It was more than thirty hours into the Awake-a-thon.
"I'm going to the bathroom." said Eva, putting her mp3 player in her pocket. She didn't notice that it fell out of her pocket.
Heather tiptoed over and picked it up, then she sat back down beside Lindsay
"Isn't that Eva's mp3 player?" asked Lindsay.
"Yes." answered Heather.
"But won't she be, like, really mad when she realizes it's gone?" Lindsay continued.
"That's exactly what I'm counting on." explained Heather.
"Hey! Not cool!" shouted Izzy, pointing her finger at Heather's face. "I'm telling her!"
Eva came back from the bathroom.
"Hey, Eva!" shouted Izzy. "Your mp3 player fell out of your pocket and Heather took it!"
"She what?!" replied Eva. Then she marched over to Heather. "Hand it over before I turn you into a human pretzal!!!" she screamed.
Heather gave Eva her mp3 player back.
"Um, Izzy, that was awesome of you. But you're not even on my team. Why did you do it?" asked Eva.
"Because I want to win the honest way, doing well in challenges and stuff. Plus, I have a bad feeling about her." answered Izzy.
"Do you want to form an inter-team alliance with me?" asked Eva.
"Okay!" answered Izzy enthusiastically.
"What's this about an inter-team alliance?" asked Noah.
"Me and Eva just formed one." Izzy explained. "Wanna join?"
"Sure." answered Noah.
"Oh, and I'm also gonna change my name to Kaleidoscope!" Izzy said enthusiastically. "You guys can call me E-Scope for short!"
And thus, Team E-Scope was born.
