An Eight Way Battle Royal

Hey Guys, MegaSalamence64 Here, Welcome back to another story of mine…

Now I know It's been a while since I posted a Smash Brothers Related story given I was Working on my Pokémon Sword and Shield X Fire Emblem Awakening Crossover called Galarian Awakening: ( www. Fanfiction s /139 297 32/ 1 /Pok %C3 %A 9mon -Sword- and- Shield-X- Fire- Emblem- Awakening- Galarian- Awakening)

And Let's just say Pokémon Fanfics are actually harder to write then they look…. (Remember, That's a reason why some Pokémon Fanfics didn't finish/take a long time to write…. And I'm not just talking about the Infamous Genre of those Ash Betrayal stories (AKA what the Miraculous Ladybug Fanbase knows as Salt Fics) either!) and Let's just say Chapter 3 of Galarian Awakening is a pretty hard chapter to write to say the least…

And I DEFINETELY may need some Plot suggestions for Galarian Awakening especially with Bede since I have no real plans for him compared to Hop, Marnie and Peonia (Peony's Daughter (And Rose's Niece and due him and Peony being siblings) since I do plan on adapting Sword/Shield DLC elements for Galarian Awakening) as the former two I do have ideas for their Arcs (While Hop won't be befriending either Zacian/Zamazenta in Galarian Awakening with Lucina befriending the Former and Male! Morgan (Whom's her Brother in both Galarian Awakening and the Deluxe-Verse) becoming the Latter's Hero), I do have some ideas for him, Same with Marnie and giving her a slighty larger role in a way) and Peonia I can use as both a Rival for Lucina and Morgan AND Developing the Rose Family in some way…..

Bede, I have not a lot of ideas for , Especially since I have mixed opinions about him becoming Opal's Successor in the Canon Sword/Shield Game (Though it's at least something for him and still better than what Chloe got in Miraculous Ladybug given the Creator Thomas Astruc's Personal Grudge (Yeah, and I thought the Way I portrayed Corrin and Kamui was bad, At least I gave them Guzma as a Friend for them AND I can CONFIRM any development that the Twins of Valla will get WILL Stick in the Long Run and NOT Flush down the toilet like how Season 3 did for Chloe) against her), So if you guys Plan to review/Read Galarian Awakening, feel free to review that story if you like, any review (As long as (INPORTANT! PLEASE READ!) THEY'RE NOT ROLEPLAY/FLAMES/TROLLS Is welcomed for that story)

Well enough about the Mini Rant about how long I spent writing Galarian Awakening (Which I do NOT Plan on cutting short like Dragon Wings of Fate Book 1), Let's get onto what this story is:

This Story takes place in the Deluxe-Verse (My Main Continuity for my Smash Bros Stories) and after the events of World of Light Deluxe

For those unfamiliar with the Deluxe-Verse Concept, This Story is basically a group of Stories centered around a WoL Adaptation inspired by Krosshair's, SuperSmasher123's and RisingSonic17's (Though his Take on a WoL Story is VERY Different compared to the Other Two's) own World of Light Stories which not only expands on the Bare Bones plot of the Original World of Light Story but also includes Custom Characters such as Issac (Form Golden Sun), Geno (Form Super Mario RPG), The Phantom Theives (Form Persona 5) and Jeanne (Form Bayonetta) accompanying the Fighters against their fight with Galeem and Dharkon with the Former Two being Krosshair's while the Latter Two being RisingSonic17's Extras (Though for SuperSmasher123's Story, Said Custom Characters will be Saved for his story's Epilogue)

If you want to know whom the Extras of my Story are (AKA the Deluxe-Fighters), Here they are:

(Original Fighters)

-Bandana Dee (Kirby Series) (Like how Snake escaped being captured by Galeem alongside in Krosshair's Story, Bandana Dee escaped the Empress of Light's (Galeem's Female in my Stories) Attack alongside his best friend)

-Adeleine and Ribbon (Kirby Series) (They Function like Rosalina and Luma in a way)

-Krystal (Star Fox Series) (Yeah, She's a Fighter in the Deluxe-Verse, With Yuffie form Final Fantasy Seven being her replacement as an Assist)

-Zero (Mega Man X Series) (Like Krystal, He's a Custom Fighter as well with Plumeria form Pokémon Sun and Moon (Her Pokémon being Salazzle/Alolan Muk/Crobat) taking his old Assist Spot as well

-Guzma (Golisopod/Pinsir/Ariados) (Pokémon Sun and Moon) (Yeah, Odd choice for a Custom Fighter but I can assure you…. Guzma's surprisingly an easy character to write)

-Agumon (Digimon Series) (Yes before you ask, Digimon DOES start off as a Game Series like Pokémon, So Agumon's ACTUCALLY Viable for Smash, He can also Digivolve into WarGreymon)

(Echo Fighters)

-Dixie (Donkey Kong Series) (Diddy's Echo)

-Boshi (Super Mario RPG) (Dixie's Echo)

Likewise besides Custom Fighters, The Deluxe-Verse (Much like Krosshair's World of Light Story) also shuffles Characters form the Light Realm (Eg: Jigglypuff, Marth, Olimar) to the Dark Realm and Via Versa with Characters freed in Dharkon's Domain (Eg: Cloud, Greninja, Rosalina/Luma) being rescued in Galeem's Terrain….

But I put my own twist on it with the Fighters I shuffled (Plus the Fighter Pass One DLC guys) and made them Galeem's/Dharkon's set of elite Generals called the Dawn Breakers/Dusk Slashers

So here's some examples on Whom's a Dawn Breaker and Whom's a Dusk Slasher… Here it is: (Though One Dawn Breaker/Dusk Slasher will Rescued in the Final battle however… and said Dawn Breaker/Dusk Slasher is someone whom's canonically a Final Battle Captive as well)

Dawn Breaker: (Rescued in the Light Realm)

-Incineroar (To act as a foil for how Krosshair has Greninja in the Light Realm since I have plans for the latter in the Dark Realm, Incineroar became to default choice)

-Chrom (Mostly to give another Fire Emblem/Echo Character in the Light Realm but like Incineroar, to act as a foil for Krosshair's Story where ALL of the Fire Emblem Cast (Save Byleth due to being DLC) being in the Dark Realm, Pluse I figured with Roy rescued at the Very End of the Game, I got a decent-ish excuse to use Chrom Earlier then in Canon! World of Light)

-Terry (No real reason other then due to future Guzma Drama (Whom as of this Story's Publishment will be the Next Fighter freed after the Dawn Breaker Kirby's Group is about to face is freed by them) but I supposed given Joker's typically the first of the Ultimate DLC to be freed first, I more or less broken that trend/Tradition)

-Banjo/Kazooie (Well I figured despite they're comical Characters… Light Realm I guess?)

Dusk Slasher: (Rescued in the Dark Realm)

-Jigglypuff (She's seems the One whom gets relocated to the Dark Realm in most World of Light Stories (With Wario being relocated in the Light Realm as well) and also for Kirby related Drama.)

-Falco (Don't ask, It's related for Fox related Development)

-Joker (Sorry Persona 5 Fans, I'm holding him off (Like how ALL of the Fire Emblem Cast (Save Byleth) are held back to the Dark Realm/Final Battle in Krosshair's World of Light Story) since while I did read stories of him/Play the Dragalia Lost/Persona 5 Collab with him in it, I fear I won't be able to him justice right now, So his Dark Realm in a way)

-Byleth (To compensated for Chrom being a Light Realm Rescue in my Stories)

This Story's a sort of a Word Building one focusing on how Smash Tournements work in my Story…. Since aside form some off screen exhibition matches (Mostly noticeable in Heirs to the Throne (Lucina, Pichu and Bowser Junior Focused), We never seen how it works in my Stories….

So I figured I might showcase a Story which shows how Smash Tournament Matches Work (Think of it as a Small World Building/Lore One-Shot where Characters explain stuff, A small Slice of Life-ish thing)

Ok, Now I know this AN is getting pretty long but I do want to say this:

This Fanfic is meant to be a Shout-Out to KingdomKey23 and his Kingdom Hearts: the Nintendo Version Remixed Story (A Pretty good retelling of Sora's First Adventure with Nintendo Characters taking the Place of the Disney Cast)

I Say that Kingdom Hearts: the Nintendo Version Remixed is one of the Many inspirations such as Yoshi being Mario and Luigi's Adopted Son (and too a lesser degree Meggy (Yes, THAT Meggy form Super Mario Glitchy 4/Glitch Productions is the Girl Inkling of the Deluxe-Verse) being Mario's Adoptive Niece as well.

World of Trophies, Smash Mansion, Paper Mario Stage Teleporter:

"Well… I can't believe we're the First to be part of the Smash Exhibtion Matches Luigi!" Said Isabelle as she looked back towards Luigi Mario and his adoptive Son Yoshi. "I mean I only knew a good chunk of this tournament form Alex, Flora and my time as an assist….."

"But I never expect to be part of the first Exhibit match before the tournament starts for real!" the Shin Tzu Secretary continued to the Green Plumber and his Green Dinosaur Son, whom smirked back to her. "Well besides the Opening Ceremony Match with my fellow Ultimate Newcomers that is….. same with the Deluxe-Fighters"

"But it was still really nerve wrecking to be on stage there….. Trust me guys, I was a nervous wreck even after the World of Light help steel my nerves to some extent…" Isabelle finished off as she shuddered at facing the likes of Ridley, King K Rool, Guzma, His Pokémon, Boshi and even Dark Samus

"Well It's- a surprising to us too Isabelle….." Said Luigi as he looked back to the Young dog secretary with a smile on his face. "I mean it's nervous to be on stage for our first match….."

"Even the Training before hand didn't help with MY Nerves during the Opening Ceremony of the 64 Tournament…. And the crowd watching me, Mario and Yoshi wasn't as large as the crowd YOU were performing for…." He continued as he recalled being beaten by Jigglypuff during the Free for all Opening match That Master Hand and Crazy Hand did to showcase all the Fighters and their unique skills…. Though said Match doesn't really count as an official match since according to the former, It's a very chaotic way of deciding a match and opted for a more simpler traditional tournament format (Much to his brother's disappointment due to wanting a more chaotic battle style which Master Hand reminded him that the Smash Tournaments AREN'T Gladiator matches and more of sporting events like the Olympics)

"But besides Isabelle…. The Exhibition Matches aren't considered part of our ranking for when the Tournament officially starts….." The Timid Brother of Mario added on with a smile. "So don't worry about winning this match or not…."

"That's true….." Said Yoshi to his father figure as he recalled fighting the likes of Captain Falcon, Jigglypuff and even Kirby for the first time in the free for all. "Trust us Isabelle…."

"Most of us underestimated Jigglypuff during that very match…." He continued as he recalled being doubled slapped by her, a hidden fury being unleashed by the balloon Pokémon whom's while not considered a Strong Pokémon back in her home world showcase that she and her trainer managed to made it to the Top 4 of the Unova League Tournament (Which while not Much is something Jigglypuff is proud of, since it shows her species isn't as weak as they seem). "She may not appear to be much…. But I can assure you that undersitmating her is no joke….."

"Well Let's just say Falco found about it the Hard way….." Said Fox as he approached the Group with Bowser by his side (Much to Luigi and Yoshi's dismay when they see their long time enemy), The leader of Star Fox cringing at his comrade's first battle against Jigglypuff entering his mind as he did "….And let's just say Falco may have learnt NOT to underestimate certain foes to say the least…"

"Well Too bad she DIDN'T last long against my sweet super duper ultra koopa level tier of awesome that is MY Giga Bowser Form…." Sneered Bowser as he recalled the events of how he obtained his Giga Form Ganondorf found out an Orb kept in storage by Master Hand (Which he obviously didn't tell the other fighters in fear of interest in it would occur) which in turn lead to him recruiting the Koopa King for this deadly scheme of his (and by extension the reason Tabuu and the Subspace Emissary has been unleashed in the First Place)

"You should have seen the look on her face when she got hit by my new awesomeness! That'll show her for being all high and mighty!" He roared as a laugh escape his raspy scaly throat as the others glared back to him, Just as Chrom, Captain Falcon and Kirby joined in.

"Well I supposed you 'quote UN-quote' forgotten about the part that we're still able to kick your butt despite your little transformation Bowser….." Snarked Captain Falcon in a rare tone of seriousness (That was usually hidden behind a Brash and Showy Persona which took Samus a while to get pass this side of the F-Zero Racer and his real self) while Kirby gave a rare glare (By normal Kirby standards that is) back at Bowser for his rude behavior.

"And Besides, You do know had you and Ganondorf won and killed us with your Giga Bowser….. We all won't be here you know…. Or the Smash Tournaments for that matter…" Douglas continued as the others (Save Isabelle and Chrom) gave an agreeing nod back,

Instead of apologizing back to them however, Bowser simply smirked back at this and said:

"Meh whatever….." He sneered as he looked at the Clock in the Room, No doubt still having a couple of minutes before the Match start. "I Still say my Personal awesomeness level is a bazillion times more awesome then foxy woxy here given he fallen form grace ever since the Melee Tournament….."

"Hey!" Snarled Fox as he glared back to the Koopa King whom simply smirked back at him for his words.

"Whatever you losers…." Was the Koopa King's words as he took a seat on one of the Benches in the Room, wanting to get some rest time before the Match starts as Chrom looked back to the others with a concern look.

"Well it's likely for the best Pikachu wasn't here right now…." The Prince of Ylisse said back with a concern tone as the others (in particular the 64 Era Veterans) looked back with an agreeing look, No doubt how Pikachu and Bowser far form what people can consider friends, Especially after the subspace emissary incident (Which before then, Pikachu and Bowser would simply ignore each other)

"I guess it's why him and Bowser try NOT to fight infront of their kids, me and my family….."

"Well tell me about it Chrom….." Luigi added on with a sigh form his mouth. "I'm still surprised how Mario's willing to seek advice for how to raise Meggy form HIM….."

"I mean, I guess it's understandable that Bowser has experience raising Roy, Wendy and Ludwig (Whom I'm surprised he haven't snapped due to raising them alongside his other five kids)….. But I still don't get how Bro and Peach didn't hate him for all those kidnappings he has do-"

"Match Starting soom…. All fighters in the room please proceed to the Teleporter… If you don't " Said a Message next to the Clock as it Ringed it's alarm, signaling the exhibition Match was about to start, Interuppting Luigi's Rant as Yoshi smiled back to him.

"Don't worry Luigi…. We can worry about it later…." Said Yoshi to his father figure as Bowser, Chrom, Isabelle, Kirby, Fox and Falcon all rushed towards their respective Teleporters.

"Thanks Yoshi….." Said the Green Plumber as he give a head rub to his adoptive son as the two rushed towards their teleporters, a bright light soon appearing as soon as all eight fighters are in them, sending them to their destination:

Whatever stage they'll be fighting on for today's Match to be exact.

Smash Mansion, Paper Mario Stage, S.S Flavion section:

"Hey Mario…. Is this what the Stadium's usually like?" Questioned Meggy as the Inkling looked back to her adoptive Uncle and his girlfriend before shifting her attention to the Blank White Battlefield alongside the Seats they're sitting on right now. "I only heard stories about them and I figured with what we had witness in the Incident with Galeem and Dharkon….."

"I was expecting the stages to be like the Ones during the Opening Cermony…..Not exactly this Blank white space….." She continued with a disappointed tone as Mario patted her on the Back.

"Well Meggy… Don't worry, it's-a not…." Mario answered back to his adoptive niece as he looked back to the Timer on top of the Commentary Box, The Time slowly ticking as he speak. "Save for the Actual Stages like Battlefields and the Two Pokémon Stadiums, It usually takes a while for the Stadium to transform into one of the replicated stages (Which was created form what Master Hand learnt form observing them in their actual Worlds before he and his Brother proceed to create the Version

"Alright Ladies and Gentlemen!" Shouted a Mii with Blond Hair and a Rather Bright and flashy gold Outfit inside the Commentary Box as his partner Wanda (A Female Mii with Red hair and a more modest outfit of blue compared to her co-worker's flashy one)

"Indeed it is James!" Said the Female Mii as the Blank Stadium slowly began to glow as it changed shape with the Surrounding Terrain (the seats simply changed) began to change shape, The Hologram Device used to simulate Non Battlefield/Final Destination/Pokémon Stadium (Both Variants) activating as they speak. "Today's the first exhibition match of what we can say is the biggest Smash Tournament yet!"

"And today's match is held in…."

A Bright Light soon emerged form the glowing stadium as the audience closed their eyes to prevent them form being blinded by it as the stage slowly takes form, The Plain Platform morphing into a Pirate ship with the nearby Ground soon transforming into Water as it did.

"The Paper Mario Stage and more precisely! The S.S Flavion that was a part of the Tale of the Thousand Year Door!"

The Crowd then cheered louder as Meggy looked back to Mario with some surprise when she saw the almost Cardboard like ship that stood where the Blank platform once stood.

"Mario… Is that?" She questioned back to her surrogated Uncle with surprised at the large vessel she was witnessing right now

"Yes it is Meggy…." Said Mario as he banished the Memories of Flavio form his mind while looking back at the ship while he recalls the events of his journey in Rougeport... and his Paper Self. "It's the Ship called the S.S Flavion I once went onto during my adventures in Rougeport…."

Even after what has occurred with him, Luigi and Paper Mario, He still can't believe how he and his World exist….

While he's more brave then his younger brother, Mario still can't believed how Paper Mario went through similar experinces like he did…. And different experiences as well such as him not being involved in the Incidents with Fawful and the Shroobs though after his time in the earlier Smash Brothers Tournaments and hanging out with Toon and Young Link, He came to accept that some Worlds/Universe events happened differently.

"Well I supposed we dwelled Long enough already….." Said James as he looked at the Screen on the other side of the stadium with a large Cheshire Cat like smile and barely controlling his excitement….

"BECAUSE IT'S TIME TO ANNOUNCE THE FIGHTERS WHOM WILL BE FIGHTING TODAY'S MATCH!" He yelled with the Ham of a thousands Pigs as the Screen proceed to showcase the Fighters

"Form the Very beginning of the Tournament…. Let's give up for the Former King of Bananas turned Ghost Buster….. Luigi!"

The Green Plumber soon teleported in as Daisy looked back with a happy look on her face when she saw her boyfriend.

"Yeah! GO LUIGI GO!" She shouted much to Peach, Mario and Meggy's embrassment with the former admitting while Daisy can be loud at times, She was arguably the Girlfriend Luigi needed as not only she support and care for him (Something the Wario Brothers found out the hard way) but also being the Light to his darkness.

"Don't a worry Daisy! I can do it!" Said Luigi as he looked back to them as Yoshi, Fox and Captain Falcon soon beamed down as well, No doubt cheers form their fellow friends/family/allies (Though Krystal shown a more slient support towards her former boyfriend however) also following after their appearance was know.

"You may know her form her time as an assist form the last tournament but give up for the hard working secretary Isabelle!" James continued as the Shin Tzu soon teleported into the arena with the crowd going wild for her as well.

"Yeah go Isabelle!" Said Alex as he looked back to his secretary whom looked back to him.

"You can do it!" Said Flora, Alex's Sister as she waved a flag with Isabelle's face on it.

'Alright Isabelle, No time to get cold feet, Alex and Flora are there for you….' The Shin Tzu thought to herself as she took some deep breaths to reassure yourself. 'This isn't like with Galeem and Dharkon where it's life and death…..'

'You can do it…..'

"You may know his daughter and wife gotten into this tournament before him… But now he finally got his chance!" Wanda added on as Chrom's Portrait was soon added onto the commentary screen.

"Let's give a round of applause for the new exalt of Ylisse Chrom!"

While they're not as loud as the five '64-Era' Veterans and Isabelle, the crowd went wild as Chrom was soon teleported into the arena, With Lucina and Robin being the most excited about this.

"You can do it Father!" Lucina shouted to her dad with a smile on her face when she saw him on the battlefield. "You can do it!"

"Don't give up dear!" Robin added on to her husband with a smile also present her face, Happy her family is together.

"Thanks you two, I won't let you down….." Chrom said back to daughter and wife with a smile as Bowser soon teleported after he was announced.

"And Last but not least… We have the King of Koopas…. Bowser himself!" Wanda announced as the Koopa King soon made himself known, Much to the joy of only his Kids and his Minion Steve the Piranha Plant's.

"You go King Dad!" Said Larry as his brother Lemmy added on with a Party Popper.

"Show them whom's the Boss Daddy-kins!" Wendy shouted to her Father with her other brothers (Save Ludwig and Roy) joining in as well

"Go get them Dad!" Junior shouted out loud much to Roy's annoyance as his little brother waved his paintbrush in support for their father.

"You can do it Lord Bowser!" Said Steve as he waved a Flag with his Master's Symbol on it form his Flower Pot.

"Heck yeah! Daddy's about to show you how it's done!" Bowser roared as heard the praises form his children (and the Lacky that came with him) as he glanced to the Other Villains (Save Guzma whom was with Corrin and Kamui instead in the Fire Emblem Section… Abit a good distance away form Ike, Lucina and Robin however)

"Hey you other Bad guys…. I hope you're watching (Especially you Ganony) this!" He sneered back to his fellow Villains.

"Cause the King of Awsomeness times a bazillion is about show you how I'm the OG Bad guy here!"

The Other villains simply ignored him with Ganondorf in particular, Rolling his eyes at Bowser's Words, No doubt still remembering how annoying the Koopa King was during the Melee tournament and the Subspace Emissary….

Which lead to him firing a Subspace arrow on him out of annoyance in the latter incident.

"Well that overgrown Lizard talks big….." Snarled Dark Samus as she glanced towards K Rool whom was simply muttering Curses towards Bowser.

"So I take that you really want to knock Bowser off his high horse do you?" She continued as K Rool glared back at her.

"Indeed I do my dear clone….." He sneered in his British accent while glaring at bowser with the Fury of a thousand Suns.

"That Lizard is as Overrated as Anime and he thinks his number one on the tier list just because I was gone for who knows how long….."

"Well I supposed it won't matter for long….." Dark Samus sneered, not reallying caring much for the others' problems….

And more of her own desires for wanting to destroy the Real Samus for herself.

"Well now that we have all eight of our fighters today…." Said James as he looked onto the Screen above and then to the Fighters on the Ship bellow as his voice became more and more calm as he spoke.

"NOW LET THE BATTLE BEGAN!" He then shouted like a lion as the screen proceed to showcase the statistic of the Eight fighters.

The Eight fighters soon rushed into battle with them ready to duel with each other.

Bowser proceed to blast fireballs at his foes whom dodged out of the way as he did.

"Well here goes nothing!" Shouted Fox as he blasted his foes with his blaster whom dodged out of the way form other foes attack as he did.

"Well Fox, Here it comes!" Said Luigi as he and Yoshi fired fireballs and eggs at him respectively, The Fox Pilot quickly dodging out of the way form the former and blasting the latter with his blaster.

"Sorry to end this early," He shouted as he blasted Yoshi as the Dinosaur was unable to counter back, being stunned in the process.

Fox then landed the finishing blow by knocking Yoshi a good distance away and into the water.

"And Yoshi is down!" Said James as Yoshi's Screen darkened at his defeat, a Green beam appearing form where he was knock down, Much to his adoptive father's horror (and to a lesser extent, Boshi whom knew that despite it being an exhibition match…. HE wanted to take down Yoshi)

"Yoshi!" Screamed Luigi as he glanced back towards Fox, Ready to avenge his friend as while he may not be dead, he won't let anyone harm the Green Dino he calls a son.

"Sorry Fox, But your going down!" The Green Plumber said back to his canine ally as he drew his hammer and dashed towards him with a burning fury in his usually timid eyes.

The two soon traded blows with each other as Luigi bared his hammer while fox uses his claws, A Duel brawling as it did with both sides not willing to call the quits just yet.

While this was going on, Bowser then swung his claws against Isabelle whom dodged out of the way.

"Hold still you little Doggy!" Roared the Koopa King as he tried to slash her down, Isabelle trying her hardest not to be near the talons of the Koopa King.

'Ok…. Time to try this…..' She thought to herself as she then blasted him with her party pooper,

"GAH!" Roared Bowser as he blinded by the Popper as Isabelle quickly threw a Pot towards him, Knocking out for a while.

"Oh that got to hurt…." Said James as he and Wanda cringed at the scene they watched the scene unfold, Bowser growing a bump the size of an anthill as Isabelle quickly scampered out of the way form his potential fury.

But Bowser quickly got back up, His anger already rising like when his youngest son accidentally painted him with black paint via his magic paintbrush (Which not only made the Koopa King so furious but it also forced Junior to beg for Mario's Help to calm him down)

"OH THAT'S IT!" He roared much to the Other villains' dismay (K Rool and Ganondorf in particular were hopping for Bowser to be taken down quickly) and his Kids' Happiness.

'Oh…. No….' Isabelle thought to herself in free as she ran away form the attack as

Meanwhile Chrom and Captain Falcon are duking it out, No doubt a sole match between them.

"Well Chrom…. I guess it's easy to see where Lucina got all her skills form…." Said the Captain as he looked back towards his foe as he then countered the sword attack with his Blaster. "She wasn't a slouch in the Last Tournament but I can say she's may be better then Marth for this one!"

"Well Don't underestimate me either!" Chrom added as he dodged a falcon Punch form his Foe before countering back with a slash attack.

Falcon was soon knocked aside by the attack as he then got back up with a smirk on his face.

"Well…. It's time to deploy the big guns….." he spoke out as his fist began to glow red before charging right into his foe, whom prepared to counter back with an attack of his own

"Falcon…. PUNCH!" He roared as he dashed towards Chrom as the Prince dodged the attack and then took a stance before doing his move.

'Time for me to use Aether!' He thought to himself as he then proceed to Slash the Captain with a Upper Slash attack…. Before slashing him with a Dash slash, Knocking the Captain into the Water down bellow.

"And Doglas has been defeated!" Said Wanda as Douglas was soon teleported away like Yoshi was.

"You did it Chrom!" Said Robin as she and her daughter looked back to her husband with a smile.

"You can do it Father!" Lucina added on as Chrom smiled back to her as he glanced towards Kirby was as he was ready to duel him.

"Thanks you two…." He said as he readied himself for battle against Kirby, The Latter drawing out his Cutter blade as, Bandana Dee, Jigglypuff, Adeleine and Ribbon looked back at him

"You can do it Kirby!" Yelled the Former as he waved his spear like a Flag in a very supportive way.

"Kick their butts Kirby-kins!" Jigglypuff added on with her own flag waving for her boyfriend

"Show them who's boss!" Said Adeleine as she gave him a thumbs up as Ribbon did the same as well.

"Poyo… (Thanks Guys….)" Kirby answered back as he looked back with a smile on his face.

"Poyo… (You're ready for this Chrom?)" He questioned as the Prince nodded back.

"Indeed I am…. Let's do this!" Said the Sapphire haired Prince as he and Kirby clashed blades….

Meanwhile with Luigi and Fox, The Two of them clashing with each other as Hammer and Claws clashed with each other.

'Tch… this is getting longer then I thought…..' Luigi thought to himself as he was on the receiving end of Fox's attacks as he then recalled his Thunderbrand powers.

'But I know just the thing to turn the tides!"

Luigi then charged his hammer with lighting power as he then proceed to slam it against Fox, Knocking him into the water while stunning him the process.

"And Fox's down for the count!" James shouted as the Leader of StarFox's Picture on the screen was darken as a brown beam was sent out, indicating that Fox, Like Falcon and Yoshi was sent back to the Teleporter Room,

"Alright, It's time for Chrom and Kirby…." Luigi spoke out as he then noticed the Duel clashing their blades…. And unaware of Isabelle running form Bowser and his ticked off anger.

"Alright…. Let's a G-" He shouted as Isabelle sprinted pass him, Just when he noticed a very familiar feeling being well, felt.

'Eh…. Oh….' He thought to himself as he then noticed Bowser dashing towards him much to his horror.

'OK… No time to be scared…..' He reassured himself to stand his ground as he looked back to Isabelle barely trying to avoid being killed by Bowser, Something Kirby noticed as he and Chrom put their fight aside for now as Bowser became closer and closer.

'Alright! Here we go!" He shouted as he then charged towards Bowser with his electrified hammer.

The Hammer soon made contact with Bowser whom was temporary stunned by it but he simply smirked back at him.

"Hey Green Stache…. Is this the Best you can do?" He questioned back to the Plumber as he smirked back like a Tiger stalking it's prey.

"Cause here's how you do it!"

Bowser then walloped the Green Mario Brother far into the water much to Mario's, Peach's, Meggy's and Daisy's Horror (and the Koopa Klan's Glee)

"Luigi!" They shouted as the picture of Luigi on the big Screen darkens, no doubt him taken down as he was soon beamed away.

Bowser then let out a laugh as he then glanced towards Isabelle, Kirby and Chrom before a small glare was given out by his eyes,

A clear indication they're next in line…

"Well Kirby… I think I know it's an akward situation but let's do this!" Said Chrom as the Star Warrior nodded back.

They soon rushed into battle as the two of them clashed with Bowser, Cutter, Sword and Claws clashing with one another as Isabelle looked back with surprise.

'Alright… I guess yourself got into this mess…. But you can fix it!' the Sectary thought to herself as she took out her Piko Hammer.

Bowser was currently duking it out with Chrom and Kirby as their attacks soon started to wore them out

"Tch getting tired?" sneered Bowser as he noticed the duo getting worn about as his foes are getting more tired fighting him.

"Well here's a little lesson for you!"

He was about to finished them off as Isabelle did her move and threw her hammer at him.

Distracting him enough for him to not roast Chrom and Kirby up.

"What the?" The Koopa king snarled as Isabelle emerged with a party pooper in her hands.

"Sorry but it's the end of the road for you Bowser!" She said as she stood her ground against him, much to the Koopa King's amusement.

"Haha! What a joke!" He sneered as he laughed off this attempt at bravery.

"Cause here's a real end of the road for YOU!"

HE then slamed a fist towards Isabelle knocking her down the ship deck, Much to Chrom's and Kirby's horror.

"Isabelle!" The Former shouted as he looked back at Kirby with a determined look on their faces.

"Alright let's do this!" He said back to the Star Warrior whom nodded back in agreement, the two rushing off to fight against Bowser.

They soon dashed impulsively into him, much to his delight.

'Check mate….' He sneered as he blast the duo with a fire blast, knocking them far far away,

"And Chrom and Kirby are down!" Said Wanda as a Blue and Pink Beam was beamed form where the duo are knocked out, much to Lucina, Robin, Meta Knight, Jigglypuff, Bandana Dee, Adeline, Ribbon and even Dedede's horror.

"Heh child's play…." Sneered Bowser as he then glanced towards Isabelle, the Shin Tzu ready to stand her ground.

'No turning back…. No turning back….' She thought to herself as she took out a pot in fear.

'Here goes nothing!' she continued to herself as a plan formulated in her mind to help ease her worries as Bowser rushed towards her with arrogance clouding his mind.

Isabelle quickly dodged out of the way as she then excuted her plan, Throwing the Pot when Bowser was near the edge of the ship which not only hit him but also knocked him overboard, especially with his own wounds form Chrom, Luigi and Kirby's attacks.

"And Bowser is unable to battle!" Said James as the Koopa King was soon teleported away in a red beam (Much to his kids' disappointment and the glee of the other villains), The Screen shifting to only Isabelle as she was the last fighter standing right now.

"And the Winner of today's Exhbition Match is….. Isabelle!" The Announcer Mii shouted as the Crowd (Save most of the villains) went wild much to the Shin Tzu's Surprise.

'I… I won?' She thought to herself as she saw Alex and Flora's Faces of happiness when they saw their Secetary winning her first official smash match, before she was teleported back into the Teleportation room.

World of Trophies, Smash Mansion, Paper Mario Stage Teleporter:

"Well that was pretty good Isabelle!" Said Luigi as he looked back to Isabelle whom was surprised that she managed to beat Bowser as Yoshi smiled back to her after he and the other seven are turned back form Trophies, Helps no injuries were caused due to the DPB (Damage Protection Barrier) in effect right now.

"You did great for your First Exhibition Battle!" He continued as Yoshi smiled back to her with a joyful smile on his face. "It was suprising how you beaten Bowser!"

"Well it's more like Kirby and Chrom that gave me the help to beat him….." Said Isabelle to Luigi with a small smile as she recalled the Plumber, Kirby and Chrom stalling time for her to finish the Koopa King off. "But it's surprising how the fights can go… even if deaths aren't a thing here…"

"You have to be on your toes a lot and let's just say being a secretary DIDN'T Prepare me for THIS….."

"Well that's true to say…." Chrom added on as he, Fox and Captain Falcon soon approached them with a smirk on his face. "Let's just say Douglas and I really got a good duel there…."

"Indeed it is Chrom…." Said the F-Zero Pilot with a smirk on his face while he sipped on a bottle of water. "You managed to show your mantle for that first match of yours too…."

"Indeed it is…." Fox added on his noticed Bowser walking out of the Room, The Koopa King not returning the lock back to them out of frustration as he rushed out of the area.

"And I guess Bowser's ego knocked down a peg to say the least….."

"Well That's bully's for you…." Said Luigi as he glanced back at the Koopa King with a frown on his face. "Sometimes a little Karma is needed to set them straight…."

"That's actually pretty true…." Captain Falcon added on as he banished the memories of his more egoistical personality that his usual masked persona when in the public (Which is why his relationship with Samus took a while to build due to the bounty hunter initially seeing him as an idiotic loudmouth) as he turned to Isabelle

"Hey Isabelle…. Want to get some ice cream in New Smash City?" Yoshi questioned as he then turned to Kirby, Fox, Falcon and Chrom. "Same with you guys?"

"Sure we're game…." Said Fox as Douglas nodded back to the small dinosaur with Kirby adding on a "Poyo!" As well as the former turned to Chrom. "You're up for some Ice Cream Chrom?"

"Fair Enough…. Let's go…." The Ylissean Prince/Exalt answered back to them with a smile.

The Seven Fighters soon rushed off to the train station to head off to New Smash City for some well deserved Ice Cream….

Especially for Isabelle for winning the First Exhbition Match and while it won't effect the Postion in the Official Tournament…..

It was still good enough for her showing her skills in this Tournament of Elites.

Well, I Supposed I may explain the Eight Smash Fighters whom are the Focus of this One-Shot:

-Luigi and Yoshi: Since the both of them Took Donald and Goofy's Place as Sora's Companions (Since TNV:Remixed is basically a What if of Sora adventuring into the Nintendo Worlds instead of Disney), It's an obvious, Plus I personally prefer Luigi and Yoshi as said Companions over Luigi and Toad (Yoshi feels more unique to say the least)

-Isabelle: She takes Jimmy Cricket's Role as the Chronicler of Sora's Adventures (A Role Toadsworth had in the Original KH: TNV) and a Fun Fact as well: Isabelle is one of KingdomKey23's Favorite Characters and a Major reason for remaking the Nintendo version as well.

-Kirby, Captain Falcon and Chrom: Since Dreamland (Alantica Counterpart), Mute City (Halloween Town Counterpart) and Ylisse (Neverland Counterpart, Which was originally Station Square (Sonic) in the Original Nintendo Version) are part of the Rest of Act 2, I figured I make a nod to them with the Three whom are going to the Guest Party Members of those worlds.

-Bowser: Well given his in Maleficent's Role (I'm mixed about this truth be told….. I'm part of the group whom think Bowser will be better in Pete's Role) in KingdomKey23's Story… I might as well throw him in here for an antagonistic

-Fox: Believe it or not, I actually had some initial other ideas on the Eight Fighter for this Story's Match: Cloud, Dedede and even Krystal (Once again, She's one of my DX-Fighters in the Deluxe-Verse) were initial ideas but I felt Fox fits in a way, Both for foreshadowing his future role in Act 3 of TNV (The Hollow Bastion Arc) and a nod to his Meme Status in the Melee tournament as for him being S Tier in that Game.

And as for why the Paper Mario Stage…. Well since Kingdom Hearts: the Nintendo Version Remixed has Paper Mario elements as a major theme for it's story (In particular Bowser having the Star Rod to justify his postion as the Big Bad of the story (Well the NON Ansem/Xehanort's Heartless Big Bad that is), adding the search for the Captured Star Sprirts as an additional thing for Sora, Luigi and Yoshi to find alongside Mario and Kairi AND the Paper World concept form Paper Jam being )

Speaking of which, I may have brought it up to some, But I'll explain it here:

How the Paper Mario Games work in the Deluxe-Verse is simple:

While the Whole Paper World concept DOES exist in this Continuity, The First Three Paper Mario Games (Original, Thousand Year Old Door and Super) occurred in the Main Mario Timeline as well (So Mario did meet the Star Spirits, Fought the Shadow Queen (Alluded to by Mario in Chapter 24 of the Main World of Light Deluxe-Story) AND helped Timpi and Count Bleck reunited) while the more controversial installments (Sticker Star, Colour Splash and the Origami King) ONLY occured in THE PAPER WORLD….

Likewise as mentioned by Mario, The Events of the Mario and Luigi RPG Games DIDN'T Happen in Paper Mario's World (So Paper Mario has no knowledge of Fawful or the Dream Stone in this Continuity)

So for those whom hated Sticker Star, Rest assured Main! Mario never went through the events of that game in the Deluxe-Verse (Though his Paper Counterpart sadly did however…..)

Likewise, I can confirm that Olivia (Form the Origami King) WILL be appearing as a Spirit in WoL-DX (Meaning Mario and Company will rescue her at some point), So Stay tune for that!

While the Short may not be what others may expect (Personally I say the Unova/Sinnoh Ones would be interesting since we'll be getting a scene with how Alder's/Barry's fights with N/Jupiter will be shown (Especially the Former…. Come on Pokémon, Don't Dissapoint the Unova Fans especially for some sweet Alder Moments!) but the Kalos/Hoeen Stuff (More Mega Evolution Awesomeness Baby!) will be just as interesting (Also I supposed this Confirms that the Pokémon Company DOESN'T See ORAS as a waste of Space despite it's Mixed Recepetion….. And definitely WAY Better then Digimon 02 at least…)

Hey KingdomKey23, If you're reading this, I wanted to say thank you for your amazing Kingdom Hearts the Nintendo Version Remixed Story!

While I already spoke about my opinions in my Reviews of your story, You managed to showcase a Great Adaptation/Retelling of Sora's First Adventure with Nintendo Characters while display some more dramatic moments like Isabelle's subplot with Digby….

While I do have some nitpicks about your story (Bowser in Maleficent's Role when I say he fits Pete's Role better but I can understand why you did in a way…..), It's pretty much perfection in a way and a pretty good formula for Retellings (Keep the General Plot the Same but add new elements to the Story…..)

Sorry if this Story was lackluster but I hope you can understand some of it.
