The four of them walked for about an hour until they discovered a small cave surrounded by bones.
Arturia knew that whatever beast lived here needed to be put down but she didn't know if she could rely on either Kazuma or aqua during a battle, thankfully they were still far away enough that if they laid down the creature could miss them.
"Everyone down its coming out," Kazuma said to them, and instinctively the four of them laid face down on the grass.
"There it is," Kazuma said as a small ball of fluff exited the cave.
"That's a rabbit," Arturia said to Kazuma, who didn't say anything, instead the boy no the man was slowly crawling backward and Aqua was doing the same thing next to him.
Arturia had to admit she felt irritated by the two fools accompanying her that she was about to stand up, however, she suddenly felt a hand grave her dress and pull her to the ground.
She was about to lecture Shiroe when she noticed the man's eyes filled with terror, yet as she turned to look back at the rabbit she failed to see anything unusual about it.
Enough was enough, the beast was nothing more than a rabbit and she would prove it, so Arturia closed her eyes and manifested her complete armor.
Gone was her dress replaced by a silver knights armor, the opening in her chest that allowed the refreshing breeze was now covered up and despite not liking it she now wore her helmet.
So she stood up and walked towards the small ball of fluff, she would pike it up and prove to the three idiots that were with her, that the beasts was nothing more than a rabbit.
The rabbit was now in front of her, it was but an instant but she suddenly felt something hit her chest with enough strength to force her into the air.
The attack didn't stop, she felt it impact her legs, her head her stomach and they seemed to be coming from every direction.
Arturi suddenly realized she was on the ground, and in front of her was the rabbit looking at her with blood-red eyes, that seemed to glow with blood lust.
Arturia tried to move but her armor was so damaged it was impossible to do so.
Her armor had been made specifically to be able to repair itself and be strong enough to resist an attack from magical creatures and the rabbit in front of her had broken it like if it was nothing.
The rabbit vanished as swords and water were thrown at it and Arturia felt a hand on her back before she realized that she was now next to her companions.
"I guess that's why they call it a killer rabbit" Kazuma said as he gasped for air.
"I used teleport and that thing nearly killed me" headed
Arturia wanted to say something, but her lungs hurt and despite her desire to stand on her own two feet she was unable to do so, her legs were stuck until her armor repaired itself.
"Kazuma let's go back we cant kill that thing" Aqua said to Kazuma.
Arturia wanted to protest, to say that they had to kill the creature, that it was too dangerous to let live, but she couldn't move her mouth.
"Yeah your right, let's go find someplace we can rent for the night" Kazuma said to Aqua, before the three of them began to carry Arturia back into the city.
Arturia swore to herself to never let anyone find out about this day, it had to be one of the most embarrassing days of her life.
She listened to the people murmur to each other as the four of them entered the city, she listened as Kazuma paid for a room and she listened to Shiroe excuse himself for the night.
she listened to the sounds of Aqua and Kazumasnoring before her armor finally repaired itself, but by that time she was too frustrated and too tired to care and so she finally went to sleep.
The moment her eyes closed was the moment she realized that she could have just made her armor vanish and saved herself all of the humiliation.
It didn't matter anymore, she didn't care anymore, so she simply closed her eyes, erased her armor, summoned a nightgown, stood up from the floor, and found an empty spot on the bed between Kazuma and Aqua.
She carefully laid between the two and went to sleep.
"Well that is a sight, don't you think?" Merlin asked Saber as they watched Kazuma, Arturia, and Aqua sleeping, happily together on the same bed
Sabe turned to look at her most trusted knights but none of them said anything, most of them smiled at the sight in front of them.
"We've already received a lot of marriage proposals for Aqua." her hand said to her, before handing Saber a sheet of paper.
"The girls magic alone would seal any alliance, no one would dare to have her turn against them" he added as he showed Saber the foreign kingdoms and as well as houses under her control that had offered to marry the girl.
Saber had to admit, she had plans for Kazuma, but for those plans to be put in action, she needed to convince her elder self to allow it.
In fact, if her elder self didn't allow Aqua to be married off, she would instantly flee to some other land and vanish for who knows how long, Saber knew this because this was what she would do.
"I truly am stubborn," She thought to herself, before turning to look at Mordred who walked up to the image of the sleeping family.
"That should have been me" she heard Mordred say in a voice so low it was barely above a whisper.
