Izuku/Shadow did some snooping and learn of the previous user of the 1 For All Quirk was woman who was All Might's mentor. He also broadcast to the world.

Izuku/Shadow keeps looking at records of Heroes of the past, he remembers All Might telling him that his weaken form is from an injury he sustain in the past by his enemy which was Shigaraki/All For 1 and the leader of the League of Villains. "What I'm actually looking for is the previous user of the 1 For All Quirk before it was pasted on to All Might."

"Search for previous user of the 1 For All Quirk before All Might", the computer begins it search for what Izuku/Shadow ask for.

"Nana Shimura, Pro-Hero, Status Deceased. Mentor of Toshinori Yagi AKA All Might", Izuku/Shadow finally found his answer of who was the previous user of the 1 For All Quirk before All Might.

"I bet it was Shigaraki/All For 1 who is the Leader the of Villains who killed Nana Shimura and that was her final stand", Izuku/Shadow took a guess that it was Shigaraki/All For 1 who killed Nana Shimura.

"Oh and looks like Nana Shimura has a grandson name Tenko Shimura, but he disappeared", Tenko goes by the name Tomura Shigaraki who's align with the League of Villains but he and everybody else don't know that yet.

"Okay let's try this broadcast on for size", Izuku/Shadow press a button in order to broadcast the message that he will deliver for the world to see and hear.

Suddenly TV and Big Screens suddenly went static but it's broadcast from everywhere around the world, the static just shows a picture of Izuku/Shadow, he's broadcasting all over the world. "Now what does the new Shadow want to say to the world?" Uraraka/Uravity wonders.

"I think where about to find out what he wants to say to the world", Momo/Creati said that them and everyone around the world are about to find out.

"People of the Earth, this is the new Shadow, Toshinori Yagi AKA All Might was your Symbol of Peace like you all know today and now, but wasn't always from past times. There was a woman name Nana Shimura who was the previous user of the 1 For All Quirk which makes her the first Symbol of Peace or kind of if she predecessors, Nana was also the mentor Toshinori Yagi/All Might and the smiles he makes is actually from Nana herself to say the ones who's smiling is the one who's the strongest." Izuku/Shadow broadcast his message while at the same period showing a photo of Nana Shimura for the world to see, he didn't even mention that All Might was Quirkless went he first met Nana Shimura in the first place.

"Nana Shimura died in her final stand against Shigaraki AKA All For 1, he is also the leader of the League of Villains. But before that happened she put her grandson Tenko Shimura in foster care in order to shield him from the outside world or hero world, but he disappeared long after her death at the hands of Shigaraki/All For 1." Izuku/Shadow shows an image of Tenko Shimura.

"One more thing, those of you who knew about Lamont Cranston the original Shadow and he's heroic deeds. A lot of you Pro-Heroes and youngsters heroic actions is really an inspiration after Lamont Cranston except that's by the law although he didn't use the law to save the world because he has to go beyond the law to save the world. Well as the new Shadow I'm going beyond the law in order to save the world even you all think that's vigilante work, because being a hero is by your actions not by the law", the screen cuts black in the end meaning Izuku/Shadow is finished until the screen comes back.

What's showing is Izuku's schoolbag, UA Uniform and his Journal, on top of them is the Shadow's Black Slouch Hat. Most likely Izuku/Shadow is only giving them hints of his current status. "The Shadow will always know!"

Nana Shimura is dead in this Fanfic Universe but she will make an appearance here as a Ghost.
