Rules related to Dr. Natsuki are the following:

Dr. Natsuki is not allowed to use SCP-294 to make "Witch Body Fluids", not even if he asks nicely.

Dr. Natsuki is not allowed to use his "Magic" and "Authorities" within the facility unless he needs to defend himself. And No, you cannot use your "Magic" on D-Class personnel to show off.

If Dr. Natsuki is being possessed do not worry, he has an immunity towards many anomalous abilities and SCP's

Dr. Natsuki is not allowed to come into contact with SCP-963, we do not need another repeat of "Subaru Bright"

Dr. Natsuki is not allowed to go with SCP-507 on his "Adventures", just because there is a chance to go back to [Redacted] does not mean it's guaranteed

Dr. Natsuki is not allowed to team up with Dr. Bright to overthrow the O5-Council

Dr. Natsuki is not allowed to shapeshift into a woman and seduce personnel. That is just wrong on so many levels.

Dr. Natsuki is not allowed to make an anime about his "Isekai Adventure".

Dr. Natsuki is not allowed to meet SCP-343 again. Last time he did he screamed profanities towards him and kept repeating "Why did you make me suffer so much!?" and "Bring me back to them!" while uncontrollably crying and sobbing while trying to kill him with his "Magic" and "Authorities", eventually an MTF unit had to be called to knock him out so he wouldn't accidentally kill all the personnel around him.

Dr. Natsuki is not allowed to transform researchers into "Loli's" with his authority. Just why did you even try that1!?

Hello and welcome to another chapter of my fic. I'm currently in the process of brainstorming a prologue of sorts to "Re:Foundation" so keep an eye out for it. Also to answer a reviewer's question, SCP-[Redacted]-1(Safe) and SCP-[Redacted]-2(Apollyon) are Satella and Envy. Also to answer another thing I forgot to explain, the reason Satella still holds Envy is because Subaru gave a piece of his Envy own factor to Satella so she wouldn't die when unsealed.
