ONE DAY
Wall-E and Eve startup.
Eve carries Wall-E outside for a recharge.
Beep. beep beeeep... startup noise
They start doing Wall-E's directive of compacting trash.
AND THEN...
Wall-E finds an airplane drone and its controller with the drone's camera view.
Throws it in his cooler.
WHEN THEY WERE DONE WORKING...
Wall-E lays the drone on a flat surface.
Hands the controller to Eve.
CLOSE TO EVE'S FINGERS
She turns on the controller.
It beeps.
She pushes the left lever all the way up.
INT. TRUCK
The drone rushes down the surface.
It takes off.
CLOSE UP ON EVE
Eve giggles.
Busy operating the controls.
The display shows the drone doing tricks.
EX. WALL-E'S YARD
Eventually...
CRASH! The drone crash-landed near Wall-E's truck.
Then on Wall-E's truck.
Then on the trash cube towers.
No damage was taken.
Eve flies the drone once more.
IN THE FIELDS
John and Mary see the drone.
John and Mary: What is that flying thing?
NEAR THE AXIOM
The Captain also sees the drone flying near the Axiom.
He goes to the Axiom's bridge.
Captain: Computer, what was the nearest signal coming from?
The computer shows a map.
Red dot on the map that pinpointed the location of Wall-E's truck.
Captain: It's Wall-E and Eve!
John and Mary: WALL-E! Eve!
UNTIL...
A sandstorm comes.
Wall-E's alarm and Eve's "negative" buzzer sounds repeatedly.
Their red lights flash.
Wall-E raises the door.
CLOSE ON EVE'S FINGERS
She pushes the left lever all the way up, then all the way down, then presses a button/
INT. TRUCK
The controller's display shows her flying the drone to the Axiom.
IN THE AXIOM
The drone lands with a huge thump then skids to a stop.
The Axiom's doors then close.
INT. TRUCK
Eve plays "It Only Takes A Moment".
Wall-E and Eve hold hands.
Wall-E shuts down.
Eve releases Wall-E's hand, then shuts down.
