Author's Note: Hellooooo! How're you guys doing today? So I wanted to get this chapter done today because I honestly had few ideas crawling around in my head and I honestly couldn't wait to see what I could do with the ideas I was given! Especially one that AnimeFan13579 gave me about a certain green/orange rock from the Marvel Universe. Don't worry it's going to be brought up, but he is also mentioning a TON of awesome Time Streamers that I didn't know about, so please show this guy some love if you guys want to, plus he has found a ton of different stories that you guys might like or know about. I know for a fact I might check one of them out later! But anyway, I have a surprise coming up in this chapter today, but you'll have to read for yourself.
(*Update: 9/28/2021: Next item we have on today's list is the update to Izuku's Quirk that I had promised to give you guys once I had finalized all of my ideas. Now this is all the data I've managed to compile for now, and I hope guys like the changes that I made to the Quirk. I may update it again later, but I hope this one will strike for a while. Time Lag (遅れ Okure) is the Quirk used by Izuku Midoriya, it is the result of the combination of 2 different Quirks Inko Midoriya's Attraction of Small Objects Quirk, and the Stockpiling ability known as One From Many, derived from Toshinori Yagi's One For All
Description:
Time Lag is a combination of Inko Midoriya's Attraction of Small Objects Quirk and One From Many. Time Lag is a powerful ability that allows Izuku to gather Chronons, quantum particles that represent the Concept of Time, stockpiling them inside his body. Thanks to One From Many's generations of stockpiled energy being passed onto him, Izuku can store a massive amount of chronons in his body, and as such transmute the chronons into Temporal Energy, and compressing them into bullets. Normally, this Quirk is only capable of creating Bullets Made of Temporal Energy that strike with the force of a Rubber Bullet, however, as it turns out, Izuku isn't just compressing chronons into bullets, but he in doing so at such intensity, he is distorting time in the process, allowing him to access a plethora of different Time Manipulation Abilities. Essentially, Izuku has multiple different quirks combined into one. Depending on the position of his arms when he uses his gun(s), Izuku is capable of reproducing 12 different time manipulation powers, either inducing them on himself or others by shooting the specific target.
By Chapter 8, Izuku discovers that his quirk naturally stockpiles Chronons and regenerates it's reserves of Temporal Energy on it's own as Issei breathes, not only that, his reserves are naturally much bigger than any other time streamer thanks to One From Many composing half of his Quirk. If Izuku were to fully unleash Time Lag at it's full power and actively focus on gathering Chronons and transmuting them to Temporal Energy, Izuku could, potentially, Go Beyond 100% without injuring himself. Aside from this, Izuku discovers that, thanks to Time Lag, his natural abilities are at Peak Human Condition for a Quirkless, allowing him to run at 40mph and lift around 1.500lbs. When used in Conjunction with One For All, Izuku can increase his physical and temporal abilities further, effectively doubling his abilities every 12.5% of One For All he masters.

Weaknesses:
-Even with a full supply, Izuku only has a limited supply of "Time" that he can use to efficiently fight his opponents before he has to draw on more Chronons. His maximum Limit, however, increases by 60 seconds every year, and his current maximum is 360 seconds, or 6 Minutes.
-Izuku can use any gun in conjunction with his quirk but he has his favorites when it comes to guns, even gives them pet names:
A) Leone and Aquila [Lion and Eagle] (Twin Mateba Sei Unica: Dynamic Sportiva Autorevolvers with 7 inch barrels)
B) Grifone [Gryphon] (A Mateba Revolver Carbine Rifle)
C) Drago [Dragon] (A Mateba Revolver Shotgun)
D) Finice [Phoenix] (A Mateba Revolver Sniper Rifle)
-Each of Izuku's Time Bullets generally uses 1 second of time, no matter the type of gun he uses. However, when he calls out the name of one of his Super Moves and positions his arms in the "Clock Face '' position in which he mentally attributes them to, and consumes that number in seconds off his Time limit. (Look at the Numerical Order of the Normal and Super Moves to see how may seconds they use) The Only Exception is the 13th Power, his Ultimate Move, Power, which requires Physical Contact with the opponent.
-Izuku's Quirk is only as flexible as the guns he has available on him, in which, realistically, Izuku can only carry Leone and Aquila, and one other gun at the same time, so whenever he has to switch up armaments, Izuku has to use Continue to open a portal to where his guns are stored and swap them out. This leaves him vulnerable for a few short moments, long enough for somebody to get the drop on him.
-All of Izuku's guns use Mateba's Recoil Operated Revolver Action System, or the RORA System for short, which means that while the guns are versatile and strong, their parts are hard to make, and require weeks to create and ship for repairs. Not only that, Izuku's guns are very expensive to make, so if one ever breaks, one of his ways of fighting bad guys has effectively been disabled for the time being.
-Aside from being a fan of his father and heroes in general, Izuku loves his guns as if they were his own children, aside from Eri, and if one is ever destroyed in battle, Izuku will go on a rampage to "avenge his baby".
I will be posting the polar opposite of this Quirk at the end of this chapter, so please stay tuned for Mikumo's Quirk going forward. Also I hope you guys like the name change that I made to Izuku's Quirk. Also I will be changing the title of the story and it's description later on so that it makes more sense.

Chapter 8:
Izuku stands in the UA Arena just after Katsuki Bakugou makes his speech, in which he just smirks at his friend's never ending cocky attitude and audacity, it always makes him chuckle. Anyway, Izuku got a surprise this morning from Aizawa… Something he didn't expect...
A Few Hours Earlier…
"Problem Child…" Aizawa says, "I'm glad I found you before you went off to the Arena…"
"Huh, Aizawa-sensei?" Izuku asks. "What can I do for you?"
"Nothing… I've merely come to inform you that the teachers have decided to allow you to use both your handguns and one other weapon of your choice. Thanks to the recent change to your Quirk's Registry, they thought it would be disadvantageous that you'd be without a proper armament."
"What changes?" Izuku asks, this being the first time he heard of it.
"This…" He then shows Izuku, a Quirk Registration form, which Izuku's quirk has been changed. "Is this legal?"
"It is, if there were witnesses to the changes that were being documented into the registry." He then shows Izuku that the signed witnesses are Aizawa, #13, All Might, and several students, including Ochako and Tenya. "So you'd better make sure you keep to the changes placed on this sheet…"
"Y-Yes sir!" Izuku says.
Now…
'Thank goodness my quirk's registry was changed… I never had much of a handle on my powers without my guns to begin with, they were far too strong to control without them, so at least now I have an excuse not to use my powers without them…' Izuku thinks, smiling as he looks at the Grifone that he has strapped to his back, having made sure the safety is on. However, that is when Mikumo notices something he should have when Class 1-B was announced. In the stands, Inko and Toshinori look in shock and joy as their eyes light up to see somebody they both deeply care about make his appearance.
It is a boy with ash-blonde hair that covers his right eye, with the left one being uncovered, revealing it to be a beautiful navy blue in color, in which he stands at the front of Class 1-B, and looks towards Izuku, who smiles back.
A Few Weeks Prior
When the other students from the other classes come to confront Class 1-A, everyone is listening to the declaration of war, only for someone to cut in, in which the student declaring war falls to his knees, then collapses unconscious as Itsuka Kendo grabs him. Everyone turns and clears the room as an ash-blonde boy with blue eyes walks forward. "Hey there, nii-san!" The boy says to Izuku.
"Mikumo!" Izuku says, to which the two brothers smile and hug each other. "So you're finally back!" Izuku then grabs his shirt and starts shaking him. "WHERE THE HECK WERE YOU!? MOM AND DAD ARE WORRIED SICK!"
"I-Wan-ted-to-sur-prise-them-at-the-Sports-Fest-ival!" Mikumo says as he is being shaken with his head going forward and back like a bobble-head. To which Izuku sighs, but then the two brothers just smile at each other, "Oh and I heard you became a teen dad, is that correct?"
"Yeah, Eri-chan is over in the 1-A Dorms right now!" Izuku says, "Want to go meet your niece?"
"Maybe later, Izu-nii, for now, there is something that I'm going to say…" He gently takes his brother's hands off his uniform as his body begins to glow with an orange aura, the bangs over his right eye standing up in the form of an ahoge. "This will be the first time we've played together in years, so I'm going to win this time, and you'd best be ready to take me on…"
"Heh, any time, little brother!" Izuku says, to which the two of them shake hands, only for a green ghost to escape Izuku and the teen begins to wobble.
"Deku!" Ochako says, while Izuku collapses in her arms.
"Sounds good to me, big brother…" Mikumo says, holding a green orb in his hand, "Oh and thanks for the meal…!" The green orb is absorbed into a hole in the center of his palm, whilst a ghost flees Izuku's mouth. "Oh and this goes without saying, don't tell mom or dad I'm here… I want to surprise them at the festival! Later onii-chan!" Mikumo walks away as Izuku simply grins in his weakened state, looking at his brother as he leaves with two other students, both blondes, one a girl with hair tied in the manner of Spider Lilies, whilst the other has short blonde hair, but he has a scar on his face shaped like that of a railroad's tracks, "Himiko, Jin, let's get out of here and prepare to have some fun!"
Now…
The Twin brothers smile as they look at each other, giving each other looks of challenge, to which Katsuki and Ochako look at Mikumo's small little click, in which they see a sickly but adorable blonde girl with a cat-like grin on her face, and a pair of sharp fangs in her mouth. The other blonde with Mikumo has a scar on his face, shaped like a railroad track, but he has this intense look on his face, but then holds his head with a look of pain, to which Mikumo hands him something. "Here, Jin, I was able to get it approved by the teachers… But this was all I could do for now…"
"Thanks, anything to keep my head on straight will work…" The blonde says, putting on what appears to be a villainous mask, and then sighs in relief.
"What's with that kid and that mask?" Present Mic asks, his voice heard over the microphone.
"That is Bubaigawara Jin, my apprentice…" Ectoplasm says, "Thanks to Akatani Mikumo, I was able to find and help him before the start of the school year. The Mask he wears actually helps him control his quirk and the trauma he had recently obtained through it."
"Trauma?" Present Mic asks.
"Without going into detail, Jin's Quirk allows him to create clones, much like mine does, only his are a great deal more powerful individually, even if they are fragile. However, unlike my clones, his are fully sentient, and if he doesn't treat them respectfully, they will turn against him. The trauma he suffered caused him to develop a Dissociative Identity Disorder… When he starts to have a flare up, he hears the voices of his other personalities starting to berate him and put him down, causing what he describes as "mind shattering headaches" and "being pulled in a hundred different directions at once"." Ectoplasm explains, "However, we found a way to alleviate these symptoms by creating a costume that applies pressure all over his body, allowing him to "keep himself together" and focus all of his split traits into a single personality. It's also why he is usually seen wearing a constricting headband over his head during class, as the pressure of the headband allows him to keep his headaches to a minimum."
"Wow, and you have him as an apprentice?"
"Yes, I've actually discovered that Jin actually has 4 different personalities, which we have come to call the Taros Bros, alongside his main personality, which we have nicknamed Ryotaro. These personalities are actually effective tools, but they each are driven by different things… I won't go into detail, but that mask that Jin is putting on will allow him to keep the Taros quite while he focuses on the sports festival."
"And the girl with them? I've never seen her around the school before either."
"That is Toga Himiko, she is my apprentice!" Vlad King says, "She is another problem case who was brought up, along with Bubaigawara by Mikumo Akatani, who went to the same school as them."
"Oh why is that?"
"Let's just say that Himiko's quirk also caused her to have personality problems, due to the fact that it is similar to mine. To be specific, my quirk uses blood as a power source, and when I use it, my natural aggression becomes much more volatile as the levels of blood in my body drop, forcing me to find outside sources to refill my reserves." Vlad King says, "Himiko's is similar but different, her Quirk actually forces her to take pleasure in the ingesting of blood, as it allows her to take on the appearance of the donor. Thanks to Akatani, I managed to save her from becoming her own worst enemy and getting addicted to the sadistic tendencies that her quirk forces on her. We found out that her quirk slowly drives her insane the longer she goes without feeding, with her personality becoming twisted with every second she goes, but her core persona remains intact."
"Yikes…" Present Mic says,
"However, Mikumo Akatani saw the two of them suffering and brought them before Ectoplasm and myself, knowing we were the best to handle their problems, and thankfully, they are really great students, and I am glad he did, as I see Toga as my own child now."
"What a doting father-figure!" Present Mic says, to which most of the heroes listen to this and nod in agreement. "Well without further ado, let's get to the First Round's Event! THE OBSTACLE COURSE!" Present Mic goes over the details and rules, in which everyone, at the sound of the start, gets ready to charge, only for something to launch itself forward at high speed, or rather two. The two that get out to the front are what appear to be an orange vortex flying over everyone and a green burst of lightning rushing past everyone in a burst. Shoto Todoroki, glaring at the two, slams his foot down as he starts creating a blockade of ice to prevent anyone from getting past him.
Mikumo chuckles as he channels Temporal Energy around him this tornado of time, spinning with it as his hands feel out the chronons, gathering them, compressing them, and then releasing it out rapidly, smiling as he spins, keeping up with his big brother who runs next to him. Izuku looks at his twin, glad the two of them are competing as they are, both of them starting to have some serious fun. Ochako watches as she flies above them, her eyes wide as she sees the two boys crashing into each other. With the help of Jin, Himiko manages to get past the crowd as they rush forward, smiling as her eyes are on Mikumo, who exits his Cyclone and starts running alongside his brother, the two of them crackling with energy as they begin to slam into one another, causing distortions upon each clash.
"You've gotten stronger, little brother!"
"Hanging out with your Sadist Girlfriend and Multi-Persona Best Friend tends to toughen you up a bit!" Mikumo says, smiling as they slam into each other again, the two brothers running cheek to cheek as temporal energy crackles off of the two of them. Tenya Iida can't believe that there is somebody who can keep up with Midoriya, one of the fastest and most physically imposing students as his eyes catch hold of Mikumo's Movements' in which he sees the boy isn't really running, it's more like he's skating across the ground… The Student's eyes watches Mikumo's arms as he swings one arm forward, with the other swinging back, the holes in the boy's palms causing what appear to be an orange mist to appear under Mikumo's feet, constantly lengthening with the reach of Mikumo's arm movements, and the young man skating across the trail in front of him. Izuku notices this too and smiles at his brother, glad that he can finally keep up with him.
'Well looks like it's time to kick it into high gear!' Izuku thinks, only for something to appear, and Izuku almost freezes "A Villain bot!?"
"HERE COMES THE ROBO INFERNO! TRY TO GET PAST THIS FIRST YEARS!"
"I have no time for this!" Izuku says, taking out his Grifone, "ERASE!" He fires a bullet at a Villain bot, causing it to rapidly rust and decay.
"Nice one, nii-chan!" Mikumo says, jumping at a Villain Bot, a cyclone forming on his leg. "CYCLONE!" He kicks the bot in front of him, the machine rapidly rusting at the impact point as it is ripped apart by the winds, Mikumo flying forward as he drills through the offenders. Izuku looks in shock at this but one with a smile on his face.
'Notes later, Izuku, Festival now!' Izuku reprimands himself, always wanting to learn more about quirks. The usual chaos continues as everyone fights their way to the front, but surprisingly, one of those who make it to the front is actually.
"HEY HOW IS HIMIKO TOGA IN THE TOP 6 RIGHT NOW!?"
"That would be something I taught her!" Vlad King says, smiling proudly, "Well more like we discovered it on our own, and that Himiko is actually able to copy the quirks of people whose blood she ingests, as long as she is given permission to use them or study her opponent's quirk and how it works. However, that only applies to Emitters and Transformers, Mutants are another story. Aside from me, Himiko is a big fan of Mirko and Ryukyu, so she gained permission to obtain their blood for later use if need be, but I didn't think Himiko would use Mirko's blood so early on."
"Wow! Talk about Imitation being the highest form of flattery!" Present Mic says, shocked. "Well she is currently in 6th place, in a tight race against Iida!"
'Keep going Toga-chan!' Jin thinks, smiling as his headache starts to sting. 'I knew I'd not make it far into this festival, but I could at least get the two of you ahead!' He smiles as he thinks this, but suddenly, he hears something, the voices.
"Don't give up, Ryotaro!" A strong and violent voice cheers for him.
"You got this!" A smooth and gentle voice calls out.
"Don't cry on us now!" A humble but powerful voice cries.
"I can't hear your heart pumping enough!" A childish voice calls out.
"You can do it!" A proud and well-mannered voice rings.
"Get going!" A humble and kind voice calls out.
'Guys…!' Jin thinks, smiling as his voices are starting to cheer him on, a determined look hitting his face. The race continues on until the group reaches a point that falling into the pit would mean certain disqualification. The Fall…
"Looks like this is my go!" Mikumo says, jumping to the sky as he begins to create tornadoes from his hands. "See ya at the finish line, Brother!"
"Not so fast, little bro!" Izuku says, "Skip!" He then vanishes in a burst of temporal speed, to which Ochako just smirks as she shakes her head.
"Brothers…"
Several Minutes Later…
"HERE THEY COME!" Present Mic shouts as two clashing lights of orange and green crash against each other as they begin to make the final approach to the finish line, "AND THE FIRST TO CROSS THE FINISH LINE IS…!" That is when a camera starts recording, and as the image becomes clear, Present Mic gets a big smile on his face. "MIDORIYAAAAAA!"
"I won?" Izuku asks, smiling big as tears flow from his eyes. "I WOOOOOON!"
"Tch…" Mikumo says with a smirk on his face, "Congratulations big brother, but I ain't losing the next round!" To this, everyone begins to catch up as the twins shake hands.
"LOOK AT THAT DISPLAY OF SPORTSMANSHIP THERE! FOLKS THIS IS WHAT THIS FESTIVAL IS ALL ABOUT!" Present Mic says as everyone begins clapping their hands for the two brothers. In the stands, one man with green and gold hair smiles as he pushes his glasses back, one of the figures in his visions having become clear from his vision, the boy in front of him being one of the 10 who join alongside Izuku and those who inherited the quirks of One For All. A tear trickles down his cheek as he sees the boy whom he had scarred so long ago has begun to push towards his destiny.
"Mirai…!" Toshinori says, walking over to his old sidekick. "You're doing well!"
"All Might…" Sir Nighteye says, "It has been years since we had last spoken!"
"Indeed it has, and I need to talk to you…" He sits down next to Sir Nighteye, "You see my sons down there? I had not been in Mikumo's life for years, and yet here he is, having already saved two children from the path of villainy due to their quirks driving them to the edge."
"Mikumo is a great boy, All Might… I had been asked to investigate their circumstances, and I was sickened by what I had found. Himiko was neglected and told to unhealthily repress her quirk's primal inclinations, causing them to fester and grow until it reached a breaking point. I later discovered that Mikumo had done something not even you would've allowed… He had saved her in the same boarding school they went to, from a group of boys that were harassing her, both physically and sexually, then after beating them black and blue, getting bloodied himself in the process, he put on record that he felt something was wrong with her, so he took her to the Nurse's office. Thinking she was suffering from a panic attack." All Might sits and listens carefully.
"Once they had gotten there, Toga's mask broke, but before she could attack her, he wiped some of the blood from his wounds and put it on her tongue, and it calmed her enough that he could get answers from her. Once she was able to reveal what her quirk was doing for her… He did something no sane kid would do, he let her feed from him directly, but only on the condition that she stop when he "tapped out". The Witnesses had claimed they had seen Toga crying whilst having the look of purest ecstasy on her face, and, Mikumo, surprisingly, was blushing and moaning the whole time." Nighteye says, to which Toshinori looks shocked.
"Oh my… Oh My… Goodness!" Toshinori says, "What happened afterwards?"
"Well it was lucky I was in the area and I had managed to get the details out of all the witnesses, and I pieced together everything that happened. When Himiko, after having calmed down, explained her situation at home, and I realized what was going on, and Mikumo even begged me not to have Toga punished, revealing he had a crush on her for a while, and that he was only trying to protect her from those who assaulted her, and then helping her with her problem. Thankfully, once the information was presented, the charges that would've been raised against Toga were dropped, but her parents were arrested for Child Neglect and Abuse, meanwhile, a professional Quirk Guidance Counselor, who had experience with these kind of quirks, actually helped the girl get her Quirk under control, and both Mikumo and Toga started dating not long after that."
"And the other person?" Toshinori asks.
"Bubaigawara Jin, he was also suffering at home thanks to his Quirk, with the majority being that of his parent's abuse of both the boy and his quirk, turning him into a slave. The Abuse had gone on for years, and eventually, it split the boy's personality, which the breaking point was at school when he was attacked by bullies, causing his personality to fracture as he created clones to defend himself. Mikumo came into the picture in order to break up the fighting, and helped Bubaigawara, who had been torture and physically scarred by the bullies." Nighteye explains, "Once the authorities came, the bullies were arrested and Bubaigawara taken to a mental hospital, where he begged to stay as the Straight Jacket he was given helped him feel at peace. Thankfully, I learned of this, got his parents arrested, and Mikumo actually had visited the boy regularly, helping him gain control of his personalities until Ectoplasm showed up, and figured out how to keep the boy "whole" until they could find a more permanent solution."
"Well at least those two kids are doing better than most are…" All Might says, smiling proudly at his second born as the next game is getting set up.
"Your sons are both great, All Might…" Sir Nighteye says, "Though if I had to choose between the two, your youngest would be my favorite."
"Heh, especially after what you told me, he rivals his big brother, especially after Izuku helped me set up a rescue operation for my new granddaughter!"
"Granddaughter!?"
On the Field...
Izuku is not having a good day… First he thought today was going to be all fun and games, as well as a chance to show off… But now… Izuku was the biggest target for the next game, the Cavalry Battle… In which Izuku now has the highest value of the students available… And whenever he tries to ask somebody for help, they all shy away. "Deku-kun! Deku-kun!" Ochako says, walking over to him. "Let's team-up!"
"Huh!?" Izuku asks, tears flowing out of his eyes like a fire hydrant. "Are you sure!?"
"Absolutely…!" She says, smirking as she kisses his cheek, to which she doesn't realize they were caught on camera. "Besides, you're my boyfriend, and the father of my adopted daughter, so I want to pair up with ya!"
"Oh thank you so much!"
"Hey, Nii-san!" Mikumo says, smiling, as he walks over with Himiko and Jin. "Let Himiko and I pair up with you!"
"Okay, though why is Jin here?"
"Oh no reason! Just here to give you guys luck!" Jin says, nicely, before getting aggravated, "You got a problem with that, punk!?"
"Nope! Nothing whatsoever!"
"Good!" Jin says, before becoming nice again, "Well good luck you guys!" He then brings out some water bottles, "Also drink up, this is going to be an intense game!" He then becomes childish, "Do your best!" He rushes off to the stands. Mikumo smiles at his best friend as he heads off.
"Jin is a bit of a goof, and takes a while to get used to, but once you can understand his shattered mind, he's easy to get along with!" Mikumo says, drinking from his bottle. "So, let's compare notes!"
"Well my Quirk, Time Lag, actually allows me to distort time around me with the use of my guns. I can cover us from ranged targets if we need to play a distance game!" Izuku explains.
"My Quirk, Gravity, is a multi-faceted Quirk which will allow me to manipulate gravity in a multitude of ways! However, they all require me to touch the person before I can activate it!" Ochako explains.
"My Quirk is Transform! It allows me to transform into somebody after I've ingested their blood, though in this context, I'll be limited to female classmates that I've been offered. For an hour's worth of use, I need about a Tablespoon of blood, but more than that, I can utilize the quirks of others, but I have a bit of drawbacks." Himiko explains, "First off, my quirk works best with Mutation Type Quirks, in which, after only a few minutes of study, I can utilize their quirk to the fullest. Emitters and Transformations require me to have some in-depth knowledge on the quirks, and for me to obsess over their abilities to properly utilize them!"
"Okay…" Izuku says a bit creeped out, but then he starts mumbling.
"Cute!" Himiko says, "Just like Mikun when he's thinking up a strategy!" And right on cue, Mikumo is mumbling as well, the two of them seemingly having a conversation like this.
"Wow!" Ochako says, "The two of them are really going at it."
"Yeah! Aren't our boyfriends adorable?" Himiko says, giggling.
"OH MY GOD!" The two boys shout in english, "THAT'S IT!" They point at each other once they come out of it.
"Did you figure it out?" Ochako asks.
"Yeah!" Izuku says, "Though it's going to require Toga-san to take on a bit of an unorthodox transformation, if she has it!"
"Oh?" Himiko asks, to which they huddle for the strategy. Himiko looks at Izuku and Mikumo, blushing bright red at the idea, but then smirks sadistically… "You're evil… I love it!"
"Remember, Toga, you're the lynchpin in this plan!" Mikumo says.
"Teams, get into position!" Midnight calls out. In which everyone builds their groups, in which Izuku sits at the top of his and puts his headband around his neck but, much to the surprise of most others, doesn't tie it tightly against his neck, what is Izuku planning? Ochako takes the forward most position as she can use her Gravitational Flight to keep them moving, Mikumo taking the back left position, and Himiko taking the back right. Soon the start begins and Ochako takes off with Mikumo smiling.
"Cyclone Effect!" Mikumo calls out, as Himiko's body begins to become covered in what appears to be a grey goop that coats her, before falling off, and Himiko, much to the surprise of everyone, transforms into a female version of Mikumo, and the two of them begin creating Temporal Cyclones beneath them as Ochako starts flying off.
"WHOA!" Present Mic says, "Toga Himiko just transformed into a female version of Midoriya, or is it Akatani, and took off flying!"
"That's Himiko's Quirk, Transform. As long as she has ingested at least a drop of blood, she can transform into anyone, and if she has studied their Quirk enough, maybe to Midoriya's level of focus, then she will be able to copy them. However, if the person she is copying makes her uncomfortable, she mixes her own blood into the transformation and makes a female version of the person she is copying." Vlad King says, proud steam coming out of the Master's nose. "It's a really versatile quirk, it's only downside is that she has to constantly drink at least 8oz of blood at each eal to prevent her quirk from driving her into a sadistic madness."
"Yikes, that is useful and scary at the same time!" Present Mic says, "Wait, you said she can copy the quirks of the people she transforms into?"
"Yes!" Vlad King says as Izuku's group approaches Bakugo, but instead of taking any headbands, Izuku places one around his neck.
"Sorry Kacchan! But I can't have that big a target on my back right now!" Izuku says, smiling at his volatile friend.
"Huh?" Katsuki asks and notices the Ten Million is around his neck. "DEEEKUUUU!"
"That was ingenious, you two!" Ochako says, "Getting rid of the target on our back so we can focus on getting the other prizes was brilliant!"
"Don't gloat now, Ochako, we need to focus on getting other headbands!" Mikumo says.
"Mikun, your Left!" Himiko shouts, to which Mikumo reaches out with one arm and black and teal tendrils wrap around his arm.
"GET OVER HERE!" Shinso shouts angrily, however, he then starts feeling something odd, and red bubbles of energy start flowing from Blackwhip and into Mikumo's hand.
"YOUR SOUL IS MINE!" Mikumo says, tugging as a red ghost flows out of Shinso, being slowly dragged to Mikumo's palm.
"WHAT THE HELL IS THAT!?" Present Mic shouts, "DID HE JUST RIP SHINSO'S SOUL OUT!?"
"No, that is pure Temporal Energy…" Aizawa says, "Mikumo's quirk is known as Time Steal, it pretty much allows him to take Chronons and Temporal Energy from his opponents, freezing them in time for a short time and allowing him to fuel his other abilities. That "ghost" you saw was all of Shinso's Temporal Energy and Chronons being ripped out all at once. The kid made it easier for Akatani to do so because he created a physical connection between them."
"Wait, doesn't taking someone's time mean you'll age?" Vlad King asks.
"Not in this case… Time only ever marches forward, and so by removing Chronons and Temporal Energy from a target, time momentarily stops for them, allowing Mikumo to have an advantage on his next attack, if he can exploit it." Aizawa explains, "However, after about a minute at most, the body starts producing temporal energy again as their body, a timeless vacuum, draws in more chronons from the atmosphere and restores the flow of time to the target. In this sense, the person stops aging by a minute at most."
"Wow what a crazy ability you have for your class's Vice President, Vlad King!"
"Heh! The fact that he's Midoriya's younger twin helps too!"
"Huh?" Mic asks.
"Oh you don't know, well let's just say those two are brothers and leave it at that for now!" Vlad King says, "Don't want to spoil the surprise!"
"Okay then…!" Present Mic says, and over the next Half-Hour, every team battles for supremacy, in which Mikumo smiles as they have climbed up to 4th place. "Izuku, we've got less than a minute left! Do you want to keep going or try to maintain our position!"
"We got this little brother le-" Izuku says, taking out a gun, "Pause!" He then shoots Tetsutetsu in the Head, who tries to grab his headbands, taking a few of his, "-t's keep going!"
"Hehe! Your call, onii-chan!" Mikumo says, smiling at Izuku's antics, in which the group keeps going, eventually reaching the end of the time limit.
"THE WINNERS HAVE BEEN DECIDED!" Present Mic calls out with passion. "IN FIRST PLACE, TEAM TODOROKI!" The Icy-Hot man doesn't cheer along with his friends berating himself because of something that happened during the Cavalry Battle. "IN SECOND PLACE, TEAM BAKUGO!"
"FUUUUUUUUCK!" Bakugou shouts angrily, "I LOST BY ONE POINT! I LOST BY ONE POINT!"
"THIRD PLACE, TEAM SHINSO!"
"Okay, note to self…" Shinso says to himself, "If I'm facing that blonde in the next round… I'm surrendering without a second thought…" He gives Mikumo a look.
"AND FOURTH PLACE, TEAM MIDORIYA!" Mic shouts.
"YES!" Izuku says, cheering as he sheds tears of joy. Himiko had barely managed to do it, but during the last minute, they had lost one of their headbands, it was the lowest value, but it was just 5 points below the 4th place mark, but Himiko had changed her transformation at the last second to steal a headband from Team Todoroki, one that gave them enough points to past. "I AM NEVER LETTING MY COCKINESS GET THE BETTER OF ME AGAAAAIN! THANK YOU GOD FOR GIVING ME SUCH A GOOD TEEEEAAAAM!"
"Oh another believer?" Ibara Shiozaki asks from a distance, "God your grace has touched another, I give thanks to you!" Everyone is cheering happily, but as everyone breaks for Lunch, Mikumo and Himiko decide to meet up with Jin, and then head to a place in the lunchroom where he sees a couple he has been hoping to surprise all day.
Inko and Toshinori are both gushing over Izuku, "Oh my baby! You managed to get this far! I'm so proud of you!" Inko says, tears flowing from her eyes as a waterfall.
"You did well, son!" Toshinori says, "Now we just need to find that brother of yours and-"
"No need, pops!" Mikumo says, walking up to them, "Yo!"
"MIKUMOOOOO!" Inko says, tacking her youngest in a hug, "I WAS SO WORRIED YOU DIDN'T MAKE IT!" She then grabs her son by the collar of his shirt, "WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN, YOUNG MAN!? I'VE BEEN WORRIED SICK SINCE YOU DIDN'T COME HOME AFTER YOU GRADUATED!" She starts shaking as Izuku did a few weeks ago and Mikumo gives the same explanation as he did his brother. "EVEN IF YOU DID HAVE THIS PLANNED, I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE KNOWN YOU CAME HOME!"
"Hehehehe!" Himiko says, "Mom, you're so adorable when you're mad!"
"Mom!?" Inko asks.
"Mom, let me introduce you to my girlfriend… Toga Himiko!" Mikumo says, smiling at his mother, to which the girl smiles as she looks at Inko, who looks at the girl.
"OH YOU POOR THING! WHO HURT YOU!?" Inko says, placing her hands on Himiko's face, "YOU LOOK SO PALE AND MALNOURISHED!"
"It's the side-effects of my quirk, but really, I'm fine… Just let me get some food and blood and I'll be fine…!" Himiko says, "Still I owe your son a great deal for saving me when he did!"
"Oh my son, I'm so proud of you!" Inko says, to which Toshinori smiles at the girl.
"Well I am glad you are here and my son's girlfriend!" Toshinori says, "Now let's get something to eat before the next event!"
"YEAH!" The group calls out, in which Izuku introduces Jin to his family as well and things seem to go smoothly, that is until Mikumo turns to you guys and presses a few buttons on his phone, giving you guys something to read into.

Time Steal (時盗 Tokito), is the Quirk used by Mikumo Akatani, it is the result of the combination of Inko Midoriya's Attraction of Small Objects, and the Transfer Ability, Transmission, derived from Toshinori Yagi's One For All.
Description:
Time Steal is a combination of Attraction of Small Objects and Transmission. These two Quirks, in combination, allow for Mikumo to "steal" Chronons, the particles of the concept of Time, and Temporal Energy, the result of compressing these particles too tightly, from people and objects, and then "Transfer" it in a multitude of ways. Unlike Izuku, whose power derives from the Stockpiling Quirk, One from Many, Mikumo's Quirk derives from Transmission, the other half of One For All. This Quirk, which was born with the same potential as the quirk All For One, when combined with Attraction of Small Objects, the two quirks combine into something new.
This Quirk's effects are derived from a pair of holes in the center of Mikumo's palms, holes in which, with each small movement of the hand, Mikumo subconsciously uses Attraction of Small Objects to draw in Chronons, Time Particles, to fill a reservoir within his body. This Reservoir is constantly being emptied and refilled throughout the course of a day to ensure that Mikumo is always at his peak performance. With Transmission, Mikumo can use this quirk to rip the Chronons and Temporal Energy from his opponents, and then "transfer" it to others to either boost, heal, or re-energize them.

Super Moves:
Joker (With a simple hand movement anywhere between Melee Range and 10 meters away, Mikumo can steal Chronons and Temporal Energy from a target, causing them to feel tired and winded from the removal of power. Mikumo can also use this to induce Age Alteration to.)
Cyclone (By Focusing his Temporal Energy around his arms and legs, Mikumo can create powerful bursts of wind that spiral around Mikumo's limbs like tornadoes, creating violent cyclones as he moves.)
Heat (By Focusing the Temporal Energy close to his skin, his body is able to generate an intense heat as he attacks his opponents, causing an aura of time energy that looks like flames.)
Metal (By pulling Chronons Close to his body, Mikumo can lessen the damage to his boy by creating a thin "metal" armor at the point of impact)
Luna (Taking advantage of his enhanced Speed, Mikumo rapidly accelerates and decelerates in order to create Afterimages that attack on their own, creating the illusion that Mikumo can create clones like his brother)
Trigger (Mikumo absorbs beyond his maximum amount of Chronons, allowing him to super charge his abilities for a short amount of time. The effects cause a physical transformation akin to that of the Trigger Drug, however, though Mikumo becomes far more violent and aggressive in this form, he still retains his analytical mind and control over his actions, but the biggest difference between this and the Trigger Drug is that Mikumo's tongue color remains the same no matter how many times he uses it.
Weaknesses:
When it comes to Mikumo's Range for his Time Theft, Mikumo's Maximum Range is 10 Meters (33 ft), any further than that and he won't be able to reach.
Mikumo's Time Theft abilities have inherited the weakness of Attraction of Small Objects, which is Sir Isaac Newton's Law of Universal Gravitation, in which, for Time Steal it can be simplified as this: The Bigger and Closer the Target, the Stronger the pull, but the smaller and further away the Target is, the weaker the pull becomes. Meaning that in order to steal time from things and people, the closer and bigger his target, the stronger his quirk becomes, and the inverse is true as well.
Mikumo has himself stated that, when it comes to Chronons and Temporal energy, he has a "big appetite" and that he's a "speed eater", but he has an upper limit to how much time he can eat in one sitting, that being Six Minutes worth of Chronos and Time Energy at once. Anymore than that, and he will start to get sick, and he needs to either expend that energy fast or release it from his body.
In such times Mikumo can't expend any excess Temporal Energy, Mikumo releases the Temporal Energy and Chronons out of his sweat glands, creating what appears to be an aura of glowing orange sweat around his body.
Due his Super Move "Trigger" having both the same name and similar effects to the illegal drug, Mikumo is often thought to take the Drug himself when he utilizes this ability, and due to the fact that Trigger is an illegal substance, Mikumo doesn't utilize this ability, his most powerful so far, unless it's an absolute emergency, as his transformation and behavior for the duration tends to scare people and how it makes people think he's taken the drug as well. Not only that, the Police have a tendency to mistake him for a Trigger Addict, so whenever he is told to freeze, he surrenders immediately, and if the particular precinct isn't informed about his power, he will allow himself to be arrested and searched until the misunderstanding is cleared up, which it usually is really quick, especially after he takes a drug test to prove his innocence.
