When Izuku knows about the darkness within Lamont Cranston, well he has one now. But not for long anyway.

"Well now everyone knows that I'm the new Shadow, they ask if I can just put Phurba back into the museum but my answer is a no. Anyway I've return home now doing some thinking of my own because I just realize that I have darkness within me, because I inherited all of Lamont Cranston's powers, well then I also have the darkness withing me as well."
"I need to do something to fight my darkness just like Lamont Cranston did."

Midoriya Apartment Present Time
Izuku is home now resting in the sofa while his mother Inko makes coffee for herself, oh and Rei Todoroki is there with him in the sofa. On the news today is showing that Izuku Midoriya is the new Shadow. "My, okay now the world knows about it and so does the villains", Rei looks at Izuku who is fast asleep.
"Well Izuku, let's us know when your awake okay", Rei said to him while she has coffee with Inko, oh Rei kissed him on the lips before that.

Where Izuku is right now is what looks like a strange void, he's in his Shadow Costume while he sees his darkness in the UA Uniform who's face who keeps shifting into his original face to a monstrous look which the mouth resembles a Shark.

Izuku/Shadow shoots his darkness but that didn't kill it but he did wound it as he watch his darkness bleed. The darkness lunges at him but Izuku/Shadow was able to avoid it and it crashes into a wall, "I will learn to fight my darkness just like Lamont Cranston", Izuku/Shadow said to his darkness.
"Well see about that, Lamont Cranston was able to fight off his darkness but this is new to you!" The darkness said and lunges at Izuku/Shadow again.

"Izuku, Lamont Cranston only forgotten his darkness after being convince by his lover Margo Lane to just forget about all of his evil deeds when he was Yin-Ko and that also help him control Phurba which helped him achieve victory against Khan", darkness reminded Izuku/Shadow on how was Lamont Cranston was able to defeat his darkness even learning how to control Phurba which gave him his victory against Khan.
"True, but in my case my disappointment after learning that I was Quirkless would have been my darkness", Izuku/Shadow proclaimed his disappointment after learning he was Quirkless was his darkness.
"But it is your darkness!" It lunges at him again until Phurba appears and protects Izuku/Shadow from it.
"SCREEEEEEE!" Phurba roars then launches and stabs darkness in the head.
"That didn't even phase me!" Darkness said and lunges at Izuku/Shadow.
"You should be the one who ends me!" Darkness said while Izuku/Shadow pulls Phurba off and aims his LAR Grizzly/Silver Meat on the head again.
BLAM!

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
"I guess you have won now Izuku, now you have defeated your darkness", then Izuku/Shadow watches his darkness fade away.

Outside the Void
Izuku finally wakes up from his long sleep and finds Rei sleeping next to him, Izuku then kiss her on the lips to wake her up. "Finally awake Izuku?" Rei said blushing after feeling his kiss.
"Yeah."
"Were you dreaming of something?"
"No I was fighting my darkness while in some void in my sleep."
"Did you win."
"Yeah, but Phurba help archive my victory. Now I don't need to worry about my darkness any longer."
"So what can you do now?"
"I will always know what do now, because the Shadow will always know!"
