The following night, there was a robbery at Ashlynn's store.

"Are you sure that these shoes are worth all of this trouble?" asked a man as he and a woman packed some bags with shoes that were displayed on the walls.

"You can see the price labels right there," said the woman while pointing to a price tag that read a hundred and eighty dollars. Suddenly, someone came crashing through the sunlight to the surprise of the two thieves.

"Put the shoes down," said a hero who resembled Dead Pool but with a blue and purple color scheme.

"It's Dead Kettle," said the man as he and his partner dropped the bags while turning around to see the hero was pointing a katana at them.

"I'd do what she says," said a girl in a Scarlet Witch styled uniform but instead of a cape she had pink angel wings and a white mask over her face.

"She's crazy enough to come through the sunlight when the front door is wide open thanks to you two so that hexplains how crazy she is," she said.

"You'll never take me, Love Witch!" said the woman as she picked one of the bags up and tossed it at her. She then rushed out the door but the man found himself unable to thanks to Dead Kettle's quick movement to pin him to the ground.

"Don't even think of moving," said Dead Kettle while holding the katana to his throat as she pulled his hair to lift his chin up from the floor.

"Or I'll make you a tea stain on the carpet," she said. Meanwhile, the woman was running down the street.

"Think I got away from those freaks," said the woman as she stopped running.

"Now that's just mean," said a voice from the darkness.

"Who… who's there?" asked the woman.

"Call me, Night Fairy," said the voice as a Nightcrawler-like girl with fairy wings came out of the nearby alley.

"Ah!" screamed the woman as she was pulled into the darkness.
