AN: Alight, these are the last three chapters to end on the last and official pearlshipping day. Sadly these chapters are going to be... not so good. I didn't have much time to properly finish it, and thus the ending is a bit rushed and also don't have time to proofread any of the chapters or it's highly likely it's not going to make it out on pearlshipping day, as I have to leave soon and won't be back until less than an hour before midnight. Sorry =C Hope you enjoyed, regardless.

Ash trained hard for the world tournament. Before he knew it, a month had past and it was time. Ash and Goh headed to Windburg in Galaar and Ash registered in. As Ash and Goh went to a restrant to have something to eat before the tornement started, he heard a familiar voice.

"Ash!"

Ash turned around and had a huge smile on his face, got up and embraced Dawn. "You… never told me that you were coming here."

Dawn wrapped her arms around him. "Of course I didn't! It wouldn't be a surprise then!"

Ash gazed into her eyes with a huge smile. "You have the best surprises."

"I try…"

"So, you got time off for the whole tournament?"

"Of course! We are here to support you all the way!"

All of Dawn's pokemon came out and happily shouted.

"Ash and Pikachu beamed. "Alright! Thanks Dawn, Piplup, Buneary, Parcharechu, Mamoswine, Togikiss, and Glaceon! I'll try my best for each and every one of you!"

"And we all know you'll do amazing!"

Ash nodded. "Expcally with all of you cheering me on!"

"Hey Ash… we should go! The tornement is about to start soon!" Goh shouted.

"Oh right! I'll see you later, babe! Love you!" Ash shouted.

Ash and Goh started to run to the stadium.

"Wait!" Dawn shouted.

"Huh?" Ash stopped as Hoh went on.

Dawn ran up to Ash, put her hands on his shoulders, stood on her toes and gave Ash a kiss on the lips. Then pulled back and starred at him with a smile. "Good luck out there…"

Ash beamed and nodded. "Thanks…"

At the stadium, the audience was roaring with excitement.

Leon came into the middle of the stadium with a microphone. "Hello everyone! Thank you for coming to watch this exciting tortement of who shall become monarch! Let's all get a look on our challengers!

Goh sat with Dawn, as they became friends while Ash and Dawn where dating.

As the challengers came out, Dawn gasped in surprise seeing a few she recognized.

"What?" Goh asked.

"I guess it's not surprising… tough trainers are going to be in this tornement, and they're strong."

"Who?"

"Besides Leon, there's Paul, Tobias, and Alian… two have defeated Ash in the pokemon league, and one Ash managed to beat once," Dawn explained.

Goh looked over at the people lining up in the stadium with a worried look as he saw Bea in the arena, whom Ash had battled with her a few times and at best, tied with her. "I know Ash trained hard, but does he stand a chance?" he wondered.

Seven stepped out in the area, and Leon stood with them. "And these eight here!

The crowd cheered in excitement.

"Whoever can get through the finals will face me, the current Monarch and will have the chance to take that title away from me!"

People where cheering for Leon.

"Now without further adew, let's see who will face who in round 1!"

The crowd cheered as the a giant randomly shuffled around the seven trainers.

"Alright, it looks like its decided! It'll be Tobias vs Paul, Alian vs Lance, Ash vs Bea, and then the winner of that round will face Bebe!"

The crowd roared in excitement.

"So we will give 10 minutes to our contestants to get the team trainers want to use then it's go time! So get up and make sure your good to sit through amazing battles you don't want to miss!"

People cheered as the contestants went to prepare.

After ten minutes, Paul and Tobias walked out to the stadium on the opposite ends of the field, and their names and a picture of them showed up on the big screen.

"So, the rules for round one is two pokemon for each trainer. Once two pokemon that a trainer sent out fainted, that trainer will lose, and the other trainer will be in the next round."

The crowd got excited as the camera bot floated between the trainers.

"Alright, let's get this tornement started!"

It was a close battle, but Paul won.

"What an amazing battle! Give it up for our winner, Paul!"

The crowd cheered.

"Next up is Alian verus Lance!"

Most people believed that Lance has this is the bag.

It was an intense battle, but Alian was able to win.

"Now it's Ash verues Bea!"

The crowd cheered.

Dawn and her pokemon did a cheer for him.

Ash looked out in the audience and smiled seeing Dawn in a new cheerleading cheering her on along with her pokemon.

Ash had finally beaten Bea with a bit of a struggle.

Ash was able to get two different pokemon for the last round.

Bebe gave a bored look.

"Alright let the match begin!" Leon shouted.

Ash struggled some against Bebe, but Dawn's cheering helped him defeat Bebe.

"The winner is Ash!"

"Great battle!" Ash shouted.

"Whatever…" Babe replied.

Ash gave a confused look.

"Thank you all for coming for round one of this exciting tournament! Be sure to tune in next time for the semi finals!

The crowd cheered in excitement as the trainers walked off the stadium.

Ash went to the lobby of the Windium Stadium where his pokemon were healing.

"You were amazing, Ash!" Dawn said.

"Yeah! I was surprised with the tactics that you used! I haven't seen you use those moves for as long as I've known you…" Goh stated.

Dawn smiled. "Well, everything Ash has done was all familiar with how I've seen Ash battle."

Goh gave a confused look.

"You see, the ice aqua jet and counter shield was something that I've learned thanks to Dawn!" Ash said.

"Then why did you never used it before the tournament?" Goh asked.

"Well…"

"Ash, you could've used them. After all, they were created with your help!" Dawn said.

Ash blushed. "A-alright…" But then he gave a serious look. "However, I have to mix things up in this tournament if I want to win."

The next day, the Stadium's audience was filled up and ready to see some intense battles. Trainers where allowed three pokemon each this round. The screen shuffled the three who will get to fight first, and it was Alain and Paul.

The two contestants walked on the opposite side of the stadium, and then sent out their pokemon when ready. Blows after blows were exchanged. Paul had the upper hand having only lost one pokemmon when Alian was on his last, but Alian quickly took out another and the last pokemon were hitting each other hard. They both feel to the ground after their last hit, and so it came down to whichever pokemon stood first. They were down for quite awhile as everyone watched with anticipation and their trainers calling out for them to stand. Suddenly after 30 minutes, a pokemon started moving, and then slowly got to it's feet.

"And the winner is… Paul!"

The crowd went wild after the amazing match.

After that, Ash and Paul prepared for the semi-final match. Then they were called out to the arena and entered at the opposite sides.

The match began and Dawn and her pokemon cheered loudly for Ash.

Their first pokemon knocked each other out. Next Paul took out Ash's 2nd pokemon, but with some good damaged was delt to his. Pikachu was able to quickly take Paul's second pokemon, and so both were on their last. They dynamaxed and exchanged powerful blows. Both of the pokemon went back to normal after powerful attacks hit each other. They looked into each other's eyes, before Paul's pokemon went down.

Everyone cheered loudly as Ash looked in amazement.

"Alright, and that does it for today's tournament! Tune in tomorrow for the conclusion!"

"Wow Ash! You actually are going to battle Leon again!" Goh shouted.

"I know… I'm so excited!" Ash shouted.

"But… aren't you nervous? He did easily took you out the first time…"

"A little… however even if I lose, I know it's going to be a blast!"

"Besides, you really grown stronger… You're already a winner in my book!"

Ash smiled. "Thanks, Dawn. Ether way. I'm going to do my best!"

It was the next day, and everyone was excited to see the finale.

Ash and Leon walked out on opposite sides, and the rules were to use all six pokemon but in a double battle, and once all six of one sides pokemon faint the match is over.

They sent out their first two pokemon. Ash's pokemon did great damage to Leon's pokemon, but then got knocked out at the same time.

"That's… not a good start," Goh said.

Dawn intensely cheered the best she could over the audience cheering for Leon.

Ash was able to knock out one pokemon, but not too long later, one of his pokemon fainted, and the same thing happened again. Now Ash was down to his last two, while Leon had four. However, Ash's pokemon were able to knock out his two out on the field, making him down to his last pokemon as well. They dynamax'd their pokemon, and the ones that didn't Dynamax got knocked out. It was now just Pikachu versus Charizard. Ash and Pikachu looked backed into a corner, but they heard Dawn and her pokemon's cheering and it gave them strength. The pokemon went back in their regular forms, and Pikachu snuck behind Charizard for a powerful Thunderbolt, but as Charizard was getting hit it used a Flamethrower and they both hit each other hard and passed out.

"Pikachu! If you can hear me, you got to get up!" Ash shouted.

"Charizard my friend, stand and rise like the champion you are!" Leon shouted.

Pikachu gave a serious look, hearing a familiar voice of a pokemon who strongly supported him before.

Charizard started to move one of its arms.

"Buddy, you have to stand now, or we aren't gonna win!"

Dawn's Buneary yelled out for Pikachu desperately.

Pikachu quickly opened its eyes and jumped up and looked around just before Charizard got to its feet.

"And the winner, and our new Monach is Ash!" Leon shouted.

Pikachu then felt extremely weak and fell to the ground again, while Charizard stood standing with a sad look.

"Pikachu!" Ash shouted as run up to Pikachu and picked him up. "You okay, buddy?"

Pikachu opened it's eyes and looked at Ash with a weak, "Piii…"

Ash smiled. "You did great, buddy!" He then turned to Leon. "But, I think the winner should be Leon. After all, Charizard is still able to stand, unlike Pikachu. So he's stronger…"

Leon shook his head. "No Ash. The rules state that the one that stands first after a double knock out wins. Plus, the match was called before Pikachu fell again."

Ash gave a serious look, before nodding. "I see. Well, in any case, thanks for the great battle!"

Leon grinned. "No, thank you, Ash!"

They shook hands and the crowd cheered loudly.

Ash met Goh and Dawn in the lobby as Pikachu and the rest of his pokemon were taken by Nurse Joy.

Dawn ran up to him and hugged him. "Congratulations, Ash!"

"Yeah, great job! I didn't think you could ever do it, but you did!" Goh shouted.

"Thanks, you two!" Ash then turned to Dawn. "Dawn… there's something I need to talk to you privately about."

"Of course…" Dawn responded.

"I'll see you soon, Goh!"

"Take your time…" Goh said.

They stood beside each other in the middle of the city holding each other.

"I've been thinking a lot… this time apart from you," Ash said.

"What about?" Dawn asked.

"You… pushed me to be my best and get my best inspiration when I'm with you."

Dawn narrowed her eyes and smiled. "I… feel the same. You really encouraged me and helped me get my combinations down. It just… wasn't the same after you left."

"That's why… Wherever you'll go, I'll be there."

Dawn gave a surprised look. "What?"

"I'll support you through your challenges like you did for me during my travels in Sinnoh."

"But… what about your goal? Being a pokemon master?"

"I'm know I'm way more likely to be a pokemon master if I have you by my side. So, if it's okay with you…"

Dawn tightly embraced Ash with tears in her eyes. "Of course…"

Ash held onto Dawn tightly with a huge smile.
