Ch 6

In the United Nations complex in Vienna, King T'Chaka of Wakanda was making his speech as his son T'Challa and Tony Stark watched along with other people. "I'm grateful to the Avengers for supporting this initiative. Those men and women killed in Nigeria were part of a goodwill mission. We will not let misfortune drive us back. Wakanda is proud to extend it's hand in peace-" "Everybody get down!" T'Challa said suddenly. The massive explosion sent people flying. The glass wall shattered, throwing a curtain of shards. T'Challa could only sob as he cradled his father's body in his arms.

Then the next day, a new report said that Winter Soldier, a Hydra assassin, did the bombing. Back in the Avengers Tower, Steve frowned as he read the news. Bucky had been his friend way back in WW2. Why would he suddenly work for Hydra if he survived? It made no sense. In his own room, Tony Stark was browsing through the SHIELD files to find out more about Winter Soldier when he learned that Winter Soldier had killed his parents in December 16, 1991. Whether Bucky actually did the bombing no longer mattered to Stark. He was going to bring Bucky down. Dead or alive. Nick Fury had sent Cap's Team a lead on where Bucky was and Captain America, Falcon, Hulk, Scarlet Witch, and Ant-Man, who Falcon recruited, all went to the Hydra facility but were blocked by Iron Man, War Machine, Thor, Quicksilver, Vision, and Spider-Man.

"Hear me out, Tony. Hydra's behind all of this. It wasn't him." Cap said.

Then Black Panther jumped next to Team Iron Man. "Captain." Black Panther said. "Your Highness." Cap replied. "Okay, look, Ross gave me 36 hours to bring you in, that was 24 before. Can you help me out?" Iron Man said. "You're after the wrong man." Cap said. "Your judgement is askew." Iron Man replied. "There are dead people who would be alive today. Feel free to check my math." And dead people are gonna keep piling up unless we stop Hydra doing whatever they're doing." Cap said. "Yeah, someone needs to be stopped. Which is you." Spider-Man said. "Underoos!"

A stretchy arm grabbed Cap's shield and someone landed next to Iron Man's Team. It was Spider-Man's recruit, Ms Marvel.

"Hey guys." she said. "Nice landing." Spider-Man said and they both fist-bumped. Then Ms Marvel saw a tiny dot on Cap's shield.

"Hey, somethings-unhh!" She got hit and Ant-Man returned the shield to Cap. "Believe this is yours, Cap." Ant-Man said.

"Alrighty, I'm gonna take Cap. Rhodes, you wanna go for Falc?" Iron Man asked. "I'm down." War Machine agreed. "Hey Spidey, what should I do?" Ms Marvel asked. "What we talked about. Keep your distance. Use those stretchy fists of yours." Spider-Man replied. Team Cap and Team Iron Man rushed at each other before the fight began. Iron Man was fighting Cap with his Mark 92 (obviously), blasting repulsor rays at him. Cap blocked them with his shield and threw it at Iron Man. Iron Man caught it and threw it back, knocking down Cap, before blasting him with large arm-mounted repulsor cannons. War Machine and Falcon were flying through the air, trading shots with each other. Thor was whacking Hulk with his hammer and zapping him with lightning. Scarlet Witch used her telekinesis to lift Iron-Man and crash him into Quicksilver. Ant-Man tried to take a swing at Spider-Man but he flipped over and webbed him to a wall. Black Panther leapt into the middle of Cap's team and unleashed a kinetic energy blast, helping Thor knock down Hulk. Meanwhile, Cap was fighting Iron Man when Spider-Man in his Bosco Suit swung in and webbed Cap's head before bringing him down.

"I think you hurt Iron Man's feelings." Spider-Man said.

"Kid, there's a lot going on that you don't understand." Cap replied.

"Stark said you'd say that, wow." Spider-Man webbed Cap's legs, dragged him, and kicked him to a wall.

"He also said to go for your legs." Spider-Man added. He webbed Cap's arms and tried to yank him back but Cap pulled on the webbing and Spider-Man flew over. This is way too real. Ms Marvel was standing nearby, recording the entire thing on her phone when a missile from Falcon almost took out her head. She ducked, turned around and punched Falcon away with her extendable fist.

"Stark tell you anything else?" Cap asked.

"You're wrong, you think you're right. That makes you dangerous." Spider-Man said. He tried to swing-kick Cap but Cap threw his shield at a plane bridge, dropping it on Spider-Man who held it up in time with his superstrength.

"That's it!" Iron Man said, blasting Cap away with a salvo of missiles from his shoulder-mounted missile launchers. Cap shield-bashed Iron Man in the helmet, giving himself some breathing room.

"We need a diversion. One of us has to get into the Hydra base." Falcon said.

"I was just thinking that." Cap said.

"We'll give you coverfire, you run." Falcon said.

"Or I can do this!" said Ant-Man and he turned into Giant Ant-Man. "Holy shit!" said Ms Marvel.

"What the…" Spider-Man didn't even finish his sentence, he was so awestruck.

"Okay, tiny dude is big now, he's big now." War Machine said.

"Go!" Cap said. He and Falcon went into the Hydra facility as Team Iron Man had to deal with Giant Ant-Man. "Okay, anyone on our side hiding any shocking abilities, I'm open to suggestions." Iron Man said.

"I got one." Ms Marvel said. She turned into a giant version of herself before hitting Ant-Man in the helmet with her High Five hand, knocking him down.

"That was awesome!" Spider-Man said. Team Iron Man might actually have a shot at winning this. Iron Man saw the way was clear and flew himself into the Hydra facility. Cap and Falcon were there with possibly Winter Soldier. Didn't matter. He was taking them down. With his bare fists if he had to.
