Chapter One: Tune Land

"It's been a long time since I been to a club. Thanks for inviting me Lola." Alexis says as she is at a club with Lola one night.

"No problem. Why don't you grab us a place to sit? I'll go get us something to drink and eat." Lola says.

"Sounds good." Alexis says as she sits down at a table.

"Well hello." A voice says revealing to be a skunk.

"Um hello." Alexis says.

"My you are a vision of endless beauty." The skunk says happily.

"Um... Thank you?" Alexis asks nervously.

"What would your name be beautiful flower?" The skunk asks curiously.

"Alexis." Alexis says.

"I am Pepe but I should hope that I can soon be called your boyfriend." The skunk says as he gets close to Alexis.

"Okay I see where this is going and it's not gonna happen." Alexis says nervously.

"Why not? A beautiful flower such as yourself shouldn't be alone." Pepe says as Alexis moved away from him.

"Who says I am alone?" Alexis asks a she scoffs.

"Are you with someone?" Pepe asks.

"No." Alexis says bluntly.

"Well then who says you're off limits?" Pepe asks.

"Me. I say I'm off limits." Alexis says angrily.

"Why fight it? There is something between us." Pepe says.

"There may be something there but love isn't it. Leave me alone." Alexis says sternly.

"Fine. If you wish. I need to go anyway. Until we meet again beautiful flower." Pepe says as he leaves.

"Hopefully that isn't soon. Huh?" Alexis asks as she noticed a flyer in the floor and picks it up.

"Hey what do you have there Alexis?" Lola asks as she comes over and looks at the flyer.

"Not sure." Alexis says unsurely.

"Looks like it's a basketball try out flyer." Lola says as she reads the flyer.

"Yeah with everyone's freedom apparently being wagered." Alexis says as she and Lola look at each other.

Life story: Alexis was born in the mountains with her mother and her father. She is the only one of her litter. Her parents and pack both were killed when she was 3 by another wolf and his pack. Thanks to her mother she survived the slaughter and was raised by her adoptive family.
