Chapter 7: Crimes of fashion
The boys entered the mall and look around to admire the place before finding the manager. When they did, they then start interrogating him about Ronnie Anne's necklace after Clyde lampshade that they solved a mystery at the mall once at Royal Woods. After annoying the manager with questions about Ronnie Anne's necklace, the boys try to prevent him from leaving but instead knocked some clothes down along with a shelf. The manager then gets angry and told the boys to leave after saying that he already deals with Ronnie Anne and the obnoxious kid, which caused the boys to become interested.
The boys asked the manager about the obnoxious kid, which caused the manager to calmly tell the boys that the kid recently moved into the city, and he was holding a beautiful necklace. Lincoln then smiled confidently and asked the manager what the kid looks like so Clyde can draw a sketch of it. Soon the manager describes the person until Lincoln and Clyde realized that it was Victor Hugo from Royal Woods. The boys then clean up their mess before saying thanks and goodbye to the manager and set off to find Victor. They then easily found him walking home and decided to follow him.
