After a long case, Spencer Reid tries his best to keep being his best. So instead of bed or doing something regrettable, he goes to a bookstore. There the not so unmoveable object meets a force that will not be denied, even if it will get it's way gently.

I do not own Criminal Minds or any of the characters. They are own by CBS. This is my first time writing CM fanfiction and it has been some time since I wrote any but I'm trying to get back in the saddle so to speak. This is set around season 13. Spencer is kidnapped by someone all too familiar and he has to hope the team can find him in time.

Aaron planned this for a while now and grew more and more excited with every passing minute. He knew the sleeping pills would come in handy one day.

While Emily walked she noticed the cold winter air seeping through her clothes, making her more and more aware of how cold it really was. Especially so close to the frozen lake.

With every passing day Spencer felt worse and worse about his life. The young agent just wanted everything to stop and to finally be able to rest.

Derek knew that something was off about his best friend. He knew it the moment Spencer declined his offer to go out with him but he just did not know how hurt the young agent truly was.

The case they have been working on was exceptionally brutal this time. Too bad Spencer is not at the top of his game for this one.

Hotch, young and new to the BAU, is sent in undercover to try and find a way to crack down on the wanted criminal but ends up loving the criminal life to much and falls for the one girl that is off limits. Secrets are uncovered and painful memories are brought back, how can Hotch make sense of it all.
