1 PIECE another time travel

"Oi oi Luffy are you really doing this again?" Zoro asked grinning as he and Sanji arrived on scene with Nami and Usopp already back on the boat watching through their Haki and some spy glasses.

"Seriously Captain, why are you letting such weak pirates think they're going to win? Your wives are going to be annoyed if they ever find out about this." Sanji said looking amused as well as he lit a cigarette and everyone but Luffy was thrown by how they were acting.

Luffy just laughed as Buggy bragged to Zoro about killing Luffy.

"I've literally fought with and injured Mihawk and lived to tell about it. Do you really thing that I can't take down that stand? Much less think that my captain can't get himself free if he wants to?" Zoro dryly asked but it sounded like Buggy didn't hear him as he held the sword up. Sanji got the camera ready because he recalled the looks on the others faces last time and it was hilarious now that he knew his captain wouldn't die.

"Zoro! Sanji! Nami! Usopp!" The unspoken names rung loud and clear for the crew as they all stared at their captain.

"Sorry but I'm dead." Luffy grinned brightly at them as the sword began to come down…only for the stand to be struck by lightning and if one listened closely they would swear that Nami was yelling 'I didn't do it!' from the ship.

"Shishishishi! I'm alive! That's nice!" Luffy said grinning as he stood up from the collapsed execution stand completely unbothered by both the lightning and the fall.

"Time to go then?" Zoro asked making Luffy laugh as he walked over to his crewmates.

"Yep! Let's get to the Merry and set sail for the Grandline!" Luffy said making Zoro and Sanji both smirk slightly.

"Don't let anything stop you both from getting back to the Merry." Luffy said his voice more serious and earning small nods from his swordsman and cook.

"Aye Captain." They replied in unison as the three began to take off towards the ship.

"You're not going anywhere Zoro!" Tashigi yelled as she rushed at Zoro who stepped away from his captain and batted aside her attacks with ease.

"Try to get stronger, put a purpose to your blade rather than just swing it around as an empty shell." Zoro said not even bothering to look at her as he took off back after his captain.

"You two go on ahead!" Luffy called to them when Smoker caught up to him on an empty street. The two nodded and dashed past their captain who stopped to look at Smoker with a small grin on his face.

"Sorry Smokey but you aren't stopping us from getting to the Grandline." Luffy said and Smoker grinned back around his cigars as he approached Luffy. Luffy tilted his head as he observed Smoker a little better now that he was closer. He looked different…different in the fact that he looked exactly as he had the last time Luffy saw him.

"Stop the Pirate King from going back to the Grandline? I'd be a fool to think that I could stop you with us accidentally leveling the island in the process…Captain." Smoker said grinning wider and Luffy's eyes widened.

"Smokey's back!" Luffy laughed as he lunged forward the last few inches and hugged Smoker tightly.

"Yeah I came back too Captain. Sure surprised the hell out of me when one minute I'm following you lot on a Navy ship to sabotage the rest of the corrupt Marines as an Admiral and the next I'm back to being a Captain in Lougetown." Smoker said smiling fondly down at the young man who was wrapped around him, patting his head a bit.

"From what I gathered your other two inside sources are back, although it doesn't look like Coby came back with us." Smoker said as he turned to smoke to get out of Luffy's grasp and then reformed a scant few centimeters away.

"Ah Coby might be my friend and had helped us whenever he could and it was Justice but he never did join us like you three did after everything." Luffy said making Smoker nod his head slightly.

"So just those that were yours were sent back, whether we were on the island with you lot or not. Makes sense." Smoker said and then he smirked slightly at Luffy and pulled down his collar just a bit to show a tattoo on his collar bone. A tattoo of a monkey wearing a straw hat with a red band around it.

"You got your tattoo back! Did it come back with your future body or did you just get it reapplied?" Luffy asked beaming at the sight of the tattoo that Smoker had once told him signified his loyalty to Luffy above all. Of course the fact that he had seen how the Marines were falling and corrupt and had seen how the Straw Hats usually dealt out a good type of Justice without having to worry about little things like paperwork and bureaucracy in the way…yeah he was definitely a Straw Hat even if he covered himself in the guise of a Marine.

"Came back with my future body, which means the others will too. Even if it hadn't I had planned on getting it done again. I'm a Straw Hat after all." Smoker said and they both knew that it was safe for him to say it since the only one they could sense anywhere within hearing distance was Dragon who was just watching them curiously.

"I'll make sure I get a chance to say 'Hi' to the other two whenever we meet up with them. I gotta go now though and I'll let the others know that you're back." Luffy said glancing past Smoker towards his ship and making Smoker nod and step aside.

"Go on Captain. I'm sure your wives are waiting for you." Smoker said and Luffy grinned and gave Smoker a high five as he moved past the technically rouge Marine.

"See you around Smokey. Bye dad! Next time try saying something instead of just staring like a creepy pervert!"

Smoker near choked on his cigars laughing as he caught a glimpse at Dragons face at hearing Luffy say that before the rubber boy literally rocketed himself to his ship.

Ah he loved his King.
