As Alexis arrives in wolf form she sees Fionna trying to get Cake away from Marshall before running over and tackling Marshall off of Cake.
"Go guys! Run! I'll hold Marshall back." Alexis says as she growls at Marshall.
"What about you?" Cake asks.
"I'll be fine. Just go." Alexis says as Fionna and Cake run.
"Alexis move out of my way." Marshall says angrily.
"Not a chance bat boy." Alexis says as she tries fighting Marshall only for him to pin her against a tree.
"Why do you want to ruin this for me? Just step aside before you get hurt." Marshall says angrily.
"I'm already hurt!" Alexis shouts.
"That's your own fault." Marshall says as he hisses.
"Not it's not! I was hurt because you liking her!" Alexis shouts with tears in her eyes.
"Wait what?" Marshall asks confusedly as he lets Alexis go and turns back to human form.
"I like you okay? Why do you think I always want to be with you? Why I never let you being who you are bother me? It's because I like you. I always have." Alexis says as she turns back to human form.
"Why didn't you ever say anything?" Marshall asks confusedly.
"Because I know you like Fionna even if she doesn't feel the same. I just wanted to be a good friend and stay out of your way of happiness. Even if it meant I wasn't happy. I'm sorry... wha? What are you doing?" Alexis asks as Marshall hugs her.
"Shut up wolf. Look I haven't been honest about something... I like you too. I only went after Fionna because I wanted to make you jealous." Marshall says embarrassedly.
"Well it worked." Alexis says annoyedy.
"But I guess I took it too far." Marshall says as he chuckles.
"You think so?" Alexis asks with slight annoyance as she smiles.
"Yeah... Hey would you-" Marshall then gets cut off by Alexis.
"No more parties tonight Marshall. Please no more for tonight." Alexis says as Marshall chuckles.
"I was gonna ask if you wanted to go for a fly? Just the two of us? I know this really great spot to look at the stars. Interested?" Marshall asks.
"That depends. You gonna try to make me jealous anymore?" Alexis asks.
"Not if you become my girlfriend." Marshall asks as he smiles.
"Deal." Alexis says happily as she leaves with Marshall.
