Emma had just finished her last class. She was meeting up with Taylor and Briana for dinner but was running late because class was a little bit longer today. As she sent a text asking them where they were when she got a text from Richie of himself snuggled on his couch and a bowl of popcorn. Captioned wish you were here making her smile. She typed back vigorously as she kept on walking when she bumped into someone "oh Hey Callen what's up" Emma says putting her phone in her pocket. Just as it goes off again with her stopping to check it then replying then puts the phone away "I tried to call you but you were gone so fast" he said.

"Oh sorry we were in there later then I intended and now I have to go meet Taylor and Briana. We were all gonna go out to eat" she replies when her phone goes off again with her checking her messages. Smiling then replying again shaking his head " where are you girls going I figured you and I can hang out. You know like old times I'm sure they are already eating I've missed hanging out with you.

Like we did" Callen says, trying to get her attention, "Sorry yeah they are, I'm just gonna go meet them there and umm I don't know. When you can come we are all going to Miggy's house this weekend if you can come" she says. Trying to stay calm "ehh I don't think she likes me too much your friend Spencer is cool.

Though I don't know what he sees in her, she is loud and has the mouth of a sailor" he says, making her stop. And looking at him "are you serious? She is one of the most well spoken people I know and she is the captain of the debate team. Why would you say you don't even know her and what you spent like an hour with her and you know her.

She is loyal and she is nice but you wouldn't know that because you didn't get to know her. I've spent the last couple of months getting to know her and she is not the person you think she is. I have to go" Emma says starting to walk away when he stopped her. "Wait Emma didn't mean it like that it's just that their not like you and me their loud. And stuff like that" he says , "Do you hear yourself you don't know even know how you sound right now.

Whatever I have go Callen I'll see you around you should get to know people first" she says walking away as he cursed to himself. As he watched her walk away "We that was stupid don't you think your trying to get Emma. Not insult people and make her side against you Callen. I like you much better than I like Richie. I mean he's nice but I think there is more to him that meets the eyes and I don't fully trust. And my other roommates think he's great but I don't" she says "Wait look I can make it up to her. Just get here I'll send her a text apologizing trust me she'll like what I have planned" Callen says. As she rolls her eyes and leaves he shook his head before walking back to his room.

"Sorry I'm late guys, my class went longer than we all thought. What did you order me" Emma says sitting down as they sat stuffing their faces, "aww you wanted to eat too Em I'm sorry " Briana says. Making Emma look at them" are you serious" she asked before they started laugh" off course we got you what you get all the time.

Even though Bri here wanted to get you the Parmesan truffle tots and the impossible burgers I said no, no our good friend Emma. Is a creature of habit she gets the bbq bacon burger all the time with French fries so that's what we got"Taylor says laughing. As Emma shook her head then laughed as well"you missed it Tay's brother stopped by and he is finneee I fineee hey Tay.

Is your brother into black girls because lort the things I would do" Briana says, "Wait what no Bri my brother is off limits" Taylors say. "Oh come on Tay just on the off chance he is I would not refuse I was a willing participant. In whatever the situation was I mean Emma he was tall dark black hair with grey eyes.

And just brolic and he smelled amazing" Bri says closing her eyes when Taylor popped her in the arm "No, No Off limits Bri you don't see me saying Hey Dr. Dougy can you take a look at this. For me hint, hint him being a gynecologist" her friend says making Briana laugh. "And knowing that fool he would oblige you, do you know the countless women.

Whoever comes into the clinic and tries to bed my brother or they come in I want. Requesting him to look at their lady business" she says as both Emma and Taylor laughed. Just as Emma's phone went off with Callen texting her she rolled her eyes then put the phone away. Making her friends look at her "What was that about" Taylor says before Briana could. Shaking her head "It's nothing" Emma said before changing her mind "I don't know Callen is my friend but he's just been really rude and judgemental lately is all" she says.

They both looked at her then at each other but neither spoke, making her look at them "What !" Emma says. "He likes you Emma more than a friend and you don't even look at him like that. Because you're focused on the big Texan who you like more than you let on" Briana said. "What no, we grew up together. He never liked me like that, no he even said we were like brother and sister" she responded. In disbelief shaking her head as they both shook their heads "Yes Emma Drake he likes you like you" Tay adds.

"How do you feel about that" Bri says when Emma's phone goes off again this time it was Richie it made her smile. Both girls looked at each other "Hello earth to Emma" she said waving her hands in front of her. When she looked up "yeah i'm here and I don't know how I feel about that because it's not true" Emma answered. Still looking down at her phone texting "Bitch maybe you don't want to see it but it's true and the faster you deal with it.

You can stop the impending fight from happening" Bri says getting Emma's attention. "What impending fight are you talking about?" she asked, "Hmm chile you got it bad and you can't even see it that quickly. Big Texas and your little scrawny friend Callen is what that dude is in love with you Emma Drake. Open your eyes because it's gonna come to that and my money is on Big Texas" Briana said. As Taylor shook her head "What Briana means is Emma you can't see that Callen likes you because your eyes are on Richie not Callen" she says. Making Emma stop" what are we talking about" Whitley says sitting down, "Oh nothing so where you been with Auggy" Briana asked.

Across Town

Miguelina had just finished her last class and was ready to go home when her phone rang. She smiled "Dime mi amor" she answered making Spencer smile "What are you doing right now" he asked. "Umm just got out of class and walked to my car and i had to park it in the lot because there was no parking closer.

So what's up are you still gonna meet me hold on" Miggy said looking over her shoulder. "Miggy what's wrong?" he asked, losing his smile, shaking her head "Nothing it's just weird I get this feeling like somebody is following me" she answers. "Go back to the building and I'll meet you" he said, getting up to grab his jacket.

"Mi amor it's not neca….. Was all she got out when the line went dead she turned around swing. Hitting whoever grabbed her with one hit after another as they tried to choke her. But she kicked them hard with them dropping her. That's when she kept kicking them continuously.

But he tripped her making the back of her head hit the pavement "stupid little bitch" he said. As she rolled over on her side trying to breath while he stumbled to his feet before he pulled her by her feet. Before he kicked her repeatedly "I wasn't gonna hurt you but now I am and you have yourself to blame you little bitch" he says. Dragging her across the grass into an adjacent building alley when she jerked back kicking him in his ankle making him scream before jumping at her.

Covering her mouth as he tried to wrap his hand around her neck to stop her from moving. "You think you're tough huh too bad your mommy and daddy didn't teach you the real world princess" he says. When she punched him in the face with her brass knuckle covered fist over and over again. Knocking him back and getting up threw her hat on the ground "No maldito estupido my mother and father taught me how to hurt people" Miggy said.

Meanwhile across town "RICH, RICHIEE OPEN UP Man" Spencer says in a panic as Richie snatched the door open. "What's up brother what's wrong" he asked, "MIGGY SHE'S IN TROUBLE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH HER AND SHE SAID SHE FELT LIKE SOMEBODY WAS FOLLOWING HER. I told her to wait and she was about to protest and the line went dead" he said.

With Richie grabbing his jacket and his knife and they left by the time they got to school they saw the coroner's van and an ambulance. Leaving them both looking around "MIGGY" they both shouted when Spencer turns and sees her. Tapping Richie before he ran pushing people out of his way then pulling her into his arms. "I'm okay" she whispered before pulling back as she hugged Richie as well who looked her over.

"Hey did you get seen? Hey can you guys take a look at her" Spencer says, "Yea Miggy are you good. I don't wanna have to explain to Tio that you got hurt on my watch" Richie says. "Will the two of you stop it? I'm fine and have a minor concussion they stitched me up but I'm good primo it's fine" Miguelina says. All the while their peers watched on just then Emma, Briana, Taylor and Whitley.

Came after hearing what happened "Can we take her home now" Spencer says as Emma tapped Richie who hugged her. "Yes Ms. Santos you are free to go" the officer says , "What someone is dead" someone from the crowd said. "What happened" Emma asked, "I don't know yet but thank you for coming" he says. "Yeah well she was defending herself asshole" Spencer says as they lead Miggy away. When Emma looked at her phone someone sent her a picture of Richie and Miggy hugging as she looked around. Before going with them "I'll call you guys later" she says all the while Whitley looked at Callen.

Miguelina's apartment

Spencer drove Miguelina's car from school to the house as Richie drove his motorcycle back to the building. Then following Miguelina and Spencer in "Come I'll draw you a nice bubble bath" Spencer says. When she grabbed him by the hands "Spencer stop what you could do is just hold me while I tell this crazy person what happened" she says.

Caressing her face as she shook his head "No Miguelina I'm gonna take care of you" he says. As he kissed her on the cheek and walked toward her bathroom "Miggy give him a few now tell me what happened" Richie says. "Okay, remember the other day when we were coming back from the training session. And that blue car was behind me and then he commented on the bike that it was him" she says. "It was him, Miggy, that would mean he's been following you for some time, you nor I, that got damn predictable" he said.

Rubbing her head "I know RJ what do you want me to say so I was getting out of my class this evening Spencer was gonna meet me at. Oleana's I'm already dressed in my shoes where in the car so he calls and as we are talking. I noticed the car out of the corner of my eye and I told him what I think he said to wait.

And just as I'm getting ready to tell him it's not necessary the guy jumps me from behind so I swing. Then kept swinging he tried to choke me but I kicked and he dropped me so i kicked him right here a lot. So he grabs my foot and I fell hitting the back of my head on the ground but I hand that big ass hat that Rey Rey gave me. That's when he started cursing me out dique calling me a bitch so I rolled over on my side going in my purse.

For my brass knuckle and that's when he grabbed me by the feet again then he kicked me multiple times talking about. I wasn't gonna hurt you but now he was and you have yourself to blame. Then he drags me behind the building and that when I knew shit was gonna get real and it was him or me. Pero tu lo sabe entonces I jerked back kicking him in the ankle when he jumped on top of me covering my mouth. Telling me how I thought I was tough and my parents didn't teach me about the real world.

I got all my strength up and I attacked, knocking him back before I got up and fucked him up. I went to walk away and call the cops. He attacked me again and this time he had his arm around my neck so I stabbed him. And I made it count because he was gonna choke me out and then rape me no" she relays. All the while Richie sat his face red "Miggy I'm sorry I should have been paying attention I'm sorry" he said hugging her.

"Rich i'm okay I promise I'm here he's not and called Tio and he's gonna look into this guy. It's not your fault Rich because I didn't see it either" Miggy says rubbing his back. That's when Emma got another message and another picture of them together making her look at her phone weird.

"Emma you okay mommy" Miguelina asked, "yeah I'm fine i've just been getting these text messages. Is all, don't worry about it" she says brushing it off. "Let me see Emma" RJ says as she passed him her phone "What the fuck yeah someone is following you more so Us" he says showing her. Just as Spencer walked in "What's going on" he asked as Richie showed him the picture. That's when his face changed "Someone is following you two why" Spencer questioned.

"Your guess is as good as mine brother" RJ replies, "Well KK is looking into who the guy is so i'm sure will have answers soon" Miguelina says. Watching the look that transpired between Richie and Spencer "Come on let's get you in that bath" he says. Richie nods his head "Later Miggs I love you girl"he says as he and Emma leave just as the door closes. He turned and punched the wall several times catching Emma off guard "I swear to you right now Emma whoever is sending you this shit is gonna get hurt especially if they went after Miggy" he said.

Meanwhile he watched her take off her clothes. That's when he noticed the bruises on her side infuriating him even more. He was gonna find out why they attacked her and it was not gonna be pretty either. "Spencer, look at me i'm okay and he hit like a bitch" Miguelina says caressing his face. As she stood there in her bra and panties he pulled her into his arms"I'm gonna be there from now on I promise nobody is ever gonna lay a hand on you again" he said.

Then helping her in the bath when she took off the rest of her clothes then looking up at him. Who was fully dressed "You gonna stand there or get in" she says, "Ummm I….I….I…. hmmm that would be bad manners. You were attacked tonight and I just want to take care of you. Come, I'll wash your hair" he says, taking his shirt off. But leaving on his shirt then grabbing her shampoo and washing her hair then leaving when she showered.

Not soon after she got out to find him on the sofa flicking through channels "Spencer come lay down with me I'm tired" she says then taking his hand and leading him to her bedroom. When she took off her robe where she had on booty shorts and a spaghetti strap shirt before climbing in the bed. He stripped out of his clothes and climbed in next to her and held her until she fell asleep. But sleep eluded him he would get down to the bottom of it even if it led back to his mother.
