Two-Tone looks over and smilingly gasps, "Spotty! OMG, is it really you. Guys come on and look, it's Spotty!" All dogs come in and bark excitingly. Pongo and Perdy proudly enter along with everyone else and other animals.
"Woah! Is this for real?!" Tripod comes in excitingly. "Why the Spotted bro has returned!" Patch says.
Spotty tears up and giggles at everyones excitement, "Awwwwww hehehehehe its really good to see you guys again!" Dipstick says, "Oh my are we ever Spotty!" "Bro, we've been wondering all year man! We thought you ran away from us and was a bit worried sick once we discovered about your disappearance!" Says Whizzer.
"Yeah, I know. And I want to say to you guys that I have missed yall too! And that I am alive and well. And I'm excited to announce that I will be home soon. I have been on a big job this past year since yall bought that barn. I've been forging my troop of Persian Cats into proper cadets in my own military base and my results have been great!" Spotty excitingly announces to his family.
Two-Tone says, "Awwww that's so wonderful Spotty! Please come home again soon! We miss you so much bro!" All other pups chant out 'Yeah's, etc. Mooch comes out and says, "Wait! So you mean to say, you serve a brigade? Sorry I'm Mooch btw, I've lived in this barn for a long while before the Dearlys came in here."
"Well it's a pleasure to meet you too Mooch, and yes I am. For a troop of Persian cats." Spotty tells Mooch on TV.
"Well to tell you the truth Spotty, there's been this thing called the 'Bark Brigade' going on in this barn being run by this Pug called 'Lieutenant Pug'" Mooch informs Spotty.
"Yeah, and I tell ya, he's got his mean ways of torturing us!" Tripod tells him. "Yeah he makes us do Push-Ups and what not from even the littlest mistakes we made."
"Ummmmmmmmmmmm yeah about that yall, that's what I'm here to inform you guys and object to yall about!" Spotty tells his family.
"Pug is a fake, I've come to discover that he is not a real Lieutenant!" They all gasp in shock. "WHAT!?" Mooch shouts. "How do you mean fake? I'm considered his favorite cadet after all!" Tripod tells Spotty.
"His favorite Cadet? His FAVORITE Cadet?" Spotty astonishingly asks Tripod, "Tripod! NO! You are not a Cadet! Please Tripod, you need to stop convicting Pug's Brigade and listen to me. NONE of you are cadets, there's no need for all this. I'm a REAL cadet. In a Paw Patrol Military Base. Military base number seven. I'm here to object this whole 'Bark Brigade'. It's all a sham, and I'm about to put a stop to it!"
Two-Tone says, "Spotty what are you doing?"
"I'm doing you a favor Two-Tone." Spotty tells her, "I'm doing all of you a favor. Please listen to me you guys, Pug is NOT a licensed commissioned Lieutenant, hes doing this to you guys only for the sake after his own failure of his life long dream of being a cadet himself."
Two-Tone, Whizzer, Dipstick, Duke and all them listen to Spotty's speech, "There was a time in Pugs life, where his only hope in life was to become a cadet himself, after living a lifetime in his family who had nothing but poverty and hatred going on around them. His parents never respected him, never loved him. All they ever did was cause conflict and yell at each other. Pug's Father always held a grudge towards him, and his Mother always took his Father's side. Because of this, he grew up with no heart, and not a care in the world of what goes on with the heart of others. So that's why constant yelling is something he's used too, as well as being harsh. His parents just set his expectations too high. His sister hated him too."
Pongo and Perdy look at each other in awe after hearing all that.
Tripod, Patch, and Mooch as well as the other animals jaw dropped after hearing that information.
Spotty continues, "His parents even threatened to kick him out of his house, with not even a care in the world. All that conflict led to him not wanting a family, he didn't want to even BE family. All he wanted then, was to rebel his way to join a military base and become a cadet himself. However, all that misery and constant yelling caused him this thing called, 'Aliurophobia' defined as an abnormal fear or loathing of cats. Which is why he fears cats the most. After much effort in the little time he had on the base, his Captain Sargeant kicked him off the team because they found out of his condition. Pug got so jealously mad that he assaulted the Sargeant and was put under military arrest, locked in a cage and was on the inclination of his court martial."
All animals shouted in shock and gasped. "Oh my God!" Perdy says and holds Pongo's hand. Cydne and Lucy look at each other in dismay and worry, as well as Duchess and Princess.
"Oh man!" Tripod says all depressed, "I'm so crushed!" then takes his bandana off. "This is bad real bad Tripod!" Patch tells him.
Sargeant Tibbs looks down with ears down, "Oh no, I can't believe I reasoned with that Pug!". The Colonel then says, "By Golly, do I need a vacation!"
Whizzer then asks Spotty, "So then, what's he doing here? Why is he taking over the barn like this? Why is he threatening us like this?"
Two-Tone asks Spotty, "Yeah! I mean that's tough to get away with, surely there must be someone keeping track of his error in judgement!"
Spotty tells her, "Oh there is Two-Tone, and that is me! On the way to prison, Pug managed to get shaked loose after his cage along the way broke down and the patrol couldn't keep track of his location, and so he managed to escape. Then, he tried to find a perfect landmark to trick his way into making his own life to convict a felony and make his own hemlet with a fake ID in commission. He managed to find this barn, as one of the perfect landmarks to start his own fake military base around this barn. And doing it around a barn is illegal! Because of everything he suffered through, all he wants in his life now is to make all animals who live in the landmark he's taking over as miserable as possible, and lead in his own harsh an unessecary ways."
Captain and the horses listen and shake their heads in amazement to the whole story.
The puppies and animals all around the barn chant in amazement and shock and gasp.
Patch says, "We have to do something!" "Oh don't worry Patch, I've got everything under control. Just leave everything to me you guys! My last day in this military base is in a couple of days, and knowing that Pug is afraid of cats, I think my cats can do everything in their will that I have taught them. My cats are going to give Pug a nightmare of his life."
"Oooooooooooooooooooo" All animals wail around. "Sounds like the Bark Brigade is over bro!" Dipstick tells Whizzer. "Heh check!" Says Whizzer.
Perdy tells Spotty, "Please be careful son, I don't know when Lucky, Rolly, Cadpig and Spot will be home. But the news will be on you to tell them! We will leave the big reveal of the surprise to you Spotty! Now go bust that Pug, my brave one!"
"I will Mom! I love you guys! I will see you guys soon! Your long loved, brave Sargeant Dalmatian Puppy, Spotty Dearly, Over and Out!" He salutes and signs off.
All animals start chanting in excitement as it all was music to their ears to what's to become of them.
Mayor Pig comes to say to Pongo and Perdy, "I have to say, that puppy of yours, is one brave Sargeant. That Pugs about to be shown the error of his ways isn't he?"
Perdy nods and Pongo sheds a tear, "Never thought one of my puppies could show so much justice for this family!"
Then Tripod and Two-Tone start clapping and the rhythm of the applause starts building up around the barn, then cheers start building up around the barn with a party of around of an ovation!
Then everyone starts chanting out, "SPOTTY! SPOTTY! SPOTTY! SPOTTY! SPOTTY! SPOTTY! SPOTTY!"
Mooch then says while everyone is chanting, "And to think I had such good reasoning for bashing that menace the first thing I saw him to join in that nonsensical class." Patch then says, "Yeah, That Pug is a double dealing Frog head!"
Then Mooch says, "I hope that Brave Spotty brother of yours puts that lousy low-life out of our misery! Go Spotty!"
Then Mooch and Patch say, "Go Spotty!"
