The day hadn't been the best. Kacchan burnt one of my notebooks, I got attacked by a villain, and then I was told that I couldn't be a hero by All Might after he saved me. Then the villain that attacked me escaped and took Kacchan hostage. I did what I could to help him but in the end All Might pushed his limit and saved him. The heroes yelled at me for doing something when they wouldn't. Little did I know that it would all change.

"Boy!" a woman yelled behind me as I headed home again.

"Y-yes?" I asked.

"I saw what you did. You want to be a hero don't you?"

"Y-yes, but I'm quirkless," I explained.

"You also have the heart of a true hero. I think you can be the number one someday," she said.

"R-really?"

"Yes, with some help that is. Do you know who I am?"

"Um, no," I said.

"I am the hero Iron Sage, but you may call me Nari Fukihara and as of today you will be the bearer of the quirk called Hero's Will," she said.

"R-really?" I asked, tears brimming the edges of my eyes.

"Yes, now tell me your name, boy."

"I-Izuku Midoriya. Wait, did you say you are giving me a quirk?"

"Well, we can talk about everything later. Meet me tomorrow morning at Dagobah beach. I'll be there with a friend to train your body. I'll explain everything then," she said, turning and walking away.

I ran home and told my mom that a hero saw me and was going to personally train me to be a hero. She didn't know how to respond. She just said alright and made dinner. The next morning I got up and around and raced to the beach. When I got there Ms. Fukihara was already there with a deflated person.

"All Might?" I asked as I approached them.

"Ah, Young Midoriya. So you are who Nari chose as a successor," he said. "Also please call me Yagi in this form."

"So, how do you two know each other?" Ms. Fukihara asked.

" saved me from the sludge villain," I explained.

"Alright, so let's train you so you can take my quirk," she said.

"Um, I was wondering. Is your quirk one that powers other people up?"

"I guess I didn't explain enough. I am quite literally going to give you my quirk," she said.

I started to analyze how this might be done and if it is even possible.

"Hey, boy. Stop that. I technically have two quirks, Iron Sage which is my original quirk that allows me to power myself up. Then I have Hero's Will that allows me to pass down my quirk as well as all the previous users' quirks. Eventually you will have them all but when I first give you Hero's Will you will only be able to use Iron Sage," she explained.

"Alright, so why are we here with Mr. Yagi?" I asked.

"Easy, you look like a noodle so we are here to build your muscles. Toshinori is here to help because I honestly suck at making workout routines so he made one for you," she sighed.

"Exactly, you will clean this beach of all the trash. I will take it to an actual dump but you will do the rest," he said.

"Oh, also, have you told anyone about you getting a quirk?" Ms. Fukihara asked.

"Um, no. I didn't realise that I would be actually getting a quirk or well, several to be exact," I said, thinking about it.

"Good. Hero's Will is a secret, you can't tell anyone unless you fully trust them to not spill the beans."

"O-of course. If you don't want me to then I won't tell anyone," I said.

"Good, now let's get started," she said.

For the next ten months I cleaned the whole beach and on the day of the entrance exam for UA I met with Ms. Fukihara at the beach.

"Wow, I'm amazed that you actually got it all cleaned boy," she said. "Now let's get you Hero's Will."

"Um, I never thought about this but how do you transfer it?"

"Here drink this," she said, handing me a water bottle. "It's a sports drink."

"Thanks," I said, drinking it. It tasted weird compared to the other sports drinks I had before.

"So you have to consume my DNA in some form. I found a way for it to not be too disgusting," she said.

"How?" I asked, finishing the drink.

"Are you done?" she asked.

"Yeah, why?"

"Well I kinda put some of my blood in the sports drink."

"What?!"

"Hey, better than eating some of my hair or something," she said.

"Ugh, I hate to agree with you. So, how do I use it?"

"Try to feel the energy flow through your body, then let it out," she explained.

I felt for anything I hadn't before and there it was. I made it flow through my whole body and then I opened my eyes and I dashed to the water faster than I could before.

"Perfect, now go get ready for the UA exam brat," she said with a grin.

"Yes, thank you," I said, using the new energy to run home. I quickly got dressed and went to UA. While I was walking I almost tripped but Iron Sage allowed me to catch myself before I went down. I did the written exam and while the practical was explained I was trying to think of a good plan. Until a boy interrupted Present Mic and told me that my muttering was distracting. We then got sent to our test sites and the blue haired boy was there too. I saw a girl with pink skin slightly freaking out so I was going to try to calm her down before he intercepted me.

"Can't you see she is freaking out? What is your game, to cause others to mess up by messing with their minds? Not a heroic quality at all," he said.

"A-actually no, I-I was going to try and calm her down. You should think things through before acting. Being i-ignorant isn't a very heroic quality either so you should work on that," I said, kindly. Because of Ms. Fukihara my confidence was slightly better but not perfect. "H-hey, you good?"

"What, oh, yep, perfect," she said.

"R-really? You were freaking out, j-just take some deep breaths, y-you have this," I said, internally freaking out over the fact that I was talking to a girl and not completely stumbling over my words.

"You're right, thank you," she said, turning to face the gates.

When the gates opened I dashed forward remembering one of my first lessons sparing with Ms. Fukihara; There are no countdowns in real life. I fought and my count was to 50 then there was a giant boom and I turned to see a girl with brown hair about to get crushed by a giant robot while everyone else was running away. Something in me snapped and I jumped up and I felt more power than ever before. I pulled back my right hand and punched the robot, sending it backwards and effectively destroying it. Then I started falling. My legs and arm weren't moving for some reason, but the girl touched me and I floated where I was at the moment. Then I fell the rest of the way with a small thud. A lady who revealed herself to be Recovery Girl walked up and gave me a kiss on the forehead. My wounds started healing but then I felt drowsy and promptly fell asleep. I woke up in a nurses station and saw that both Mr. Yagi and Ms. Fukihara was there.

"Boy, you're awake good," Ms. Fukihara said.

"Ah, good to see you aren't hurt anymore Young Midoriya," Mr. Yagi added.

"Yeah, why are you two here?" I asked.

"Well, Toshinori told me that you got hurt and then said how so I figured I needed to talk to you about Iron Sage," she said.

"Ah, so the young hero is awake," Recovery Girl said. "Just like the previous Hero's Will bearer."

"Wait, you know?"

"I have a few friends that know, Nezu being one of them," Ms. Fukihara said. "But on to what happened, you used an ability I was hoping you wouldn't unlock just yet. It's called Iron Force. It focuses all the power in a single place and makes the powers ten times more powerful, but it also puts more of a strain on the body. That is why your bones broke, if it wasn't for Recovery Girl you wouldn't be up at the moment."

"Oh, thank you, but would my body ever be able to stand the strain?"

"It is possible, you just need to train more," she said.

"Alright, well I should head home," I said, walking out. I walked home and didn't even get dinner and just collapsed on my bed. The next few days I did my normal workout routine until one morning I got back and my letter from UA was there. I quickly took it and went to my room and sat at my desk. I opened it and there was a disk. A hologram of All Might came up. He explained how I got fifty villain points and sixty hero points for saving the girl. I got the highest score UA had ever seen; 110. I was amazed at my score and that I had gotten the highest score ever. I quickly sent a message to Ms. Fukihara telling her that I got first with the highest score. She told me to keep up the good work and that she would know if I was slacking at all. How she would do it was beyond me but I figured All Might would keep her in the loop. Then the day finally came, the first day of school. I walked to the campus and I hoped that the gods wouldn't put Kacchan or the blue haired boy in my class.

I walked in and realised that the gods hated me because they were arguing as I walked in. I just snuck in and sat at my desk trying to hide. It lasted only for a moment.

"Hey, you're the kid from the entrance exam," the pink skinned girl said. "Thanks for calming me down."

"Y-yeah, no problem," I said.

"You," the blue haired boy said. "My name is Ilda and I must apologize for my rudeness before. You must've known the true reason for the exam and are a much better person."

"Actually I had no clue about the hero points. It was just the right thing to do, isn't the true reason for being a hero is to save people?" I asked.

"You're right, I was only thinking of it as an exam, not as real life. This must be why you got first place," Ilda said.

"If you're here to make friends then you can just leave," a monotone voice said from the front. I looked and saw what could only be described as a giant yellow caterpillar with a face in the front of the room. "It took you eight seconds to quiet down. That won't be good enough. I'm your teacher Mr. Aizawa. Get changed into your gym uniforms and meet me outside and don't dilly dally either," he said, walking out.

A few minutes later we were all out and approached him. The girl I had saved spoke up.

"Um, what about the opening ceremony?"

"Wasting time on stuff like that is irrational. First we are going to do a quirk assessment. Midoriya, you got first on the entrance exam, how far was your softball throw in middle school?"

"Um, around 42 meters," I said.

"Try with your quirk, don't step outside the circle," he said, handing me the metal softball.

I stepped into the circle and focused all my energy to the max around my body. I then opened my eyes and threw the ball as hard as I could. I watched as it blasted off as if launched from a rocket launcher. Mr. Aizawa held up a device that said I threw it 1,246.1 meters.

"What the hell was that you shitty nerd!?" Kacchan asked, walking up to me with explosions going off in his hand. The explosions then stopped and he was wrapped up in Mr. Aizawa's scarf. "The hell happened to my quirk?"

"You're the underground hero Eraserhead," I said.

"Heh, you're right kid. Also, if you attack another classmate I will not hesitate to expel you, am I clear?"

"Tch," Kacchan said, as he was released.

"That was amazing. Being able to use our quirks is going to be so fun," the pink girl said.

"Fun? If you think this is going to be fun, then let's make it fun for me. Whoever gets the lowest score will be expelled," he said.

"What, that isn't fair," a boy with purple balls on his head whined.

"Fair, life isn't fair. Do you think it's fair that some people die just because a villain feels like it? Are natural disasters fair? If you are going to be a hero then you need to understand that life will never be fair to you and deal with it. Fifty meter dash is first," Mr. Aizawa called.

We then did all the tests and I got top three in all of them. The scores were

1. Midoriya

2. Todoroki

3. Yaoyorozu

4. Bakugou

And so on and so forth with Mineta, the purple haired boy, in last.

"Alright, Mineta you are expelled not only because you were last but you were also being very rude and indecent with your female classmates. You will be transferred to Gen. Studies. Everyone else, go back to the classroom and fill out the forms on your desk, dismissed," he sighed, walking with Mineta to presumably the principal's office. We all did what we were told and then went home because it was a short day.

So, this is going to be a story that will have a lot of things happen very fast just because I really don't want to write certain parts because they are very similar to what happens in the show.
