Chapter 5: Execution

It had been a few weeks since she had met the group of mobgirls. Through that time, Andr had started trusting them more and more. This was the day that all of them were going to escape. Together. Andr was currently making sure they all remembered the plan, double checking to see whether or not anyone else could hear them. There wasn't enough time and they needed to move fast. Their time interval was running out and there wasn't going to be another opportunity for a while.

Her plan was simple: Get Cupa to distract the guards, then the rest of them would knock the guards out one by one. Take the weapons and start fighting their way through. It was rather reckless, but it was the only viable plan to get everyone out. Andr sighed a bit to herself and waited. The signal to attack was going to be rather… easy to know.

It was then that there was a large explosion. That was the signal. Andr and the rest of them went and attacked the guards that had ran over to check what happened, the explosion from Cupa making sure to draw their attention. 'Okay, we've acquired the weapons, now it's time to fight our way out.' Andr would begin to lead the charge, fighting her way out with the sword she got, Ayumi and Anansi covering her back. It was at this point that it was just a riot. The other inmates all caught wind of this break out, each and every one of them clamoring to be released. Through this entire event, the guards had gone into a panic. There were prisoners that were currently forcing their way out and they were currently heading towards the main wall.

Andr had started to feel proud. Well, up until the point where it seemed Cupa was running out of steam. Causing one explosion drained her significantly. Unbeknownst to Andr, this was a reference to a certain character in a different isekai series.

Now was the time. It was better now than to test it later as she believed that she could withstand it. She dropped her weapon and took a small step back. Andr dived into the water surrounding the entire compound. What was preventing the other mobs from escaping, she wasn't sure, but she needed to test it out. After diving in, she closed her eyes, expecting the water to hurt. Though… it surprisingly didn't. She was perfectly fine. However, there was just… one, very small problem that hadn't appeared before: 'How do I swim?!' She said to herself mentally, thrashing a bit as Ayumi went and helped her out, Cupa on Anansi's back as they all swam away. The inmates that were Enderpeople were unable to jump into water. It must've been a trait unique to Andr. It was then that the plan started to go off the rails. The guards had been reinforced after detaining the other inmates, eventually starting to shoot at the group that was swimming. Thankfully, Pyra and Nina covered them while they escaped. The blaze and ghast making sure to have the guards prioritize them rather than the ones swimming. It wasn't until after they all made it to safety that Nina and Pyra left, joining them in the run away. Now came an issue: How should they get to the overworld now? Surely the elders had taken away Andr's access to go to and from the overworld. She thought for a moment, getting everyone to one of the places that she made to hide from the elders. It was a safe house for now.

After a while, once they all got rested up and they calmed themselves down, it wasn't long before they all asked how they were going to get back home, especially when they were all from different areas of the world. Andr thought about it, sighing to herself.

"We.. might need help from a friend." She sighed a bit. She didn't like it, but she needed to get her. Andr looked out to the group of people, scratching the back of her head. "We're outlaws now. We need to figure out a way to get to her house without trouble."

"I don't like it, but we're gonna have to leave pretty soon. They won't stop looking for us." She then glanced outside, thinking a bit to herself, "I know a few paths to her house, but.. We'll still have to be careful."

"We'll just need to take that chance, Andr. We don't quite know what might occur, but where would we go without taking chances?" Cupa smiled at Andr with a trusting gaze, the group nodding in agreement. It was a silent one, but there was a mutual agreement when Andr was made the leader of this group. There wasn't time to doubt and second guess. They've made it this far together, now they'll get to the end together. There were many things could go wrong with their plan, but they might just have to risk it. Once night hit, they all got rest, each of them getting shifts to be look outs while the others got rest, each of them making sure that they wouldn't be found. Today was resting, tomorrow was their escape.

After some time, it was just about time for Andr to switch out with one of the others, the ender girl having swapped with Ayumi the Skeleton. Once Andr found a good place, she laid down and closed her eyes, slowly falling asleep as that day was eventful. She couldn't wait to get back to Eli. Then, there was darkness as she slipped away to dreamland.

Sorry for not updating as recently as I hoped. Things happened, unforseen excuse, yadda yadda. In any case, I hope to slowly improve my writing and pacing (Personally I'm not satisfied with my style and I can probably do better). Hopefully this chapter was at least decent. This is Minecraft version 1.8 (Mobtalker's updating has only extended to 1.8 with no further updates as far as I'm aware.) Hope you guys enjoyed the chapter, even if it might be shorter. I also might make these chapters longer and everything.
