Chapter 37
The next morning…
Suiryu's head was throbbing. 'Did I get drunk?' was the first thing he could think of, but also remembered, he can't. Yet his mind was all hazy. His body felt strange and weird. Peering down, he found Yuuji still out cold, yet he wasn't cuddled into him so movement was possible.
Carefully, he eased himself off the nest, yet once more, he felt strange. His body was numb to it all, his eyes kept him in a haze, but he could see the blur of objects and was still able to move about the room okay.
"Bathroom…" he muttered.
He stumbled to the bathroom, he took out some mouthwash and rinsed before closing the mirror door to the medicine cabinet. He spat out the wash before his eyes began to adjust. "God, what's wrong with me…"
"I could tell you, but I doubt you would listen…"
"Damn fox, it's too early for you to be here!"
Looking about. Suiryu heard her, but didn't see Kitsune. "Oh sure, get your jab in and leave, how nice of you…"
"I haven't left… also what am I doing here?"
"Hell if I know," he ran the taps and splashed hot water on to his face. It was enough to wake him up to say the least. Yet as he dried off the water, his eyes finally focused. "About damn time…" he muttered. But there was a problem. He couldn't see out his demon eyes. "Huh? I swear I opened those…"
"Opened what? For that matter, where am I?"
Looking about once more, he didn't see Kitsune. Yet as he finally turned to the mirror, Suiryu peered in to see his reflection. Yet froze at the sight.
A slender hand covered his mouth, preventing him from screaming, just as he took his own and covered the smaller more dainty mouth on the right side of his face!
His demonic eyes had changed to that of amber. The black part of his hair grew down pass his shoulders, giving him a mullet look. There was also another set of arms under his own, yet they were slender and feminine.
His eyes peered down to the amber ones that peered up at him. There came a nod of agreement as he quickly rushed out of the bathroom, off the school grounds, into the depths of the woods, up a mountain and away from any and all people. Only then, did he uncover the mouth as his own was freed from the grasp.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
That scream was heard all over Japan…
