Dawn in a car on her way to go and prepare for the next pokemodel event. She was looking out the window with a daydreaming look in her eyes. What just happened to her was hard to believe and was wondering if it was all just a dream. She gave herself a hard slap, and her diver looked her rearview mirror.

"…everything alright, miss?" he asked.

"Oh… Yeah! Just… getting myself ready for the meeting," Dawn replied.

"Oh… I see."

Dawn rubbed her cheek and looked at her pokegear. There was some time before they arrive to where they need to be, so she decided to call him.

Ash answered the phone with, "hello?"

Dawn smiled. "Hello Ash! So, you… really just confessed to me?"

Ash laughed. "Of course! And I meant every word too!"

Dawn blushed. "I didn't expect you to ever feel that way about me, but… I'm glad."

"I am glad too…"

"So, what are you doing?"

"Just walking to Sandgem Town and talking to you…"

Dawn smiled remembering her trip going there to get her starter.

They talked for Dawn's whole car trip, and it felt like she was on the phone for a few minutes but noticed it has been a couple hours and they made it to their destination.

"Well, I got to go Ash. I'll talk to you later!" Dawn said.

"Alright, sounds good! I hope things go well for you and Buneary!" Ash said.

"We'll do our best!"

"Well then I know both you and Buneary we'll do great!"

Dawn laughed a bit. "Thanks and have a safe travel back to Vermillion."

"With Pikachu by my side, there's no need to worry!"

Dawn gently smiled hearing Ash say her old catchphrase. "I see… Well, talk to you later."

"Okay… love you."

"Not as much as I love you!"

"Oh, and what makes you think that?"

"I know, because there is just no way you can love me anymore than I love you!"

"Well… I know I love you so much that I can't Imagine you surpassing me with how much you love me!"

"However, I…"

"Miss, we need to hurry. You are already so far behind schedule," her driver told Dawn.

Dawn sighed. "Alright Ash, you win, this time. Bye Ash, bye Pikachu!"

She heard Pikachu happily shout through the phone.

"Bye," Ash said.

Dawn hung up the pokegear and turned it off as she went inside to talk to Paris.

Dawn came out of the building a couple hours later after the meeting was over. She has gotten word where they will be doing their next show and has worked out with her designer on what outfit she and Buneary should wear. Dawn turned on her pokegear and saw that she has a message from Serena. Dawn got into the car as she read her message to herself.

I've come a long way from when I started contest, and I think I found my own way, and I think I'm more than ready to go and confess…

Dawn's eyes got wide, and she gasped as she realized with her getting caught up with getting together with Ash, she never told May or Serena. "How should I tell her? What should I do?" Dawn wondered. Serena had strong feelings for Ash, as Serena told her them. There was a time where she told her May that she like to be a great woman to be able to be good enough for Ash one day. This was when Dawn believed that Ash didn't care for her anymore, as she was afraid that he didn't want anything to do with her after her visit in Unova. So she never let Serena know her feelings for Ash and encouraged her to get with him. She looked down to read the rest of the message.

I'd like you and May to come with me to go and see him for company and support! I know with you two, whatever happens I can make it with my best friends there! Please call me when you can so we can to discuss this.

Dawn frowned feeling bad now about taking Ash from her. She quickly called May if she knows what to do.

"Hello?" May answered.

"You… won't believe what has all happened with me in the last couple of days."

May gave a concerned look, as she saw how distraught Dawn looked. "Did something bad happen?"

Dawn had tears coming out of her eyes. "No… something amazing happened."

May stared at her with a puzzled look. "Well then why are you crying?"

"It's just not fair to Serena!"

"What?"

Dawn explained to her how Ash traveled to her house yesterday and then today told her that he confessed that he loved her before she left.

"But… you did see Serena's message?" May asked.

"Yes, I did! What... what should I do?"

"Well, it seems like Ash needs to explain how he feels about Serena and then let her accept that for a start."

Dawn looked away. "And, I should probably… breakup with Ash."

"What?"

"It's not fair to Serena… I knew of her feelings for Ash and encouraged her to confess to Ash when she felt ready."

May frowned. "…I'm sure she'd be upset at first but would rather the guy she likes and her friend to be happy, and not be miserable because they had to be forced apart because of her."

Dawn looked down with a frown.

"I think you should tell Ash to explain how he feels… and give her some time."

Dawn narrowed her eyes with a frown.

"I know she's going to really need us… just try and keep calm."

"Alright…"

The next day, Dawn called Ash and planned a time for them to meet up and let him know that he needed to explain his feelings to Serena after she explained to him the message she got from Serena. She messaged Serena to meet up to talk with her about something, and she agreed. Some days she went to a pokecenter signing autographs, then other times she'd be in interviews about her grand festival win. She also had a contest battle with Solidad. With nerves and guilt, she found it hard to focus and lost. She felt better by talking with her two best friends, and especially with Ash. Even though she lost, she was far from upset about it. Weeks went by as she talked to him over her pokegear when she got the chance. and the time to see him again finally came. They met up at Sunyshore city airport. Once they saw each other, they ran to each other and embraced.

Ash held onto her tightly. "I'm so happy to finally see you again…"

"Me too…" Dawn clenched onto his jacket. Holding onto Ash like this, she couldn't see how she could ever let him go.

"How have you been?"

"Just… super exhausted. Busy all week. But… I'm great now! How have you been?"

Ash smiled. "I've been super excited to be able to come and see you again!"

She laughed as she placed her hands on Ash's chest and looked up at him with a serious look. "You do remember what you need to do today, right?"

Ash smiled. "Of course! Ready when you are!"

Dawn smiled as they walked to the café they agreed to meet Serena at. They walked holding hands as Serena looked at them with a frown.

"…What's going on?" Serena asked.

Dawn pulled away her hand and looked away. "Serena, I'm sorry…"

Ash sat down at the table. "It's good to see you again, Serena."

Serena looked at Dawn with a confused look, she didn't know she'd be seeing Ash as well.

"Serena… there's a lot I need to explain to you."

"What's going on, Dawn?" Serena asked.

"I… something happened recently." Dawn looked away. "I do value you as a great friend, and I never meant to hurt you…"

Serena looked down with a frown as she remembered them walking in with intertwined fingers.

"Serena… you really like me, don't you?" Ash asked.

"And you're with Dawn, aren't you?"

"Well, yeah. But…"

Serena looked down and all they could see from her is a frown. "I see… I understand." Serena stood up and started to walk off.

"Serena, wait!" Dawn shouted and ran after her and Ash followed.

They went outside and they lost Serena in the crowd. They separated to try and ran around asking people if they seen her, and Dawn kept trying to call her, but she never answered. She messaged her saying that Ash came to him and said he just sees you as a friend, and that he really likes me and never meant to hurt her. Dawn sighed as she sat on a bench. They've been searching for hours but haven't a clue where she went. Dawn placed her hands under her chain as she narrowed her eyes with a frown. Ash saw her and came and sat down next to her and wrapped an arm around her.

"I'm sorry…" Ash said.

"It's not your fault… it's mine," Dawn said.

"Don't be so hard on yourself. I could've tried talking to her when we got together…"

"I guess…" Dawn still felt more responsible, with them being close friends and having a way to contact her.

"I'm sure things will work out with time."

Dawn laid against Ash with a worried look. Dawn said. "I hope so…"

"No need to worry! I'm sure once Serena calms down, she'll hear our side and everything will be fine!"

They decided to let her cool off and try talking to her tomorrow.

Serena wiped her tears out of her eyes. She couldn't believe one of her close friends would just take the guy she liked. She was on a loss on what to do now, and wished that all this were, was a nightmare. But she knew she'd be wide awake by now if it were. All she knew is she didn't want to talk to Dawn anymore and blocked her from receiving calls or messages.

AN: Happy Pearlshipping day everyone! I'll have another chapter out after awhile and try to get a chapter of Dusk and Dawn up! If you are a Serena/amourshipper fan, I hope you don't this as being mean to Serena or attacking amourshipping here as I am truly not trying to do that. I feel really bad for Serena in this XC I'll try and find a way to give her a good ending in this, though it won't be the next chapter.
