Epilogue: Goodbye Lovers and Friends Part 2
My eyes were both completely closed as I looked towards the unfamiliar void that exists only within my own mind but it was nothing but pitch darkness, and it was all around me. I tried to look around with my eyes that were accessible to me within my mind, but it was no use, the darkness that was around me stretched on for miles on end. To make matters even worse, it was completely and utterly black, and I couldn't even tell if what I was seeing was a fake world created from my own mind anymore. No, that's wrong, this fake world, if you can even call it that, was so unreal, that it made me wonder if I was even alive right now.
"Am I dead?" I said to myself within some unknown realm as I looked around this unfamiliar void for anything, anything at all, that is not the color black and that would prove I'm still alive currently. I proceeded to search within this realm for something that was different from all of this pitch darkness but it kept stretching on for many miles and I couldn't even tell how much of it there actually was. I wandered throughout this realm again and again while searching for anything that could prove my existence again and again, but it was useless because there was nothing here except all of this darkness that was around me.
"Why? Why did this have to happen to me? Why did this have to happen when I was so close to living a peaceful life alongside Nanoha and everyone else?" I yelled within this unknown realm while falling onto the ground as I proceeded to punch it with my fists again and again. However, it did nothing. My outburst did nothing at all to erase this pitch darkness that enveloped me and everything else. I really was dead. I died again and there was nothing that I could do to change it or anything at all. People die when they are killed. I knew that. I knew that already through personal experience. So I would know better than anyone else that I'm truly dead and stuck within some black abyss that only exists for people that are dead.
"Then I really am dead and there was nothing going back from it this time. But what do I do now?" I muttered to myself within the black abyss that exists only for people who have been killed as I held my knees close to myself resembling the fetal position that babies do when they are inside of their own mother's womb. I was dead. I knew that now. I knew that now and no matter how much willpower, I, Aisa Himegami possessed there was no way I could miraculously come back to life for a second time. So, it can't be helped. I accept that this is my fate. So where do I go now? And in the next instant, a bright light suddenly appeared within this black abyss.
"I-It can't be?! Y-You are?! B-But that is impossible! T-There is no way that you are actually them! Because they are already dead! Oh, I see now." I screamed towards the bright light that was now only a few meters away from me with a voice that showcased hostility but then became a quiet mutter as I realized why they were there in front of me right now. I understand. I understand completely now why they are here right now. It's because I died and since they are also dead, they are allowed to greet me within this black abyss. Yes, I knew who both of these people were. I could instantly recognize both of them because they are none other than my father and mother, Shiki and Rei Himegami respectively.
"Hello, Aisa-chan! It's nice to see you right now! Do you want to be with us again? Do you want to join us in heaven and live in a world that is an absolute paradise with your mother and father?" My mother, Rei Himegami spoke towards me within this black abyss while she along with my father extended their arms towards me as they welcomed me with open arms to the next world that was now accessible to me. But that was wrong. My parents were not ordering me to go with them to heaven. Instead, my mother asked me if I wanted to go with them. I was about to respond with a yes because I wanted to be with them again and not be in a world that is full of pain where I get hurt all the time. But then, as I was about to respond to my parents with an absolute affirmative, I then heard her voice again.
"AISA! AISA, CAN YOU HEAR ME?! PLEASE DON'T DIE! PLEASE DON'T DIE! PLEASE DON'T DIE! YOU DON'T DESERVE TO DIE SO PLEASE KEEP LIVING IN THIS WORLD WITH ME!" A voice screamed within this black abyss while all that I could do was hear it and respond with nothing but a speechless expression on my face. That voice was familiar to me. I knew that voice very well because I heard it countless times again and again throughout my life. That was Nanoha's voice! Nanoha was screaming to me within this black abyss in order to keep me alive! But, that shouldn't be possible! However, Nanoha was doing something so impossible right now, that you could only call it a miracle. And then, I suddenly saw countless crystals that were almost infinite around me within this dark abyss.
"H-How is this possible?!" I muttered to myself in a voice that was so quiet I was sure that no one would be able to hear it except me, while I stood motionless and completely dumbfounded as several crystals floated around me within this black abyss. These crystals were not minerals that existed to be used for medicine or jewelry. No, they were something that was completely different. As I looked towards these crystals, I saw memories of Nanoha that existed only from my perspective. These crystals contained my memories of Nanoha and there were so many of them all around me within this black abyss. Even if I attempted to count all of them, it would probably take me an eternity to do so, because they were all utterly countless. I then knew what my choice was going to be as I had already decided when I heard Nanoha's voice again.
"I-I'm sorry! I-I'm so sorry but I can't join you yet! Not yet! My friend, my best friend in this entire world is waiting for me to return to her! So, I can't die yet! I have to live alongside Nanoha no matter what!" I screamed at the top of my lungs with a face that was full of tears while I bowed towards my parents, as my tears poured from my eyes and onto the pitch darkness of this black abyss. I had made my decision. I had already decided that I must return to my world and live beside Nanoha and everyone else. Even still, I couldn't help but shed many tears because I had rejected my parents' offer and refused to join them. However, I was dead. I was already dead so how the hell am I even supposed to come back to life at this point?
"I understand. That is your choice so there is only one thing I have to do left before my role comes to an end." A voice said towards me while it echoed throughout this entire black abyss as I stood motionless and completely dumbfounded. That voice was also familiar to me. I knew that voice because it was none other than mine. That was the voice of the other Aisa Himegami that existed within my body. And then, that voice materialized into a visible being as I was able to see the other me for the very first time in my entire life up to this point.
"I-I know who you are. You are the other me. The other Aisa Himegami. The 'other Aisa' that killed the Vampire King Korn when I blacked out. The 'other Aisa' that killed all of those vampires on that night that changed everything for us forever. The 'other Aisa' revealed itself to me when I battled the Vampire Titan Nickelback. You are the 'other Aisa' that was always with me throughout my entire life." I said towards the 'other Aisa' who materialized itself as a younger version of me in a red and white kimono. Yes, that was how I looked on that night almost three years ago and how I looked at the end of the Night of Nights as well.
"Correct. I'm the 'other Aisa' that has always existed within our own body. I'm your alternate personality. The version of us that split when our mother died right before that night began. I was only able to use our body from that moment on because you couldn't understand our mother's death. However, I have always been with you ever since we were born into the real world by mother and father." The 'other Aisa' said towards me with an emotionless expression on her face while remaining completely motionless and staring directly into my eyes with her own. She was right. What the 'other Aisa' told me was completely correct. That 'other Aisa' has only ever existed for one purpose and one purpose only. That 'other Aisa's' purpose is to eradicate all traces of vampires in the real world. That 'other Aisa' is the true Vampire Killer.
"Correct. You are correct once again because I could read all of your thoughts since I'm you and you are me. I'm the Vampire Killer. The Vampire Killer who has only ever existed for the purpose of killing vampires and ending the curse that has plagued the Himegami family for countless centuries. However, that curse was broken a while ago and the last vampire that existed, the Spice Girl Mel was killed by us. So, I don't have a purpose to exist anymore, but my role has not yet finished." The 'other Aisa' said towards me with a blank expression on her face while I could only stare back at her with tears in my eyes as she suddenly started to disintegrate.
"W-What are you doing? What the hell are you doing? This isn't the answer! So you don't have to die!" I shouted at the top of my lungs towards the 'other me' while countless tears flowed out of my eyes as the 'other Aisa' was vanishing before my eyes. I couldn't understand. I couldn't even fathom why she would choose to do this. But, the 'other Aisa' responded to me.
"You are lying to yourself. You know exactly why I'm doing this because you are me and I'm you. But, I will say it to you so that you could understand. My only purpose has been fulfilled and you continue to seek to live. So, I'm sacrificing myself so we could obtain what we both want. I was born first so that makes you my younger sister. And the role of an older sister is to protect her younger sister, right? Therefore, this is fine. I'm fine with this, so you don't have to cry anymore. However, I have one selfish request to make, so hear me out until the end." The 'other Aisa' said towards me with an expressionless face, while she continued to disintegrate at a rapid pace, as all I could do was remain speechless with countless tears flowing out of my eyes in this dark abyss.
"Please don't forget about me and live your own life for the both of us, ok?" The 'other Aisa' said towards me with a bright smile on her face while she proceeded to walk away from me as she then joined our parents within the bright light of this dark abyss as they all walked away together while holding hands. All I could do was remain speechless as I watched the spectacle that was in front of me. But, I had to say one last thing before to them all.
"Thank you! Thank you so much my older sister! One day, we will all see each other again and live as a family in heaven!" I said with a cheerful smile on my face while I rubbed my tears away with my arms, as the dark abyss that was in front of me proceeded to vanish. No, that wasn't right I was the one who was vanishing from the dark abyss as I proceeded to wake up from this long dream.

One More Final: Take Me Out
My eyes were both suddenly opened as I felt some pain on my forehead and as I then looked towards the person who was the cause of that pain. The person had long, straight brunette hair that went all the way down past her shoulders and onto her back. The person also had a mischievous look on her face as she stuck her tongue out at me. Yes, the person who flicked me on my forehead was none other than my best friend in this entire world, Nanoha Nakamura.
"Ow! That hurt! Why do you always have to flick my forehead when you try to wake me up?! Haven't you ever heard of a good morning kiss?! Or at least something more pleasant than a finger flick to the head!" I said with a pissed-off expression on my face while I comically flung my arms around as I completely exaggerated the pain that Nanoha caused to me on purpose. However, Nanoha did not feel bad for me in the slightest. Instead, Nanoha grabbed both of my shoulders as she held them firmly and she made sure that I couldn't escape from what she would do to me next.
"Oh-ho! So you want me to give you a good morning kiss, is that right? Haha! Well, here I come for you, Aisa!" Nanoha muttered quietly towards my ears with a mischievous smile on her face while still holding my shoulders firmly in place as she then started to kiss me on my forehead repeatedly.
"Eh? Eh? EH? W-W-What are you doing? Are you joking? Why are you kissing me like that? If you keep doing that, people will get the wrong idea about us!" I said with a face that was blushing bright red which resembled a tomato while Nanoha continued to pepper tons of kisses on my forehead as I couldn't do anything to stop her.
"Tsk. You are right. Well, it doesn't have to be that way if you decide to accept my offer! Don't you want to be my girlfriend? If you say yes then we can do that and more any day or every day if you want! Haha!" Nanoha said with a mischievous smile on her face while she muttered that last part quietly into my ears so that I would be the only one that heard her as I then blushed even harder after I heard those last words.
"Idiot! Idiot! Idiot! You are such an idiot, Nanoha! And why are you always messing with me like that?! It's mean! You are also very mean, Nano-ow! Ow! Ow! Ow!" I said with an embarrassed expression on my face while I pointed one of my fingers towards her as I then groaned a little bit as Nanoha started to poke the lower part of my body with one of her fingers in a teasing fashion.
"Haha! That move of mine always makes sure that you are helpless against my ultimate power! Now, face the wrath of your Senpai! Whahahahahaha!" Nanoha said towards me while she laughed in an over-the-top way that resembled how a villain would laugh from a children's Anime while she proceeded to tickle the lower part of my body mercilessly.
"Ahhhh! My only weakness! Oh, what will I do against the ultimate power of my Senpai? There, happy? I played along with your bit so stop tickling me in my weak spot." I said with an over-exaggerated expression on my face that then became a disgruntled expression.
"Fine. Fine. But, all I'm doing is touching the part of you that is rightfully mine. Don't you see that is my baby that you got in your stomach? Haha!" Nanoha said with a mischievous smile on her face while she continued to tease me and giggle as my face blushed bright red again.
"W-W-What are you talking about?! Idiot! People are seriously going to get the wrong idea if you say something like that out loud!" I said with an embarrassed expression on my face while blushing bright red again as Nanoha continued to giggle towards me. The truth was that I lost both of my lungs in the fight with the Spice Girl Mel and Nanoha gave me one of hers so that I could live. But, why does she always have to remind me of it whenever I forget about it?
"Flight attendants, please prepare to board this plane if you wish to go to Florida." A voice said as it echoed loudly throughout the area in the airport we were at currently.
"Look Aisa! It's time! It's finally time! After having to wait about two and a half years we can finally travel the world together! Aren't you excited, Aisa?!" Nanoha said with a cheerful smile on her face while she reminded me about our promise that we made together once I woke up again in the hospital after I had the lung transplant with her. That promise can finally be fulfilled since we both graduated from a certain high school together. I was about to respond towards Nanoha but I suddenly noticed people that looked familiar to me. Those people were a man, a woman, and a small child with black hair along with a blonde-haired girl with a dark-colored beret on her head and they were all waving their hands towards me with smiles on each of their faces.
"What's wrong? Are you ok, Aisa?" Nanoha said towards me with a confused face.
"I'm just remembering people that I will cherish forever! Now, come on! Let's go Nanoha!" I said with a bright smile on my face while I stood up from where I was sitting as I then grabbed Nanoha's right hand and pulled her along with me as we both ran in an effort to get the both of us on the plane as soon as possible. The truth was that I was incredibly excited. This world is so insanely huge with so many places in it that are worth checking out at least once. So I couldn't help myself but be incredibly excited that I was finally going to explore this wonderful world with my very best friend! As I, Aisa Himegami, and the most important person in my life, Nanoha Nakamura are about to go on an adventure together that would last many years, as we spend the rest of our life together forever! And nothing, not even fate itself will stand in our way as both of our dreams finally come true!

Hello Everyone! Ren Here! First things first, I want to thank everyone who has supported me on this journey! It has been a long one for me that spanned for about four months and I appreciate everyone that has read this story and have waited patiently for the conclusion! Anyway, for this chapter, I wanted to conclude the remaining plot thread with Aisa being trapped in what was basically a near-death state. I also wanted to showcase the reveal of Aisa's alternate personality that I have foreshadowed since the first few chapters of this story! Finally, I wanted to give Aisa and Nanoha a happy ending by having them both survive and go on an adventure to explore the world together! And that's it, that's the entire story I wanted to tell! This is my first attempt at a novel so I hoped all of you guys enjoyed it from the beginning to the end! Thank you so much again to everyone who has supported me! You guys are awesome!
