One day at a dark night a child with white hair was born his dad died by the phantom troupe 3 months before he was born.
His mom named him Reki Xebec a little after he was born his mom died.
His mom was friends with Gons aunt mito and his grandmother they both took care of Reki and Gon. Gon he had no parents besides his dad who was never there ( deadbeat dad) they both grew closer like brothers.
Time skip 9 years they are both he same age.
Gon and Reki were hunting, gon heard a baby fox cry he said to Reki that thers a baby fox crying somewhere ther he pointed towards the bushes when they got ther they saw a baby fox.
Both of them were playing with the fox until they saw a big angry fox mom that attacked them, they almost got hit by it's Claws but they bearly dodged it they tried to run away but the fox was to fast.
Both almost got eaten they tried to dodge, but ther was no opening they though they were dead until a man with long white hair came and took out the fox he was angry that kids were in such a places like here he then dropped a card and left, both gon and Reki were shocked . After that encounter Reki was a little inspired by the man and let his hair get longer. ( that picture up ther that says at start of hunter exam imagine him with longer hair.
Time skit a month or so aunt mito told them about gon's father that he is a hunter. And that Rekis father was killed by the phantom troupe, so Gon and Reki decided to become hunters together, so they leave the island together.
On the ship they both meet two people one kurapika who wants to avenge his clan, the phantom troupe killed them so he wants to avenge them and the other leorio more simple minded wanting alot of money.
Gon gets along with both, Reki and Kurapika get along alot more because they both want revenge against the phantom troupe, Reki and Leorio get along ok.
After the ship landed they asked someone for directions he said that they should go to the mountain.
They did go to the mountain the four of them found a house with a two people a Woman and a Man.
Suddenly two yellow creatures burst in the room they were in. They hurt the male one and kidnapped the woman. Leorio and kurapika said that they would take care of the womons wounds. Gon and Reki went after the two monster.
Gon went after the female and Reki went after the male monster.
After a long Chase they both caught the monsters.
After they cought them they reveal that this was a test if they were worthy of taking the hunter exam.
They all passed, after they talked a bit the Momen and Man take the four to where the exam is gonna be.
The Man leads them to a food shop them asked the owner for the specil room and a special dish ( i think that was how the got in?).
Gon,Reki,Kurapika and Leorio were confused.
After they got in the room ther was a secret door, they all went in.
After a some stairs they saw a door they opened it.
They got in a big room with alot of people.
