents.
Pongo and Perdy gasp in total shock, "OH NO!" Perdy says, "OH MY!" Pongo says at the same time.
"Are Lucky, Rolly, Cadpig and that chicken home yet? I saw them over at the mall being chased by Pug." Spotty asks them.
"No but they should be any minute now!" Perdy tells him. "Ah!" Spotty shouts then hits the glass window around the booth.
"Alright look, do me a favor you guys, I know they skipped the brigade, but please don't put them on the hook. I'm begging you guys, I'm being reasonable here and I'm on task to finding Pug and locking him up under military arrest for all hes done around there." Spotty commands to his parents.
"We won't Son! We won't!" Pongo says to him. "Okay good! Now," Spotty tells his parents, "Please put me on a webcam on a TV or whatever you got. All animals at the barn need to hear my explanation of all about Pug and why hes doing this to yall and why I'm going after him!"
"Alright Spotty!" Perdy says to him, "But what do you want us to do?" Spotty tells them, "I'm heading back to my office, I'll give you the signal for the webcam through my computer."
"Okay Son!" Pongo says. "We will see you in a bit!" Perdy tells Spotty.
"We Love you Son!" They both tell him, "I love yall too! I can't wait to be back home with you guys!" Spotty smiles and blushes.
They hang up and then Perdy is now convinced in light of the fact about the miscalculation of exactly how often they have miscounted the Dalmatian pups often throughout the whole time they have lived at that barn.
"I told you, Perdy, that I had some feeling that there was one Dalmatian pup in the family missing." Pongo tells Perdy.
"Well so much for all that counting, honey!" Says Perdy, "We better call out the puppies and animals to the barn for the big meeting with Spotty." Pongo nods in agreement.
-Later at Mooch's Hideout-
Mooch is just laying around underneath the wagon where his hangout is, as he has been down in the dumps ever since Cadpig dumped him within being tricked into thinking she loved him.
After the event of the wrestling match with that scheme Cadpig did, Mooch wanted to do himself a favor and never go back to that farm ever again because he knows with the Dalmatians being some happy family, and those dogs even the dogs he encountered outside from the barn before he even managed to start living there left him in the end. And what Cadpig did, took the cake for him and he lost all hope.
Until tonight when suddenly Mayor Pig sees him over underneath the wagon laying down about flat on his back.
"Uh, Mooch?" Says Ed. Mooch looks over to Mayor Pig and says, "Don't bother me, and dont even attempt to bring me over to that barn. I'm never going back there again. If friends are just going to leave me, especially in the event of some runt tricking me into some relationship, I ain't talking to anyone or want ANYTHING to do with that barn again!"
"Well Mooch, as Mayor of said barn, if its one last thing I can say to you to possibly change your mind; I was just informed today about Pug." Mayor Pig informs Mooch.
Mooch says, "Oh great Ed, just great, if its another case hes accusing me for, tell him its the wrong number cause I ain't there anymore!"
"Actually Mooch, it's HIM who's being accused." Ed says. Mooch then suddenly opens his eyes really wide after hearing that.
Mooch then says, "Say that one more time." Mooch then lifts his head up but accidently hits his head on the wagon above him. "Ow!" He says.
"Oooooh, you okay?" Mayor Pig asks in concern as he notices the pain there. "Yes Ed, can you just help me up a bit?" Mooch asks politely.
"Sure." Says Mayor Pig says as he grabs on to Mooch's paw to pull him out from underneath the wagon.
"Now Pug is being accused of what now?" Mooch asks in complete interest. "I was informed today, that Lieutenant Pug is a fake and is not a licensed commissioned Lieutenant." Mooch drops his jaw after hearing that sentence.
Mayor Pig continues on, "One of the Dalmatian puppies, who has been long gone about in the military, is on the job of busting that Pug and locking him up under military arrest. His name is Spotty!"
"Why that Lieutenant PUNK!" Mooch shouts in anger, "I knew there was something I despised about that sucker! After all this is that same Pug who stole some of those dogs stuff. And yet I happened to have been accused of stealing it and even my reputations wouldn't help prove of my innocence. But boy was I glad we found out it was him. And now what your telling me sounds like some pleasing ring over my despondency."
"Heh, quite the setup on your setback huh?" Mayor Pig says. "Picking up the pieces, within spending all of this time putting my heart back together that for sure!" Mooch says in excitement.
"I must inform you Mooch over back at the farm, Spotty or shall I say Sergeant Spotty, will be having a big meeting with the family and all animals about this whole fraud case with Lieutenant Pug and the Bark Brigade!" Ed informs Mooch.
"Well rest assured I'm going. This is a moment I ain't going to want to miss." Mooch then starts making a run to the barn and then suddenly paused to look back over to Mayor Pig to state out, "I want to point out that as I look back into my life after all of my misadventures in my lifetime with the Dalmatians, I realized that every time I thought I was being rejected into something good, I am now being re-directed into something better. Its a whole new high for me."
Mooch then continues on with his walk to the barn for that meeting. As he walks on, Ed states out to him, "Hehey! That's the spirit Mooch!"
Mayor Pig then says to himself, "Sweet Mother of Bacon! This is too good to be true. May justice be served within this malicious Pug. After ruining all those innocent puppies fun, within this harsh and domineering attitude; and abusive behavior. And now, the time has finally come for the Pug to reimburse all that misery hes put us through. Upon a real cat invasion!"
As Mooch continues walking his way towards the barn, Mayor Pig continues on shouting out, "As Mayor of the barn, I declare that darn forsaken rotten Lieutenant prosecuted!"
Mooch starts running his way towards the barn as Mayor continues, "I declare his flithy butt to be knocked down smacked dead in the dirt!"
Mooch's eyes turn red in rage as he continues running to the barn then action comes in slow motion, and then a close up of his face in anger as Mayor shouts out, "SERGEANT SPOTTY TO THE RESCUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUE!"
