1 PIECE another time travel

"So anyone mind telling me why we're suddenly back here?" That was the first thing Vivi asked as soon as she woke up again and made it out onto the deck.

"You remember now!" Luffy almost immediately tackled her in a hug and Vivi smiled as she patted him on the back, having expected that and catching him easily.

"Aye." Vivi said smiling at him while the rest of the crew clamored to hug their returned sister aside from Robin and Brook who hadn't been quite as close to her as the others were. They didn't have to run and hug her though. She went to them and hugged them.

"Feel ready to take out the Sand Croc now?" Robin asked smiling at the girl who grinned as her hand briefly turned black with Armament Haki, something Viola had happily taught her about when they had met at the Levely.

"Oh very. However we have a little while before we get there. We still need to save Dorry and Broggy, and pick up Chopper from Drum." Vivi said making the others that had been there remember about the mosquito bite that had nearly killed Nami.

"Let's try not to have anyone getting sick this time." Luffy said and the others immediately nodded, the only one who didn't have to worry was Brook since he was all bones.

With Jimbe and the Queens.

"Now that I'm thinking about it Yamato…" Reiju spoke up as they were talking to Whitebeard and a few division commanders, telling them stories of their travels and adventures with the Straw Hats in the future.

"Hm?" Yamato asked from where she was cuddled up with Galette who was being extra clingy today, not that either of her spouses minded.

"If I remember right, Kaido's had those explosive cuffs on you ever since you were eight years old. How did you manage to get off of the island this time since Luffy wasn't there to help you get out of them?" Reiju asked and all of the Whitebeards paused for a moment as they processed that. Kaido had put explosives on his child, actually cuffed the 'Mini-dragon' as Yamato was being called by the Whitebeard crew, to keep Yamato from leaving the island? Whitebeard and Marco both looked less than pleased with that, as did Izo.

"Ah when I faked my death, they were removed to prepare me for burial. No reason for a corpse to have on the cuffs." Yamato said easily and Galette cuddled closer and wrapped her arms more firmly around Yamato at this. Kaido's reaction to the mini-dragon's 'death' showed that he truly did care for Yamato…so then why did he cuff his child with explosives?

"That makes sense." Reiju said nodding in understanding but not looking too pleased either as she remembered that her dragon had been cuffed for years.

"So there Luffy and I were listening and watching Kaido's broadcast to the island about the new area he was setting up, I don't even remember what he had called it anymore after everything else, and he spoke about how it's new Shogun would be Kaido's son Yamato…aka me." Yamato continued the story of when she had first met and talked to Luffy, adding in what happened next because her husband had thought it hilarious after everything was said and done.

"Naturally since he was talking about executing Momo-san as well….neither Luffy nor I were quiet about our thoughts on it. We burst from the attic and he was yelling at Kaido and I remember that my exact words were 'Like hell you old bastard!' and I had yelled that…where he could hear." Yamato said and quite a few of the commanders whistled lowly, impressed by the guts that took.

"Gurararara! I like you brat! You've got more balls than most men!" Whitebeard said laughing at Yamato's story while Galette huffed out a laugh as she curled into her wife. Jimbe himself was chuckling at that, he hadn't heard that the first time around. He had been too busy making sure neither his nor Robin's disguises were busted.

"Pops we got a fast ship coming towards us, only a small crew and no flag." Jozu reported from where he had been at the back of the ship keeping watch.

"New pirates?" Izo asked earning a wince from Jozu.

"One of them certainly isn't new but it's not the ship you'd expect her to use." Jozu said making everyone look confused.

"Well it's not an ally or you'd have already said-yoi." Marco said looking at his brother who winced a bit and glanced at Galette.

"Well I have a clue I know what she's after but I'm not sure if she'll attack us to get to her or not…or what she would want to do with her if she does find her." Jozu said looking a bit nervous and that was when some other called that the small ship had pulled up alongside them.

"Whitebeard! I'm not here on behalf of mama! I want to talk to you about your traitor!" A womans voice called and Galette's head immediately shot up and around. She knew that voice. She knew it like the back of her hand.

"That filth huh? You have permission to board." Whitebeard called after looking at Galette who was wide eyed but nodded her head slowly.

Amande Charlotte jumped up onto the ship with ease after instructing her crew to keep pace with the Moby Dick but not attack unless they were provoked.

Yamato's arms loosened around Galette but she didn't fully release her, not sure of how Amande would react to seeing her supposedly dead sister. Reiju stood beside her two lovers as she prepared to defend them just in case. Jimbe even made sure he was standing right behind them, just in case of an attack from behind.

"Thank yo-" Amande froze in thanking Whitebeard politely when she saw who else was on the deck. Not the division commanders or the Warlord or the princess of Germa, no she didn't care about them.

Her eyes met Galette's and her ever present cigarette fell from her mouth.

"G…Galette?" Amande whispered and her voice gave everyone pause. She was so quiet but her voice was so hopeful.

"Ama-nee-" Galette was cut off by Amande moving faster than most could keep up with and snatching Galette from Yamato's arms, and the only reason Yamato had let her was because Galette had tapped her arm to be released.

"Don't you ever do that to me again Galette! Don't you ever scare me like that…I…." Amande was hugging Galette for all she was worth, sinking to her knees to be closer to eye level with the red haired Charlotte…and to everyone's shock the woman who was known as the almost emotionless Demon Lady was crying openly.

"You're not allowed to do that ever again. I….A mother should never outlive her child Galette, the pain is too much. I…I…please don't you ever do anything like that again." Amande said and she was near sobbing as she held her daughter close, Galettes arms coming up to wrap around Amande and the snake neck could feel Galette burying her head into her shoulder.

"I'm sorry." Galette whispered.

"You are so grounded baby girl. So very grounded." Amande choked out but she didn't release the smaller woman.

"I know."

"You are not leaving my sight ever again."

"I know."

"You'll be lucky if I release you anytime soon."

"I know."

"I've missed you so much Galette."

"I've missed you too."

"We need to talk."

"I know."

"It can wait a little while."

"Damn right."

"Watch your mouth young lady."

"Yes mom."

Amande near choked on another sob that was half laugh at that.

Her daughter was here. She was actually alive. Her daughter was alive and in her arms and so much like Amande herself when she was younger…no … she was better than Amande had been when she was younger.

"I love you so much Galette, more than you know…please don't ever do that to me again."

"I'm sorry and I'll try not to."

"Oh my god you're going to give me a heart attack one day."

"Not on purpose!"

"Just…don't make me a grandmother before my time." Reiju and Yamato both had to stifle their snickers now and Jimbe just smiled as he looked amused.

"No promises." Reiju and Yamato were definitely snickering behind each others hands.

"Damnit Galette."
