A group of guys were just goofing off in their local dinner when one of their phones rang
"Hey Kaede babe, yeah I'm with Karma, Sugino, Isogai, Maehara, Suguya and Chiba. Just waiting on...what?" one of them said
"What's up Nagisa?" Karama asked as he noticed the stern look on the redhead's face
"Alright, don't we're coming" Nagisa said as he looked at the group
"We're coming where?" Maehara asked "Aren't we waiting for the girls?"
"There's been a problem, the girls were taken by some guys looking for them, and they were packing some major horse power"
"Like we aren't" Karma said smirking
"Let's go" Isogai said as he paid for the group's meal and they headed outside.

Outside the guys went to their cars, Nagisa having a metallic blue 2009 Subaru Impreza WRX, Karma a 2009 Dodge Challenger, Sugino his white 2003 Mazda RX-8, Maehara to his orange 1994 Toyota Surpa, Chiba had a grey 1995 Chevy Camaro, Isogai drove a 1983 Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86 and Suguya to his dark green 2006 Nissan 350Z before the group took off
"Where are they Nagisa?" Isogai asked
"I didn't get their location" Nagisa said
"Well this is going to be hard to find them" Maehara said
"But what other choice to we have" Sugino said
"We're going to save them right?" Suguya said
"What do you think" Nagisa said as the group continued down the highway
There barely was a lesson learned

"I SEE THEM UP AHEAD!" Suguya called out
"Okay" Nagisa said as they watched as each of their girlfriends were being held by one of the other drivers. Once they saw the guys get closer they each got into their own cars which were silver 2000 Honda Civics.
"We can easily take them" Karma said as the kidnappers scattered in different directions. Thankfully each of the guys knew which car held which girlfriend
"Not good" Sugino said
COME ON!" Nagisa shouted "So standard break up and recover them" Karma said
"Yeah" Nagisa said
"Meet back at the diner!" Isogai said
"DEAL!" the group shouted as they went after each one of the crooks who was holding their girlfriends

"Where do you think you're going? Maehara said as he followed his target, who had Okano in the back gagged and bound, he was weaving through the traffic as he kept on him. He needed to get ahead of him and try and stop the kidnapper, but he was slightly faster. Maehara tried to lead him into an alleyway a couple of times, but it didn't seem to be working as each time he tried it they would bump him into the guard rail, causing the once playboy to get angry and try and hit him back, only for the car he was chasing to speed up, eventually making it into their slipstream to cruise behind them as he got close enough to see his headlights in the rear window, he moves along side of him and once he was able to look the driver in the eyes, bashed his car into it making the silver Honda crash in the guard rail, allow him to get Hinata out and carrying her to his car.

Chiba was heading for a set of traffic lights where he last saw his opponent, he looked around trying to find out where he was, when a Silver Honda streaked past him, running the redlight that he was stopped at
"Got you" He said as he revved the engine in his Camaro and pulled a wheelie pursuing the silver Honda that contained his girlfriend Rinka. Switching gears quickly when the front tires slammed down to give him more speed as they entered an upcoming tunnel. The Silver Honda switched lanes to try and get away from Chiba, but by sticking to the right lane Chiba was able to get some ground on him, and upon seeing the exit of the tunnel did a U-Turn and drive straight at the Honda in a game of chicken. Feeling his hand grip the wheel as he charged ahead while his could hear his engine nearing the redline which mean he had to back off, allowing the Honda holding Rinka to get away
Go on and take it way too far

"Sorry Rinka if only I was just a little faster" Chiba said
Sugino was sliding sideways in his RX-8 looking around, it probably wasn't the best move drifting around the streets, but at least he could draw their attentions out and try and located the ones with Kanzaki, soon after five minutes of burning rubber from his tires up until he got a flash of silver. Yanking on the handbrake and pulling a 180 he charged after the Silver Honda, where he could see Yukiko in the front seat. Slamming the throttle to the floor he started to chase after them. Every time the Honda took a corner, Sugino drifted around them. The chase was lasting longer then Sugino wanted, thankfully there was a shortcut up ahead which would allow him to get ahead. The driver of the Honda smirked as he saw that Sugino had turned off and looked at Yukiko lecherously, only to see her smirk as she pointed ahead of them, making him look to see that Sugino's car was parked across the alleyway. Looking scared the driver got out of the Honda and straight into Sugino's fist.
"Surprise asshole" Sugino said as he took Yukiko's hand and lead her back to his car

Suguya was sitting in a redlight, looking across of his opponent who had Nakamura held up in the back. Frowning Suguya gently revved his car as he waited for the light to go green
"Come on, come on" he said as he was trying not to over rev his engine, when the light finally went Green, allowing Suguya to slam his foot down on the accelerator as the other car took off, taking a sharp corner nearly taking out a few pedestrians. "NOT COOL MAN!" Suguya shouted as he matched speed with the silver Honda. He looked back cockily as that turned into shock as Nakamura had somehow slipped her bonds and was climbing out the back window of the Honda. Thinking quickly Suguya flipped the car into reverse while opening the door, giving her a point to where she could get across, holding onto the frame of the car. "YOU'RE CRAZY!" Suguya said as he sped off as Nakamura did up her seatbelt smiling
"I knew you would catch me" she smiled as Suguya laughed kissing her

Isogai was racing to find the Honda which held Meg, only for it to come up behind him and slam into his rear bumper
"BASTARD!" Isogai roared as he was rammed again. He stomped on the accelerator to try and get away. But the problem was he could already hear the redlining of his engine. He need to beat these guys and fast if he was going to save his girlfriend. Think quickly Isogai swerved out of the way of the Honda who was hounding him, only to be rammed into by the Honda. He's AE86 was able to take a few hit, making his left side tires hit the gutter making Isogai growled as he tried to steer out of it, only to be knocked right back into it by the Honda who roared off as he thug laughed. Snarling Isogai shifted gears to make sure he could speed up safely when the hood of his car was blown off "DAMNIT!" he shouted

Karma was his usual smug self as he was tailing the punkass that was holding Manami. Oh boy were they going to get it, he was about to nudge the front bumper with his car when suddenly it shot off like a rocket.
"ooh look at that, the big bad punk got himself some Nitrous huh?" Karma asked as he kept track on him on the straight. Checking his GPS Karma suddenly turned off and took a shorter side street to catch up with him, as he drifted around the last corn where he saw his target Honda a black and silver 2011 BMW side tackled Karma's Dodge making it spin out and the rear hitting a light post, this return gave Karma whiplash. The Honda stopped and allowed the driver of the BMW to enter it before taking off
"Manami, no" Karma groaned stumbling out of his car with a bad cut on his arm "I'll get you back" he said

Nagisa rounded the corner as he discovered the Honda that still had the girls had met up and was heading for what he gusted was a designated location. He followed them quietly
"Looks like he still has Okuda, Kataoka, Hayami and Kaede, so four" he said as he turned his headlights off to make sure he didn't attract their attention. He followed closely unaware that two of the cars spotted him and move around behind him "Well so much for quiet" Nagisa said as he put his foot down and tried to go after the main car which he knew was now holding all of the girls still captured and their leader. He was also trying to shake the cars tailing him, but it was no use, they stuck to his tail no matter what "Okay so these guys are good, but how good are they?" he asked as he slammed on the brakes, throwing his Subaru into a fish tail and charged at the cars chasing him, making them quickly swerve out of the way. Smirking Nagsia went around the block to see the lead car was, Nagisa shifted gears and went to go after him when two of the Hondas pulled a pincer move and damaged his car making it harder for him to chase after them. Frowning Nagisa got out of his car and looked at the damaged "SHIT!" he said before a message came up from Kaede
'If you got another car then meet me in two hours and I'll race you for all four I have'
"You just asked for some big trouble" Nagisa said making a phone call

Nagisa caught a taxi to an small garage on the outskirts of town and knocked on the door, making it open revealing his classmate Yoshida
"You guys are wrecking your cars tonight" Yoshida said
"Yeah well that is what happens when your girlfriends get kidnapped" Nagisa said
"Oh shit, I guess that's why you asked for Sally to be ready for you?" Yoshida asked as he threw a set of keys to Nagisa
"Sure is" Nagisa smiled as he looked at the car "oh very nice"
"Some of my best work" Yoshida said
"Yeah she's going to win naturally" Nagisa said as he got in and drove off.

At the location where the race was going to take place, the man behind the kidnappings stood by his BMW, he was smoking a cigarette
"You piece of shit!" Kaede snapped "What do you want?"
"Easy Kayano" Kataoka said "But she's right what do you want with us Asano?"
"Simple: I know you're boyfriends are a tight knit group" he said flicking his cigarette away "And when they work together they always get in my way"
"So you want us here so that why you can what humiliate them in some way to make sure they never look as good as you again?" Okuda asked "Dream on"
"Whatever you think, too bad four of their cars were damaged" Asano smirked as he looked
"What" They said
"Indeed, and once the time limit is up, I'll be on top again" Asano said before the roar of an engine echoed across the valley
"You were saying asshole" Kaede smirked
"Whatever" Asano said as he drove to the starting point for the race.

Once he reached the location on the race's start he was shocked to see Nagisa Shiota standing there, leaning on a dark blue 1969 Ford Mustang GT Fastback. He was amazed
"Oh hey Asano, glad you could make it" Nagisa grinned
"Where did?" Asano asked looking amazed
"Oh you mean Sally, yeah it was my grandfather's car. He wan it off of American GIs back in the 70's I think, nice isn't it"
"Still can't outpace my car" Asano said
"I think I can" Nagisa said smirking as he saw his friend and Asano's friend drive up the finish line as other students of Kunugigaoka high lined the track "You really want to do this?" he asked
"Just shut up and prepare to lose" Asano said as he got back in his car
"Okay whatever you say" Nagisa smirked as he got into his Mustang.

A random girl in tight skimpy clothes walks out
"Ready?" she asked pointing to Asano, who revved his engine "Ready?" she asked Nagisa who revved his engine making it roar
"Oh shit" Maehara asked as she reached that top of the track
"GO!" she said dropping her hand making the two racers surged off the starting line, kicking up stones and dust. Asano was being smug as he was in the lead, looking back to see Nagisa was nowhere near him, as he neared the first turn Nagisa appeared out of nowhere and drifted around the corner which Asano took normal.
"See yah" Nagisa declared and slammed his foot on the pedal; making the engine howl as he sped away, Asano was quickly behind him again, a sneer on his face. he was quickly gaining on Nagisa until they hit the second corner, where both of them drifted around it.

The next part of the track was three consecutive hairpin corners. Nagisa gripped the steering wheel tight as he entered the first one, feeling the pressure of gravity as he turned at full speed, the sound of rubber being stripped from his tires as Asano followed close behind, in fact Asano was tailgating him, speeding up Nagisa barely made the second turn, which allowed Asano to get ahead of Nagisa. Frowning Nagisa quickly shifted gears and put his foot down, entering the final corner at high speed. Looking back Asano growled as he tried to increase his speed, but it wasn't enough for him as Nagisa started to drive next to him while flipping his opponent the bird as the hit the next corner which was a wide left hand corner. Nagisa was easily in the lead despite having the older car.

Soon the two were driving side by side in a drag style race as they neared the finish line, Nagisa's group of friends cheering loudly as Nagisa crossed the finish line first, performing a 180 while laughing. When he got out of his car Nagisa was greeted by his friends congratulating him as teh four girls raced over to the boyfriends, Kaede quickly running into Nagisa's arms, making him pick her up and twirl her around and kissing her.
"Way to go man" Isogai said
"That ROCKED!" Sugino shouted
"YEAH!" Maehara said
"So shall we actually head for that date?" Kataoka asked
"Sure" Maehara said when Asano walked over to them, Karam met him and smirked before throwing a punch into his face before getting into Suguya's car with Okuda, while Isogai and Kataoka got a lift with Maehara and Oakno while Chiba and Hayami. The last two to leave were Nagisa and Kaede. Upon backing up they saw Asano standing up and wiping his lip
"Hey Asano!" Nagsia exclaimed
"What?" Asano asked pissed off
"Look like I was Just a Little Faster than you" Nagisa said as he drove off leaving Asano in a cloud of dust.
G'day Guys Grizz here so this is the latest in what is a series of contest fics for my Discord writing, thsi time a song fic! SO the song I picked was There for Tomorrow's A little a great song which I conside to be one of my favourites. And it is technically the reason I did that last ben 10/Assassination classroom fic.
Now story wise I wanted to do something with pairing and cars, so I figured why not have the guys race to rescue the girls with some of them failing leading to a Tokyo Drift/Initial D styled ending where Nagisa drops the last line of the song!
Next I want to talk about the choose Nagisa's car at the end the Ford Mustang, now every time I do a car fic I put this in because well it's one of dad's favourite cars and he spend restoring one, which was lost in a shed fire we had, too worry he's got another, but yeah so that's why I add the Mustang into car fics, plus there was one in the song's film clip
