Time for a birthday to happen!!!
"Ok, so where are we gonna held it at?" Chase asked everyone in Adventure Bay plus all of the paw patrol members except for two people who goes by the names of Katie and Ryder. Katie and Danny already turned 11 in January and February but now it's Ryder's turn. It's currently February 28th and while Katie is distracting Ryder, everyone else is planning Ryder's surprise party. "I think it should be held at City Hall since of how many people should be there." Mayor Goodway suggested and everyone agreed.
Sorry for the brief intermission but I have to introduce you guys to the main 6 pups's parents.

The pups's parents then entered the control room a bit excited. "So Farmer Yumi you have a surprise for everyone right but the only people who don't know it is Cap'n Turbot and Mayor Goodway right?" Bullet asked and Farmer Yumi nodded. "That's right let me call him over!!" Farmer Yumi replied and she whistled. That's when a man that looks like Ryder's dad appeared in the camera view and but Mayor Goodway and Cap'n Turbot exclaimed "RYU!!!!" "Sup Bs! I woke up at 3am!!!" Ryu replied and Chase asked "Is that Ryder's dad?" Everyone nodded and the paw patrol couldn't believe that they're finally meeting Ryder's dad. "Ryder wouldn't shut up about you!" Skye told Ryu. "DUDE, I MISSED YOU!!!!!" Cap'n Turbot exclaimed while trying not to cry but the pups, pups's parents, and Ryu had to cover up their ears. "Ow Horatio! My ears!!!" Ryu exclaimed and Cap'n Turbot apologized. "Mayor Goodway I texted you an idea that we can do since Ryu here is a surprise for Ryder. I heard you recently found Bunnix and you know how much Ryder loves Bunnix so he's your gift to Ryder?" Farmer Yumi explained and Mayor Goodway nodded. Farmer Yumi then explained her idea on how to sneakily get Ryu to City Hall and to surprise Ryder while she distracts Ryder at the farm.
Once she was done, everyone agreed to the plan plus what else they discussed about Ryder's birthday. The pups plus their parents heard the lobby doors opening so they all quickly said goodbye and they quickly left the call. They then left the control room and they entered the room to see Katie and Rydee currently doing rock, paper, scissors but the pups and their parents knew that Katie started it to buy them time to get off of the call. "Tie again! JINX!!!!" Ryder and Katie exclaimed at the same time. The pups noticed that Ryder's eyes were slightly red like he was crying but they didn't take really think about it.
The next day as the pups and their parents were eating breakfast, Ryder got a call from Farmer Yumi and she asked "Hey Ryder! I was wondering if just you wanted to help me with the chores on the farm like we did when you were 5yrs old?" "Sure Farmer Yumi! I'm on my way!!!" Ryder exclaimed and the pups gave him the nod of the approval that they know where he'll be just in case. Ryder then left the lookout and after Breakfast, the pups and their parents then headed to City Hall to prepare it for the surprise party but they all couldn't help but think why Ryder didn't mentioned at all that today was his birthday.
As they were all decorating a few people were practically how Ryu would surprise Ryder since Ryder would legit cry seeing Ryu. Everyone (except for the really little ones like Alex at his age and those younger than him) knew that Ryu was in a coma for so long and Ryder hasn't seen him in almost over 8yrs of Ryder's life. When the pups were all done with their jobs of decorating and Ryu was done practicing. The pups all went over to him so they can get to know him. "So Ryu? Do you have an ATV like Ryder's?" Rocky asked and Ryu shook his head no "I didn't have an atv at all but I did start to make one but I didn't finish it. I had my wolf form to get me around and I'm guessing Ryder finished the one that I made which the only thing it's supposed to do is to only be an atv." "He actually made his so it can turn into a hovercraft, and a snowmobile as well." Skye admitted. "That's my pup!" Ryu exclaimed. "Why do you call Ryder pup?" Rubble asked. "Well I'm an Ultima which is a type of wolf hybrid and usually wolf hybrids call their kids pups. So, I gave him the nickname pup because why not and it fits his personality when I knew him when he was only a baby." Ryu explained and the pups's eyes lit up while their parents giggled at their pups's reactions.
Once the party was already and at the Farm, Farmer Yumi was looking for Ryder and she then founded him asleep on a hay stack with a blanket over him. Farmer Yumi couldn't help but she got a text from Mayor Goodway giving her the ok for Yumi to bring Ryder over, so Yumi attached Ryder's atv to the trunk of the truck and she then woke up Ryder. When Ryder woke up, he asked "What's going on?" "I'm gonna show you something ok? Put this blindfold over your eyes ok?" Farmer Yumi told Ryder and Ryder did so. When he was brought over and taken out of the truck. Farmer Yumi then lead Ryder to the front of where he can see everything and once the blindfold came off he saw a big party in front of him with some decorations that matches his colors aka white, light blue, and red, and the banner said Happy 11th birthday Ryder and everyone he knew plus the citizens of Adventure Bay were all standing there and they all exclaimed "Happy Birthday Ryder!!!!" Ryder then replied "Thanks!!!" Katie knew something was off so she asked "You forgot it was your birthday didn't you?" Ryder embarrassingly nodded. Everyone started to laugh and Ryder joined in.
A few hours go by and after cake it was time for presents and so far Ryder got new stuff to make stuff with, a new tool belt plus a matching one for Rocky that even Rocky didn't know about (thank you Hailey Dailey), new wolf slippers even tho he has slippers that matches the pups but only the Chase slippers fit him but they didn't fit him anymore so Ryder now has slippers to represent himself aka wolf slippers, a wolf themed onesie, and a few other stuff that Ryder can use in inventions and such. Anyways, Ryder thought it was all over but Mayor Goodway pulled out a gift for Ryder and she gave it to him. "Open this, it's the last one plus it's a special one." Mayor Goodway told Ryder and he inspected who it's from but it didn't say. Ryder then opened it and he exclaimed while trying not to cry "YOU GUYS DIDN'T!!!!!" A few people were confused but Ryder exclaimed as he pulled out a bunny plushy "BUNNIX!!!!" Ryder immediately hugged Bunnix and he tried not to cry. When Ryder calmed down and such and as he stood up while holding Bunnix. Mayor Goodway stopped Ryder from turning around and she told Ryder "Don't turn around until you hear someone you know ok?" Ryder nodded in confusion and he didn't really care when a few people started to record him. That's when Ryder heard footprints coming towards him and when they stopped, he asked "Can I turn around?" "Yes you can pup!" Ryu replied since he was behind Ryder. Ryder immediately turn around and when he made eye contact with his dad, Ryder put his hands up to his mouth covering both his nose and mouth. Ryder exclaimed where everyone heard him "Nonononononono!" Ryder background up a bit, dropped Bunnix in the process, and Ryder teared up as a few people in the crowd laughed. Ryu got down to Ryder's level and he told as he picked up Bunnix "I believe you dropped this. Want a hug so I can give it back to you-" Ryder immediately exclaimed as he hugged his dad "DAD!!!" The two then shared a hug and Ryder cried into his dad's shoulder. Everyone clapped and cheered like it's a soldier coming home to their kid but it's different. "I missed you pup." Ryu told Ryder and Ryder replied with "I-I missed you too..." Let's say that Ryder had the best birthday ever!
