Chapter One: Invitation
"For heavens sake Marshall it's pouring out here." Alexis says as she is with Marshall in the rain.
"I told you that you didn't have to come with me." Marshall says.
"Yeah right. I'd follow you anywhere. I always do." Alexis says.
"Surprised that you do honestly. I've put you in more danger than I can count." Marshall says.
"Eh. A little danger never hurt anyone." Alexis says as she smiles at Marshall.
"Not even the constant threat of a vampire friend who could easily turn blood sucker on you?" Marshall asks as he hisses at Alexis.
"Oh please Marshall. I know you wouldn't hurt me. Besides I'm not scared of you." Alexis says as Marshall picks her up and flies with her.
"You should be." Marshall says as he puts Alexis down on a roof.
"Well I'm not." Alexis says.
"Back in a flash." Marshall says as he leaves and comes back with cream puffs as Prince Gumball and Fiona come over through a hatch in the roof.
"Oh... it's just him." Prince Gumball says.
"Oh hey Fionna." Marshall says.
"Hi Fiona, Prince Gumball." Alexis says kindly.
"Marshall Lee! Alexis!" Fiona shouts.
"Ahem!" Prince Gumball says.
"Oh forgive me! Hello your majesty!" Marshall says as he drains red from a cream puff.
"Fionna take me back inside." Prince Gumball says.
"What? Is he kidding?" Marshall asks.
"Marshall." Alexis says before Marshall throws a cream puff at Prince Gumball.
"Oh honestly! I'm going in. Come and join me when you want more polite company." Prince Gumball says.
"Be careful!" Fionna says as Prince Gumball leaves.
"What a wad." Marshall says.
"A... a gumwad?" Fionna asks as she blushes.
"Oh brother." Alexis says as she rolls her eyes.
"Fionna!" Cake shouts from inside.
"Let's ditch him!" Marshall says.
"Uh..." Fionna says nervously.
"Lumpy Space Prince is throwing a party in the woods! It's gonna be freaky nasty!" Marshall says as he turns into a bat.
"Umm..." Fionna says nervously.
"I know you're gonna say yes to me so... Let's just go." Marshall says as he leaves with Fionna.
"Hey!" Alexis shouts as Marshall keeps flying.
