Chapter 32

It was barely 12 hours since the whole thing happened. Suiryu was already worn out from today, worst still, Yuuji knows how to use the queue cards now! Every ten minutes, one was shoved at him.

The newer once that Choso made were quick to come into play, mainly, he wanted bunnies, lots of bunnies! "Dude, you do realize this is Fushiguro's curse energy right?" Suiryu explained gently. "What the hell am I saying! I can make these too!" he protested to himself. He made the same hand symbol as Megumi makes. "Rabbit escape…"

Megumi was finishing up with everyone for today. They all agreed that they would do what they could to help out with Itadori, even if it means that he would have to summon rabbits on a daily bases. Just as he was about to enter the dorm, Fushiguro paused as he felt an odd spike in curse energy. "Wait is that…"

The doors and windows burst at the seams!

Rabbits were flooding out everywhere!

"What the hell!?"

He tried to make his way in, but there were so many rabbits! Fushiguro shuffled his feet through the door until he reached Itadori's room, when he opened it, another flood of rabbits came out. Inside, sat Suiryu and Yuuji, who was bouncing happily to the abundance of bunnies! "You did this?"

Suiryu nodded his head, but didn't say a word about it. He even appeared stunned to his own actions!

"How did you summon this many? Was this a multiple summons?"

His head shook no.

"Then how…"

Suiryu peered down at Yuuji. "I think I figured out another reason why the divine users would want him." He said. "I was only trying to summon a few, enough to cover the floor, but my energy spiked last minute as I called upon the summons… this is at least five time the amount in which you call upon right?"

"At the very lease… what does Itadori have to do with it?"

Suiryu suddenly raised his right hand. He sent a little curse energy towards it, when a mark appeared. It looked like a dragon's seal on the palm of his hand. "This," he said. "Is the marking of the dragon, a seal of approval if you will."

"So…"

"When one is protecting a dragon, the dragon favors that sorcerer. In doing so, it give that sorcerer a boost in energy… not like I needed it. At the same time, this is what the divine users are after, and now curse users will want this too… which could explain how Adonis had a curse basilisk in his possession…"

Megumi paused to the news. "So… they think if they gained Itadori's favor, their power will increase?"

"Yes, and if they don't gain his favor, they will want to drink his blood. That too has powerful properties in it."

He shuttered to think of people harvesting Yuuji for his blood. Especially when he is in a baby's body!

Suiryu kept staring at his right palm and the marking that shined gold. "I can't let anyone see this… wait… if I have one, I should speak with Choso on the matter too."

"He would have one as well wouldn't he?" Fushiguro asked.

"Yeah, probably, and anyone else that Yuuji favors, he could this on his own, subconsciously… who knows at this point?" he sighed. "This is annoying…"

"So what do we do now?"

Suiryu paused to think about it, just as Yuuji was doing playing with the bunnies. His stomach rumbled.

"UMPH!" he called out.

Megumi jumped as Kitsune came from behind him. "Already?" she asked curiously. Yuuji was on the ground, wrapped in his wings and waited to be picked up. His self swaddling method works rather well for people to lift him off the ground.

"What do you mean, already?" demanded Suiryu. "He's a baby, babies eat a lot,"

"Not dragons," she corrected. "Normally they feed only once a week. Dragon milk is very high in protein and nutrients…"

"Yeah, yeah, but this is Yuuji we are talking about here. He can eat whatever, whenever."

"Suiryu has a point," Fushiguro stated.

"But he has become a baby dragon, his diet and regiment are the same as a baby dragon, and they only feed once a week." She said in a matter of fact tone. "I will always feed him when he calls, so no need to worry about that," she insisted.

"Good… also, am I to assume this is another reason why the divine users want my brother?" Suiryu asked as he showed her the marking on his hand.

Kitsune even froze to it. "Young master isn't capable of marking people like that yet."

Suiryu then paused as well as he stared at his hand. "Then how the hell did I get this!?"

"Could there be another at work?" Megumi asked.

Kitsune took a closer look at the seal, when she finished examining it, she shook her head to it all. "I have no idea, as I said, he is far too young to be able to make a seal like this."

"Young, but not impossible." Said Megumi.

She nodded in agreement as Yuuji finished his bottle. With a gentle pat of his back, he burped aloud. "Well, you had a long day, young master, it's time for bed. Suiryu, go get ready." She ordered.

He appeared rather confused. "Huh? It's 6:30" he said. "I don't go to bed till at least midnight…"

"A dragon guardian, you are to go to bed with him. Yuuji is far too young to be left sleeping alone, so you must be with him. Why do you think he worked so hard on the nest before turning into an infant? There is more than enough room for two. A young dragon needs his sleep. SO, with that being said, get ready for bed" she ordered.

He was about to protest, until Yuuji began to get worked up. He was on the brink of tear as he stared at Suiryu. "FINE!" he shouted. "Just one night!"

He stormed out of the room to change. Kitsune turned and smirked to Fushiguro. "He may say that, but he will be sleeping here until Young master regains himself." She said and winked at him.

He forced a small smile, but at the same time, he worried as to how long Itadori will be trapped this way. "I understand you are trying to evolve your technique. I saw you the other day with Suiryu, you are going about it properly, but you lack control of it."

"Yeah," he said offhandedly. "I just need to train some more."

"You need to ask your summons for lessons."

Megumi paused. "Huh?"

"Under your feet is where your summons reside, correct? You are able to enter that world yourself and learn first hand from them." She said and smiled to him once more. "Don't tell Suiryu I told you, for once, get an upper hand on him."

He said nothing more as Suiryu returned in his PJs. He glared at Kitsune who put Itadori on the nest. Yet as she did, he got worried. Pacing about and weeping as he did, until Suiryu approached. He let out a disgruntled sigh once more before he eased himself down onto the odd nest. Yuuji instantly settled and nestled himself into Suiryu!

"Damn, he really does need someone to be with him huh?" Fushiguro whispered.

"Baby dragons need a guardian as they nap, they are very vulnerable." Kitsune explained. "Choso can do the same if Yuuji desires to have him in the nest. But for now, Suiryu is the better option."

"Oh shut up already," he growled to her. "How about you go now so I can get this little…" he was about to swear but held off. "Angel… to sleep"

"See that you do, and every night after."

Megumi left the room with Kitsune who smiled to him. "Mind if I teach you a thing or two?"

He was rather taken aback by her offer, yet. He nodded. "You taught me shadow possession, I would be honored to learn more."

"Come with me, and allow me to introduce you to the Shikigami world."
