Chapter 2

On their jet, the team discussed the case.
"So it looks like the unsub planned this abduction." observed Prentiss.
"He planted his car where the bus would have to stop. Clearly a trap." added Rossi.
"Perhaps, this could be a ransom kidnapping." thought Reid.
"Why do you say that?" asked JJ.
"All these girls come from wealthy families. Emma Jensen's mother owns a Fortune 500 company, Sophia Rogers' father is a stockbroker. Hannah Cooper's comes from old money, Camille Stevens' dad owns a successful store franchise, Allison Palmer's parents are a movie producer and director, and Isabelle Wilson's dad is a real estate tycoon."
"So all these girls are from rich well to do families." replied Morgan.
The laptop rang, and Hotch answered it. Garcia then appeared on the screen.
"Anything in their histories, Garcia?" he asked.
"There's nothing hinky in the girls' social media, texts, or computers." Garcia informed.
"What about anything in their parents' history?"
"I'm gonna get started on that. But because there's so much it may take a while."
"We know you can do it." Morgan encouraged.
"I'll hit you all back." And Garcia signed off.
"Okay, Rossi, JJ, and Morgan you'll come with me to the police station. Prentiss and Reid you go to the girls' sorority house." Hotch instructed.
When the landed, they went the Providence, Rhode Island police station. They were greeted by a woman in a uniform.
"You must be the BAU. I'm Chief Paulson, thanks for coming."
"It's no problem. I'm SSA Hotchner. These are agents Rossi, Jareau, and Morgan. You'll meet other members later." Hotch introduced.
"Nice to meet you all. The parents of the girls are the family room." informed Chief Paulson.
Meanwhile, Prentiss and Reid were at the girls' sorority house on campus.
"Been a while since I've seen one of these houses." Reid mentioned, as they walked up to the house.
"(Chuckles), you've been to a sorority house?" Prentiss asked.
"Well I was curious, so I decided to see for myself. But when the girls saw me they said, "Get lost, pipsqueak." And I left."
Prentiss smiled and chuckled again. Then a man came from the house.
"You must be the FBI."
"Agents Prentiss and Reid." Prentiss introduced.
"I'm dean of the university, this is a nightmare."
"We'll do everything we can to help find the girls." Reid assured.
"Come on, Ms. Milton, the sorority mother is inside waiting to talk to you."
"Mary Johnson wasn't the sorority mother?" Prentiss wanted to know.
"She's an assistant. Ms. Milton is the real one, but she wasn't able to go with the girls because she had some oral surgery two days ago." the dean explained.
At the station, the rest of the team met with the parents. As expected, they were very upset and anxious.
"Where are our daughters?" asked Mr. Jensen.
"What could these monsters want?" wondered Mrs. Rogers.
"What are you doing to find them?" Mr. Cooper wanted to know.
"Please, please, everyone calm down." urged Chief Paulson.
"We're here to help, but we need you to calm down first." added JJ.
Luckily her words sank in, and they all began to calm down.
"Now we want to help find your girls. But we need to speak to you separately." Hotch said.
And each agent took a couple into different rooms.
In the warehouse, the girls were still cold and scared. Just then the man came down, still wearing his ski mask.
"What do you want?" asked Isabelle.
The man then came close to Emma. He got really close to her face, which made her very nervous. He then touched the necklace she was wearing, and then snatched it from her neck.
"Hey!" protested Emma.
"Shh." Allison told her.
At the sorority house, Reid and Prentiss spoke to Ms. Milton.
"I feel so terrible about this." she told them.
"This isn't at all your fault." Prentiss told her.
"Can you tell us if you've noticed anything or anyone out of the ordinary?" Reid wondered.
"It's hard to say, in college a lot of things happen." Ms. Milton answered.
"Have you had any problems with trespassers around the house, or have any of the girls reported any stalking?"
"No, but then again these kinds of girls get all kinds of attention."
After talking, the agents looked around the house. On the walls were pictures of the sorority sisters, and even pictures of previous ones. Then one picture caught Reid's eye.
"Hey, Prentiss look at this."
She looked at the picture Reid was looking at, and saw that it was a picture that looked like the missing girls, expect they were wearing 80s clothes and had 80s hairstyles.
"Ms. Milton are these the girls' mothers?" Reid wondered.
"Yes, they were members of Delta Phi Gamma." Ms. Milton informed.
Prentiss took out her phone, and snapped a picture of the picture. Then they went to speak to Ms. Milton some more.
The other agents were continuing their questions with the parents.
"Has Camille mentioned any troubles at campus?" JJ asked Mr. and Mrs. Stevens.
"No, she's always talking about how much fun she has with her sorority sisters and on campus." Mrs. Stevens told her.
"Do you have any enemies or anyone who'd want to hurt you or Allison?" Morgan questioned Mr. and Mrs. Palmer.
"We have rivals, but they aren't capable of doing something like this." Mr. Palmer replied.
The team knew they had to get more answers if they were going to solve this crime.
