Author's Note: Hellooooo! How are you guys doing, I'm actually quite surprised with how well received the First Chapter was! I mean, as of writing this right here, Justice currently has 30 Follows and 15 Favorites! I honestly didn't expect to get so many so quickly! I also can't tell you all how happy that makes me feel that this story is loved by so many people so soon! However, that leaves me with a bit of something I would like to ask of you guys. I would, honest to god, like for you guys to leave reviews for this story, because I honestly want to know what your opinion is on this story! I only ask that, if you have any criticism, keep it constructive, and be sure to say that it is constructive criticism before you give me your constructive criticism, as I'm not good at telling who is giving me constructive criticism or destructive criticism. So if you guys can give me reviews, telling me what you like about the first chapter, this chapter, and every chapter going forward, and what you think needs to be improved, if only slightly, it will motivate me to create more and more chapters down the line!
So one thing before we begin this chapter, while I wasn't planning on it in the beginning, after watching a recent fight in Fairy Tail, I had decided to give Izuku One For All on top of Justice. I know many of you are going to reprimand me for giving Izuku One For All as it will eventually kill him, as it did it's previous hosts, that won't be happening in this story. This is my AU and I am the God of this world, no blasphemy intended. Anyway I've a reason for this, and I hope you guys like how I managed to integrate One For All with Justice. But so you guys all know, I will be focusing primarily on Izuku using Justice with One For All coming into play when he's really going to get serious. If you guys pay attention, you'll notice a detail that indicates One For All coming into play.
(*Update 9/17/2021* Real Quick, I want to thank AnimeFan13579 for recommending Kurumi Tokisaki and Date-A-Live, as, thanks to what research I've done on Kurumi, I've actually come up with Izuku's Fighting Style, mixing Kurimi's, Bayonetta's, and Dante's versions of Gun Kata Styles and mixing them with Deja Fu, or basically Chronokinetic Combat/Martial Arts [Look up on the Superpower Wiki], and the Gun Kata from the movie "Equilibrium" to create a form of combat unique to Izuku. To give a brief explanation, it will mix Equilibrium's Gun Kata, with Bayonetta and Dante's Martial Arts techniques, and Kurumi's Time Enhanced Bullets, and combining it with Izuku's Quirk to create a fighting style unique to Izuku. Hope you guys like it!)

Chapter 2:

The Time Stream, the interdimensional Realm that is the origin of Time, and in turn, the Chronon Particles. Here, you can find only two locations, the Sands of Time and the Currents of Time. The Currents of Time are a vast ocean in which all Fictional Characters who had experienced, utilized, or been affected by a form of Time Manipulation go to when their time in the mortal realm is over, via their series ending, being cancelled, or being forgotten. However, whatever problems they had in their series, the Currents, though allowing them to remember, fixes their personalities so they are more amiable to anyone who wishes to speak with them. The Sands of Time are where those who have Time Streamer Quirks, or quirks that have been affected by Time Streamers in some way, go when they die. However, death is not the only means in which one can access this interdimensional power source. Those with the ability to Time Travel can create portals to the Time Stream physically, or they can enter it whilst they sleep, allowing them to converse with their favorite people and characters from the past.
It is here in the Sands of Time that we hear the sound of gunfire as a manic woman laughs as she fires her Flintlock Pistol and Musket as a boy with green hair moves at blinding speeds, rapidly firing bolts of green energy from a pair of, what appear to be, highly upgraded Mateba Sei Unica: Dynamic Sportivas. "MUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDA!" Izuku shouts as he fires a barrage of bullets, with the rest of Izuku's teachers standing off the side, making bets to who would win as Kurumi laughs and matches his rate of fire, each other's bullets impacting each other. However, as Kurumi predicted, Izuku's Time Shadow appears behind her, preparing to kick her in the face, "MUDAAAA!" She dodges the incoming attack, shooting the Time Shadow in the face, and then precisely fires a bullet at Izuku's chest, stopping him in time.
"Hah!" Dio says, "You thought that the winner of this bet would be yoj, but it was I, Dio!" He laughs as he takes the money from the one he made the bet with, Ultear Milkovich, who groans and grumbles at having lost the bet.
"That Kurumi is too good with her guns…" Ultear says, sighing in defeat.
"KIHIHIHIHI!" Kurumi says, releasing Izuku, who falls on his face, groaning. "You did better this time, boya!" She shoots the clock above them, stopping the timer. "You lasted your full time limit this time! I'm so proud of you, my student!"
"Well, I was trained by the best, afterall!" Izuku says, smiling as he picks himself up and holsters his guns. "So will there be any more training for today?"
"I am afraid not, brat…" Barragan says, "Your training to begin to handle One For All will begin tomorrow morning, so you'll need as much rest as you can." To which there is a click and Izuku doesn't even flinch. "So get your rest, and meet us back here tomorrow night for more training…"
"Yes, your majesty!" Izuku says, bowing, to which a gunshot rings out, and Izuku's world turns black.
Ten Months Later...
Ten Months have passed since we last saw Izuku, and now he is standing on the grounds of UA Highschool for the Entrance Exams, smiling big as he looks at the grand building in front of him. The young man smiles as he looks up, such a bright smile it's almost glowing, however, he snaps back to reality as Izuku turns to see Katsuki Bakugou, aka Kacchan walking over. "Deku! So you're here to try and enter?" Bakugou asks, the two boys slamming heads against each other with lightning crackling between their eyes. "I hope you've been keeping up with your training, Nerd."
"Of course, I have, Bomberman, besides, I'm here to kick some ass!" Izuku says, "So how about we have a bit of a contest for the practical?"
"What kind of contest?"
"Whoever scores the least amount of points total buys the Winner dinner and dessert, no questions asked, no hard feelings?" Izuku asks, holding out his hand to shake, to which Bakugou grabs it and smirks.
"See ya at Aquamarine, you damned Nerd!" Katsuki says, an aggressive, but friendly, smile on his face. Aquamarine was their favorite place to buy something to eat, and the food was to die for, and Izuku nods as the Blonde Bomber walks off.
'Alright, now it's time to take my first step into my hero academia!' Izuku thinks, only for his left foot to get caught behind his right foot as he falls. 'Oh no…' However, as Izuku starts to fall, he notices he has stopped in the air, and he begins to freak out a little.
"Sorry about that!" A friendly girl's voice says as she rectifies Izuku's stance, "I thought it would be bad luck if you tripped and fell like that, so I used my quirk to catch you." Izuku looks at her and notices her beautiful round face with cheeks that have a permanent blush that makes her cheeks look like nice big peaches, with large round eyes that are of a beautiful auburn, with matching hair that is in a bobcut. Izuku can't help but lose his voice when he looks at her, the two of them looking into each other's eyes for a moment, a moment that seems to stretch on for quite a bit. However, the girl snaps out of it before Izuku, "Are you here to take the Exams?"
"Y-Yeah…"
"Honestly, I'm super nervous about this!" The girl says.
"W-Well if you want something to calm you down… Do you know the Kuji-In Prayer?"
"Kuji-In? The Nine Symbols?" Ochako asks.
"Simply holds your hands together and breathe deeply as you say the symbols after me…" Izuku says, "Rin… Pyo… To… Sha… Kai… Jin… Retsu… Zai… Zen…" The girl repeats this as she breathes slowly, and then her eyes snap open.
"Oh wow!" Ochako says, "I feel so much calmer now!"
"Those old tricks from the past certainly do help in unexpected ways. Anyway we should head inside!" Izuku says, the two walking in. "By the way, I'm Midoriya Izuku!"
"Uraraka Ochako, nice to meet you!" The girl says, smiling.
"Ochako? I'm feeling calmer already!"
"Huh? Why is that?"
"Your first name has the word for "Tea" in it, right?" Izuku asks. "I like drinking Peppermint Tea with a bit of creamer and sugar! Helps me think!"
"Oh!" Ochako says, blushing a bit, but smiling at the compliment. After this the group heads to the where the written portion of the exams is being held, and immediately after all tests are turned in, everyone looks to see they are going to be given a presentation by Present Mic, in which Izuku smiles at this.
"WELCOME TO TODAY'S LIVE PERFORMANCE!" Present Mic says, "EVERYBODY SAY "HEEEEEY!""
"HEEEEEY!" Izuku and Ochako shout from their seats, whilst everyone else remains silent, to which Present Mic looks at them and smirks.
'Okay, those two are now my favorites! Please God let them pass!' Present Mic silently prays. "WELL THAT'S COOL, MY EXAMINEE LISTENERS! I'M HERE TODAY TO PRESENT THE GUIDELINES TO THE PRACTICAL EXAM! ARE YOU READY!?"
"YEAH!" Everyone shouts positively, while Izuku is internally gushing about Present Mic being a teacher here.
"OKAY EVERYONE, SO THIS IS HOW THE PRACTICAL IS GOING TO WORK! YOU'LL BE TAKING PART IN A TEN MINUTE LONG EXERCISE KNOWN AS "MOCK CITY MANEUVERS"! AFTER THIS PRESENTATION, BRING ALONG ANY AIDS OR DEVICES YOU NEED TO YOUR ASSIGNED TESTING LOCATION!" Mic then switches the monitor, "NOW LISTEN CLOSELY! EACH OF THESE AREAS WILL HAVE THREE DIFFERENT TYPES OF "VILLAIN BOTS"! EACH INDIVIDUAL BOT HAS A NUMBER OF POINTS ASSIGNED TO EACH OF THEM! YOUR GOAL IS TO DESTROY AS MANY BOTS AS YOU CAN, WHILST GAINING AS MANY POINTS AS YOU CAN! THESE WILL GIVE YOU "VILLAIN POINTS"!"
"HOWEVER THERE IS A FUNDAMENTAL RULE THAT YOU ALL MUST FOLLOW, NO ANTIHERO NONSENSE!" Present Mic warns, "WE HAVE CAMERAS ALL OVER THE TRAINING FIELD, AND IF ANY OF YOU ATTACK ANYONE DELIBERATELY, THEN IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MANY POINTS YOU SCORE, YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED FROM ENTERING THE HERO COURSE!"
"May I ask a question?" A voice rings out, interrupting Present Mic, "THERE APPEAR TO BE FOUR TYPES OF VILLAIN BOTS ON THIS HANDOUT!" The young man says, to which Izuku looks at him carefully, "SUCH A BLATANT ERROR, IF IT IS ONE, WILL RUIN THE REPUTATION OF SUCH A PRESTIGIOUS ACADEMY SUCH AS UA! WE'RE ALL HERE TODAY IN THE HOPES WE'LL BECOME THE BEST OF THE BEST IN THE HERO BUSINESS!" He then turns to Izuku, "And You! Stop muttering under your breath, distracting us all! If you think this is a pleasure cruise, then please get out of here!" Izuku glares at the young man, his scleras turning black with his anger.
"HEY, EXAMINEE #7111! LAY OFF THE KID! HE'S PROBABLY NERVOUS AND TRYING TO CALM HIMSELF DOWN!" Present Mic says, "UA HAS A ZERO TOLERANCE WHEN IT COMES TO BULLYING! SO BE MINDFUL OF WHAT YOU SAY OR YOU'RE OUT OF THE RUNNING!" Present Mic breathes, "NOW TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION, THE FOURTH TYPE OF VILLAIN BOT IS KNOWN AS "THE GIMMICK" IT IS WORTH EXACTLY ZERO VILLAIN POINTS! NOW, HAS ANYONE HERE PLAYED SUPER MARIO BROTHERS?"
"I have, Present Mic!" Izuku says, "It's a really good Retro Game if I do say so myself!"
"GOOD, EXAMINEE 4913! SO EXPLAIN TO EVERYONE HERE THE OBJECTIVE OF THE THWOMP!"
"The Thwomp is a stage gimmick, an obstacle to be avoided if you are careful enough, but they only move when something is close enough for them to be cru- OH MY GOD!" Izuku says, suddenly getting what is going on.
"LOOKS LIKE YOU FIGURED IT OUT! GOOD JOB! THESE GIMMICKS ARE POWERFUL VILLAIN BOTS THAT START MOVING ONCE ENOUGH EXAMINEES CROWD AROUND IT AND WILL ATTACK ANYONE THAT IS IN RANGE OF IT'S ARMS! AS THE HANDOUT SAYS, THE GIMMICKS ARE NOT WORTH ANY VILLAIN POINTS! HOWEVER…! DESTROYING IT, WHILE IT WON'T RACK UP ANY POINTS, WILL PROTECT YOUR OTHER EXAMINEES, AND HAS A SLIM CHANCE OF CURRYING FAVOR WITH THE JUDGES! STILL, IT IS BEST TO AVOID IT IF YOU CAN, BECAUSE I HIGHLY DOUBT ANY OF YOU ARE STRONG ENOUGH TODAY TO DESTROY IT WITH ONE ATTACK, AS THESE BAD BOYS ARE REINFORCED TO THE EXTREME TO ENSURE IT DISCOURAGES ANY EXAMINEES DUMB ENOUGH TO TRY AND FIGHT IT! PLUS DESTROYING SOMETHING LIKE THIS WILL TAKE UP A LOT OF PRECIOUS TIME YOU WILL NEED TO EARN YOURSELVES VILLAIN POINTS! SO CHOOSE WISELY!"
"WELL THEN, THAT ENDS THIS PRESENTATION, AND THAT'S ENOUGH OUT OF ME! SO I'LL CLOSE OUT WITH OUR SCHOOL MOTTO! AS NAPOLEON BONAPARTE ONCE SAID "TRUE HEROISM CONSIST OF BEING SUPERIOR TO THE ILLS OF LIFE…" SO GO OUT THERE AND BREAK A LEG EVERYONE! PLUS ULTRA!"
A Few Moments Later…
Izuku looks out towards the Huge Replicated City in front of him as he looks around, stunned at how confident everyone is. He then looks to see Ochako is amongst the examinees in this test site, the greenette smiling as he walks over to wish her luck. "Hold it right there!" The teen with glasses from earlier, "She's trying to prepare herself for the exams! Why are you here, are you hoping to interfere with the rest of us?"
"Are you quite done?" Izuku asks, glaring at the teenager, "I came here to be a Hero too! But ever since I got here you've been berating me and trying to put me down!" The teenager flinches back as if a knife was aimed at him. "What is your problem! Besides, I was only going to wish her good luck!"
"My apologies, with your muttering earlier I thought you weren't taking this seriously!"
"I am taking this seriously! I've got a lot on the line right now! My father is expecting me to do well in these exams so I can get into the Hero Course. I've been working my ass off for the past 10 months to get myself ready for this!" Izuku says, "The Last thing I need is some bully trying to shatter my confidence!"
"AND STAAAART!" Present Mic's voice calls out and while everyone is wondering what is going on, Izuku is already running towards the Gates, moving as fast as he can. "WOWEE! LOOKS LIKE SOMEBODY WAS LISTENING! WHAT ARE THE REST OF YOU WAITING FOR? THE TEST HAS STARTED!" Once everybody realizes what is going on, they move quickly to catch up with Izuku, who makes it past the gate and jumps into the air, his scleras turning Black as he draws his guns from their holsters and gets ready to start firing, a smile on his face as a 1-Pointer and a 2-Pointer rush into his line of sight. "First two are mine!" He aims cocks the hammer, setting it into single action mode. "Erase!" Black and emerald energy flows into the barrels of his guns, leading each chamber in the cylinder with a bullet made of time energy. 'Each bullet requires one second to use… Be careful and precise with each shot!' He aims his guns, and pulls the trigger rapidly. "MUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDA!"
Izuku unleashes what can be described as a Bullet Hell as the solidified temporal energy rips into the robots, rapidly aging and rusting them to dust. '3 points, 275/300 seconds remaining…' As the students catch up, Izuku turns to see a 3 Pointer about to get the drop on Ochako, in which the girl turns around as 15 bullets tear the robot apart and Izuku appears at her side, '260 seconds remaining…' "You alright, Occhan?"
'Occhan?' Ochako thinks, blushing, "Yeah, thanks for the save!" The pair turns as several three points rush to them. "Well Izuku-kun, you get the four on the right, I'll get the four on the left!"
"Right!" Izuku says, "Oh and here…" Ochako turns to him, "Let me give you a bit of a boost, though this will tickle a little…" he aims his gun at Ochako and shoots her, getting the attention of everyone, including the judges and teachers, but only for a second as Ochako starts shaking.
"Whoa! What did you do? I feel like I ate a hundred mochi!"
"One of my super moves, I increased your movement speed for the next minute!" Izuku says, smiling, then he shoots himself under the chin. '140 Seconds Remaining…' "Let's go!"
"Right!" Ochako says, the two becoming blurs of movement as they take out the next 8 three-pointers.
Meanwhile, in the teacher's lounge, the teachers are still in shock, "He shot one of the students! Isn't that against the rules!?" Present Mic shouts.
"Normally it would…" All Might says, "But that boy's quirk actually allows him to transfer some of his quirk's abilities onto others, even heal them. He recently developed a way to do it over a distance with those guns of his." He smiles proudly, "He's learned to create bullets with his quirk that don't harm those he doesn't wish to, but they do effectively eliminate the range limit of his quirk."
"Pretty interesting quirk…" A tired voice says, "Now let's see how he handles this…" He presses a button.
Izuku fires another bullet, but then he hears a click and checks the cylinders for his guns. "Occhan! I need to reload, can you cover me for a minute?"
"Right! Get somewhere safe and I'll cover you!" Ochako says, in which Izuku jumps behind a 3-Pointer's Corpse and sits in meditation, holding himself completely still, opening his mind and his body as his quirk greedily starts to inhale the Chronons present in the Atmosphere, causing faint but noticeable clouds of emerald particles to rush to Izuku's body. However, as Izuku sits in meditation, he places his fingertips together, all five of them, each finger touching their opposite on the respective hand, with his fingers spread apart, and held completely still. It takes him almost a minute to fully refill his stock, but the moment he comes out of it, he hears something loud.
Rushing to where the sound is, Izuku sees everyone gathered, looking up, frozen in fear. The young man's eyes widened with Horror as the Gimmick made it's appearance… It doesn't look intimidating, but it's size certainly is, and as everyone turns to run, our Time Streamer hears a young woman's yelp of pain, his eyes turning to see Ochako's leg pinned underneath rubble and the young woman is trying to free herself, and the Gimmick's treads are coming up on her fast.
"OCCHAN!" Izuku shouts, rushing to her as his Quirk Crackles back to life, moving at lightning fast speeds, lightning now bursting out of the corners of Izuku's eyes as his hair stands up, glowing a bright emerald green, whilst lightning storms around his body. Unbeknownst to Izuku, something is awakening within him, causing everyone to feel a sense of vertigo, and a feeling of displacement to reach over the entire exam area, in which Izuku growls, "FAST-FORWARD!" Izuku's crackling energy causes Izuku's body to turn as black as everlasting darkness, whilst glowing green markings appear on his body, patterns of crossing spirals that flow across his arms and legs, whilst his face has a large glowing green x across the bridge of his nose, his scleras turning black whilst his emerald eyes shine like supernovas, his hair standing on end, spiking up as it glows. Finally, around the boy, his temporal energy, once random bolts of energy, condense into an aura of temporal energy around him. With one powerful leap, the aura transforms into what appears to be an emerald bolt of lightning raging up to the Gimmick. Everyone in the testing zone sees the lightning bolt rise, just as they realize the displacement originates around him.
Izuku growls as he rears his arm back, "Justice For All: World Order..." Izuku growls, his instincts guiding his words and actions as the energy crackles throughout the entirety of his body, then focusing on his right arm. "RIDER SMAAAAAAASH!" The young man shouts loudly as he slams his fist forward and sends the machine, not only reeling back, but flying to the otherside of the simulated city, the impact of the attack causing it to be torn apart piece by piece. The energy dissipates around Izuku as he floats in the air for a moment, returning to normal, breathing at last, but then, the announcer calls there are only 60 seconds left, and Izuku begins to fall. "Oh no!" Izuku shouts, looking for a way out of this, but then feels a surging pain through his body from his right arm and his legs. That is when memories form in his mind, and Izuku remembers...
Hours Ago…
"Izuku, my son, you did it! With a few Hours to spare, you've not only cleared this beach in it's entirety, but also have prepared your body enough that you can accept One For All!" Toshinori says, smiling at his son. "Now, the only question is, Blood or Hair?"
"I vote for Blood…" Izuku says with a straight face.
"Okay then!" Toshinori says, bringing out a vial of blood he had prepared, "I had this prepared ahead of time! Now Drink up!" Izuku gently takes it and drinks the whole thing, a bit grossed out, but he knew this would happen eventually. "Now Izuku, it will take a few hours for One For All to integrate into your system, so I need you to remember, your body may be used to the Power Boost given to you by Justice, but you're body isn't used to One For All yet, you've only built up your body to withstand and barely contain the combined might of all the previous users. However, we don't have much time left so I can't help you with regulating your power right now, or using it in conjunction with Justice, so when you get to the Practical Exams, focus on using only Justice if you can help it. However, if you find yourself or someone else in a dangerous situation, don't hesitate, leave your mother's wrath to me. Just remember your body has only been tempered enough to contain it, not utilize it, so careless use will cause a lot of nasty recoil."
Back to Present…
'Damn it! I forgot about One For all and subconsciously used it and Justice at the same time! Their combined might is epic, but I got too overzealous! I have to figure out a way to slow my descent!" Izuku thinks, but then remembers something, 'Now or never!' Izuku thinks, channeling Chronons into his only remaining gun and aims it at his shoulder. However, just as he is about to fire, something breaks his concentration, a hard slap to the face as his descent rapidly slows.
"R-Release…" Ochako says, having stopped his descent and safely helped him land. However, she feels so sick once everything is done that she just hurls, Izuku looking at her, placing a hand on his chest.
"Rewind…" Izuku says, breathlessly as his bones, muscles, and ligaments rewind back to their previously unbroken state, and Izuku cancels Justice. He picks himself and walks over to Ochako, and gently lifts her in his arms, unknowingly doing it bridal style, to which Present Mic calls the exams as being over. Recovery Girl soon appears and she sees Izuku looking a bit worse for wear.
"Well Sonny, long time no see!"
"Good to see you again, Recovery Girl!" Izuku says, "I already tended to my injuries, so could you please tend to her?" Izuku puts Ochako down and Recovery Girl examines the girl.
"It seems she has a broken leg from the falling rubble, but other than that, it's just nausea, nothing my Quirk can't fix!" She then places a kiss on the girl's forehead and her leg is healed. "You are quite the gentleman, carrying her over to a medic like that?"
"W-Well I was just returning the favor for her helping me earlier!" Izuku says, nervously as he scratches his cheek. As the day wears on, Izuku limps on his still tender legs, they were fully healed but the pain was still there, in which Toshinori drives up in his beat-up truck. Hey what better way to hide in plain sight than to look the part? Izuku smiles at his father, the man smiling but sees Izuku limping.
"Izuku, did you use it?" Toshinori asks.
"Yeah… I wasn't thinking and activated it subconsciously… Sorry…"
"It's alright, my boy, but your mother is going to give us hell about it later. Oh well, the important thing is that you managed to wrack up a decent amount of points."
"How do you know?" Izuku asks.
"I'm not telling just yet… I'm going to drive you home, endure your mother's rant, and then I have to disappear for work for a couple of weeks, so I won't be home for a while." Toshinori explains, "As for the reasons, well I'd rather not ruin the surprise!" He smiles at his son and they head home, and as expected, when Inko sees Izuku limping, she gives them the lecture of a lifetime, but she calms down and makes dinner. Once the news is delivered, Inko asks if it has to do with a case, her husband merely tells her that he is going to be laying off on cases for a while and take another method of helping others for the time being, though he was going to leave that a surprise until Izuku got his letter, and said they should watch it together.
A Few Weeks Later…
After his father vanished, Izuku waited impatiently for the acceptance letter to arrive, and he was starting to get nervous, wondering if he had even wracked up enough points, the bet he mad with Bakugou doesn't even matter to him anymore, he just wants to know whats going on. Fortunately, Inko receives the letter and they both open it, revealing a holo-message, and they find All Might there, revealing that he had left because he was now… A TEACHER AT UA HIGHSCHOOL!? Inko was shocked to say the least, whilst Izuku was absolutely excited. "Now I chose to become a teacher at the school because I had this gut feeling that you might need the extra motivation. But more on that later, I've got a surprise for you!" He shows him a video about Ochako coming to see Present Mic about giving Izuku some of her points as he had saved her from being killed by the Gimmick, but Present Mic assures her that nothing is wrong. "You wanna know why that is? Well there is a secret score that the judges were keeping track of during the Practical, Rescue Points! These are secret points one uses when aiding their fellow examinees during the exams by destroying robots that got the jump on them, or are being overwhelmed by them."
"And the Gimmick, while worth Zero Villain Points, is worth 60 Rescue Points if it is destroyed!" All Might says, in which Inko and Izuku are shocked. "Not only that, you wracked up 25 Villain Points before hand and so…!" He turns on a screen and it switches to the final scores, in which Izuku had earned a total of 78 Hero Points, whilst Katsuki…
"I LOST BY ONE POINT!" Izuku could swear he heard Katsuki screaming in anger. "I LOST BY ONE POINT!"
"What was that?" Inko asks.
"No clue!" Izuku says, knowing that it meant but smiles as the rest of the video plays and Izuku is accepted into UA Academy. He merely smiled happily and with that months quickly pass for the greenette.
Spring…
Izuku double checks everything in front of his mother as he finishes his final preparations for school, excited as he feels like his dreams are finally coming true. "Izuku?" Inko asks, catching the greenette's attention. "I'm proud of you, son! Do your best!"
"I will!" Izuku says, smiling at his mother, before rushing off. It takes him a while to get to UA, and the building is like that of a maze, but fortunately, he manages to navigate to his classroom. "Okay here we are!" Izuku rushes to the door and opens it, only to find Katsuki Bakugou arguing with the person who had belittled him during the exam.
"WOULD YOU KINDLY GET YOUR FEET OFF YOUR DESK! THIS IS A SCHOOL OF HIGH STANDING!"
"Oh?" Bakugo asks, "And what middle school did you come from?"
"I come from Somei Academy, of course!"
"Oh? An Elite, better watch out, Deku and I were the top two in the Exams, and what place did you get again?" Katsuki asks.
"S… 7th…" Tenya Iida says.
"Ha! I knew there was nothing elite about y-!" Katsuki turns his head to the door and sits up, stands up, "Deku!" He rushes over to Izuku, "I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU DID IT, BUT I LOST BY ONE POINT!"
"I didn't expect to win either Kacchan, surprised me when I managed to score the highest amount of Rescue Points myself!" Izuku says, smiling at his friend, "Still a deal's a deal, and, to make up for this fluke, I'll treat ya next time."
"You better, you damned nerd!" Katsuki says, steam flowing out of his nostrils as he returns to his seat.
"You!" Tenya Iida says, rushing over to Izuku as he moves around Katsuki Bakugou, "I'm sorry for the things I said during the Entrance Exams! I honestly didn't think you were that good, but the way you took out that Gimmick with little effort was extraordinary! Not to mention, you also realized the hidden message behind the exams as well!"
"That was just a fluke on my part, I was just trying to help somebody in need!" Izuku says, smiling, glad to have that misunderstanding out of the way. However, that is when he feels something and turns behind him and Ochako shows herself.
"Hey Izuku-kun!" Ochako says.
"Occhan!" Izuku says, but then covers his mouth.
"Occhan? You called me that during the exams!"
"S-Sorry, it is probably not a good nickname…"
"Well I like it! And that quirk of yours, it was just so epic, is it a transformation quirk?"
"No it's an Emitter…" He then remembers the video his father took, "But it seems I unlocked something about it in the heat of the moment…" Izuku says, "I haven't been able to access it since!"
"Well I think it's absolutely awesome!" Ochako says, smiling.
"If you have had enough playing buddy-buddy, then take your seats and sit down, this is the Heroics Department, not a family getaway…" Everyone turns around to see what appears to be someone in a yellow sleeping bag lying on his side, with messy black hair, and looks like he suffers from insomnia. However, Izuku notices the goggles under his neck and then begins backing away in fear. Katsuki notices and then he turns pale as well…
"Shota… Aizawa…" Katsuki says.
"Oh crap, we're so screwed!" Izuku says, "TO YOUR SEATS!" Everyone rushes to their seats and the man picks himself up out of his sleeping bag, looking at Bakugou and then Izuku.
"How did you know who I am?" Aizawa asks, to which Katsuki immediately points to Izuku, to which Izuku lowers his head. "And you?"
"I study heroes as a hobby, and… I ran across your name a few times, and I did some reference crossing… And… yeah…" Izuku says, nervously.
"Well you two are well informed, something I hate…" Shota says, "Now everyone change into these Gym Uniforms, I'm going to be performing some tests… Meet me outside in ten minutes or you're expelled…" Everyone rushes to the locker rooms to change, but as everyone heads out, Izuku and Katsuki look like they're going to die.
"Izuku, what's wrong?"
"You guys don't know how screwed we are! I got good insider information that Aizawa-sensei is damn near impossible to please as a teacher! Last year he expelled a group of students for, and I quote, "lacking any talent or potential"!" Izuku explains, "We're all majorly screwed if we don't handle this delicate situation very carefully!"
"Damn it, of all the teachers, why did it have to be Eraserhead of all people!" Katsuki says, the group now thoroughly terrified of their chances. Once everyone has gathered, Aizawa puts them all through tests, but somebody had the bright idea to open their mouth and call the tests easy. With that Aizawa placed a bet that the person at the bottom of the rankings would be expelled on the spot, to which everyone turned to glare at the person who said it, a particularly short boy with purple hair.
The tests quickly get underway, starting with a 50 Meter Dash, in which Izuku is paired up against Tenya Iida, but before the start Izuku smiles at Iida, "Hey Iida, whoever gets the lowest time owes the winner a drink of their choice later?"
"I can agree to that!" Iida says, drinking his Orange Juice before they begin, Izuku takes his stance as his scleras turn black, to which Iida notices no lines on him this time. 'I guess he was right about that transformation of his, he probably used it on instinct and doesn't know how to control it.'
"Start!"
"Fast-Forward!" Izuku shouts and, at first, keeps pace with Iida Tenya, only to pull ahead of him, getting 3 seconds flat. "And release….!"
"Amazing! You were faster than I was!"
"It's because I could see the track we were on, I can't use Fast-Forward willy-nilly, I get tunnel vision once I get going, so I need a clear path to where I'm going or else I just run into things." Izuku says as they stand to the side, "Luckily, I learned how to accelerate my perception of time to compensate for when I really gotta go fast."
"Accelerate your Time Perception?" Tenya asks.
"My Quirk, Justice, is a Time Streamer Quirk, and what you saw there was me accelerating my own flow of time to move at blinding speeds. That was Fast-Forward… When I speed up my perception of time, everything slows to the point that I can actually see what's going on around me during Fast-Forward." Izuku explains to Tenya.
"A Time Streamer, of course! No wonder you could keep up with me! And the feeling of displacement I felt during the exams! That was your quirk, wasn't it?"
"Yeah!" Izuku says. Afterwards there are several more tests, though one of them surprises everyone as, during the Grip Strength Test, Izuku actually Mezo Shoji's grip strength, coming out at 666kg.
"WHOA!" Ochako says, "How are you so strong?" Ochako asks.
"My Quirk is actually a Fusion between two different Quirks, my mother's Quirk, which is Attraction of Small Objects, and my father's Power Stockpiling Quirk!" Izuku explains, "My Quirk allows me to draw in a type of Quantum known as Chronons from the Atmosphere, and it amplifies my physical capabilities 9x over, as well as grants me access to some cool time manipulating abilities!" Izuku says, smiling, to which everyone looks at Izuku in awe. "Yeah but it has a serious weakness, even when I'm full of Chronons, I can only maintain said power for 5 minutes at most… It's pitiful, but when you have the ability to manipulate time like I can, you have all the time in the world!" Everyone nods at this, however, Shoto Todoroki looks at Izuku, and begins to wonder something.
Eventually, they all reach the last test, a ball throw, in which Izuku patiently waits his turn as he activates his Quirk, but feels something as he begins to wind up, something flowing out from the depths of him as his arm finishes the wind up. 'Wait…! This Feeling! Oh no! Not again!' Izuku thinks, his arm making the motion. 'It's too late, I can't stop it now!' Izuku internally begins to panic, but as his arm throws the ball, it goes far less than he wanted.
"So that's it, problem child…" Aizawa says, in which Izuku looks to see his right arm had turned black whilst green glowing markings are flowing through it, but they quickly recede as Izuku feels the energy being robbed from him. "Your quirk is acting as if it has a mind of it's own… Thats a liability in battle!"
"Wait, sensei!" Unfortunately, Aizawa's capture scarves grab him.
"I don't care what your excuses are, even if you can heal the damage to yourself with your primary Quirk, that mutation that suddenly happened is out of control and acting on it's own." Aizawa says, "A berserk quirk is a danger to civilians and liability to your allies, if you can't control that thing, then you are unfit to become a hero." He glares at Izuku then hands him another ball. "You get one more shot… Screw this up again, and you're expelled…" Izuku looks at the ball in his hand but then goes into place and sits down. 'Hm? What's he doing?' Izuku's arm then turns black as the markings appear, but as Aizawa gets ready to activate his Quirk, he notices something, the glow is slightly weaker than last time, and then both fade, only to return as Izuku looks at his arm. 'So that's it, he's trying to figure out how to adjust the power… And by the look of it, he's working fast.'
'Alright, I think I got it…' Izuku thinks, and begins to prepare to wind up again, feeling the path the energy of One For All is taking and then focuses it. He slowly winds up his arm, the skin turning black, and as it does so, the green lines of light begin to fill his arm.
'Come on, Deku…' Katsuki thinks.
'Izuku!' Ochako thinks.
'Come on, Midoriya!' Iida thinks. Izuku then swings his arm and as the count is made, it is only slightly further than Bakugou's, but then Aizawa notices something about Izuku, who seems to have managed to limit the damage to his finger.
"How was that, Aizawa-sensei?" Izuku asks.
"Heh… Well done, you managed to actually minimize the damage whilst gaining the maximum amount of reward for it." Aizawa says, "Color me impressed, if only slightly." Watching from nearby, All Might smiles at his son, thoroughly impressed with what he is seeing.
'He managed to figure out how to control One For All's Paths of Power to keep it from destroying his hand, and damaging his finger instead. What's more, I didn't hear any bones breaking, so his finger is only badly bruised!' Toshinori thinks, 'I'm so proud of you! I definitely need to teach you power regulation and how to activate Full Cowling!' Not long after this, the scores are given, and Izuku manages to get within the top 5, however, one unfortunate grape is on the bottom of the list.
"Well done everyone, now there is something we need to discuss…" Aizawa says, turning to Minoru Mineta. "I want to know the reason why you want to be a hero…"
"I…" Minoru says, "I just want to appear cool so that girls will like me!"
"Such a shallow reason… Not worthy of being a hero…" Aizawa says, "However, you do show potential, so instead of expelling you, I'm going to have you removed from the Hero Course."
"WHAT!?" Minoru asks.
"During the UA Sports Festival, you will be given a second chance to prove you belong in the hero course, by then I hope you find a better reason for being a hero." Aizawa says, glaring at Mineta, "If you don't you won't be given another chance." Minoru looks down, looking dead inside as he walks away, 'I need to inform Nezu about this… And Hopefully we can find someone in General Ed or another area of UA that would be worthy of a shot in the Hero Course…' He then tells everyone that most of them had impressed him and that when they change and return to class, they will get the syllabus of the classes and that they should head home to prepare for tomorrow.
Everyone does as they are told and, by this time, Izuku has healed his finger, and is happy that it wasn't broken at least. The Greenette looks towards the gate as he walks outside, in which Katsuki, Tenya, and Ochako rush to him. "So Deku, you did really well today?"
"Huh?" Izuku asks, to which Katsuki snorts.
"What? Isn't that the nickname Bakugou gives you?"
"Well it was meant to be more of an insult when we were growing up. My Quirk was a sleeper, so I couldn't use it until my body was able to handle it, so I was essentially quirkless for a while." Izuku explains, "But thanks to that, I got to view the world as a Quirkless does, and it was a really eye-opening experience."
"Yeah, and I promised Deku to give him a better nickname once we figured out what his Quirk does, but I couldn't think of one, plus I'd been calling him "deku" for so long, it kind of caught on and everyone has been using it since." Katsuki says. "So sorry about that nerd…"
"Hey it's no trouble!"
"Yeah, besides, I like it!" Ochako says, "It reminds me of the word "Dekiru", which means "You can do it"!" Ochako says.
"OKAY, I'M DEKU!" Izuku says, blushing, to which Tenya looks shocked, whilst Katsuki is laughing like a hyena at Izuku's reaction. After this, everyone heads home, to which Izuku can't help but smile as he looks at his right hand, watching it's transformation again, but then something it's his mind. 'Wait… At the exam…'
Flashback…
"Justice For All: World Order…" Izuku had said that day.
Flashback End…
'So that's what I called using both quirks at the same time…" Izuku thinks, "Hey guys…!" He catches the attention of his group, "I just thought of a name for the transformation for my Quirk…!" Izuku smiles as he looks at everyone.
"Oh?" Katsuki asks. "What did you think of?"
"How about… "Justice for All"?" Izuku asks, looking at the others, in which Tenya and Ochako look confused, but Katsuki smiles, looking at his friend.
"Well considering the stupid name your dad gave his quirk, and the fact that it is a transformation as well… I think it fits…" Katsuki says.
"His dad?" Ochako asks.
"I AM HERE IN A HURRY!" All Might says, though he is in his civilian form.
"Oh hey dad!" Izuku says, to which Ochako looks in shock.
"So what was that about my Quirk, Young Bakugou?"
"Oh nothing, just relaying how it has a stupid name but how the transformation fits." Katsuki says, "No offense intended…" He then smirks, "All Might!"
"GCK!" All Might says, unintentionally transforming as he coughs up blood. Iida's mouth is open wide as he looks to Izuku, who facepalms, whilst Ochako looks shocked as her face turns red.
'DekuisAllMightssonDekuisAllMightssonDekuisAllMightsson!' Ochako thinks, but then it comes out of her mouth as she faints. "DekuisAllMightsson!" A ghost leaves her mouth as she faints, to which Izuku catches her in an unintentionally romantic way, at least to those who see it, like Mina Ashido, Kyoka Jirou, and Tooru Hagakure, who make sure to take pictures of what they see to use for teasing the poor girl later on.
"W-WAIT!" Izuku says but the girls run off, laughing.
"Sorry about that, Izuku…" Toshinori says, "I was hoping to save the surprise for tomorrow…"
"It's alright dad…"
"I think I'll be going home now…" Tenya says.
"Same here, see ya later, Nerd!" Katsuki says, chuckling as he had secretly taken a picture as well. All the young Deku can do is sigh.

Episode 1: The Perv Awakens
First Day of School, Post Quirk Apprehension Test
"Mineta Minoru, please come to the Principal's Office, Minoru Mineta to the Principal's office." Principal Nezu says over the intercoms. Minoru looks in shock as he hears his name being specifically called.
'What the!? I didn't do anything… Yet…!'. The little guy is shaking in his shoes as he makes his way to the office of said rat, and the boy is terrified of what is going to happen. When he enters the office, the beast looks at him with a pleasant smile.
"Oh Mineta-kun, welcome! Please have a seat!" Nezu says, offering a seat on one of the couches and giving him some tea.
"Uhm, Principal Nezu, sir? I swear I didn't do anything perverted! Please don't expel me!"
"Now now, calm down, Mineta-kun. You're not in trouble, in fact, I actually got word of the reason why you were kicked out of the Hero Course." Nezu says, to which Mineta looks down, absolutely terrified. "Now there is nothing wrong with getting girls to like you, but I had called the teachers at your previous school, and all confirm that you are a pervert in the extreme, and yet, you were never expelled, do you know why?"
"Uh, no sir?" Mineta asks.
"Well turn around and you'll see the reason why!" Nezu says, to which Minoru turns to see the R-Rated Hero, Midnight, standing right behind him, the young midget blushing with steam coming out of his nose. "Midnight had actually been scouting you for a while, and if you sit here and listen to our explanation, everything will be clear to you!"
"O-Okay…!" Mineta says.
"Now Mineta, do you know of a quirk researcher named Garaki Kyudai?" Midnight asks.
"Uh I think so, I ran across the name once or twice while doing research projects in middle school. One of the few things that actually caught my attention was his Theory of Interdimensional Power Sources that fuel the majority of quirks in the world, including Quirks that are "perverted" in Nature." Minoru says, "But that's about it."
"Well you aren't wrong, Mineta-kun…!" Midnight says, "In fact, in recent years, many researchers, especially those who dismissed Garaki's Theory, have come to be leave that he may have been right. My teacher and master, His Purple Highness, was one of the few, who have grown to quite a few, heroes who believed in one of these supernatural energy sources."
"To list a few of these Sources, there is the Time Stream, which is the Source of the Chronons, the Quantums of Time itself. There is the Gravity Core, which is the Source of Gravitons, the Quantums of Gravity. There are many many others that are believed to exist." Nezu explains.
"However, the First to be confirmed to exist was utilized by accident by my master." Midnight explains, "During his battle against a villain called Garvey, my master tapped into something so primal, so pure, that it allowed him to hold off Garvey on his own for an extended period of time before he was defeated. This was one of the Primal Sources… A Source based on emotion itself… This is what has unofficially come to be called "The Perv"."
"The Perv?" Mineta asks, getting interested.
"The Perv, as the name implies is a primal energy source that is based on the emotion of Love." Nezu explains, "And what happens when it becomes corrupted."
"Corrupted how?"
"Let's say you are in love with a girl, but she rejects you, but despite this, you still love her, and your love slowly eats away at you, twisting you into a stalker, then murderer, and then finally, a rapist." Midnight explains, "The Perv, however, is not just romantic love, but the love of one's friends, family, but it also extends into desires, for men and women, power, revenge, money… Any desire can be classified as a Lust, and thus a negative side effect of the Perv being used incorrectly, or being imbalanced in a person." Midnight then shows Mineta her whip, and on it is the symbol of a jagged heart. "The Perv Knights are a group of Heroes of the Special Victims Unit who stop sex based crimes, but more than that, we utilize the Perv as a weapon against evil."
"What, but how is that possible?"
"It's simple in concept but difficult in practice. There is a reason why I chose you Mineta, you're a perv who is unafraid and unashamed of who he is because you're a Gentleman Perv, a pervert who will not force himself on women, only grope them or oggle them if given the chance, but nothing heinous." Midnight explains, "And I see great potential in you to be a Hero, but you lack the motivation to do it. Not only that, you're a coward, from what I've learned, so you lack the courage to commit the your path to being a hero. To add insult to injury, your goal for being a hero is very shallow to say the least. However, I can see it just lacks that extra spark to make it really pop and impress!" Mineta feels like he is being grilled but listens intently. "So I want to take you on as my apprentice."
"Huh!?" Mineta asks, shocked.
"Don't be so surprised, it's rare nowadays, but Apprenticeships are actually still done today, a Hero takes a person with a quirk under their wing and teaches them how to be a hero, and this earns them credit for being allowed to take the License Exams." Nezu explains, sipping his tea. "And for a pervert like you to train under the R-Rated Hero is possibly a dream, isn't it?"
"It's more than a dream!" Mineta says, giving a thumbs up.
"Well I want you to know something about myself, I'm not just the R-Rated Hero… As a member of the Special Victims Unit, I also work in sexually-based cases, finding criminals who work in sex crimes and then putting them behind bars. However, as you will be training under me, I expect you to be on your best behavior, and if you manage to keep your Pervertedness under control, you will be rewarded. I will also be teaching you how to use the Perv as a weapon, and how it affects the body if you use it right. However, I am warning you… If you misuse the Perv for your own selfish gains, you will be castrated on the spot. As a member of SVU, abuse of the Perv is a serious offense, and we Perv Knights are authorized to castrate or perform any sort of other surgical operations on the reproductive system as punishment for abusing the Perv. Am I clear?" Mineta, hearing this, gulps but nods with a determined look on his face.
"Good… Then you will be starting your training tomorrow before and after school, Perv Training is much harder than it looks, and will test both your endurance, and your self-control. But if you manage to master the basics, I'll treat you to something "special". What it is, I will save as a surprise, but trust me, you'll love it!"
"Yes Ma'am!" Mineta says, saluting her.
"Good, now be here before classes start, I'll give you a small Perv Training exercise to perform throughout the day. I will test your progress and help you train your Quirk after school, and I'll send you home after that!"
"Yes, Ma'am!"
"Also we need to change your Hero Costume, making you look like a baby will ruin your image as a Hero, but I have a few ideas that can help!" She then brings out a few sketch books with ideas that Mineta looks through, and then finds one that he likes. "Oh that one, very good! I'll see to it your hero costume is changed to suit the theme, and then I'll have it properly reinforced! Now off with ya! I've got a lot to do!" Midnight rushes out.
"You heard the lady, take this syllabus of everything you need to know and head home. And be here before everyone else!"
"Yes, sir! Thank you sir!" Mineta says, rushing off, the door closing behind him as the screen turns to black.
