The Eds were each sleeping in their bed. Double D was drifting off to sleep. The scene had cut to the middle of a spooky forest.

"Hello," he called. "Is anyone there?"

There was no answer.

He tried calling again and again.

But there was still no answer.

"Maybe I can ask for help there." Double D thought to himself.

He went into a ghost house. And suddenly, things took a dark turn.

The trees outside the window suddenly turned even spookier than before.

Skeletons and ghosts were surrounding Double D.

The full moon was shining bright through the windowsill. And it scared him. Thunder and lightning were striking the spooky forest. And the bangs were very loud. Creepy ghostly shadow hands were reaching for him. He immediately began to shake. When Double D went outside, he saw several gravestones.

He went back to the ghost house and he looked out the window. A crow was cawing and calling for the spooky residents to eat Double D for supper. Double D went back outside and saw even more gravestones.

When Double D went back inside the ghost house, He can see a wolf howling at the window. And a cat with some creepy looking pumpkins. And a skull surrounded by ghosts. Some bats circled around Double D and tried to suck his blood. He went back outside, because the ghost house was too spooky for him.

The full moon was shining even brighter than before. Partly blinding Double D in the process. He went through more of the creepy forest and tiptoed with a flashlight in his hand. He continued going through the forest, but he saw even more ghosts. The evil creatures continued chasing him.

Double D saw his friends laying on the ground. They were already dead. He was watching in despair and cried.

The monsters continued to chase down Double D. And they were about to kill him.

"THIS IS THE END!" he screamed.

Double D woke up with sweat under him.

Ed and Nazz were also by his bedside.

"Are you OK?" asked Ed.

"I don't know." wailed Double D. "I had a nightmare."

"What happened in your nightmare?" Nazz asked,

"I was chased by monsters." Double D explained, about to cry.

"I'm sorry that you had to experience such things." said Nazz in a sympathetic tone.

"Me too." said Ed.

Nazz stroked Ed's hair

"Shh shh shh." she soothed. "Its Okay, Double D. It was just a dream.

"It was?" asked Double D.

"Dreams are not real." said Ed. "They're just in your mind at bedtime.

"Can you two sleep with me tonight?" questioned Double D.

"Of course Ed and I can sleep with you." said Nazz.

Double D yawned and Nazz sang him a lullaby.

Ed gave him some of his stuffed animals and fell asleep too.
