Today was a normal day with classes up until now. This was the class everyone was waiting for. This was our first heroics class.
"I am coming through the door like a normal person!" All Might announced, walking in with his silver age costume on.
"A normal person doesn't announce themselves like that," a person I wasn't expecting sighed. Ms. Fukihara walked in with her Iron Sage costume on. It was an old monk styled outfit with no sleeves and sock-like shoes. Her pants were loose but not baggy with elastic at the bottom to keep them against her.
"Hmm, well, anyway we are your heroics teachers," All Might said, changing direction.
"Most if not all of you know who he is, but I'm more underground. You can call me either Iron Sage or Ms. Fukihara," she said, smiling.
"Now then, today will be battle training."
"But what fun would that be without these?" Ms. Fukihara asked, motioning to a wall of cases with one missing. "Get changed and meet us at Ground Beta, and as Aizawa would say, don't waste time.
We got out and it was very obvious that my costume was made to be similar to her's. Whereas her was blue with silver accents mine was green with black. A couple people, including Ms. Fukihara pointed this out. When teams were chosen I was left with no one as my partner.
"Alright boy, you have two choices. One, you get to do it by yourself. Two, you can have either All Might or me help you, but you will lose out on points depending on how much we need to help," Ms. Fukihara explained.
"What is your choice, Young Midoriya?"
"I'll do it by myself," I said. I could tell that everyone expected me to choose to work with a teacher, including them.
"Alright, you'll be up first against team D," Ms. Fukihara said. I immediately froze because that was Kacchan's team. I then calmed myself down and started thinking of ways to keep primarily Kacchan at bay. "You can go in," Ms. Fukihara said. "Let me know if you need me to end it," she then whispered to me.
I walked in and once I got to the second floor I was attacked. I quickly blocked Kacchan's attacks and kept him from being able to get any good hits. Eventually he smiled and said that the gauntlets weren't for show but allowed him to make bigger explosions. He unleashed one on me and I used an attack I named Iron Smash which used Iron ceiling blew open and I jumped through and saw the fake bomb and touched it before Ilda could get his bearings.
"Hero Team Wins!" All Might announced. I was then named MVP and we watched the rest of the matches. We then all got changed and left because this was our last class.
The pink girl from the entrance exam whose name I learned was Ashido noticed that we took the same train along with another classmate whose name is Jirou. We sat near each other and talked about classes and the heroes that teach them. Once we got off we went our separate ways. I was surprised to find Ms. Fukihara at my house.
"Ah, there you are, boy," she said.
"Um, why are you at my house?" I asked.
"I was just explaining to your mom how I noticed that your quirk is similar to mine and asking if I could train you personally," Ms. Fukihara said with a wink.
"O-oh," I said.
"Yes, Nari here was giving me more information on it," mom said.
"Well, I'll be in my room, got homework and stuff to do," I said, dashing to my room. I then got to work on homework and finished it all before dinner was done.
"So, your quirk is an emitter it sounds like," mom said as we ate.
"Yeah, too bad it came in late or I could've trained it more," I said.
"Yeah, that is why Nari and Nezu agreed that you can use the UA training facilities on Saturdays with some of the third years if you wanted to," mom said.
I did a spit take. "Really? That's awesome. I can't wait to see if they can help me. I still don't even know how strong it is," I said.
"So, have you thought of a name for your quirk yet?"
"Oh, um, something like Iron Will," I said.
"Ah, similar but different," mom mentioned.
The next day the front gate of UA was crowded with news reporters. Not wanting to deal with them I just jumped over the wall. I then walked to my class. Other than the fact that I was voted Class President everything was normal until lunch. I was sitting with Ashido, Jirou, Yaoyrozu, and Kaminari when alarms started going off. I quickly got everyone's attention and informed them that it was just the press. After lunch we then got ready for Heroics where we would be going to another facility. We got in a bus and while we were on it Asui mentioned how my quirk was similar to Ms. Fukihara's. I played this off as comparing mine to All Mights as well.
We pulled up and the building looked like Universal Studios Japan. We walked in and met up with 13 and Ms. Fukihara. I noticed that All Might wasn't there. We were told that the building is the USJ and 13 explained their quirk. A black mist then appeared in the center and tons of people came out.
"Um, this is rescue training so I don't think that they are supposed to be here," I said.
"Stay back, 13 protect the students. Iron Sage help me out," Mr. Aizawa said.
"My thoughts exactly. If needed use your quirks, but only if needed," Ms. Fukihara said before the two of them jumped into the middle and started taking villains down. The mist then appeared before us.
"Excuse our incompetence," the shadow man said. "We are the League of Villains and have come here with one goal. To kill the Symbol of Peace All Might."
Everything happened so fast after that. The mist spread out and when it engulfed me I fell hitting the ground. I looked around and saw that I was in the mountain area with Jirou and Yaoyrozu. There were over fifty people looking at us. I jumped in with Iron Sage activated and when on the offensive. While I was fighting I felt a pull in my mind and everything slowed down as I turned to see a group of guys holding the girls down. Something in my mind told me to put my middle and ring finger on my palm. I did this and a black string like substance shot out and attached itself to the biggest guy. I then yanked it back. Everything then faded.
"Ah, so you are who Fuki chose, eh?" a voice said from behind me. I turned to see a man who looked to be an American in his thirties. He had blonde hair and a black leather jacket on. "Name's Eddie and I was the ninth bearer of Hero's Will and you just unlocked three additional quirks. Mine is one of them.
"Mine was another," another person said. I looked and saw what seemed to be an African American boy a few years older than me. He had a black shirt with a red spider painted on it with a hoodie on as well. "I'm Miles and I was the eighth bearer."
"Then there is me," another voice said. He was a middle aged man with short brown hair, a dress shirt with jeans, and glasses on. "I was the seventh. I'm Peter, and the reason you unlocked all of our quirks is because they work together. Mine gave me extra agility, strength, a sense of when danger is coming my way, and I could climb walls."
"Mine was similar only I could also go invisible and shock people with electricity from my hands," Miles said.
"Then there is mine. Mine covered me in a black substance and increased my strength. I also could shoot webbing from my wrists," Eddie said.
"You will only unlock the next quirks individually but you need to save your friends now," Peter said, as everything faded and I was back and the man was flung over my head.
"What the crap?" another asked as I webbed him up. I took the rest of the people on the mountain out with Jirou and Yaoyrozu helping out after I freed them.
"What the hell was that?" Jirou asked me.
"Honestly, I just did what felt right," I said, looking at Mr. Aizawa being smashed into the ground by the hulking black bird thing that was with the villains. I then felt as a slimy liquid covered my body and made me match the creature in size and build. I looked at my hands that were covered in black stuff. I then realised that this was Eddie's quirk. "I'm going to go help Mr. Aizawa and Ms. Fukihara. Sneak to the entrance and regroup with everyone else."
"Do you even know what you can do like this?" Yaoyrozu asked, looking worried.
"Not completely, but I do have a good idea," I said. I then jumped and shot a web and used it to pull me to the center. I landed and punched the thing off of Mr. Aizawa. "I got this," I said, pumping myself up.
"Midoriya?" he asked.
"Yeah, got a new way to use my quirk. Hopefully help will be here soon because I don't know how long I can use this buff form."
"Argh, didn't expect them to have a second tank. Shouldn't matter, Nomu, kill the copycat version of you," the blue haired guy with hands on his body.
The hulking beast ran up to me at speeds that rivals All Might. We started trading blows and after a few moments I could feel that I was going to debuff. I leaped back and the suit went back to where it came from in me. I then shot a web and flung myself away from where he was going to attack me. A moment later I heard a boom followed by a voice.
"Don't Fret! Why? Because I am here!" All Might announced, only he wasn't smiling but instead was scowling. He then jumped down and attacked Nomu. They were trading blows very similar to when I was fighting it. After a while he punched it so hard that it flew out of the USJ. I could tell that his time was low. I then dashed next to All Might just as Handman was.
"Iron Smash!" I yelled as I punched him in the face, and then heard a shot and looked to see Mr. Snipe. The Mistman then transported both of them away. I then looked around and the adrenaline that was in me slowed down and I fainted.
I woke up in a familiar place; the nurses office.
"Ugh, what happened?" I asked.
"Well, first off you unlocked not only one but three quirks," Ms. Fukihara said. I looked to see that she was sitting at the end of my bed.
"Yeah, I wanted to talk about that. I talked to Eddie, Miles, and Peter. What was that about?"
"When you unlock a quirk the original user teaches you how to use it. Because theirs are so similar you managed to unlock all three at once. But when Hero's Will is taken, a part of the person stays with the quirk in addition to their quirk," she explained.
"Oh. Ok, is everyone else good?"
"Well, I was told that you saved two of your classmates and then Erasure after I went to help some of the students who were in different sections."
"At least I didn't break anything," I said.
"No, you did. Somehow you kept your body moving on just adrenaline," Recovery Girl said. "You might not have realised it, but you used Iron Force when you ran to All Might and punched that villain."
"Oh, thank you for healing me then," I said.
"You need to be more careful. While your bones can heal, your ligaments are a different story. If you keep tearing them as bad as you are, they might not heal properly."
"Alright. Thank you again," I said.
"Now let's get you home," Ms. Fukihara said, standing up and smiling.
The next few days we didn't have class and when we did we were told that we would be having the Sports Festival. We were given a week to prepare. The first Saturday I spent training my quirk with the third years who found my quirks amazing and I then found out that they were getting extra credit for helping me.
I got on the train and a girl roughly my age bumped into me. I went to apologise but she was gone. I sat down and slowly got more and more tired. I remember falling asleep and then I woke up in the hospital.
"Ah, you're awake young lady," the doctor said.
I was very much confused. "What," I started before I quickly stopped because the voice that came out was very distinctly female. "How did this happen?"
"You were on the train and when you wouldn't wake up you were brought here," the doctor explained.
"No, this morning I was male. Now I am female," I said.
"Oh, um, wow, this is new for me. Your bag is next to you if you want to call someone," he said, walking out befuddled.
I grabbed my phone and called my mom. She didn't pick up so I left a message explaining what was happening. I then called Ms. Fukihara.
"What do you want?" she sighed.
"Um, I'm in the hospital and I got hit by a quirk. Can you come get me because my mom isn't answering," I said.
"Alright, whatever," she said, hanging up. A few moments later she walked in, net even bothering to knock. "Well, guess I can't call you boy now," she joked.
"Haha," I said in a monotone. "Can you take me home please?"
"Sure, get dressed and meet me at the entrance," she said, walking out.
I quickly got dressed and when I got to the entrance she was standing there. I followed her to her car and she drove me home. I went up to the apartment and for some reason I could smell blood. I pushed the door open all the way. "AHHHH!" I screamed.
