2 Days later, The Forest of Death

Team 7 had all arrived at the same time as each other, buzzing wit both anticipation and excitement, Naruto, of course, was the first to break the silence.

"Yo guys! You ready to set a new record for best time? 200 ryo says none of these clowns get within 2 hours of us."

*Sigh* "Naruto that's a pointless bet, we all know nobody here can catch us." Sakura whimsically sighed.

Sasuke scanned the other genin teams, checking to see if their plan was working. Surely it was, he could see the hackles of most of the teams around them raising. Time to raise it further.

"Naruto, Sakura, do not compare us to these less than worthy genin scum to us again, to even put our name in the same conversation irks me."

Hook, line and sinker. Mild wafts of killing intent and irritation were coming from all the teams around them, mission successful. An angry shinobi was a dead one.

One brave Kiri genin decided to try it with Naruto. It went about as expected.

The Kiri shinobi approached Naruto from behind and grabbed his shoulder.

"Who do you think you're talking about so casua… ACK!"

One moment he was staring at the back of a Konoha genin, the next his neck was being crushed and he was staring into ebony eyes that had a kunai to his temple.

"What is some low-level shinobi from a borderline minor village like the mist trying to do to my teammate? Explain yourself scum, or the kunai enters what little you have left of your brain."

This caused his teammates to react, and they came forward to try and help their ally.

"You really don't wanna do this" Muttered Sakura.

"Do what? This?!"

The Kiri genin rushed team 7.

Well, at least they tried to. As soon as they came close all of a sudden there were 10 more Naruto's surrounding them.

"Come any closer and you not only have a dead teammate, but both of you go home with broken knees."

"You wouldn't dare."

Sakura and Naruto laughed and pointed to their teammate. "Look at this guy, he's as deranged as they come. You really think he won't?"

The Kiri genin looked over at Sasuke, who was staring back at them with a smile from ear to ear 'creepy'.

"Uhhh, can you please let our teammate go now? We're sorry."

"Not until he apologises."

"Grrkkk kegh urrrk"

"Hmm, seems like he has a frog in his throat, anyway, time to die."

*Suddenly, a poof of smoke!*

Enter stage Anko.

"Alright Gaki's are you all ready to die!" Anko looked over at the commotion and saw the three most troublesome genin to come out of Konoha in the last 10 years. Her favourite little blonde was strangling some Kiri trash.

"Goddamnit Naruto can you for just one minute maybe not do this shit?!"

"Oh, hey Anko good to see ya!" Note, Naruto had yet to remove his arm from this kid's neck.

"Yeah it's fantastic to see you too kid, you mind letting go of the Kiri kid? If you kill him it's a looooot of extra paperwork for me." Anko gave him the smile. That smile. The one that terrified the ever-loving fuck out of him.

Naruto immediately started sweating and turned slightly pale. "Ah, yeah, oops. Sorry Anko. He-he-he." Naruto let the kid go and Sasuke removed the Kunai.

"Good boy."

The genin from Kiri collapsed into the ground and coughed multiple times. He slowly got to his feet and looked around him in absolute fear. "What the fuck is wrong with you guys? This is just the chuunin exams!"

Sakura answered him. "You fucked around and found out guy, what do you mean?"

The Kiri genin was about to retort but Naruto simply said, "She's the scariest one of us ya know." Sakura turned her head to him slowly. "Huh? You got something to say?"

"Urk. Uhhh, I gotta go."

The Kiri genin scampered away to his teammates and they left the area as fast as they could.

"Well, that was interesting. Anyway brats, I have arrived! So, it's time to tell you about the objective of the second test. Welcome to my home away from home! Commonly referred to as the Forest of Death. You have five days to get to the tower in the centre of the forest. Each team will get a scroll labelled either Heaven or Earth. Each team has to get a copy of one of each scroll and arrive at the tower in the allotted time. Alright talk over, all of you must sign this release form so your village can't sue us when you die."

Anko handed out the forms to all the genin teams participating and handed them each a scroll. When they had all signed the forms Anko led them all to their individual gates. "Alright fuckers on the sound of the buzzer you all get into the forest, if any of you don't, you're immediately disqualified. Oh, and try not to die!"

The buzzer sounded and all of the genin teams rushed into the forest and made their way to the centre of the tower as quick as possible.

The second round of the Chuunin exams had officially begun!

Back with Team 7

Team 7 burst into the forest with intent. Nothing was said between the three of them as they bounded from tree to tree on the lookout for their first batch of victims. Sasuke scanned the treeline with his sharingan looking for any unusual movement. Both Naruto and Sakura tried their best to find anything but knew they wouldn't compare to the sharingan.

Team 7 continued making their way through the forest, until all three of them stopped on the same branch at once. Someone tried it, again. Except this time with a genjutsu. Like c'mon, trying a genjutsu against an Uchiha? They were begging for hands.

Now to find said team who were stupid enough to try and lay a trap with a genjutsu against Konoha's premier combat team. 'Ah there they are, now the headband is.. Kiri, really, these clowns again? Apparently once wasn't enough, to think a genjutsu would be enough.'

Sasuke pointed at where the Kiri team was hiding and nodded to Naruto.

"Shadow Clone no jutsu"

Multiple copies of Naruto appeared and swarmed the genin team from Kiri. Quite simply Naruto beat the dog piss out of them and took their scroll.

"Now, apparently you scum didn't learn the first time. Unfortunately for you guys we don't do second chances. Time to die" Sasuke said to the team of bruised and battered genin.

"Fire style : Fireball no jutsu"

Team 7 stared dispassionately at the three burning genin and checked out the scroll. It was a Heaven scroll, just what they needed to get to the tower.

"Alright, let's get out of here as soon as possible, I'm sick of this damned forest, and no one here is good enough to enjoy fighting." Sakura commanded Team 7 as had been specified by Kakashi.

1 Hour later. Forest of Death tower

Team 7 had finally entered the tower of power that was at the centre of the forest. They opened the doors to the tower and entered a waiting area that had a sign above another doorway. Team 7 looked at each other and simultaneously said, "Let's open the scrolls.".

They rolled both out and opened them across each other. A poof of smoke and all of a sudden Iruka was there.

"HUH?! How did you get here so fast!"

"Yo Iruka sensei! How are ya?"

"Naruto, how did you three get here so quick? This breaks all records in any Chuunin exam."

"Well sensei the secret is, we found a team, beat em up, and ran here!"

"….." "You understand this is still ridiculous right?"

"You lost a bet with Kakashi didn't you?"

Iruka went very red at this claim. Kakashi had bet with him that his team would break the record for fastest clearance time. It had seemed like a fool's gamble at the time so Iruka put money on the line thinking the next lunch was on Kakashi. Here he was an hour later talking to his genin. Who had just smashed the previous record by quite a bit.

"…Fuck. Alright well I guess congratulations are in order. Good job Team 7, you're the first genin to reach the tower and the fastest team to ever complete the chuunin exams second stage. Congratulations are in order."

"Thanks Iruka sensei! What do we do now?" Naruto exclaimed excitedly.

"Well now you can relax for he next 4 days until the second part of the exams finish."

Team 7 looked at each other and Iruka led them to their quarters to relax in.
