A Certain Scientific Vampire Killer
Chapter 8: I Need Some of That
My eyes opened to the sight of the morning sky, there were many clouds above me, and a bright sun emitting irritating light towards my face. Huh? What? That doesn't seem right at all? Why would I be outside and not in my bed at the crack of dawn? It just can't be right. That's correct, this is just a bad dream so once I wake myself up, and I'll be back in my cozy, soft bed with Frenda who I was forced to share it with. I proceeded to rapidly blink my eyes open so that this absurd nightmare will end. Blink. Blink. Blink. Blink.
Finally, now I'll get off my bed, wake Frenda up, and get some breakfast. Oh, wait, the morning sky is still all I can see with my own eyes.
"Eh?! What the hell am I doing outside on the grass near Tsukuyomi's apartment? This doesn't make any sense at all?" I screamed with aggravation coming from my voice as I was completely confused as to how I ended up sleeping here and not in my room.
I tried to remember what led to this unfortunate event that I now find myself currently in. I remember having to go on a run in the middle of the night due to accidentally waking up earlier than I was supposed to because of Frenda's antics. I then encountered that white hooded girl, Kira, who I encountered in the morning yesterday in the forest. Kira taught me the truth of my powers and how to correctly use them, Kira also revealed that she was a vampire the whole time and that Kira and the remaining Vampire Kings are absolutely unaffected by sunlight.
But, while that is all important information, how the hell did I end up passing out on the ground? I tried to remember what happened after Kira left me and vanished into the night, but it's all kind of a blur, what was I doing exactly? OH, now I remember, I was practicing how to summon my weapon the correct way due to that vampire bastard's taunt.
"I suggest you improve the rate at which you analyze a weapon in your mind unless you want to die to a Vampire King." Those are the words that Kira said to me earlier in the middle of the night. It was all because of what that white hooded vampire girl said to me, she pissed me off, and I wanted to prove to her and myself that I could improve and do better. Ever since I was a young girl, I was always ridiculously stubborn and wouldn't give up no matter what, and it only got worse as I got older.
By the time I enrolled in a Certain High School, I was fiercely competitive with others to the point that I would go completely overboard when presented with a challenge. However, it really depended on the circumstances, for example, I was perfectly fine with getting a passing grade on a homework assignment, which always rubbed Nanoha the wrong way. But then this one time when everyone in my class had to make a project for the science fair, I worked for hours on end every night working on my masterpiece, a diorama of the world tree from Norse mythology. I thought for sure I was going to win the grand prize, only to get snubbed and get second place, because of Aogami Pierce and his baking soda volcano. That day still gives me nightmares.
I never learned my lesson even after that horrific day, which led me to where I'm right now. I'm on the grass with my long, black hair, scattered in all directions with the annoying sun emitting irritating light towards my face. It was a horrible time to be alive, but my stubborn dedication really paid off this time, I'm now able to summon most weapons, including my blood-red katana, in only three seconds flat. Hahaha! I've impressed myself once again, though if only I could have mastered the process quicker, I was summoning different weapons all throughout the night to the point that when I eventually passed out, I probably only got an hour of sleep at most.
Oh well, I feel like shit due to the lack of sleep I got earlier today, but it is what it is. Now I feel confident in my abilities to the point that I'm one-hundred percent sure that I will be able to kick that annoying blue-haired vampire's ass and defeat him with ease, and with Frenda's assistance there is no possible way that I can lose! Oh, that's right; I should go back into Tsukuyomi's apartment so that I could wake Frenda up so that we could go hunt that vampire bastard.
I made my way upstairs and unlocked the door of Tsukuyomi's apartment with my key that she gave me when I started living with her there. I then opened the door only to be greeted by the sight of a certain short, pink-haired loli who was wearing a pink dress along with a light-pink jacket on the couch with many covers on her while being surrounded by many empty beer cans.
"Jeez. What am I going to do with you, Tsukuyomi?" I said with a dumbfounded expression on my face as I wondered how Tsukuyomi, who has the body of a small child, can possibly drink so much beer. Maybe I should just get rid of her stash of beer so that she won't drink that much.
"Frenda! Where are you? It's time to get up and begin the search for the vampires that are still after me!" I yelled while trying to be quiet enough so that I don't wake up Tsukuyomi, as I looked for Frenda. I opened the door to my room, all of Frenda's stuff was there, but she wasn't in the room. I decided to search throughout the apartment until I arrived in the kitchen.
"Oh, there you are! I was a bit surprised when I didn't find you sleeping next to me on our bed, but I assumed that you went on a morning jog. Holy crap! Your hair is so messy! And ugh! You smell really bad! Go take a shower right now while I finish prepping the breakfast that I made for the both of us to share!" Frenda said while wearing an apron that was decorated with tons of faces of cats as she scolded me for my disheveled appearance.
"Wow, um, I never noticed you liked cats so much. I'm surprised. First, there were the animal pajamas from last night that resembled a cat, and now today you are wearing an apron that is covered with many faces of cats. They look really cute on you, Frenda! Hahaha!" I said with a smile on my face as I started giggling towards the blonde-haired girl who is in front of me.
"You noticed? Yeah, I really love cats; they are so adorable and are easily the greatest animal to ever exist on this planet! Aw, thanks for calling me cute, Aisa! Hey, wait for a second! What's with that giggling? Are you being sarcastic again? I really will shove a bomb up your butt if you keep on messing with me!" Frenda said with displeasure coming off of her voice.
"Hahaha! No, that's not it! I swear that I'm not messing with you! I'm being honest about that apron! It looks really good on you! It's just that it makes you look like a little kid, though in a good way! I think you should keep wearing those kinds of clothes, they really suit you, Frenda!" I said with a cheerful smile as I told Frenda about my honest opinions on her clothes.
"Eh? You are being really weird again, you dummy! So just go ahead and get in the shower before you really make me mad!" Frenda said with a blushing, red face as she got angry at me.
"Sure thing! I can't wait to eat the delicious meal that you made for the both of us to eat, I'm starving, so I'm really thankful, Frenda!" I said with a smile on my face while walking out of the kitchen and into the bathroom.
As I made my way into my bathroom, I proceeded to take off all of my clothes as I got undressed and into the shower, and turned the faucet on while ice-cold water started hitting my body.
"Ugh! Cold! Cold! Cold! Ah, there it is, that is so much better! It feels so good to take a hot shower after working really hard! This is nice!" I muttered to myself in a quiet voice while soaking me in the warm hot water that felt utterly refreshing as it covered my entire body and eliminated the sleepiness that I felt for only getting a single hour of sleep at most earlier today.
Afterward, I got out of the shower, put a towel on myself, and went into my room to change into a certain outfit. I then proceeded to walk out of my room with my clothes on so that I could eat the delicious meal that Frenda made. I can't wait! Just thinking about it is getting me excited!
"Hey, Frenda! Ooooh! Wow, those are Belgian waffles! I've heard of them but never got to try them before, they look amazing! I can't believe you made such appetizing food! For a second, I thought you were going to make something gross to get back at me for last night!" I said while admiring the breakfast that Frenda made singlehandedly for the both of us to eat together.
"Yes! I'm glad you noticed them! Belgian waffles are a delicacy in my hometown; I also like them a lot too! Well believe it, I'm such a great cook even Mugino doesn't complain about my cooking, hey wait for a second! Did you really think that I was going to hold a grudge against you over something like that? Jeez, you can be such a dummy, Aisa." Frenda said while looking down towards her feet in an awkward manner then looking at me while gasping in utter shock.
"Oh my god! You actually took my advice and bought yourself an outfit that doesn't look bad on you?! I'm impressed, that outfit will definitely get you some attention if you know what I'm saying. Fufufu!" Frenda said as she looked at my brand new outfit while giggling.
"What do you mean? I have tons of outfits that look good on me, and even if they don't look that great on someone else, they will definitely look fantastic on me since I'm a beautiful girl, you idiot!" I said while pinching Frenda's cheek in retaliation for her rude comment concerning my fashion choices. This new outfit that I'm currently wearing consists of a regular black T-shirt, a silver jacket with black stripes, and white leggings. This outfit is also the same outfit that I bought with Nanoha and Seiri the day we went to a certain shopping mall together.
I've been meaning to wear my brand new outfit for a while now, though all the crazy things that have happened to me recently have prevented me from doing so. Well, that's beside the point, I'm wearing my new outfit now, so that's what matters, if only I had the chance to show it to Nanoha. No. I can't let my feelings for Nanoha hold me back, I've decided to fight to preserve my memories of her and her legacy so that her death wasn't meaningless. I've also decided to fight for myself too so that I can keep living my life and find out what makes life precious and worth living. I swear I will find the answer to that question, no matter what!
After both I and Frenda finished our breakfast together that consisted of Belgian waffles with strawberries and whipped cream and glasses of orange juice, it was time for our departure.
"Let's go, it's time to begin the hunt for those vampire bastards together, Frenda!" I said with a cheerful smile on my face as I opened the door with my right hand while holding out my left hand for Frenda to grasp.
"O-Of course it's time to go hunting for vampires! We can't just let them come to you again! So why are you smiling like that, dummy?" Frenda said with a blushing, red face while grasping my left hand as we both walked out of Tsukuyomi's apartment together.
After leaving Tsukuyomi's apartment, I and Frenda decided to search all throughout Academy City, starting with the closest places near the apartment. Unfortunately, the Vampire King Weezer or the two unknown Vampire Kings were not there, and the search for the remaining Vampire Kings turned out to be a lot more difficult than we both thought it was going to be.
A few hours later
"Ugh, where the heck are those vampires? It's been HOURS since we left the apartment and started searching for them! I didn't expect it to be easy, but this is so hard! It is also very boring!" Frenda said while protesting about the current situation that we are both in as she wiped the sweat off of her forehead.
"I know Frenda, though we can't just give up. I agree that it is hard searching for specific people in such a huge place, but we have to keep going and moving forward till we find them. Look on the bright side we searched throughout all of those buildings so it shouldn't be too much longer until we find them! I-I think." I said awkwardly while noticing another huge building that we haven't even begun to search throughout yet.
"What do you mean you think?! I'm grateful that you hired me as your mercenary, and hanging around you isn't so bad but, I've been walking for what feels like forever! Can't we take a break, I'm exhausted and hungry, Aisa!" Frenda said with a pleading look on her face as she complained towards me.
"Fine. It wouldn't do the both of us any good to search for vampires on an empty stomach. Plus to be honest, I'm starting to get pretty hungry too." I said honestly with a smile on my face.
"Awesome! Since we are both hungry, I know the perfect place we can go eat at! Phew, for a second I thought I was going to have to threaten you with a bomb until you complied with my wishes. I-I mean I was considering it, I would never do something like that to you, so let's get out of here!" Frenda said awkwardly while hiding her face from my eyes as she got embarrassed.
"Not so fast! You aren't getting away from me that easily! You and I have unfinished business, little bitch!" Someone yelled at the top of their lungs. Me and Frenda then both looked towards the direction of that scream and to our absolute shock, we noticed a certain blue-haired vampire with wavy, light, blue hair who was wearing a torn-up jumpsuit that was drenched in blood.
"N-No way? It's that guy, I-I mean that 'vampire' I fought against the other day! He just conveniently appeared out of nowhere! How the heck did he even find us?!" Frenda said with a dumbfounded expression on her face as she was completely confused as to how this is happening.
"It wasn't that hard at all because of Himegami Aisa's ability! That little bitch's ability allows her to kill us vampires AND attract us towards her! So it was only a matter of time until I finally found you! Now it's time for you to die, you little bitch!" The Vampire King Weezer yelled as he proceeded to rush towards me at an insane level of speed.
W-What? How the hell did that vampire bastard get near me this fast? In the time span of less than a single second, the Vampire King Weezer was already right in front of me, even though he was at least 50 meters away from me not even a second earlier. That's impossible! Not even the Vampire King Korn was anywhere close to being this inhumanly fast. I need three seconds to summon a weapon, that's not enough time before that vampire bastard strikes me. I don't even have enough time to dodge an attack from that vampire bastard! Am I actually going to die?
In an instant, the Vampire King Weezer unleashed a devastating blow into my stomach which crushed my heart and killed me. Wait, no. That's not right. That's what I thought was going to happen before I noticed an explosion that blew that vampire bastard in the opposite direction of me as someone grabbed my body while flying at breakneck speed.
"Are you ok, Aisa?! That was way too close! That vampire is MUCH faster than when we fought him in that grocery store! Even I'm surprised at how fast he is! Frenda said holding me with her arms as we both reached what felt like a safe zone away from the blue-haired vampire.
"Hahaha! Is that really the best you got? It looks like I overestimated you, little bitch!" Weezer said as he appeared right in front of both me and Frenda in less than a second.
"Crap! Runaway from here and don't look back, Aisa!" Frenda screamed as she threw me towards a random part of the street and away from herself and the blue-haired vampire.
The Vampire King Weezer proceeded to land a devastating blow right in Frenda's stomach which sent her crash landing onto the top of a random car.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Frenda shrieked in pain because of the attack that was landed on her by the Vampire King Weezer which was a kick against Frenda's solar plexus that caused her to spurt out a ton of blood from her mouth and onto the hood of the car she fell onto.
"Hahaha! That was revenge for wounding me to the point that I was forced to run away if I wanted a chance to survive! I was then forced to crawl all the way back to my lord so that I wouldn't have to die! Weezer yelled while walking towards the car that Frenda was on top of.
"I begged my lord to unlock my true powers so that I could obtain my well-deserved revenge, but to pay the price for utterly failing my mission, I had to suffer. So I was forced to die. Do you know how many times I died so that I could seize this chance? 1000 deaths. They weren't painless either. They were all brutal, horrific deaths that went on continuously, on and on and on!" Weezer said while getting on top of the car that Frenda was on as he proceeded to step on her stomach with his own foot.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Frenda screamed in pain because the Vampire King Weezer's foot was being pushed into Frenda's solar plexus that caused her to vomit more blood out of her mouth and onto herself and the car that she was still on.
"All of those deaths just wouldn't stop! They felt endless! I honestly thought that my mind would have been completely fried by the time it was all over! But! What kept me going, in the end, wasn't the chance to kill Himegami Aisa. No. It was for the chance to kill you! So ALL of those deaths were all worth it in the end so that I could achieve this wonderful opportunity!" Weezer said as he was now stepping even harder onto Frenda's stomach which caused her to scream in pain again because of the assault on her body.
"However I won't kill you just yet. No. No. No. You don't deserve the satisfaction of a quick death. So I will make you experience and suffer the pain that I felt for all of those 1000 deaths, though since you are only a human you probably won't survive that long. Vampire Kings are far superior to humans in every possible way imaginable so it only makes sense that you wouldn't be able to live throughout the entire onslaught of pain that I endured for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!" Weezer said while continuing to step on Frenda who couldn't even scream anymore due to already shrieking so much because of the agonizing pain that she went through.
"Now, since I'm a compassionate and understanding vampire, I will give you the chance to say your last words. Speak before you won't be able to anymore." Weezer said with a voice full of quenching bloodlust and a face that looked like a berserker only had the desire to kill as he gave Frenda her one and only chance to say something before she suffers an excruciating death.
"-." Frenda said some words that were completely inaudible that not even the Vampire King Weezer could have heard him with his advanced hearing due to being a vampire.
"Hey! Hey! Hey! I can't hear you when you look like you are being so quiet! You need to be louder so that I can actually hear you! Do you even have anything you want to say before you die or should I just kill you already?" Weezer said as he put a hand to his ear while moving closer to Frenda in an attempt to hear what she is trying to say.
"Y-You really don't know when to stop talking don't you? You are a complete idiot, going on and on about your life story or whatever you were trying to say. So she will kill you now for your lack utter lack of common sense and sheer stupidity." Frenda muttered in a voice so low that it was almost silent though the Vampire King Weezer heard it and he laughed.
"Ha! Hahaha! Hahahahahahaahahahaahahahahahaahahahahahahahahahaahahahahahahah! HA! Do you mean that pathetic little bitch that couldn't do anything against me when I fought her the first time and even now? You are joking, right? Korn was an absolute joke for dying against that little bitch. Even if I were to stay completely still so that she could land a hit on me it would do nothing at all against Me.!" Weezer said while grabbing Frenda by her throat and lifting her up from the ground and into the air.
"That little bitch could not do anything on her own and do you know what the proof of that is? She needed your help so that she would have the smallest chance of defeating me! So what the hell am I, one of the three Vampire Kings supposed to be afraid of?" Weezer said with a smile on his face as Frenda spat some of her blood right onto his face.
"So you have chosen an excruciating death? I understand, though, it was all useless in the end, since she wasn't able to do anything again and you are now about to suffer a merciless death by my hands!" Weezer said while grasping Frenda's throat roughly as he strangled her which caused Frenda to gasp for her breath.
"Hahahahahahahahaahahahahaahahahahahahaahahahahahahahahahahahaahahhahahahahahaha!" Weezer laughed as he choked Frenda and made her suffer for the wounds that Frenda caused him and the insults to his pride that he had to experience for almost dying against a little human girl.
But then something that appeared to be faster than a speeding bullet rushed towards the Vampire King Weezer and proceeded to land a devastating blow with a weapon that went right throughout the blue-haired vampire's body starting from his right shoulder all the way down to his stomach. This strike caused Weezer's body to gush out a ton of blood due to suffering such a damaging attack directly onto his chest.
"W-What? Who the hell would dare strike me? I'm a superior life form! A Vampire King! No human will ever stand a chance against me or let alone kill me! Show yourself right now! Who are you?!" Weezer roared at the top of his lungs as he desperately looked for the human who landed that attack that tore his body open but couldn't seem to find the person who did it.
Then a certain girl with straight, long black hair showed herself at last to both the Vampire King Weezer and Frenda Seivelun. That girl's name is-
"Himegami Aisa. It's you. It was always you. Do you have any idea how my life was before I met you? I'll tell you, it was uneventful but satisfying. I lived my life enjoying the privileges that were granted to me for being one of the few Vampire Kings. I ate tons of food and watched plenty of movies. I wasn't the type to kill humans for sport unlike Korn, Slipknot, or my lord. I killed only the amount of humans that was necessary so that I could keep living. That's all I did." Weezer said while looking straight into Aisa's eyes without any bloodlust or rage on his face.
"But then you just had to show up out of nowhere! Korn was the first to challenge you because he wasn't a true Vampire King since he was an artificial vampire made by using the body of a homunculus. I thought for sure that Korn was going to kill you and that I could keep living my life. But you didn't die! You killed him! And I was forced to fight you next if I didn't want to suffer at the hands of my lord! I just wanted to kill you quickly and be done with it! But you still didn't die! You just kept getting back up again and again and again and again! Why? Why can't you just die already?!" Weezer screamed as many tears dripped from his eyes and onto the ground.
"Are you finished now? So what you are trying to say is that you suffered because of my existence and that you are just a victim in all of this. You are a dumbass and a liar. I saw the faces that you made for both Tsukuyomi and Frenda when you hurt them. Do you know the faces that you made for them? They were all faces that were full of delight. You enjoyed causing them pain because you think it's fun, don't you? I have no sympathy or pity for someone who enjoys killing. None at all. So I'll say your question right back at you. Why can't you just die already?" I said with a face that lacked any emotion for the Vampire King Weezer whatsoever.
"Bitch. You little bitch! How dare you speak to me in such an insolent tone and demand that I die instead of you? You insignificant piece of shit! Weezer roared as his eyes bulged with overwhelming bloodlust and his face twisted and contorted into something that was unrecognizable when compared to how he previously looked lie. But I recognized that face. It was the same face that all those vampires made when I killed them that night. It was the same face Korn made before I killed him and saved Tsukuyomi that day. It was the face of someone who only desired one thing and one thing only. Kill. That's all. Just kill and nothing more.
The Vampire King Weezer then lunged forward straight at me with ludicrous speed, one second he was several many meters away from me, and not even a second later he was right in front of me. The blue-haired vampire was a predator, he was done playing with his food, and he intended to kill me with this one and final strike. I knew that, after all, I'm a murderer too.
"Red Katana!" I screamed while the complete picture of the katana in my mind became fully realized as a blood-red katana was projected from my mind and into my hands as I then proceeded to slash the Vampire King Weezer's right arm off while avoiding his strike with a backflip and leaped away from the blue-haired vampire in order to put distance between us.
"Impossible! You were able to react quickly enough to my unstoppable speed? There's no way anyone would have been able to move fast enough to avoid my attack and damage me on top of that, not even my lord would have been able to do that! How the hell did you do that?!" Weezer screamed while demanding an answer to his question that he couldn't fathom in the slightest.
"You really don't understand? Ha. You dumbass. While it's true that your speed is mind-bogglingly fast, it's just speed, and that's all it is. There is no technique or any planning behind it, you just rush forward hoping to overwhelm your enemy and kill her. That's why I'm able to predict your attacks with ease. Hell, even if you were to land a blow on me, it would do absolutely nothing at all, do you know why? Because you are far weaker than the Vampire King Korn! Compared to that vampire bastard you are nothing more than a bug that I'm about to squash with my foot!" I roared as I made a fighting stance and already pictured the weapon in my mind that I'm about to summon to kill that vampire piss ant.
"Bastard. Bastard! Bastard! Bastard! Bastard! Bastard! Bastard! Bastard! Bastard! BASTARD! That are the last words you will say before I crush your fucking throat and annihilate you in the most brutal way imaginable!" Weezer screamed as he prepared to rush towards me at blinding speed so that he could kill me. Although, I wasn't finished talking just yet.
"Stop! Before we both finish this fight, I have a question for you. Do you know which weapon I'm about to summon?" I said with a devilish smile appearing on my face.
"You'll summon that blood-red katana right? Why should I care? Is this just a last-ditch attempt to save your own life? Hahaha!" Weezer said as he laughed while thinking my question was a joke.
"You really think I'm joking, aren't you? You just keep becoming more and more of a dumbass by the second. Don't you remember our last fight? I'll graciously remind you. I was able to conjure a knife with my own blood. Don't you understand now? I can summon any weapon that I can picture in my mind. So I may summon a katana. Or I may summon an axe. I may even summon a gun. So who knows which weapon that I will summon since there is an almost infinite supply of possibilities. I'll ask my question again. Which weapon will I summon, you vampire trash?" I said with a voice that was full of excitement as I lifted both of my arms up into the air.
"T-The answer is obvious! Y-You will summon your blood-red katana! T-There's n-no way you would summon a different weapon, r-right?" Weezer said with a voice that was completely without confidence as sweat started dripping from his forehead and onto the ground. I can completely read that vampire trash like a book; he has no clue what weapon I'm going to summon whatsoever. However, this is all going according to my plan, so that I could give Frenda some time for her to help me finish off this vampire enemy.
When the Vampire King Weezer was giving his long and drawn-out speech about how everything bad that has happened to him was actually my fault and that this situation wouldn't be happening if I just accepted my fate and died, I noticed something. I noticed that Frenda, who had the shit beaten out of her by Weezer's attacks and was on the top of some random car while bleeding, was in fact no longer there. If I'm being honest with myself, I would have preferred if Frenda just went ahead and escaped this battleground but I already know she wouldn't do that.
In the short time that I've gotten to know Frenda, she has proven herself to not give up when things get tough. Frenda is a really good person, she really wanted to be my mercenary, but even still I was the one who hired her. I guess that I don't want to see her get injured because I care about her. But, I can't let these feelings and emotions that I have for Frenda get in the way of this fight, no, I'm going to use them to fuel my rage and kill that vampire trash!
"I don't understand? What are you waiting for oh so mighty Vampire King? If you are so sure you know which weapon that I'm going to summon then what the hell are you doing? Hit me. I dare you. Or perhaps you are scared because you actually don't know which weapon I'm going to summon? Hahaha! You are so pathetic! I can't believe you went on and on about how Vampire Kings are so much more strong and better when compared to humans. But if you looked at yourself in the mirror right now, all you would see is a dumbass vampire who's about to shit himself in fear towards a human! However, since I'm kind and beautiful I'll give you the advantage by putting my left hand behind my back. Hahahahahaahahahaahahahahahahahaha!" I said as taunted the Vampire King Weezer even more while I laughed really hard.
"You insignificant, weak, piece of shit! That was the last straw! You fucking dare call me scared of a mere girl who's going to die like all other humans compared to me, a Vampire King who has immortality! You have sealed your fate, and I'm going to kill you and obliterate every trace of your existence off of this entire planet! Weezer roared at the top of his lungs as multiple veins bulged out of his head and busted out blood in pure unrestrained rage. Finally, that was the final nail on his coffin. My whole plan to piss this vampire trash off to the point that he could no longer think and basically become a mindless, rampaging berserker has worked.
Now, all there's left is to finish this. This fight will probably be over in about a minute. It's either going to go one of three ways. First, I manage to kill Weezer before Frenda returns. Second, Frenda returns and helps me finish Weezer off together. Or third, Weezer manages to overwhelm me with his crazy levels of speed and kills me. Though the final option is pointless to consider because it would mean my death. This is a fight between two murderers. Just me and him.
The Vampire King Weezer sprints towards me at full speed, he ran so hard that his legs broke the ground, and before I even realized it he was already in front of me. It was the fastest speed the blue-haired vampire has used so far; it was not just less than a second, but utterly instant. That monster's speed was more akin to teleporting than raw speed, it was completely ridiculous.
However, I was already ready for that vampire trash. I summoned my blood-red katana within the time he was many meters away and then suddenly was right in front of me. I proceeded to strike into the Vampire King Weezer's body, but before I could do that, Weezer punched my arm so hard that I immediately dropped my weapon.
"Hahaha! I knew it! I knew you were going to summon that blood-red katana! You tried to scare and outthink me but it didn't work! Now it's time for you to die, Himegami Aisa!" Weezer screamed so loud it hurt my ears a little bit. But then just before Weezer was about to plunge his arm into my chest, rip my heart out, crush it, and probably eat it knowing him. I lifted up the arm that was behind my back and moved it towards Weezer as I was prepared to cut him in half!
"Red Cleaver!" I roared at the top of my lungs as I slashed deep into the Vampire King Weezer's remaining arm, the one that he used against my right arm, and cut it off. I was about to slice Weezer's body into two pieces, though before I could have done that, Weezer kicked me in my face with his foot and leaped backward which created some distance between us.
"Bastard! You tricked me and used the arm that was behind your back! No, you weren't even going to use that arm with the blood-red katana! You used your right arm as bait, knowing that I would easily shatter it and you would use your left arm to damage me! That whole bit about putting your left arm behind your back was all misdirection! Clever bastard, not bad!" Weezer roared so loud that it hurt both of my ears again.
"Tch." I clicked my tongue in dissatisfaction. That vampire trash figured out my plan! I guess my taunts and insults weren't enough for that vampire to lose himself to blind fury. Dam it! I'm now at a complete disadvantage. When Weezer punched my right arm, he instantly shattered it, it's definitely broken and I won't be able to use it for the rest of the battle. I thought it was going to be worth sustaining the injury, but he dodged the other part of my attack since he was still thinking clearly! To make matters worse that kick that he landed on my jaw hurt like hell, though that's not even the worst part. The worst part is when I summoned the blood-red cleaver, I felt a sharp pain in my chest, summoning that weapon for sure caused me internal bleeding.
"Second, the amount of weapons that you can summon is limited within a single day, meaning if you spam weapons like crazy, your blood vessels will explode, and you will die." That's what Kira, the white hooded girl said and she was undoubtedly right. I can now only summon one or two more weapons at most or I probably will die. I'm now limited to one arm, only one or two weapons at most at my disposal, and far fewer moves to use in this fight. I can't even use my blood-red katana or cleaver since once my projected weapons hit something, they shatter within five seconds. Even though Weezer doesn't have any arms left due to my attacks, he still holds a complete advantage over me in this battle!
"Hahaha! I figured out your entire plan completely! Now look who's the dumbass now! What are you doing just standing there? Hey, come on, Himegami Aisa! Fight me! Or have you lost the will to fight due to your plan falling apart right in front of your face? No matter, I'll just come to you and kill you right now!" Weezer roared with another ear-piercing scream that this time made both of my ears bleed and drip some blood onto the ground. Dam it! If this were a game of chess, Weezer would be guaranteed to win at this point. What the hell should I do?
"Hey! Hey! Hey! Look at me, you dummy! It's none other than the great and powerful, Frenda Seivelun! I'm right here! So look at me! And didn't you say you wanted to kill me much more than that bland-looking girl in front of you, vampire?" Frenda yelled as she easily obtained the attention of both me and the Vampire King Weezer. Wait, did she just call me bland-looking?
"Hahaha! I can't believe you returned! For a second, I thought you abandoned your friend to save your own skin but it turns out that you are even dumber than her! What the hell do you hope to accomplish after I beat the shit out of you that bad? Though I guess it doesn't matter that much, since I'll just kill you first while that insignificant piece of shit watches me do it!" Weezer roared with another one of his ear-piercing screams as a sadistic smile appeared on his face.
"Hey! I'm not dumb! Though you are right in the fact that I wasn't planning to kill you since well, it's difficult for me to move right now. But, I don't need to kill you, because I got someone else who can do it for me! Frenda said as a devilish smile of her own appeared on her face.
"There you are! I finally found you! So now I'm going to get my revenge on you after what you did to me a few months ago, Frenda!" A girl said with chestnut hair and a small hair clip while wearing the Tokiwadai Middle School uniform, sporting white loose/slouch socks and brown loafers with a light brown vest sweater over a white blouse and a grey skirt.
"Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahahahaha! You have got to be kidding me! This just keeps getting better and better! So you really think that nobody is going to able to finish me off after both you and that piece of shit failed to kill me? That is the most absurd out-of-season April fool's joke I have ever heard in my life! Hahaha!" Weezer said as laughed hysterically while lowering his guard around me, Frenda, and the new girl who suddenly appeared out of nowhere with Frenda. Is this really your plan Frenda?
"Well, we will see who will be laughing in just a few seconds, vampire! Fufufu!" Frenda said as she giggled with the devilish smile that was still on her face while the unknown girl got closer to the rest of us. That girl was really pissed off for some reason.
"Finally, I'm finally going to get you back after you tried to kill me a few months ago. I promise that I'm not going to kill you so don't worry, though this is going to hurt a lot." The girl with chestnut hair said as she grabbed a certain arcade coin out of her pocket and aimed it at Frenda.
"I'm not worried at all! Because you are not going to hit me! Instead, you'll be hitting the guy in front of me! Dodge!" Frenda screamed as she used mini stuffed animal bombs to propel herself into the sky in order to dodge the girl with chestnut hair's attack.
"Railgun!" The girl with chestnut hair screamed as she flicked the arcade coin in her hand which sent a huge blast of electricity not at Frenda but towards the Vampire King Weezer!
"Hahaha! Do you plan to defeat me, a Vampire King, with mere electricity? You must be joking, wait, oh shit! That's huge! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Weezer screamed while the chestnut-haired girl's electricity attack hit him directly in the chest. It was such a devastating attack that it made a huge hole in the Vampire King's chest.
"Blagggh!" Weezer vomited out his own blood due to suffering such a lethal attack head-on, though unknown to him a certain girl with long, straight black hair was currently in midair with a weapon in her hand as she was ready to deliver the killing blow.
"Red Chainsaw!" I roared at the top of my lungs as I was falling out of the sky after getting myself onto the top of a small building and leaping off of it while Weezer was distracted by the chestnut-haired girl. I proceeded to pull on the blood-red chainsaw's cord, which made the chainsaw's set of teeth start rotating, and then I slammed it on the top of the Vampire King Weezer's head. It was an overwhelming blow that guaranteed my victory in this fight.
"HIMEGAMI AISA! YOU ROTTEN PIECE OF SHIT!" Weezer screamed at the top of his lungs with an ear-piercing cry as my blood-red chainsaw sliced his head and the rest of the Vampire King's body in half which killed him instantly. The devastating strike obliterated Weezer's entire body and made it explode which gushed out all of his blood everywhere. The Vampire King Weezer is dead.
I proceeded to fall onto my ass as I landed on the ground, though thankfully, ramming the chainsaw onto Weezer broke my fall. But it still hurt a little bit. Even still, I stood back up and I lifted my right arm into the sky which signaled my victory over the Vampire King Weezer.
I then noticed that my right arm was drenched in blood, along with the rest of my body, and I was completely covered in the Vampire King Weezer's blood. However, I didn't really care that much because of three reasons. First, Weezer was dead. Second, I was still alive. And third, I was planning to take a shower once I got back to the apartment. So, I was satisfied with myself.
"Eh? What just happened? Oh my god! I have blood all over me! Am I dead? Is this the afterlife? No! I don't deserve to die! Not like this!" The chestnut-haired girl screamed as tears started to flow from her eyes and onto the ground over thinking that she was dead.
"Moron! You are not dead! You are just bathed in blood like me! Wait, have you never been covered in blood before? I understand now, you are just not used to the sensation of having someone else's blood on you! Fufufu!" Frenda said as she giggled at the chestnut-haired girl's misery. Jeez, Frenda is really scary! I thought to myself as I was more terrified by the blonde-haired girl than the fact that I was drenched in a vampire's blood right now. It is honestly hard to believe that Frenda is a girl who is a few years younger than me sometimes.
"Guess what? We did it Aisa! We killed that really annoying vampire! Wahoo! Although it was all thanks to my genius plan, you were decent support! FuFuFu!" Frenda said as she giggled while giving me a high five for our victory against the Vampire King Weezer. Well, I guess Frenda is still just Frenda, for better or worse. I thought to myself while smiling.
"Yes! Let's be proud of our victory together! Oh, um, I just remembered. I never said 'thank you earlier when you complimented me on my choice of clothing. S-So, u-um, t-thank you, A-Aisa." Frenda said as she moved her face away from me so that I could not see it, though, I didn't even need to see it to know that Frenda was blushing bright red right now.
"You're welcome! I like people like you! You are a good person, Frenda!" I said with a cheerful smile on my face as I noticed blood dripping from my mouth that was not the Vampire King Weezer's blood, instead, it was my own. Oops. I guess summoning that blood-red chainsaw was too much for my body to handle. I thought to myself as I fell onto the ground and blacked out.
Hello everyone! Ren here! So for this chapter, I wanted to showcase the final battle between Aisa and Weezer, with Frenda helping of course. I also wanted to add more of a sense of strategy to these fights so that they all feel different enough from each other and awesome in their own ways. The whole Misaka coming in at the end of the fight was something I thought of back in the planning stages for this story because I thought it would be a unique way to end the Weezer fight, I also love Misaka and I wanted to put her in this story. This chapter is also another musical reference being named after the Weezer song of the same name for obvious reasons. The next chapter should come out next Sunday though it might be released earlier because it's pretty much finished, at the latest it should be next Sunday as usual.
