CHAPTER 3
A / N: This is my first story, I hope you like it. I invite you to leave your reviews, they are all welcome.
Naruto Uzumaki was not a normal boy by any means. Naruto Uzumaki was not your ordinary orphan. He was alone, without parents, sad like any orphan. However, he was not viewed with compassion and kindness.
Naruto uzumaki was viewed with hatred and disdain. Simply walking through the streets provoked several attempted attacks from the population. He didn't know why, but the people of Konohagakure no Sato hated him. He had very few precious people, in fact the only ones he could name in his head were Hiruzen Sarutobi, or as he had nicknamed the Hokage, jiji, Ayame, a girl who helps her father run a ramen shop, teuchi , the father of said girl. Actually, it was sad that a child his age, 5 years old, was hated by everyone.
Naruto had learned this very early in life. They also hated him in the orphanage he lived in, since he learned to walk alone, the matron of the orphanage began to treat him like trash, he would never be allowed to play with other children his age and even if he managed to talk to them, they made fun of him and to him unequivocal words, that he was a monster and was not welcome in their group.
Walking through the streets of the town was a litmus test for him. He had to take steps to go unnoticed. If he attracted attention he would always hear the cries "We don't need demons like you here!", Or it was simply parents pushing their children away as if he were some kind of virus.
The general behavior of the village towards him caused him to develop a need for positive attention, but also a need to avoid people, preferring to keep to himself. He would not actively seek attention, but would leech on anyone who gave him a form of affection.
That was the reason why he turned to books. At least they didn't attack him and let him read them. Almost no one wanted to associate with him, he took him to take refuge in books. It was during one of his readings that he discovered that he had an eidetic memory, the ability to recall everything he once saw or heard, in great detail. She found it very useful and blatantly abused it, reading every book she was allowed and more, without telling anyone, of course. He didn't say this to anyone, not even Jiji, for fear that if this came out, he would be beaten for having 'weird features'.
Another of his quirks was a kind of sensory ability. He could feel the danger if he got close to him. However, it was a kind of subconscious ability, which was activated only when in danger. But it was very useful to avoid blows and stones that came when he was on his back.
During one of his outings, when his jiji came to take him to the Ichiraku Ramen that he loved so much, he asked him what it means to be Hokage.
Retrospective scene
The old man stopped eating and looked at him, his eyes piercing him as if searching for something. Then he smiled and said, "Maybe you should ask me first, Naruto-kun, what does it mean to be a shinobi?"
Naruto seemed surprised for a moment, but recovered himself and asked, "What does it mean to be a shinobi?"
This time, Jiji replied, "Being a shinobi means resisting. A shinobi is someone who can follow or guide others into any darkness and work together to overcome that darkness and come out the other side. A shinobi walks into danger when everyone else he's running away, that's because it is the duty of a shinobi to look at any enemy and just say, "Bring him in. That's because shinobi exist to protect those who cannot protect themselves."
Naruto had a shocked look on his face. I had no idea that Jiji was so wise. An answer like that changed Naruto's entire view of the shinobi. At first he thought that being a shinobi just meant performing cool jutsus and fighting on behalf of your village. He had no idea that the answer would have such a deep meaning.
Sarutobi looked at Naruto and mentally smiled. He knew about the villagers' treatment of Naruto and his drive to be Hokage. He pondered, maybe I can give you a little idea of what it means to be a Hokage.
Naruto recovered from his amazement and looked at his empty bowl, deep in thought. If this is what it meant to be a shinobi, then he had a pretty good idea of what it meant to be a Hokage.
He snapped out of his thoughts when Jiji said, "Now that that answer is out of the way, I can tell you what it's like to be a Hokage-"
"I know hee."
Those words stopped Hiruzen in his tracks, tilting his head curiously. "You know what, Naruto-kun?"
Naruto looked up, understanding and respect in his eyes. Hiruzen was touched by the respect he was receiving from Naruto, but his curiosity was growing. "What does it mean to be a Hokage."
Hiruzen stared at him, silently asking him to continue. Naruto spoke: "The Hokage is responsible for everything in this village. It is his responsibility to protect everyone here and make sure they are safe and happy with his village. He takes care of this village's finances, rules, events, everything. He controls every ninja who wears a leaf headband, and he basically directs when they live and die. This job is not for the faint of heart, and only for someone who deeply loves this village. " At the end of his reply, he was looking at his bowl.
Hiruzen was surprised by the understanding Naruto showed of Hokage's position. I had no idea that Naruto was so perceptive and knowledgeable. Teuchi and Ayame had also stopped working, staring at the blonde with wide eyes along with the Hokage. It was simply unheard of, a five-year-old showing such a deep understanding of something that most people don't understand until much later in life.
Hiruzen was so shocked that he didn't notice his jaw dropping a little. What insight and insight at such a young age, he thought in amazement. Only one person had shown such understanding as this and he was also three years older. Itachi Uchiha was a prodigy among the likes of Kakashi Hatake and Minato Namikaze. Too bad he was now a lost ninja.
Naruto looked up when he felt a hand on his shoulder. Jiji was looking at him with a strange expression, "That's exactly what it means to be Hokage, Naruto-kun."
A defiant smile appeared on Naruto's face and he declared, "Then someday I'll become a Hokage, hee! And not just any Hokage! I'll be the strongest there will be!"
Hiruzen chuckled, which soon turned into laughter. The father and daughter on the other side of the counter were also smiling fondly.
Naruto frowned, "What? I'm serious!" He was a bit hurt that Jiji saw his statement as a joke.
Hiruzen soon calmed down, smiling fondly at the boy. He remembered another Uzumaki who used to say the same thing.
But he had a strong feeling that Naruto would be right. He shook Naruto's head, "I know Naruto-kun, I have no doubt that you will."
End of flashback
From that day on, Naruto decided to focus more rigorously on his studies, although on this particular day he decided that if he wanted to be a shinobi and later the hokage should start training in order to be strong enough to achieve the dream that he has proposed.
At the end of the day, having been doing every type of workout that he could think of that might help him, he found that he could recover very quickly from physical exhaustion and wasting of his muscles. He recalled that he recovered surprisingly quickly after the blows from the villagers. "A bloodline perhaps?" He did not insist further on it, but put it away for later.
But today was special. So special that you would have to take extra steps to stay safe. Because today was his birthday and he was kicked out of the orphanage. Wandering the streets, he suspected what would happen at night.
Today was the day the villagers celebrated the Kyuubi festival, the day Yondaime defeated the Kyuubi and the day they would pursue him with more fervor and he knew very well that if they caught him they would hit him within an inch of his life or him. they would kill.
An epiphany struck him like lightning, causing him to suddenly stop in the middle of the street.
Yondaime…. Kyuubi's defeat ... his treatment of the villagers ... the demon boy ... Jiji's avoidance of the subject
No I would not ...
Naruto ran off the street, weaving through the crowd with the grace of a seasoned dancer or running water. He ran like it was nobody's business, reaching his favorite spot, the Yondaime's head, in record time. Anyone who saw it had flashbacks of another redhead running around like a madman.
I need to confirm if it's true or not, he thought gravely, dreading what he would find. He sat on the famous Hokage's head in a meditative posture.
But his concentration was interrupted by the footsteps of someone indicating that they were approaching the place, but what most caught his attention were the sobs that accompanied these steps.
She did not have to wait long for a girl her age to make an appearance, the girl had medium length white hair which has a lock of hair that hangs through her eyes to the right side of her face, her eyes They were a dark blue with no pupils (A / N: Forgot to mention, but Naruto's eyes are dark purple - No pupils).
## Hinata's POV ##
Hinata Uzumaki daughter of the previous head of the Hyuga clan, Hiashi Hyuga and Hitomi Uzumaki felt devastated, they had just banished her from the Hyuga clan arguing that she did not deserve to be one of them, despite that she knew better, she was never considered part of the clan, hence why he used his mother's last name.
Hinata for as long as she can remember has always been rejected by members of the Hyuga clan for being different. Despite everything, Hinata always had the support of her father when the rejection and mistreatment of the other members affected her.
Hiashi since the death of his wife made use of his position within the clan to provide the greatest comfort to his daughter, his wife went through something similar when they began their relationship, unfortunately the death of his wife affected him more than he ever would have. imagined, something that the clan elders took advantage of to gain more power within the clan.
Hitomi Uzumaki could be described as a white haired beauty. With long, straight white hair that fell to the small of her back, blue eyes, and large D-cup breasts that adorned her well-developed body.
Like her best friend Kushina Uzumaki they came to the leaf village when they were still young, while Kushina was chosen to be the second ship of the Kyuubi. She was chosen as the ship for the Nibi, when they were still in Uzushiogakure no Sato.
The Nibi no Nekomata, would have been released in the village of Uzushiogakure by his former then jinchuriki, who would have come to the village under the image of an ambassador, for a treaty between Uzu and Kumogakure.
Hitomi, like Kushina, possessed a chakra that allowed them to safely retain a Bijuu with the use of diamond sealing chains.
During her time in Konoha her status as a jailer of the Nibi was kept a secret, with only a select group knowing of her status, Kushina, Minato, Hiruzen, Hiashi and somehow the Hyuga clan elders council, she found out when she started her relationship with Hiashi.
When Hitomi became pregnant like Kushina they knew there was a great risk that the Bijuu could escape, but Minato calmed her by assuring her that it would help keep the seal stable during labor, her fears returned after Kyuubi broke free and attacked Konoha.
Hiashi assured that nothing would happen to the seal and she wanted to believe him, unfortunately the seal failed and despite the complications of childbirth, she was forced to act quickly with what little chakra she had left, retain and seal the Bijuu to her newborn daughter to the cost of his life, thus preventing the Bijuu from leaving the clan compound and attacking the village, though it did little to assuage the fear of the villagers and ninja, upon witnessing a second Bijuu appear in their village.
During the morning of Hinata's 3rd birthday her father Hiashi was found dead, the clan doctors assured that it was a heart attack, but no explanation could help the little hinata who felt dying with her father that day.
After a couple of days, his uncle Hizashi had the seal of the caged bird removed with his son, Neji, thus assuming the position of clan leader and heir respectively, but the evils for Hinata were only beginning.
Hinata, like Naruto, spent the last 2 years going as unnoticed as possible from the members of the clan, they would always be commenting on how weak, the monster or the demon he was, something that he did not understand.
"Why do they call me that?" It was Hinata's thoughts, but it was the 'training' with her cousin Neji, whom she could never hit during said training, which caused more hostility from the clansmen, after all a weakling could not do anything.
As if it were an act of fate, giving them something that they could use to improve and defend themselves, Hinata also had an eidetic memory, functioning as a blessing to always keep in mind the moments with her father, as well as the books that she reads so much, but showed of just as being a curse when nightmares of abuse plagued her.
Hizashi Hyuga would break the news that he would end up unraveling Hinata by revealing to her that she 'was' the Nibi and would have caused the death of his own mother, but would also report that from that moment on he would not be allowed to return to the clan compound.
## Present time ##
Standing up, Naruto approached Hinata who was a few meters away, he decided to touch her lightly to let her know that someone was there.
When Hinata felt someone touch her lightly, I can only lift my head and look into the deep purple eyes that greeted her, the next second she felt her eyes close and her consciousness was pushed to the back of her mind, on the other hand, Naruto he felt the same sensation and before losing consciousness he heard a voice in his mind "It's time"
