Drugs and Alcohol can do serious damage to your health, like how smoking can mess up your lungs, ruin your heart, stain your teeth, and shorten your life. And alcohol can seriously mess up your brain cells something fierce. Plus, when you vape, you could risk inhaling toxic metals like nickel and lead into your lungs.
