"Izumi, we need to talk," Nari said, looking at her daughter.
"What about?" Izumi asked.
"Katsuki Bakugou," Nemuri said.
"W-what about him?"
"We were listening in on your conversation during capture the flag and we didn't notice something until now. Bakugou said that you should have taken his advice if you wanted to die, what did he mean by that?" Nari asked.
"N-nothing."
"Izumi, look at me," Nemuri said. "If he told you to do something, tell us. You know that we love you as if you were our own."
"The day of the slime incident, he told me that if I wanted a quirk to take a swan dive off the roof and wish for one in my next life," Izumi said.
"Why wasn't a teacher notified?" Nari asked.
"Because he was going to be an amazing hero and I was just a quirkless kid. He's the reason I have all my scars. He would use his quirk on me and the teachers would just look the other way. Hell, some even encouraged it," Izumi said.
"Thank you for telling us this. Now go get ready to hang out with your friends," Nari said.
Izumi was excited. She was going out with three of her friends to get more clothes and hang out. They met up at the mall and her moms gave her some cash to spend as she didn't have all that much. They went to a clothes store that Mina suggested and Izumi got a nice short dress. They then followed Kyoka to a store which had more of a punk and goth theme called Soup.
"Why is the store called Soup?" Izumi asked.
"The owner named it that because of a meme from their childhood," Kyoka said. "Now go put this on," she added, shoving a mostly black outfit in Izumi's arms.
Izumi went to the changing room and saw that it was a short skirt, black lace leggings, and a red long sleeved shirt with the shoulders open. There was also a black corset. Izumi put the outfit on and walked out. "How do I look?" she asked.
"Wow, you look amazing," Tokage said. Mina and Kyoka nodded, only the latter was doing it very slowly.
"Oh, I got an idea," Izumi said. She then forced her eyes to go red and her fangs appeared. Kyoka's face went very red and then she fainted. "Kyoka!" Izumi yelled, catching her.
"I think she has a thing for vampires and it was too much at once for her," Mina said.
"Agreed," Tokage added.
"I think I'm going to get this, but first can one of you get her off of me," Izumi said.
"I got her, go change back," Mina said, putting an arm around Kyoka.
Izumi got dressed back in her normal clothes and got the outfit with some other clothes as well. They went out and Kyoka was still unconscious. Izumi sat on a bench and they set Kyoka down so Mina and Tokage went to a store that they wanted to visit. A few moments after they left Kyoka jolted awake.
"W-what happened?" Kyoka asked.
"You fainted after seeing me. You good now?"
"O-oh, yeah," Kyoka said. "H-hey, Izumi?"
"Yeah Kyoka?"
"D-do you think some c-could like more than one person romantically?" Kyoka asked.
"Um, well I'm kind of in a weird position right now," Izumi said.
"Because you're a lesbian?" Kyoka asked, bluntly.
"Heh, yeah, but I don't think that you can't like more than one person, or I guess it's not wrong to," Izumi said.
"Do you like more than one person?"
"Y-yeah. I-I don't even know how to bring anything up. What should I ask, if they are into girls?" Izumi asked, chuckling.
"I mean, that wouldn't be a bad start," Kyoka said, laughing.
"Hey, Kyoka's back in the world of the living," Mina joked.
"Haha," Kyoka replied.
"I just noticed, you all call each other by your given names, what's that about?" Tokage asked.
"Eh, we're close and when Izumi became a girl we kinda just got close," Mina said.
"Wait, you're trans?"
"No, I got hit by a gender swapping quirk and decided to stay as a female," Izumi explained.
"Ah, well, call me Setsuna then," she said, smiling.
"Alright, I think I speak for all of us when I say call me by my given name as well," Izumi said.
"Yep," Mina said.
"Alright, thanks Izumi," Setsuna said.
"Not a problem Setsuna," Izumi said.
The group of girls left the mall and were walking to the train station when Izumi stopped for a moment.
"Izumi, what's wrong?" Setsuna asked.
"I-I smell blood," Izumi said, realising she never switched back to her regular eyes. A girl wearing a cardigan jumped out and held a knife up.
"B-blood, I need to drink your blood!" she shouted, baring her fangs.
"H-hey, y-your bleeding," Izumi said. The other girls looked and saw that her shoulder was currently bleeding.
"Sh-shut u-up," the girl said, before falling to the ground. Izumi grabbed the hand with the knife and took it.
"Take out my phone and find the contact named Yagi. Just send the letters AM," Izumi said, trying to stop the bleeding.
Kyoka took out Izumi's phone and did as she asked. A few minutes later All Might arrived in the alley. The other girls were confused and amazed at his arrival.
"What is wrong young Izumi?" All Might asked.
"She's bleeding, you are the fastest person I know who can get her to a hospital," Izumi said.
"I-Izumi, I don't think I can. I don't think she'll make it. I'm sorry but you can't save everyone," All Might said.
"Damn it," Izumi said, picking the girl up, activating Iron Sage, and running to where the nearest hospital was. She knew because it wasn't too far from her house. She went to the ER and told them what happened. A doctor that she knew because he helped Recovery Girl when her quirk awakened was helping in the ER. "Doctor Yagami, do you think we could use my blood?" Izumi asked.
"Fukihara, I don't think it'll be a bad idea, you do have O- so she can take it. Come with me and I'll get you set up," he said, leading her to a room. "You are very lucky that I am working or else no one would have known that this could work without tests that could take hours. Hours she doesn't have."
"I'm really glad too," Izumi said, as he led her to the waiting room. She sat in there for a few minutes when her friends walked in. A few minutes later All Might walked in his deflated form.
"Hey, is she going to be alright?" Mina asked.
"Should be, the doctors gave her some of my blood and hopefully the healing powers will work with her too," Izumi said.
"Izumi," All Might said.
"I don't want to talk to you," Izumi said.
"I was going to ask, who is this Izumi?" Kyoka asked.
"I work for All Might. I met Fukihara when her mom was at the agency. I gave her my number in case she needed him specifically," he said.
"Oh, that's cool. I'm guessing he sent you so he wasn't hounded by fans," Mina said.
"Yes, I'm guessing you are her classmates."
"They are, I'm in a different class," Setsuna said.
"Ah, well I guess Fukihara is too angry at All Might and in turn me. I will say this however, he wishes that he could've done more but sadly couldn't," he said, walking away.
"You shouldn't be too angry at either of them," Setsuna said.
"I know," Izumi sighed. "It's just that I thought he would be able to help."
"Fukihara," Dr. Yagami said, walking up to her. "It would seem that our theory was correct. She is doing perfectly fine and will be able to leave."
"Um, doctor, she seemed like she was in a crazed state when we met her," Mina said.
"That would be because of her quirk. It requires her to drink blood and by what I saw she hadn't drank blood in months," he explained.
"Wow, so she'll be alright?" Izumi asked.
"Definitely, she's awake and asking to see her savior too," the doctor said.
"I guess that's me. Oh, before I go I was wondering if you all wanted to have a sleepover. I think I'm going to need company," Izumi said. "I'll have to ask my mom but I don't think there would be an issue."
"I'm down, parents are letting me live in an apartment by myself so it can't be too difficult," Setsuna said.
"My parents are very easy going so I should be able to," Mina said.
"Eh, might take convincing my old man but I should as well, just ask your mom," Kyoka said.
"I will, I will also message you what she says," Izumi said, getting up and hugging all of them and then heading up to the room. The doctor walked in the room and asked Izumi to stay behind for a moment.
"Hello, I have the girl who saved you waiting outside," the doctor said.
"Can you have her come in please?" the girl asked.
"Of course, Fukihara you can come in," the doctor called.
"H-hello," Izumi said, as she walked in.
"Oh, you saved me, but why? I attacked you?" the girl cried.
"But you were hurt, and so I had to save you like any hero should," Izumi replied, giving a gigawatt smile.
"You have fangs too, and you said hero, are you planning on becoming a hero?" she asked.
"Yep, I'm going to UA, what's your name?" Izumi asked.
"Oh, I'm Himiko Toga," she said.
"Ah, young Fukihara, I was looking for you," Nezu said, walking in.
"P-principle?" Izumi asked.
"Yes, am I a bear? A mouse? A dog? Who knows, all that matters is that I am the principle," he said, laughing.
"Um, who are you and what are you the principal of?" Toga asked.
"I am the principal of UA, and one of our teachers heard what happened and asked that I look into it. I'll admit that I already knew your name, I also know that your parents had you declared dead. Why is that, if you don't mind me asking?" he asked, jumping on Izumi's shoulder and using it as a way to be at eye level.
"Oh, they threw me out a few days ago, no surprise that I was declared dead. They stopped caring about me because my quirk was 'monstrous' and not normal," she said with a huff.
"Um,Toga, it's been a year since you were declared dead," Nezu said, concerned.
"What, n-no, th-that c-can't be t-true," Toga said, breathing heavily.
"Hey, it's alright, breath," Izumi said, putting a hand on her uninjured shoulder.
"Th-thanks," Toga said, calming her breathing.
"I'm guessing you wouldn't like to go back to your parents," Nezu said. Toga nodded in confirmation. "What if I offered you a spot in UA?"
"Yes, if I can. C-could I become a hero?"
"I will see what I can do," Nezu said, getting off Izumi.
"Hey, Toga, I need to do a couple things, I'll be right back," Izumi said, following Nezu. "Um, Principle Nezu."
"Yes Fukihara," he said, turning around.
"I-I was going to ask, would it be possible if she stayed with my moms and me," Izumi asked.
"Hmm, I don't see why not. However, you will have to ask them," he said.
"I'll give them a call."
"That won't be necessary," Nemuri said, standing behind her.
"Mom," Izumi said, turning around and giving her a hug.
"Two things, first off, why didn't you call me or your mother?" Nemuri asked, pulling away to look her daughter in the eyes.
"I didn't think about that, I just thought about helping the girl," Izumi said.
"Truly the heart of a hero, secondly, yes. We can have her stay at our house until permanent living situations can be acquired."
"Awesome, also, I was wondering if I could have some friends stay the night. I-I'm still a little shaken up," Izumi said, the smile on her face faltering.
"I don't see a problem, your mother and I haven't been actively keeping our marriage a secret, we just never made it public but I will double check with her," Nemuri said, looking up.
"I don't see a problem," Nari said.
"Mom," Izumi cried, turning to give her a hug.
"Toshinori told us what happened so I understand needing to have people who you are close with near you. Make sure that their parents are good with it and you can tell them where we live, now let's go meet our ward," Nari said, smiling.
They walked to Toga's room to see her just sitting bored. When they walked in she perked up.
"Izumi!" Toga said.
"Hey Toga, these are my moms. You are going to stay with us for a while," Izumi said.
"Hi, I'm Nari Fukihara."
"I'm Nemuri Kayama."
"Wait, I recognize you. You're the hero Midnight," Toga said.
"How?" Nemuri asked, before her face changed to one of realization. "I'm still in costume aren't I?"
"Yes, yes you are mom," Izumi giggled.
"Wait, you were raised by a pro hero?" Toga asked, looking at Izumi.
"Oh, um, actually," Izumi said, her face contorting to sadness.
"We adopted Izumi recently," Nemuri explained.
"Oh, I just got confirmation from everyone," Izumi said, looking at her phone.
"For what?" Toga asked.
"Some of my friends are coming over for the night," Izumi explained.
"Oh, that's cool. So when do we leave?" Toga asked.
"As soon as you get dressed," Nari said, tossing a bag with clothes to Toga. "You can use the restroom," she added.
Toga came out wearing a hoodie and sweats. They then went to the car and all hopped in. They drove in mostly silence with the occasional question or comment. When the car pulled up to the house they all went inside.
"Um, I think the two of you need a bath," Nari said, her nose scrunched up.
"Alright, Toga you can go first," Izumi started before getting cut off.
"Nope, we can bathe together," Toga said.
"Second door on the left up stairs. Don't do anything I would," Nemuri said.
"Gee, thanks mom," Izumi said, as Toga dragged her to the bath.
"So, how long ago did they adopt you?" Toga asked, as she undressed.
"Um, about a week ago. I also need to tell you something. Until around the time I was adopted I was male," Izumi said.
"Alright, I don't care. Oh, are you still a male down there?" Toga asked.
"No, I meant that my genetic identity changed. It was a quirk," Izumi explained.
"Ah, I still don't care. Male or female, you are you," Toga said.
"Heh, you are definitely weird," Izumi said, also undressing.
The two of them got cleaned and sat in the tub together on opposite sides. Eventually Toga crawled over to Izumi and sat with her back to her.
"U-um, T-toga?"
"Mhm?"
"Isn't this a little, I don't know, sexual?"
"Eh, I don't care. I want to be close to you," Toga said.
"Izumi!" Mina yelled, thundering up the stairs.
"We're in the bath!" Toga yelled.
"What!?" three girls screamed, with louder foot falls going up the stairs.
A few moments later the door flew open and there stood Mina, Kyoka, and Setsuna.
"Hey," Izumi said.
"So these are your friends Izumi?" Toga asked.
"Can you please leave so we can get out and dry off, and can you also have my mom grab us some clothes?" Izumi asked.
All three of the girls got very red(lavender in Mina's case) and quickly closed the door. The two girls who were in the bath got out and dried off and got dressed after Nari brought pajamas in for the two of them.
"So, about what happened," Izumi said.
"I explained it to them," Nemuri said.
"Yeah, sorry for making you think Izuchan and I were together or something like that," Toga said.
"Izuchan?" Izumi asked.
"It's a nickname, you saved me, also call me Himiko."
"Alright," Izumi said.
"So, what are you going to do?" Kyoka asked.
"Eh, the principal of UA mentioned something about me becoming a student and said I might be able to join the hero course," Himiko said.
"That'll be cool, maybe they can let you join class 1-B?" Setsuna said.
"Nah, 1-A is better," Mina said, a smug grin on her face.
"Both classes are equally good," Nemuri said, walking in the room.
"Ms. Midnight?" Kyoka asked.
"Call my Kayama in my house," she said.
"Wait, then, you and Ms. Fukihara are sisters?" Mina asked.
"No," Izumi said, chuckling. "Let me help you, mom, when will dinner be done?"
"Just a few minutes," Nemuri said.
"Oh, um, ok," Setsuna said.
Izumi, Himiko, and Nemuri just busted out laughing.
"Wait, Himiko knew too?" Mina demanded.
"Yeah, she's staying here for a while. She didn't have anywhere to go," Izumi said.
"So, as long as she has blood she won't go psycho mode?" Setsuna asked.
"Yep, I'm actually kinda thirsty," Himiko said.
"I'll go get a couple of thermos, I'm thirsty too," Izumi said.
"I was wondering if I could have some of yours," Himiko said, looking at Izumi.
"R-really?"
"It's always better from the source. Have you ever drank straight from a person?"
"N-no, I mean, I thought that I should try at some point but I haven't yet," Izumi admitted.
"Can I?" Himiko begged.
"I-I guess."
"Yay," Himiko said, stradling Izumi and biting her neck, drinking the blood.
"Hmm," Izumi moaned, slapping her hand over her mouth.
"Enjoying yourself Izumi?" Nemuri asked.
"Ah!" Himiko said, releasing Izumi's neck and getting up.
"That oddly didn't hurt. It could be because of a number of reasons," Izumi said, mumbling off reasons.
"Hey, Izumi, didn't you say you were thirsty?" Setsuna said, getting up.
"Huh, oh yeah," Izumi said.
"Then here's a snack," Setsuna said, sitting on Izumi's lap and revealing her neck.
"Um, get off me please," Izumi said.
"Nope," Setsuna said, popping the P.
"Why?"
"Because, this is the easiest way for you to drink from my neck," Setsuna said.
"You won't stop will you?" Izumi asked, getting a shake of the head in response. "Fine, but don't blame me if it hurts or anything."
"Alright," Setsuna said, pulling her hair back.
Izumi looked at her neck before moving forward, placing her mouth on her neck, and biting down with her fangs. As soon as the blood hit her tongue she loved the flavor because unlike most blood it tasted almost popcorn butter. A few seconds later she released and licked the remaining blood off of her neck.
"Thanks," Izumi said.
"N-no problem," Setsuna said, panting.
"Alright, let's have some dinner," Nari said, looking through the dining room door.

So, yeah I'll admit that this chapter is a bit chaotic. I've always thought that Toga deserves a chance at a regular life. Then I thought, why not make her a UA student but I wanted her to have a redemption arc so this is what I came up with. Next chapter will have an amazing start and there will be Bakugou bashing and I will be introducing something.
