## Current Weather - Classified Location - Outside Konoha ##
"Rest Kushina, you will have plenty of time" Biwako said as she took Naruto for his first bath. Biwako was a 170-centimeter woman, with long brown hair in a ponytail, and eyes of the same color. She is in her 50s and is the wife of Sarutobi Hiruzen, the Sandaime Hokage, former leader of Konoha.
"How are you feeling, Kushina?" Minato asked, concerned for his loving wife "Just tired" she replied.
"Thank you" he said.
Suddenly a voice unknown to Minato and Kushina echoed in the room.
"Stay away from the junchuuriki, Yondaime" a masked man said while holding Naruto hostage with a kunai around his neck. Biwako and the other nurse were on the floor, dead.
"OK, just calm down" Minato said, scared. Concern was evident in his eyes "Speak for yourself, Yondaime, and I'm perfectly calm" the masked man said as he threw Naruto through the air, preparing to stab him with the kunai. Suddenly Minato, enveloped in a flash of yellow, grabbed Naruto as the masked man headed towards Kushina.
A hum was heard as Minato noticed the five explosive seals placed on the blanket that wrapped Naruto. Minato quickly removed the blanket and headed for his safe house.
## Minato's Safe House - Outside of Konoha ##
An explosion occurred and Minato was pushed with his son in his arms. "That man is not an ordinary shinobi" Minato said wondering who the masked man is "He managed to separate me from Kushina".
Teleporting to the Namikaze mansion, Minato put his son to bed and whispered "Rest now Naruto, I'm going to save your mother. I'll be back."
## Classified Location - Outside Konoha ##
The masked man approached Kushina and teleported out of the house. Placing his head on her stomach he began to extract the Kyuubi. In a couple of minutes a figure is seen emerging from his stomach and materializing in midair. There was the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox in all his glory. With a glance the masked man caught the Kyuubi under his control. The Kyuubi's eyes, previously with a red vertical pupil, are now red with three tomes: the Sharingan shining in full power.
"Wait" said a weakened Kushina realizing what was about to happen.
"Incredible. The Uzumaki Clan is simply incredible. Not even extracting a Tailed Beast from you is enough to kill you" said the masked man as he ordered the Kyuubi to kill his previous jinchuriki. "It is to be expected that the Kyuubi will kill its container" he said.
As the Kyuubi is about to crush Kushina a yellow flash is seen. Prostrate in a tree not far away we can see Minato with Kushina in his arms, carrying her in the bridal style. "He really deserves the title of 'Minato Namikaze, the Yellow Flash of Konoha'" he says teleporting to the edge of the village.
Minato transported himself to the Namikaze Mansion, laying Kushina close to her son and she just hugged him.
"Kushina, I'm going to stop the Kyuubi. Take care of him" he said and in a flash of yellow he was gone.
## Konoha North Entrance ##
It was a warm summer night in the Village Hidden Among the Leaves. Lights were seen around the village as people went about their normal life, unaware of what was about to happen.
"Kuchyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique)" the masked man said while slapping his palm on the ground and after a burst of smoke the Kyuubi was ready to unleash his fury on the unsuspected village. Suddenly a roar is heard as the Kyuubi begins its destruction. By wagging their tails and using their claws nothing stood in their way.
"Sandaime, the Kyuubi has appeared in the northern part of the village" said an ANBU as he bowed to the Sandaime Hokage.
"Yes, I heard it. Summon the forces and evacuate the civilians. We must push the Kyuubi out of the village and wait for the Fourth" said the Sandaime.
Minato Namikaze is seen standing on top of the Hokage Monument, ready to face the Kyuubi when he senses a presence behind him. Quickly ducking and turning he strikes with a kunai, only for it to pass through the head of his enemy. Suddenly everything begins to distort as the masked man begins to absorb Minato into a kind of spiral pattern, before he manages to finish.
Minato disappears. Minato had been transported to his safe house.
## Safe House - After Minato managed to escape from the masked man ##
"That technique" Minato said, thinking about what he had just experienced "is a more advanced time-space technique than mine. It doesn't require seals or I could have seen them with my sharingan. It's better to hide my sharingan under a genjutsu, I don't know. who he is, but his chakra signature looks familiar. "
Suddenly a figure began to appear only a few meters from Minato. There the masked man was standing, preparing to face the Kiroi Senko (Yellow Lightning). The men saw each other, daring the other to make the first move.
"Who are you?" Minato asked as he evaluated who might even have the power not only to release, but to control the Kyuubi.
"My name has long been forgotten and was despised in the history of this village. I was once known as Uchiha Madara, but you can call me Tobi" he replied giving a little laugh, due to the irony of asking a masked man who he is. .
"No. I'm sure you're not actually Madara Uchiha. Although your chakra seems familiar, you're not him." Minato said, trying to decipher the identity of the masked man. He clearly remembered his grandfather's chakra signature, from the very occasions when his father Izuna before he died could take him to meet him.
The masked man just stood there, wondering how the Yondaime could have known that he is not Madara "Something is wrong, how can he know Madara's ckakra?" thought Tobi.
Both warriors charged towards each other in a battle of speed. The fastest would win. Minato simply threw his Hirashin kunai towards Tobi, but they just passed through his head.
Moving closer to the other and bracing himself for the result, Minato carried a Rasengan in his right hand, ready to whip him into the masked man.
Tobi was about to touch Minato and absorb him "Victory is mine" he said and suddenly Minato disappeared from his sight, only to appear behind him, using the kunai he had previously thrown.
Minato turns his body and stamps the Rasengan against Tobi, vaporizing the area and marking Tobi with the Hirashin seal.
"I underestimated him" says Tobi when suddenly Minato appears in front of him stabbing him with a kunai and applying a seal to free the Kyuubi. Tobi seeing that he lost the fight says: "I will return and take revenge on the Village of the Leaf" while teleporting.
"Something tells me that I was not kidding and that it is an Uchiha with a chakra similar to my grandfather's. I wonder who it is" Minato thought as he prepared to determine the Kyuubi and was transported to the sand field
## Battlefield - Northern part of Konoha Village ##
On the battlefield the Sandaime was leading the forces and doing his best to push the Kyuubi out of the village when he suddenly heard.
"Kuchiyose no Jutsu" says Minato as he falls on top of the Kyuubi with his summons, Gamabunta "the toad boss" who kept the Kyuubi against the ground.
"Try to hold it as long as you can. Teleporting something so big requires preparation" he tells the toad chief, as he prepares to teleport the Kyuubi out of the village.
"Are you crazy? I don't do miracles. Hurry!" Gamabunta said. Suddenly both Minato and the Kyuubi disappeared.
## Near the safe house ##
Arriving near the safe house with the Kyuubi behind him, Minato began to gasp from the enormous use of chakra that it required to teleport the Kyuubi.
"Yondaime, quick, you must seal me. I can still feel the damn Uchiha pushing me. I REFUSE TO BE CONTROLLED" said the Kyuubi to Minato's surprise "Do you want me to seal it?" Minato wondered as he teleported to the safe house, taking Kushina and Naruto for the ritual.
"Kushina, I need your help to restrain him. He's still being manipulated" he says as Kushina gathers what is left of chakra to form chains that will bind the Kyuubi to the ground. Minato begins to carry out a long chain of seals and at the end screams.
"Shiki Fujin (Consuming Demon's Seal)"
"YONDAIME, OUT OF MY WAY" the Kyuubi yells as he feels being manipulated to kill his next container ... However, both Minato and Kushina jump in front of the claw, protecting their son "Kushina (cough) we don't have much time last words? " he asks his wife.
"Naruto" begins "I want you to grow up into a good young man and a strong shinobi. Remember to bathe daily and go to bed early: you need to sleep. "Hell" Minato thought "I need to make sure he knows about my grandfather's legacy. I can't let him go with the Uchihas, not with the Kyuubi inside him, but I never told anyone and it's too late now" Minato starts to think when Suddenly an idea occurred to him "Maybe this will work."
