"I'll do it" was the only thing Amity could said when she accepted the job. But what king of job was this one that she was so nervous to accept. After all, Amity's dream had always been to join the Emperor's Coven.

But it wasn't her dream, rather her future. What everybody expected that should happen. That was some months ago. So, what had changed?

"Luz" she said "I wasn't expecting you.. to be... here.

"I'm here to buy things for Eda, specially that elixir that she need"

"Alright I ... I'm going to go over ... here" said Amity

She wasn't doing a good job in contain it, her love.

Luz was the very example that kindest and love isn't a reward for being useful or for serving someone. She was everything, nice, good and very kind.

"Mittens!" said Emira "there you are" She was very annoying calling her Mittens in public place. Just like her brother. Why they couldn't just shut up?

"What!"

"Nothing serious is just that...Mom is calling you home"

"Calling me to home?!"

Her mother only call her in that way when there was something serious going on. Had she found that she had danced with Luz or other things that had happened? She was asking herself these questions while returning.

"Hey Mom" she asked "Is everything Ok?

"Well... everything is...absolutely wonderful" said Odalia. "You know what, you have been called to the Emperor's Castle. You are going to be given a job. This is a great opportunity for Blight Industries. A great success for us...I mean you"

"So, what should I do?"

"Just wear a finnest suit, have a big smile and mostly importantly, DON'T MESS IT UP"

"Yes mum" said Amity.

She run to her bedroom. Prepare herself. She wanted to make a good impression. After all, like her mother said, it was a golden opportunity.

"Mittens!"said someone. She recognized their annoying voices. Her brothers. Em and Ed were so annoying.

"Look who's got to go to the Emperor's Castle"

"and talk to the Emperor himself"

"Unless I'm going to have the chance" she said

"And that is you. Speaking seriously, we're very proud of you"

"But I haven't even gotten the job"

"That doesn't matter. In fact we would be pleased if you don't get it"

"You two are..."

"Don't get mad Amity" "But just remember, be careful"

And Em was right. She had to be careful. She had been in the Owl House. She had been with Eda and Luz, very wanted by the Emperor's Coven. So she really need to be careful.
