Dougal and Minerva arrived in Caithness for breakfast as previously asked by Isobel. "Morning Daddy," she greeted and dropped a kiss to the older man's cheek.

"We have a new house guest," he whispered. "Mary's Hogwarts letter came and her father beat the poor dear. Her father's rights have been terminated and his mind modified to believe he simply couldn't care for her and gave her to us to raise. Isobel has her up in your old room."

"Go help reassure her," Dougal encouraged his wife.

Minerva smiled sadly and nodded before rushing up the steps. She found her mother sitting in a chair with the eleven year old tucked safely in her arms. Isobel was gently rocking the girl as she spoke softly to the frightened child. "Do you need anything Màthair, " Minerva asked kindly.

Isobel smiled at her oldest. "Mary and I were discussing a few things," Isobel answered gently. "Mary wants to start in the Wizarding World but not with the Brown last name."

"She shouldn't have to be remind of a man who obviously isn't worthy to have such a lovely daughter," Minerva replied with a smile.

"Maybe she could start as a McGonagall?" Isobel said with a smile. "Goodness knows she already has Robert wrapped around her finger."

Minerva was suprised at the easiness her mother accepted the child but couldn't fault her for it. "I wouldn't mind having a sister," she commented. "Although in class I shall have to be Professor McGonagall, okay?"

Mary smiled and nodded at Minerva. "I never wanted to be an only child anyways," the girl said. "Do you think Mr. McGonagall would read to me again?"

Minerva smiled at the girl before leaning in and whispering, "Daddy will never turn down Shakespeare." Mary giggled and headed downstairs presumably to Robert.

"She has been neglected for years and I missed it," Isobel confessed. "Her father's knowledge of her being a witch just escalated the violence."

"Poor dear," Minerva whispered. "Are you going to adopt her? If you plan on it, you should do a blood adoption today. I would hate for the other students to be made aware of her suffering if it could be helped."

Isobel searched her daughter's eyes and found nothing but acceptance. "You are fine with us adopting Mary?"

Minerva smiled and nodded. "You have plenty of room in your hearts. Mary will keep you young and vibrant too."

Isobel smiled at the suggestion, "Let's go talk to your father about it. Mary still needs to go shopping for her school supplies too."

Minerva walked to the gates and smiled at the sight before her. Dougal had an old fashioned carriage with a team of two horses hitched to it. "My lady," he said with a bow and held his hand out for hers. "Your carriage awaits!"

"What's all of this Dougal?" she asked with a brilliant smile.

He settled her in the carriage and pulled a wool blanket across her lap. He climbed in beside of her and gently started towards their home. "It didn't sit well with me to allow you to walk home alone," he admitted. "The welcoming feast is long according to Hagrid. Where did Mary end up?"

"Ravenclaw," Minerva said with a smile. "She took great pride in telling her new classmates that I was her sister. You should of seen their faces. She ran up to me and hugged me tightly before taking her seat. The returning students didn't know what to make of it."

Dougal chuckled at the thought. "Did anyone mention your martial status?"

"Albus announced I would be stepping down from Head of Gryffindor House due to me living in Hogsmeade with my husband," she answered with a grin. "When he announced I married Lord Ravenclaw who happened to be a squib, I thought the poor dears would faint. The Slythreins didn't know whether to be impressed by my elevated status or disappointed I married a squib. It was rather amusing to watch."

Dougal chuckled. "As long as you love your rich squib husband than all is well," he answered.

"It wouldn't matter if you were poor as a church mouse," Minerva retorted. "It's that wonderful heart of yours I love!"

"Why Mrs. McGregor," he said in a teasing tone. "I do believe I shall ravish you when we get home." Minerva merely moaned at the thought. The man had an amazing ability of turning her into a wanton hussy.

Minerva woke up only to fall off the brink of escasy. She moaned lustfully as her husband used his fingers and mouth to pleasure her. He chuckled against her womanly lips causing her to purr. "I shall never tire of you," he said honestly. "I will die a happy man if I get the pleasure of loving you for the rest of my life."

Minerva smiled happily at him, grabbed his wild curls in her hand and tugged him to her. She drew his lips to hers and kissed him heatedly. "You complete me Dougal McGregor," she breathed as she grasped his firm member and brought him to her entrance. "I hadn't realized how miserable I was until our soul bond finalized. I will love you until my dying breath."

Overwhelmed from the emotions he saw dancing in her eyes, he kissed her passionately and pushed in her slowly. He grapsed her thigh and pulled her open more and rolled his hips. She moaned and closed her eyes from the pleasure. He made sure, firm strokes until they both fell off the brink of escasy and clung to each other.
