The exams were still a long way away, but the teachers were really pushing students to work their hardest. They needed to pass the exams in order to get into the second year. This made the Easter holidays not as good as Christmas, as they were given so much homework. Being on good terms with Dipper, Nicole Timor was actually helping them study, when she wasn't studying for her N.E.W.T's. She seemed to be one of the very few Slytherin's in Hogwarts, that was actually on good terms with the Gryffindor's. If she felt it necessary, she sometimes did two things that none of the Slytherin prefects do. Take points away from her own house, and award points to Gryffindor. She always tried to be an unbiased head girl.

On one of her breaks in between studying, she was actually having lunch with Ron and Pacifica in the courtyard. "I don't understand, how did somebody as nice as you get put in Slytherin?" asked Ron. "I really don't know what actually took place, I guess the sorting hat just saw some ambition in me" said Nicole. "What kind of ambition?" asked Pacifica. "Well i'm about to be leaving this school in less than a year, and my number 1 goal in life is to one day be a quidditch referee" said Nicole. "Dumbledore then walked past them." "It's good to see you getting along, it's not very often that a lion befriends a snake" he said. "I just wish that every student could get along with each other, and that everyone at Hogwarts could live in harmony" said Nicole. "This is the reason why I chose you as the head girl, you rarely ever get angry with anyone" said Dumbledore.

Harry and Dipper were working hard, Oliver Wood was training them harder than ever for the upcoming Quidditch match against Hufflepuff. Fred and George were goofing off, and pretending to fall off their brooms. "This is no laughing matter, we need to work extra hard in this match" said Wood. "We've run into a good amount of trouble, as Snape is going to be the referee for this match." George really fell off his broom upon hearing this news. "Well that's just great, we know how much he hates Gryffindor, and he's obviously going to rig the match in Hufflepuff's favor" said Dipper. "I don't know what else to tell you Mason, we'll just have to hope for the best" said Wood.

When Ron, Hermione, Mabel, and Pacifica were told this news in the Gryffindor common room, they knew that Harry was in trouble. "You can't play Harry, Snape is going to try to knock you off your broom again" said Hermione. "What other choice do they have?" asked Mabel. "It's not like Gryffindor has reserve players." "This is looking bad, we need to win this game in order to overtake Slytherin in the house championship" said Pacifica. "We'll just have to hope and pray that a miracle happens" said Ron.

The day of the match soon arrived, and the Gryffindor team was now in the locker room. "I don't want to put pressure on you Potter, but we kind of need you to catch that snitch as soon as possible, before Snape can give Hufflepuff too many penalty shots" said Wood. George then peeked out of the door. "Blimey, the whole school is out there" he said. "Even Dumbledore is in attendance." "Thank goodness, there is no way Snape is going to try and kill Harry with Dumbledore around" said Dipper.

The two teams walked onto the field, and the captains shook hands. Fifteen brooms then rose up into the air, and the snitch and bludger's were released. Once Snape blew the whistle, the game began.

Fearing that Snape was going to try to kill Harry again, George aimed a bludger towards him. This act of deliberately attacking the referee, resulted in a penalty shot for Hufflepuff. During this time, Harry was high in the air, looking for the snitch. A Hufflepuff chaser managed to score a goal, and they were now leading Gryffindor 10-0.

Angelina Johnson took possession of the quaffle, and passed it off to Alicia Spinnet. Dipper then had it handed to him, and flew into the scoring area. He threw it, and it went right through the goalpost. Dipper thought he had scored, until Snape blew the whistle. "More than one chaser in the scoring area, no goal, penalty shot for Hufflepuff" said Snape. "Dipper was absolutely infuriated, it was blatantly clear that Alicia Spinnet was at least 20 yards away from the scoring area. The Hufflepuff chaser scored a goal, and they were now leading 20-0.

Then Harry could be seen diving towards the ground, he was heading straight for Snape. He got out of the dive at the last second, and barely avoided hitting him. They could all then see that Harry was holding the snitch in his hand. It was over, Gryffindor had won 150-20. Even though they won, Dipper was not satisfied. The score should have been 160-10. Snape had been a jerk all year, but bad officiating calls in a sport was where Dipper drew the line. When all of the brooms landed, Dipper ran up to Snape, and kicked him in the chest, knocking him over. McGonagall was then filled with rage, and grabbed Dipper by the hand.

She carried him all the way to her office, and instructed him to sit down. "WHAT GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO ATTACK A TEACHER!?" shouted McGonagall. "Dipper showed no fear whatsoever, and was yelling in a louder tone than McGonagall. "THAT ASSHOLE HAS HAD IT COMING SINCE DAY ONE!" "HE HAS TAKEN AWAY WAY TOO MANY POINTS FROM OTHER HOUSES, AND FAVORS HIS OWN!" "WHENEVER A SLYTHERIN BREAKS A RULE, HE DOES JACK SHIT ABOUT IT!" "I DRAW THE LINE AT BAD OFFICIATING CALLS!" "WHAT HAPPENED OUT THERE ON THE PITCH, IS ABSOLUTE PROOF THAT HE'S RIGGING THE SYSTEM SO THAT SLYTHERIN WINS THE HOUSE CUP!" "WHAT I DID WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO, AND I SHOULD BE REWARDED FOR IT!" "FUCK PROFESSOR SNAPE, AND ANYBODY WHO CONSIDERS HIM A FRIEND!" "Nothing, I repeat, nothing gives a student the right to attack a staff member, and then cuss them out" said McGonagall. "The fifty points that Gryffindor just got for winning the match, will now be taken away." "If it happens again, you will be removed from the Gryffindor quidditch team." Dipper still showed no fear, and angrily stomped out of the office, giving McGonagall the finger on his way out.

He then met up with Harry, and they walked into the castle. Ron, Hermione, Mabel, and Pacifica then met up with the two of them. "Dipper, why on earth did you do that"? asked Ron. "You just cost us the lead that we just got." "I did nothing wrong, I was simply just standing up to a bully" said Dipper. "Forget the house championship, we've got more serious matters that need tending to" said Harry. He led them into a broom closet, and told them about them about a conversation Snape had with Quirrell in the forbidden forest. "He's definitely after the Philosophers stone, and he's trying to get Quirrell to spill information on how to get past Fluffy." "There are other things guarding the stone, like spells and enchantments." This just made Dipper even more angry at Snape.

Authors note: What Dipper just did to Snape, is what I want to do to the NASCAR officials. I cannot stand bad officiating calls, especially if it changes the outcome of the season ending championship. The people in charge of NASCAR, are lucky that assault and battery is illegal in the US.
